Burger King in Dinslaken

I tried ordering for four people at the terminal twice. The first time, the order disappeared without warning. The second time, it vanished while I was paying. I didn't bother a third time. Fast and cheap used to be a thing 😂

One portion of fries was missing, all five sauces were missing, and the food was only lukewarm. Not Burger King, but Burger Toys! Zero stars.

Everything was fine, everything freshly prepared, clean and quiet. You can pay with cash or debit card.

This is a surprisingly good Burger King as for a small town like Dislaken. The service was very polite and fast and the food was good (at least as for a fast food place). Recommend to eat here, especially if you want that later at night. 👍🌛

So much better than the McDonald's in Dinslaken. You can even drive through the drive-thru and get what you ordered.

I don't think I've been to a better McDonald's in the area. It's very clean, there are no long wait times, and the staff is friendly.

Unfortunately, it's not very pleasant. It's dirty. The staff try hard, but you can still tell they're lacking. Even at the drive-up counter, you don't always get what you order.

We ordered a King Fusion Twix, but there were hardly any biscuit or chocolate pieces in it. Compared to that, we could have just gotten a regular King Sundae; it would have been practically the same. Unfortunately, you've lost us as customers.

A super modern shop in Dinslaken. It looks very nice. The location is also very good. The burgers were ready very quickly and were very well made. The ordering station was also easy to use and understandable for everyone. The service was very friendly.

Hello, first of all, the restrooms are clean—a first and, in my opinion, very important criterion. The fast food is okay, like the competitors', but the photo promises much more than it actually is. Nevertheless, I can recommend it as a fast food restaurant, more than the competitor here in Dinslaken.

I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Three people ordered from there via Lieferando. First of all, the prices have become abysmally expensive. Furthermore, we were shown a delivery time of 30 to 50 minutes. After an hour of waiting, the app still showed the same wait time. Then after 60 minutes the order was only prepared. After another 60 minutes, we were told that the driver needed another 10 minutes, but according to the menu, the driver was still in the shop and the 10 minutes kept getting pushed back. It's a disgrace. If you can't guarantee a delivery, you should just do away with the whole thing and not offer it at all. Ridiculous.

Food cold 2 burgers too few and no nuggets but paid 40 euros

Unfortunately, delivery via Lieferando didn't work here. A shipment worth almost €10 was missing. After contacting the delivery person directly about something being missing, I immediately informed BK, as they weren't responsible. During the phone call, they simply told us that everything was there and that we should take a closer look. The ice cream arrived melted; it probably wasn't refrigerated during transit. Conclusion: Exhausting phone call, cold burgers, and a bad mood.

This place is an absolute disgrace. I was here with my son and the food was literally thrown at our feet...

Everything was actually good, but there was a long blonde hair in my long chicken. That, of course, ruined the meal.

The health department should urgently check this place. Last week, we were all hanging over the toilet. The meat tasted really weird. I'll definitely report this place.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The burgers I received were cold. The Coke I ordered was served without ice and was also warm. I also had to wait an unusually long time for my meal. When I visit Burger King, I expect a certain level of quality and speed, which unfortunately wasn't the case on this visit.

The best bet is 0 stars. If you order with a coupon, the burgers are given out in a slimmed-down version. For my Wopper and Big King, smaller burger patties were used, the ones normally used for hamburgers, for example. One might think this was an oversight, but it's happened several times! This is fraud!

Short waiting times and a clean branch

Always the same shit...you order a menu and an extra burger individually...nothing going on in the drive in...and they are too stupid to pack all the burgers...our "experts" are too stupid even for that...never again

I like to go to BK every now and then! Most of the time I just use the DriveIn. I'm mostly satisfied so far. There are many worse BK's and this one is clearly one of the better ones!

A big respect to the whole Burgerking team 👍 as well as the employees and the customers!!! Customer accident 2 year old child fell there a large laceration there lost a lot of blood and it was more fun watching more than getting up and helping someone!!! No first aid kit, no help, only after I started to raise my voice for promises, woow 👌 everyone is watching, no one is helping, what kind of attitude is that to the world? Why do you take a first aid course? Precisely in order to be able to help people a lot but no, instead you just watch and the 2 year old child loses blood without stopping until the ambulance arrived after 15 minutes.

After the renovation, the Burger King in Dinslaken has become really good. What I'm particularly pleased about is the large selection of vegan dishes - very future-oriented! The employees are always friendly and the restaurant itself is clean. Longer opening times would be desirable, but that's also complaining on a high level.

Terminal operation does not improve the situation. Even with just two previous orders, there are unreasonably long waiting times. The quality of the food, especially the temperature of burgers and fries, is inadequate. The commitment of the employees leaves a lot to be desired.

Food is good. Fries delicious! However, since the app was introduced, people have been waiting longer in the restaurant... I think that many people don't go to the Drive Inn because it's so complicated to order the coupons with the app! The waiting time for a fast food restaurant can sometimes be quite long, especially in the evening!

We were there for the first time. The chicken nuggets...really old and crunchy, not even really hot, onion rings wobbly crap. At least it won't happen again that we stop there. If we hadn't already been almost on the motorway, we would have happily thrown the food at the gentlemen's feet!

We often get something to eat here. Unfortunately, something is forgotten almost every time. This is very annoying when you only notice it at home. Otherwise it tastes as usual.

The employees at this branch are friendly and helpful, which makes your stay pleasant. The cleanliness is also worth highlighting - the tables are cleaned regularly. However, there is one point of criticism: This branch is the only one I know that doesn't accept coupon codes at the drive-thru counter. The codes work without any problems in the branch itself, but at other locations this also works at the drive-thru, which I miss here. Unfortunately, there was another incident that marred the experience. A friend of mine found a small insect in his burger. This absolutely shouldn't happen in a restaurant of this size and fame. In summary: friendly service and cleanliness are great, but there is room for improvement in processes and food control.

Since BurgerKing was renovated and the terminals opened, I've been eating here more often. It's a good BK, the quality is consistently good, the furnishings are clean and modern and the furnishing concept makes sense. So far I haven't had anything to complain about.

Waited 27 minutes because there were 2 cars in front of me then I still had time for cold burgers which was no longer the case after almost 30 minutes and I would have handed over the burgers. Unfortunately it ended up in the bin never again

Ordering at the terminal was very confusing, I waited over 10 minutes for a cheese and a chilli burger and the waiting time was very unpleasant. Employees are standing around and don't seem to be motivated. No trace of friendliness or service. first time in a long time and for me the last time.

First of all, I have to say a lot of praise for the friendliness of some of the people. Very helpful with problems with the "new technology / ordering via terminal", hence 4 stars for service. Unfortunately I can only give 2 stars for the food because almost everything that could have gone wrong went wrong when ordering. EVERYTHING was wrong except for the fries and the coke we ordered. The packaged burger was not the one that was ordered and paid for, the second burger had no toppings at all, only sauce and the nuggets only had 5 of 6 in the package. Unfortunately, a complaint was out of the question due to the distance, so the only thing left was anger. The staff should fool around less and work more focused. Unfortunately, that wasn't the first time.

It's the main Burger King we go to, even though we live about 20 minutes away from it. Food is just like that. Is Burger King. Fast food. So not a 5 star restaurant, but always a good reminder that, fortunately, we don't have the same regulations for food as we do in America. The staff has always been nice so far. And the atmosphere is not as dirty as most other places in this fast food chain. So you can go there. A very positive addition on my part would be that you can now order here at a terminal like this. I just think it's great because I can see what's on the burger. So great.

I recently complained in writing because paid for items were repeatedly missing from the bag. A free menu was then reserved for me. When I went to pick it up I was told it had already been redeemed and they couldn't hand it over to me. It was only when I said I would contact the complaints office straight away that the perplexed unfriendliness changed into a slightly annoyed friendliness. Then they gave me the menu. NEVER AGAIN BK Dinslaken! It's actually a shame, because the burgers are always delicious. Kind regards to Mr. Schölzel! One star is still too many!

I only know the Drive Inn counter. But my burgers and chili cheese fries are always really well topped and fresh! I don't know of any other Burger King

Having to go back twice to then consume a lukewarm, but at least complete, order at the high price that was paid in full from the start is rather mediocre. This is far from enjoyable. Fortunately, the clearly displayed lack of understanding on the part of the waitress for my two-fold request to complete the "snack" I had ordered didn't hit me quite as badly, as it was clearly signaled to me right from the first contact with the lady behind the counter that I really annoying with the number on my receipt. Don't worry, I'll never be annoying again.

I just drive through the drive, it's usually quick, the food is warm enough for me. Fries could use a pound of salt. Alternatively, just onion rings ;)
