Orders are brought forward, others are forgotten. McDonalds in Dinslaken is by far the worst branch ever. I was there last time and hope that more Dinslaken residents stay away. But with today's riots, I'm sure customers will avoid this branch.

One of the worst McDonald's I know. The service is underground. Long waiting times, sometimes cold food, staff neutral to annoyed. Table service takes an extremely long time, then the food is placed on the table without comment. Most of the time sauces, straws, napkins, etc. are missing. Fries are swapped with curlys or lattice potatoes. Extremely unusual if they are still warm when served at the table. During none of our visits was the number or quality of employees sufficient for the number of customers. At times, employees remove the table service numbers from the ordering terminals so that you can line up and pick up your order yourself. The tray return is often overcrowded. We urgently need to work on improving this!!!

Today... DIKKA children's concert in Dinslaken. Many people drive here with their children afterwards... It was pure chaos... As I read, it wasn't necessarily due to the sudden rush. No pickup notice, a machine didn't print any receipts and the orders didn't arrive at the front. Waiting times of up to over an hour for people. Huge crowds at the counter to find out if you're "finally" getting your food. People are pushing forward with their numbers... Meanwhile, McDrive is constantly interrupting outside. Seriously...introduce EMERGENCY STOP. Mistakes happen, I really feel sorry for the employees at the front. But the steady flow of unsuspecting customers didn't stop. Despite the long queue, cars outside were served faster than inside. Due to the apparently frequent problems, lack of display and no rush shooting concept, I definitely won't be coming back here again. I'd rather go to BK. Only the children still want to go to McD. because this toy exists. With my 55 minute wait I recorded my sad “slow food” record. Changes what!!

I've eaten here several times and it's always unpleasant. It smells funny, it's pretty dirty and the air conditioning doesn't work at all. The food is okay but somehow it doesn't taste right. You don't feel comfortable here. Last time my order was packaged incorrectly and I received the wrong drink. The staff seemed pretty overworked and with the heat (no air conditioning) I don't blame you. I know how good a McDonalds can be, this one is the opposite of that.

As a mother, I then discovered that the company was dismantling its toilets in shopping centers in order to save money because it was allowed by law. But even the store manager in Essen didn't care at all about where I went to pee (or something bigger) at 10 p.m. on a Sunday when I was returning from a vacation trip with my child. He could perhaps have let the 5-year-old into the staff toilet, especially since there was a toilet in the interior of the store 4 weeks earlier and that was the only reason we went there. It's pretty embarrassing when you use Ronald McDonald to advertise great children's birthday parties that sometimes take place on Sundays. (Toilets in the shopping center are usually closed...which no one tells you beforehand) After more than 10 years in Dinslaken, I was there again, childhood memories, sauce and so on... Nothing has changed, offer, appearance, quality, desire or dislike of the employees, ... but the sauce has clearly decreased in intensity... We won't be coming back I have healed from my childhood memories and will recreate the beloved sauce myself at home.

It has happened several times now that I was given water instead of a Sprite in the drive-thru. A WATER. Today the water again. A lot to do or not, I think as an employee you can distinguish between water and Sprite, whether on the monitor or when filling. What do I pay 3 euros and a few bruises for if I get water at the end. It wasn't even sparkling water man😭. However, there is at least one real employee there who served us very nicely at the drive-in during the days and had a sweet chat with us. I like that one :D
