War heute nach langer Zeit wieder da. Crispi chicken mit Pommes...weiß nicht was da passiert ist sowas von versalzen....und die Mitarbeiter keine Ahnung sowas von null Bock...schade

Schneller und besserer Service als bei McDonald's

Tatsächlich meine Lieblingsfiliale, ich reise extra dorthin (aus Duisburg). Gut klimatisiert, ausreichend groß, genügend kostenlose Parkplätze. Burger King übliches Menü. Lecker war es auch diesmal.

Essen schmeckt grauenhaft.. falsche und kalte burger, Fleisch schmeckt komisch und die Pommes kalt und nicht gesalzen. Getränk aus der Flasche war top deswegen auch 1 Stern... nie wieder..

WC geruchsintensiv,dreckig, offensichtlich wird da nicht oft gereinigt. Im Lokal selbst sehr laut-obwohl nicht viel los war.

Wir sind durch und durch immer zufrieden. Super nette Bedienung und essen war wirklich schnell fertig und es hat allen immer geschmeckt. Selbst auf dem Wunsch einen Kindergeburtstag da zu feiern (was Burgerking seit Corona nicht mehr anbietet) wurde uns allen ein toller Service geboten.

Alles in Ordnung. Tisch Bedienung war cool.

Sauberes Restaurant, schnelle Küche. Die Gegensprechanlage am Drive-in-Schalter könnte besser eingestellt sein. Freundliches Personal. Das Essen war gut. Im Sommer gibt es auf dem Parkplatz nur wenige schattige Plätze, um im Auto zu essen.

Wir wurden sehr nett und hervorragend bedient von Aktaś! Alles wie gewünscht und mehr als zufriedenstellend. Essen kam auch prompt nach Bestellung.

Hatte mir dort Chilli cheesenuggets geholt, die ich überalles liebe, bedient von einer hübschen Angestellten, die Ceylar hieß und sehr freundlich gewesen war.

War heute bei Burger King und war zufrieden. Das Essen war frisch und heiß, die Bestellung wurde schnell zubereitet und das Personal war freundlich vor allem der Hr. Aslan super Mitarbeiter bringt sogar die kleinen Kinder zum Lächeln! 😊 Der Laden war sauber und die Atmosphäre angenehm. Komme gerne wieder.

Wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung bei Burger King! Herr Aslan ist sehr bemüht sämtliche Bestellungen zeitnah fertig zu stellen darüber hinaus sind die Mitarbeiter freundlich und bemüht, und man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Service gelegt wird. Essen war frisch und alles ordentlich – so wünscht man sich das.

Freundlicher Service, sehr sympathischer Mitarbeiter. Hat immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Sehr kompetent. Selten so einen Service bekommen hier, danke sehr Akim.

Mit dem Essen und der Bedienung waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Allerdings sind meine Kinder absolut enttäuscht, dass sie nun schon zum dritten Mal das "Mein Activity Set" mit Stickern und Pappspiel an Stelle der beworbenen Lizenzprodukte bekommen haben. Wir werden dann in Zukunft wohl die Konkurrenz ansteuern müssen, wenn wir für die Familie bestellen.

Essen schmeckt gut, man muss nicht so solange auf die bestellung warten. Finde aber der crispy Chicken Chili Cheese Burger sollte es nicht nur im Angebot geben sondern auch so bestellt werden können. Gehe halt nur dahin weil der burger mir am besten in diesem lokal schmeckt. Ansonsten trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Die Angestellten wussten nicht einmal, dass es gratis Pommes bei einer Umfrage gibt. Ich musste 15 Minuten warten und bekam nichts.

Bestellung über Lieferando eine Katastrophe. Fast 2 Std auf die Bestellung gewartet und dann auch noch kalt. Sorry , aber das ist kein Service und ganz bestimmt nicht zu empfehlen. Ein ganz dickes no go!!!

Drei Burger bestellt, nur 2 erhalten. Getränke nur halb voll und Soßen waren auch falsch. Schlechter geht's kaum

Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Abflussrohre scheinen beschädigt zu sein. Man hörte konstant Geräusche aus den Rohren. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Baustelle an der nachts gearbeitet wurde. Lage ist gut um mit einem Taxi oder Uber in die Stadt oder zur Mall zu kommen. Service beim Essen sehr unfreundlich.

3 Burger bestellt und nur 2 erhalten, leider erst zuhause aufgefallen. Ich könnte kotzen 😡 Das war der letzte Besuch bei euch. Schult eure Mitarbeiter und lernt denen dass zählen.1

Ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht. Ich habe drei verschiedene Burger bestellt, und jeder einzelne war so trocken, dass man ihn gerade eben mit einem guten Schluck Cola runterbekommen hat. Der Geschmack – ich weiß nicht, wie ich ihn anders als „merkwürdig“ bezeichnen soll. Das Ambiente erinnert nach dem Umbau eher an eine Kantine als an einen Fast-Food-Laden.

Beim nächsten Mal bitte noch weniger Sauce.

2 Versuche am Terminal zu bestellen für 4 Personen. Das erste Mal ist die Bestellung ohne Vorwarnung verschwunden. Beim 2 Versuch ist die Bestellung beim Bezahlen verschwunden. Ein drittes Mal habe ich mir dann mal gespart. Schnell war mal und günstig 😂

Eine Portion Pommes hat gefehlt, alle Saucen (5x) haben gefehlt, das Essen war nur lauwarm. Nicht BurgerKing, sondern BurgerTOYs! 0 Sterne setzen.

This is a surprisingly good Burger King as for a small town like Dislaken. The service was very polite and fast and the food was good (at least as for a fast food place). Recommend to eat here, especially if you want that later at night. 👍🌛

So much better than the McDonald's in Dinslaken. You can even drive through the drive-thru and get what you ordered.

I don't think I've been to a better McDonald's in the area. It's very clean, there are no long wait times, and the staff is friendly.

We ordered a King Fusion Twix, but there were hardly any biscuit or chocolate pieces in it. Compared to that, we could have just gotten a regular King Sundae; it would have been practically the same. Unfortunately, you've lost us as customers.

A super modern shop in Dinslaken. It looks very nice. The location is also very good. The burgers were ready very quickly and were very well made. The ordering station was also easy to use and understandable for everyone. The service was very friendly.

Best Burger King branch from Wesel to Mülheim. The burgers are always super fresh and delicious. I've never been short of anything. The service is also decent.

Preparing took long, it felt that way. Staff is friendly. Parking was easy.

So the restaurant is mostly clean the food is always warm the fries are nice and crispy the staff always tries to be as fast as possible most of them are very nice what annoys me are the many ice cubes in the drinks but apart from that I have nothing to complain about so far

Hello, first of all, the restrooms are clean—a first and, in my opinion, very important criterion. The fast food is okay, like the competitors', but the photo promises much more than it actually is. Nevertheless, I can recommend it as a fast food restaurant, more than the competitor here in Dinslaken.

I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Three people ordered from there via Lieferando. First of all, the prices have become abysmally expensive. Furthermore, we were shown a delivery time of 30 to 50 minutes. After an hour of waiting, the app still showed the same wait time. Then after 60 minutes the order was only prepared. After another 60 minutes, we were told that the driver needed another 10 minutes, but according to the menu, the driver was still in the shop and the 10 minutes kept getting pushed back. It's a disgrace. If you can't guarantee a delivery, you should just do away with the whole thing and not offer it at all. Ridiculous.

Food cold 2 burgers too few and no nuggets but paid 40 euros

Unfortunately, delivery via Lieferando didn't work here. A shipment worth almost €10 was missing. After contacting the delivery person directly about something being missing, I immediately informed BK, as they weren't responsible. During the phone call, they simply told us that everything was there and that we should take a closer look. The ice cream arrived melted; it probably wasn't refrigerated during transit. Conclusion: Exhausting phone call, cold burgers, and a bad mood.

This place is an absolute disgrace. I was here with my son and the food was literally thrown at our feet...

Everything was actually good, but there was a long blonde hair in my long chicken. That, of course, ruined the meal.

The health department should urgently check this place. Last week, we were all hanging over the toilet. The meat tasted really weird. I'll definitely report this place.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The burgers I received were cold. The Coke I ordered was served without ice and was also warm. I also had to wait an unusually long time for my meal. When I visit Burger King, I expect a certain level of quality and speed, which unfortunately wasn't the case on this visit.

The best bet is 0 stars. If you order with a coupon, the burgers are given out in a slimmed-down version. For my Wopper and Big King, smaller burger patties were used, the ones normally used for hamburgers, for example. One might think this was an oversight, but it's happened several times! This is fraud!

Short waiting times and a clean branch

Always the same shit...you order a menu and an extra burger individually...nothing going on in the drive in...and they are too stupid to pack all the burgers...our "experts" are too stupid even for that...never again

I like to go to BK every now and then! Most of the time I just use the DriveIn. I'm mostly satisfied so far. There are many worse BK's and this one is clearly one of the better ones!

A big respect to the whole Burgerking team 👍 as well as the employees and the customers!!! Customer accident 2 year old child fell there a large laceration there lost a lot of blood and it was more fun watching more than getting up and helping someone!!! No first aid kit, no help, only after I started to raise my voice for promises, woow 👌 everyone is watching, no one is helping, what kind of attitude is that to the world? Why do you take a first aid course? Precisely in order to be able to help people a lot but no, instead you just watch and the 2 year old child loses blood without stopping until the ambulance arrived after 15 minutes.

After the renovation, the Burger King in Dinslaken has become really good. What I'm particularly pleased about is the large selection of vegan dishes - very future-oriented! The employees are always friendly and the restaurant itself is clean. Longer opening times would be desirable, but that's also complaining on a high level.

Terminal operation does not improve the situation. Even with just two previous orders, there are unreasonably long waiting times. The quality of the food, especially the temperature of burgers and fries, is inadequate. The commitment of the employees leaves a lot to be desired.

Food is good. Fries delicious! However, since the app was introduced, people have been waiting longer in the restaurant... I think that many people don't go to the Drive Inn because it's so complicated to order the coupons with the app! The waiting time for a fast food restaurant can sometimes be quite long, especially in the evening!

We were there for the first time. The chicken nuggets...really old and crunchy, not even really hot, onion rings wobbly crap. At least it won't happen again that we stop there. If we hadn't already been almost on the motorway, we would have happily thrown the food at the gentlemen's feet!

We often get something to eat here. Unfortunately, something is forgotten almost every time. This is very annoying when you only notice it at home. Otherwise it tastes as usual.

We were there as a group because we were given food to eat here. 6 minutes later employees came to us and said “get out of here, we want to get off work” so what an impudence and we (4 people) are in all sorts of pain after eating receive Absolutely disgusting!

The employees at this branch are friendly and helpful, which makes your stay pleasant. The cleanliness is also worth highlighting - the tables are cleaned regularly. However, there is one point of criticism: This branch is the only one I know that doesn't accept coupon codes at the drive-thru counter. The codes work without any problems in the branch itself, but at other locations this also works at the drive-thru, which I miss here. Unfortunately, there was another incident that marred the experience. A friend of mine found a small insect in his burger. This absolutely shouldn't happen in a restaurant of this size and fame. In summary: friendly service and cleanliness are great, but there is room for improvement in processes and food control.
