McDonald's in Dinslaken

This is an absolutely disgusting McDonald's branch. The place is filthy as hell. Sticky floor, dirty tables and the trash isn't emptied. The overpriced meal is always cold. If you order a Chicken Big Mac you get the smaller cheeseburger bun when there are probably no Big Mac buns left. The burgers look like they were slapped on, the fries are brown and soggy, taste of old grease and are freezing cold. The apple turnover was probably the disgustingest thing I've eaten in a long time. No taste, just pure rag baked in old grease.

WORSE THAN EVER! So this has nothing to do with hygiene. The employees don't know what gloves are, your burgers are made by guys who fiddle with their hair and then get their hands on their clothes. The women's restrooms are full of shit!!! And even after reporting it to the staff and after 40 minutes, nothing was done about it. After we complained that our burgers should be prepared WITH gloves, a single employee put on gloves for our burgers and immediately took them off again. Instructions from the shift manager, mind you. Oh, and last but not least, 2 out of 4 coupons were forgotten, and after correcting them twice, something was still missing. Stay away, I'll report it to the health department.

Despite my pointing out the visible dirt, especially in the production area, there was no response. The consequence was that I had to wait 40 minutes ‼️ for my order, and then half of it was missing. Since the kitchen staff are always scratching their hair and sometimes their s——, I insisted on gloves. One employee put them on for my burgers, but only that one ‼️ Food safety inspectors have, of course, been informed ‼️

The opening hours are great – around the clock! I would be happy if the delivery service were available 24 hours as well. Still, it deserves 5 stars!

I've rarely experienced such friendly staff at a McDonald's! :) The children were immediately provided with coloring pages and crayons, and at the end, they even blew up balloons for them. 😊 And it was very clean, too!

Especially the fries. I doubt it's a good idea to rely solely on technology. I doubt it. By the way, I know what it's like working at McDonald's. I worked there myself for 21 years. At a different store, though. The personal touch is simply missing. What a shame 😞 😢

Even though I ordered via the app, I had to wait 30 minutes for the food. The employees were totally slow and unmotivated. There were 4 employees packing the food and 2 were just working. The food was almost cold when I got home. My journey time is 7 minutes. The fries were already packed in the bag even though the burgers weren't ready yet. The fries were totally limp and way too salty. The burgers were just slapped together. The lettuce was wilted, the burger buns were totally sticky and everything was just thrown into the box. I ordered Coke Zero and then realized when I got home that it was Sprite. No carbonation in the drinks. We won't be eating at McDonald's anymore for the time being, and especially not in this store. You can go somewhere else for the money.

You almost had to look for the sauce on the wraps. The service makes it easy by removing the table numbers so that you can simply shout the nuns through the shop. If the service would at least clean the branch by apparently making work easier.....THE CONDITION OF THIS BRANCH IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. Simply the worst McDonald's I know and I know a lot of them. I enjoyed working in this branch for almost 2 years about 20 years ago. Back then, the store was clean and speed, along with friendliness, was the be-all and end-all. Now you easily wait 30 minutes (despite only 3 cars in front of you). This isn't fast food! If only the food were at least fresh... The burgers often look like they were put together with your feet, you look for salad, the bags of fries are only 2/3 full, at least every third time something is missing from the order or extra requests are not implemented or are implemented incorrectly. Ordered a cheeseburger without cucumber and the sticker confirmed this. We received a cheeseburger without cheese, but with cucumber. Thanks. We were just there again. 4 cars in front of us - waiting time for over 30 minutes and a 6-nugget was forgotten again. When asked, the employee admitted that everything took so long since then, nothing was prepared anymore, only made to order. And the drive no longer has priority as it once did, but rather the guests inside. But you can also wait there for 15-20 minutes. I wonder how the royal competition manages to do this, as 20 years ago they were already preparing almost everything to order. And why does it work so much better in other McDonald's branches? Given the prices, quality and waiting time at McDonald's Dinslaken, we can also drive to the nearest burger restaurant. Unfortunately, the traffic management of the drive and parking lot is still a disaster. The extra exit didn't help much either. The tray carts are constantly full, the tables are sticky, the toilets are far too narrow and the ventilation is downright dangerous. If you choose a table by the window, you'll be hit by ice-cold air at any time of the year. I may sound old, but things used to be much, much better.

What I can say is that I tolerate food very well. I also often go to McDonald's, I have no idea what was going on this time, but I was so shitty, and I wasn't the only one next to me in the toilet. Someone wasn't feeling well because of the food either. I don't know what happened to it but I won't be going there in the future.

I've known this branch for years and have always enjoyed going there. During the last visit on 4/23/25 at 5:00 p.m. the "restaurant" was in a terrible state! Almost all tables were dirty or sticky and the tray stand overflowing. There were napkins and other rubbish scattered on the floor and no one took care of it. I don't even want to know what hygienic condition the kitchen and sanitary facilities were in. Unfortunately, this was the lowest point of my McDonalds visits and my last “experience” in this establishment for the foreseeable future!

A young woman fell over and the only thing the waitress could think of was to call 281 is ready. Strong When the ambulance was called by a third party there was at least nothing to see😱. All in all, this was a real happy meal and happy Easter!👞

By far the worst McDonald's we know! The “Fast” in fast food stands for “almost”, as you can easily shop next door or wash your car while you wait. Cars in the drive are parked on the street, 30-40 minutes waiting time inside is unfortunately normal. Went there again today after 2 months because the kids wanted to have the Minecraft in the kiddy box, what are they forgetting? The toy! The food is so lukewarm again that we had to pack it ourselves because the waitresses don't have time for their work. I don't know if it's an organizational problem, the store is just too small for the needs or whatever - it's just bad 🤷‍♂️

This McDonald's certainly doesn't qualify as a fast-food restaurant... It was 10:30 p.m. on a Sunday, and the food was on the table at 11:25 p.m. It's annoying when you just want to grab something... you definitely have to plan your time... The food was okay, though. We couldn't park in the parking lot because the line to the drive didn't move at all and went all the way to the street. We then parked in front of the shop next door and walked over. There were already trays of rubbish on the tables outside, and the picture continued inside. When tables were unoccupied, there was usually trash and leftovers from the guests. But that was immediately explained, because the three trolleys for the trays after the meal were full and the full trays were even stacked on them. We then just took a Mac Rib and a Royal TS. Both were very poorly topped and the Royal TS was only lukewarm. The staff was perhaps the best thing about the whole store, even if they didn't seem particularly capable.
