A very good McDonald's branch, where we made a spontaneous stop on our journey. Everything was as you would expect: friendly service, fresh products, clean tables, and an overall well-kept appearance. The order was prepared quickly, the food was hot and delicious, and even the parking lot was tidy and easily accessible. Overall, a truly successful stopover—that's how it should be everywhere.

I've been very disappointed lately. I specifically ask if it's really plant-based when the packaging is different. I get annoyed looks, and then they say yes. I have a friend test it, and she tells me it's meat. Who are we trying to fool here? It's not that difficult to serve the right food.

Terrible!! We were at the drive-thru tonight. We ordered the honey mustard vegetarian wrap. They asked twice what sauce it was, whether it was curry mango. No!! Honey mustard. When I got home, I noticed in the bag that the curry mango wrap had been wrapped. After taking two bites, I realized it wasn't the vegetarian version either. Thanks for that... Also, the wrap had been sitting there for a while. My girlfriend's McSpicy had been too. The fries were unsalted, underfilled, and old. I wish I had given it 0 stars.

The shop in Dinslaken was okay. The burger tasted pretty good, but it took a bit longer. The service was helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately, the floor was absolutely filthy. The location of McDonald's is quite good, but the entrance is a bit hidden. I've experienced better McDonald's shops.

I can't even give the service a single star! It's the worst. You wait 30 minutes at the McDrive with two cars in front of you. Wellmann, the operator, is unavailable and doesn't do anything. It's sad what's happened here. Waiting, waiting, waiting, and oh, the machine is broken, oh, the product is unfortunately out of stock. Again. Or, more likely, it was never in stock. A shame!

I was at the drive-thru and wanted to order something. After seeing three drivers in front of me get out because the order was incorrect and the employee at the drive-thru only spoke rudimentary German, I decided not to order and drove through.

This is one of the worst McDonald's stores there is. The staff is overwhelmed. There's no cancellation policy for incorrect orders. Even though the order was clearly incorrect and the billing was addressed, all they got was a shrug of the shoulders, saying, "That's what you ordered." Simply ridiculous. I can't and will not enter this store again. I don't think anyone in management will care.

Simply disgusting! We were there on a Saturday. The staff was completely incompetent and everything was absolutely filthy. My burger looked like it came from the trash. A 45-minute wait for McDonald's was just embarrassing. The entire staff should be replaced. I've never experienced anything like this at a McDonald's. I don't know what's so hard about picking up all the trash off the floor and cleaning the tables.

An employee, who was wearing a bun and makeup, got into a fight with us. I ordered a meal and didn't get my burger. I only got my fries and my Coke. She was very rude. The atmosphere was not good at all. We almost slipped on the floor because everything was so greasy. The fries on the floor were very unhygienic.

When I was there with my friends yesterday, my food arrived cold, and my friends also had problems ordering. They ordered a meal with two double cheeseburgers, but only got one burger, fries, and a drink. When they asked an employee about the burger, she was very rude and completely ignored my friends. She was wearing makeup and had her hair in a bun. In my opinion, that's outrageous, because you obviously pay for it.

Been there twice and were disappointed both times. The first time, they forgot the sauces, and the second time, instead of a 20-piece chicken box, we got two cheeseburgers and a side of fries. And there was no sauce either. A real dump!

Since I work in customer service, I've experienced many McDonald's branches, but this one takes the cake. We wanted to eat something at McDonald's. After we ordered and were looking for a seat, we noticed how dirty the entire place was. We couldn't sit at a table, not because they were all occupied, but because they were all dirty. The floor looked even worse, with leftovers and a film of grease everywhere. The view into the kitchen area was even worse. And looking at the reviews, it's not just like this today. We ended up taking food to go and had our concerns about the food.

Tried again after 7 months! Again, absolutely terrible service! After 30 minutes of driving through the drive-thru at 8 p.m. on a Saturday, they managed to serve exactly TWO cars! Complete traffic chaos and a very high risk of accidents due to cars waiting on the main road to the drive-thru! The city needs to take action here!!! It really was the last time!! The worst McDonald's in Germany!!

After a Lieferando order that didn't arrive after two hours, we were told to simply contact Lieferando. And then McDonald's itself declared the order as delivered. As if it had already been delivered 1.5 hours ago. The employee simply said that the delivery was ready, but the driver hadn't picked it up yet.

We eat every other McDonald's service after yes cola were brought but the waitress could not tell us which drinks we got there had to be remade ambience the floor was dirty and everywhere fries and other stuff not air conditioned much too warm therefore only three stars

We went there today and ordered takeout. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food. It was very busy. The fries and potato wedges weren't tasty. The burgers were okay. The drinks were almost non-carbonated. Verdict: not satisfactory!

Ordered at the drive-thru today. For four burgers, I got 20 chicken nuggets and a wrap. I waited over half an hour, and then two of them got the wrong things in the bag. When I complained, all I got was the response, "It's just like that sometimes." It wasn't even particularly busy, at least not in front of me. Behind me, there was a significant queue. The place has become absolutely disastrous.

Never experienced such a slow Meccanica branch; there's always something missing from the order. The branch hasn't changed since it opened, and it shows. The slide is completely faded and you can hardly call it a slide; even children don't want to go there anymore. The kitchen is completely greasy, and the employees slide from place to place instead of walking.

There's no worse McDonald's in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. How can a McDrive be so incredibly slow? And then not being allowed to pull up after you've ordered, causing traffic to back up onto the street, is a disgrace. And why? So that the waiting times at the McDrive are artificially kept short, or at least on paper.

Things have deteriorated considerably since new management! The last two times I've always gotten the wrong things. You order Fanta and get Coke, or Sprite without syrup (so sparkling water)? Instead of the mango ice cream, they just give you regular McFlurry with Boba (spoiler: tastes terrible). There are no sauces either. It has nothing to do with fast food. It used to be the best around, which is a shame ☹️

The fan in the men's restroom doesn't work. The floor is sticky and there are footprints all over it. Dead flies stare at me from the ceiling, and to top it all off, dogs sit on benches and are fed from the table. Superb hygiene standards, making a visit to McDonald's Dinslaken a real pleasure. I think we'll be the last visit. I only get 2 stars because the burger was okay and served quickly.

A regular McDonald's. Fresh fries are delicious, too. Pro tip: order fries without salt (they're always freshly prepared) and get a packet of salt to go with them.

Honestly, people. I can't understand you. If you go to McDonald's for dinner you have to expect to wait, as there are lots of people and not enough staff, who on top of that aren't paid well, but someone has to serve the fine clientele. Nobody likes doing their job for the money (except maybe the supervisors), which is why the people who work there are only people who have no other options. I couldn't work there and let the customers yell at me. I'm there in the mornings, the staff are always friendly and everything runs smoothly. If the staff aren't stressed, everything runs smoothly and nothing gets forgotten, the staff aren't yelled at and that puts the staff in a much better mood, but if you're yelled at six or seven times a day, I can understand that you're out of coffee and probably can't do your job properly, it has a psychological effect. On top of that, the working conditions aren't exactly ideal for the regular employees. As I said, if you go there at busy times when there are lots of customers you have to expect that the staff will no longer be able to do their job or will no longer be able to do it properly. The toilets look awful, the tray stands are full because nobody has time to clear anything away. They are busy taking orders so that the customers get their order quickly (they try). And then in the stress something gets forgotten, that's normal.

It has to be MCD about 2 or 3 times a year. Ordering and paying via app is a good option.

With so many employees, it's always a good spectacle and a puzzling puzzle WHY the conditions HIDE the table signs behind the cash registers. This borders on work refusal or simply convenience!?!? You almost had to search for the sauce on the wraps. The service makes it easy for themselves by removing the table numbers so they can simply shout the nuns through the store. If the service would at least clean the store with this apparent reduction in workload... THE CONDITION OF THIS STORE IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. I'm standing at the McDrive at 2 a.m., the employee asks me for my online code five times, then says it's OK now. I wait 30 minutes for my order. Then another employee comes and tells me I didn't order and didn't pay. Then he tried everything again in the app and noticed that the woman at the counter hadn't entered the code, and of course I had paid. The food still hadn't arrived after 45 minutes. Then it did arrive with two forgotten fries, and I had to go inside.

I'm shocked by the many bad reviews and that the feedback apparently isn't taken seriously. I pre-ordered my order today for pickup so it would be faster. When we arrived, we had to wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru for the food, and when it finally arrived, delivered by a more than unhappy person, a few items were unfortunately missing from the order. I then went inside and, upon asking, was told that the items weren't there at all. But there's no way to let them know? The main thing is to rip off customers and hope they don't notice. As soon as there are five or more customers, chaos ensues. Waiting 30-60 minutes for food is normal there. If you complain about the cold fries, you're labeled an idiot. The fan is set too high. This branch is the biggest cheek. I waited 30 minutes to pay even though I was the first in line and I waited another 43 minutes for the food. If you want a better option, I recommend Burger King. They don't have such cheeky staff as the ones in the McDonald's branch in Dinslaken.

This McDonald's is by far the worst place I've been to in my 30+ years. The service was extremely bad; we waited almost an hour for our food, which was cold and inedible. There was trash everywhere, and the employees seemed completely listless, like they'd taken a roll of Valium. The only positive thing is the light in the restrooms is good for taking photos. Otherwise, it's a complete garbage place. Once and never again.

This is an absolutely disgusting McDonald's branch. The place is filthy as hell. Sticky floor, dirty tables and the trash isn't emptied. The overpriced meal is always cold. If you order a Chicken Big Mac you get the smaller cheeseburger bun when there are probably no Big Mac buns left. The burgers look like they were slapped on, the fries are brown and soggy, taste of old grease and are freezing cold. The apple turnover was probably the disgustingest thing I've eaten in a long time. No taste, just pure rag baked in old grease.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Disastrous hygiene ‼️ in the store as well as the restrooms. There was food smeared all over the floor. Despite my pointing out the visible dirt, especially in the production area, there was no response. The consequence was that I had to wait 40 minutes ‼️ for my order, and then half of it was missing. Since the kitchen staff are always scratching their hair and sometimes their s——, I insisted on gloves. One employee put them on for my burgers, but only that one ‼️ Food safety inspectors have, of course, been informed ‼️

I've rarely experienced such friendly staff at a McDonald's! :) The children were immediately provided with coloring pages and crayons, and at the end, they even blew up balloons for them. 😊 And it was very clean, too!

Just a classic McDonald's. The employees always try their best to meet customer needs. So far, all of my orders have been perfect. Sometimes it's a bit dirty, but that's only during peak hours when things are a bit hectic. Otherwise, a typical fast-food restaurant.

Even though I ordered via the app, I had to wait 30 minutes for the food. The employees were totally slow and unmotivated. There were 4 employees packing the food and 2 were just working. The food was almost cold when I got home. My journey time is 7 minutes. The fries were already packed in the bag even though the burgers weren't ready yet. The fries were totally limp and way too salty. The burgers were just slapped together. The lettuce was wilted, the burger buns were totally sticky and everything was just thrown into the box. I ordered Coke Zero and then realized when I got home that it was Sprite. No carbonation in the drinks. We won't be eating at McDonald's anymore for the time being, and especially not in this store. You can go somewhere else for the money.

Simply the worst McDonald's I know and I know a lot of them. I enjoyed working in this branch for almost 2 years about 20 years ago. Back then, the store was clean and speed, along with friendliness, was the be-all and end-all. Now you easily wait 30 minutes (despite only 3 cars in front of you). This isn't fast food! If only the food were at least fresh... The burgers often look like they were put together with your feet, you look for salad, the bags of fries are only 2/3 full, at least every third time something is missing from the order or extra requests are not implemented or are implemented incorrectly. Ordered a cheeseburger without cucumber and the sticker confirmed this. We received a cheeseburger without cheese, but with cucumber. Thanks. We were just there again. 4 cars in front of us - waiting time for over 30 minutes and a 6-nugget was forgotten again. When asked, the employee admitted that everything took so long since then, nothing was prepared anymore, only made to order. And the drive no longer has priority as it once did, but rather the guests inside. But you can also wait there for 15-20 minutes. I wonder how the royal competition manages to do this, as 20 years ago they were already preparing almost everything to order. And why does it work so much better in other McDonald's branches? Given the prices, quality and waiting time at McDonald's Dinslaken, we can also drive to the nearest burger restaurant. Unfortunately, the traffic management of the drive and parking lot is still a disaster. The extra exit didn't help much either. The tray carts are constantly full, the tables are sticky, the toilets are far too narrow and the ventilation is downright dangerous. If you choose a table by the window, you'll be hit by ice-cold air at any time of the year. I may sound old, but things used to be much, much better.

What I can say is that I tolerate food very well. I also often go to McDonald's, I have no idea what was going on this time, but I was so shitty, and I wasn't the only one next to me in the toilet. Someone wasn't feeling well because of the food either. I don't know what happened to it but I won't be going there in the future.
