Always fun for our son! When he gets his junior bag! For adults, well, everyone has to decide for themselves!

The service was completely overwhelmed... They didn't even know you could order via app. The vending machines weren't working either. I'd rather go to other locations.

After placing our order at the terminal, we wanted to find a table. We wandered all over the place because every single free table was absolutely filthy. Only table number 7 was halfway acceptable, but I asked the server to wipe it down, which she did immediately. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced this in this restaurant. But this is the last time for me; I'll never go back to this branch.

It's McDonald's, after all. Unfortunately, often understaffed. The biggest drawback is the cold air vent in the "kids' corner." You get cold quickly if you don't want to sit there wearing a jacket.

If you're happy to wait 35 minutes at the drive-thru for two hamburgers and large fries, and expect to be fobbed off with "coming soon" after asking twice, then this is clearly the place for you. I wouldn't recommend this fast-food establishment to anyone else. That was my second and last time there 🤷‍♂️

I ordered food, and after two hours the driver arrived without the food. He asked if I could cancel the order, saying the restaurant hadn't received it and he couldn't continue working. It was 8 PM, my child was crying, and I won't be ordering from them again. Edit: I contacted Lieferando on Instagram. They were aware of the problem with my order, so they re-ordered it over the phone, but I still haven't received anything.

Hello dear team. What was going on today, December 30th, 2025, and I think it's outrageous! A McSundae with ketchup and mayo, and what did I get? Chocolate sauce! And my friend wanted a chicken burger and got an apple masher. Never again McDonald's! 🐔

December 26th. The line is 15 meters long. The display is broken, so you don't know when it's your turn. Instead of curly fries, which they seem to be out of, they're now handing out two orders of regular fries. Complaints about incorrect orders are piling up. This McDonald's is the epitome of being overwhelmed. If you know the party crowd will be arriving after midnight on weekends, you need to plan accordingly. This is truly a case of absolute mismanagement. I'm going to report this branch to McDonald's. My friends have been eating for 30 minutes, and I'm still waiting... Let's see when this gets done.

Very bad McDonald's. We waited over 20 minutes to pay and then another hour for our food. To top it off, they forgot two drinks, and we only got one after asking twice. A burger was also missing, the sauce on the McFlurry was gone, and the fries weren't salted, and we paid full price.

We ordered €40 worth of food and everything except the two fries and two Cokes was wrong!!! How stupid can you be? Then you can't even get hold of anyone, even after trying for hours. Absolutely the worst! It was disgusting what they delivered. First of all, we got the wrong burger, and then there's the way the burgers looked. Plus, the "Big Rösti" had nothing to do with a Big Rösti; whatever was on it didn't belong there. It didn't taste good, and it really didn't look appetizing. I have no idea who prepared the burgers, but please get a different job. You should definitely be careful who you hire. What a dump!

This isn't the first time I've received such a lovingly prepared burger. It's really awful!

You can usually tell what their burgers taste like, but one of them had too much sauce and the flavor was different. One thing to note is that the whole floor was wet and therefore slippery. I didn't feel comfortable, but on the other hand, the people who worked there were very nice. Getting to the parking lot is a bit inconvenient.

The food is quite good, but it's getting really annoying that orders are always misread or not read at all, with things being left on burgers or added on even though you didn't want them. Then, when you want to go in and have it corrected, you have to wait almost an hour, and by the time the food is cold. So please READ your orders CORRECTLY!!!

This branch doesn't even deserve one star. One hour in the drive-thru. Disorganized, chaotic, food cold.

Extremely long wait times; this has nothing to do with fast food. Been there twice, and both times I waited more than 45 minutes in the drive-thru.

Disaster. We were there today. There were three cars ahead of us, and we waited 45 minutes for a Happy Meal. The staff were sending the cars back and forth for no reason. Then, after 45 minutes, the food arrived and it was cold. McDonald's is getting worse every year.

First, the whole place smelled of rotten fish. Second, everything was filthy. Third, the staff was incredibly unfriendly. Fourth, the fries were so soggy they were practically falling apart, and of course, they weren't salted. Fifth, the burger patty was covered in mold. All in all, a complete dump! And to top it all off, you run into some seriously antisocial characters there, like Hagrid—unbelievable!

So now we've been waiting 15 minutes for two Big Macs with fries and a Coke. This isn't what a fast-food restaurant should be. At least the drive-thru is working.

Typical McDonald's. The staff could work a bit faster, but that might have been due to the late hour of 10:30 PM. Basically, though, you get what you'd expect from McDonald's.

So, the burgers are probably just thrown against the wall after being cooked, and they keep forgetting the wrong sauces or extra sauces. Even when it's not busy, the food is now prepared in such a way that I lose my appetite just looking at it. I'm really disappointed; the place used to be better. You should know.

Worst McDonald's drive-thru ever! There are two entrances, and you have to use a zipper merge to get to the drive-thru. After ordering, you have to go through the restaurant's entrance and exit. You order, are directed to the counter, and people are crossing in front of your car from both sides, using a crosswalk. When exiting the drive-thru, you get in the way of cars entering the drive-thru.

Lots of loiterers here. Weird drive-thru at the front of the store. No sauce in my ice cream. Creepy people.

After the renovation it is very nice and there are many ways to order, even via the McDonald's app.

I ordered from this dump, had to wait ten minutes to pay, and another 40 minutes for the order to be ready. The staff was very unfriendly. NOT WORTH IT, GO TO BURGER KING BETTER.

A typical McDonald's, however, it's a bit problematic to exit the parking lot normally when the drive-thru is busy. These cars then block the exit. Update: They've since added another exit. Exiting is now much easier. Update: Friendly as always, but also more careless. When ordering, no spoon was provided with the cappuccino, and the sauce for the fries was also missing. It was provided immediately upon request, but this never used to happen. Other customers also checked their takeout orders and may have had similar experiences with completeness.

Absolutely disgusting. I waited half an hour and got home to find everything cold, hard, and even the wrong parts inside. I called, and they told me to go back and they'd replace everything... Yeah, right, as if I'd want to go back there again.

Bad shop. Last time I ordered ice cream, a burger, and fries online and also paid for them online. They said they were updating the software and they couldn't do anything. They told me to get the money back at lunchtime. I called today and asked if they were open and had ice cream. I was told yes. I said I'd come by. I arrived and the ice cream machine was being cleaned, which would take over an hour. I drove 30 km for nothing again. Never again.

We ordered through Uber Eats today and have picked up food from them several times before. No one there manages to process an order correctly and completely. Something's always missing, and something's always packed incorrectly.

⭐ 1 star I went to the Dinslaken McDonald's Drive-In with my daughter and had one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had at McDonald's. The employee at the counter was unfriendly, rude, and gave us incorrect information – my daughter even started crying in the car because she was told there was no milkshake or toy in the Happy Meal. Only after a long wait and repeated inquiries did the manager finally respond. I filed a formal complaint with McDonald's, but unfortunately, the responses were very general and lacked any real consequences. If a family restaurant disappoints children like this, there's something wrong with the system. I truly hope this branch finally changes the way it treats customers.

I've been here many times and thought nothing could disappoint me anymore. But actually, I've just come back from the night shift and thought they should get their act together at 5:00 a.m. on a Saturday. I ordered a Mc Crispy from the menu and a chicken burger. I got a chicken burger, but a Mc Spicy and half a Sprite?! Thanks, and for that you pay €13 for half a drink and the wrong burger. As you would expect from Birger King, there was a receipt with it, not surprisingly. Well, the fries were the first time, speaking of you! Simply not a good place! Oh, and the staff weren't really friendly, just brushed us off, no hello, no goodbye.

A very good McDonald's branch, where we made a spontaneous stop on our journey. Everything was as you would expect: friendly service, fresh products, clean tables, and an overall well-kept appearance. The order was prepared quickly, the food was hot and delicious, and even the parking lot was tidy and easily accessible. Overall, a truly successful stopover—that's how it should be everywhere.

Terrible!! We were at the drive-thru tonight. We ordered the honey mustard vegetarian wrap. They asked twice what sauce it was, whether it was curry mango. No!! Honey mustard. When I got home, I noticed in the bag that the curry mango wrap had been wrapped. After taking two bites, I realized it wasn't the vegetarian version either. Thanks for that... Also, the wrap had been sitting there for a while. My girlfriend's McSpicy had been too. The fries were unsalted, underfilled, and old. I wish I had given it 0 stars.

I've been very disappointed lately. I specifically ask if it's really plant-based when the packaging is different. I get annoyed looks, and then they say yes. I have a friend test it, and she tells me it's meat. Who are we trying to fool here? It's not that difficult to serve the right food.

I was at the drive-thru and wanted to order something. After seeing three drivers in front of me get out because the order was incorrect and the employee at the drive-thru only spoke rudimentary German, I decided not to order and drove through.

This is one of the worst McDonald's stores there is. The staff is overwhelmed. There's no cancellation policy for incorrect orders. Even though the order was clearly incorrect and the billing was addressed, all they got was a shrug of the shoulders, saying, "That's what you ordered." Simply ridiculous. I can't and will not enter this store again. I don't think anyone in management will care.

Been there twice and were disappointed both times. The first time, they forgot the sauces, and the second time, instead of a 20-piece chicken box, we got two cheeseburgers and a side of fries. And there was no sauce either. A real dump!

An employee, who was wearing a bun and makeup, got into a fight with us. I ordered a meal and didn't get my burger. I only got my fries and my Coke. She was very rude. The atmosphere was not good at all. We almost slipped on the floor because everything was so greasy. The fries on the floor were very unhygienic.

When I was there with my friends yesterday, my food arrived cold, and my friends also had problems ordering. They ordered a meal with two double cheeseburgers, but only got one burger, fries, and a drink. When they asked an employee about the burger, she was very rude and completely ignored my friends. Since I work in customer service, I've experienced many McDonald's branches, but this one takes the cake. We wanted to eat something at McDonald's. After we ordered and were looking for a seat, we noticed how dirty the entire place was. We couldn't sit at a table, not because they were all occupied, but because they were all dirty. The floor looked even worse, with leftovers and a film of grease everywhere. The view into the kitchen area was even worse. And looking at the reviews, it's not just like this today. We ended up taking food to go and had our concerns about the food.

Tried again after 7 months! Again, absolutely terrible service! After 30 minutes of driving through the drive-thru at 8 p.m. on a Saturday, they managed to serve exactly TWO cars! Complete traffic chaos and a very high risk of accidents due to cars waiting on the main road to the drive-thru! The city needs to take action here!!! It really was the last time!! The worst McDonald's in Germany!!

After a Lieferando order that didn't arrive after two hours, we were told to simply contact Lieferando. And then McDonald's itself declared the order as delivered. As if it had already been delivered 1.5 hours ago. The employee simply said that the delivery was ready, but the driver hadn't picked it up yet.

We eat every other McDonald's service after yes cola were brought but the waitress could not tell us which drinks we got there had to be remade ambience the floor was dirty and everywhere fries and other stuff not air conditioned much too warm therefore only three stars

We went there today and ordered takeout. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food. It was very busy. The fries and potato wedges weren't tasty. The burgers were okay. The drinks were almost non-carbonated. Verdict: not satisfactory!

Ordered at the drive-thru today. For four burgers, I got 20 chicken nuggets and a wrap. I waited over half an hour, and then two of them got the wrong things in the bag. When I complained, all I got was the response, "It's just like that sometimes." It wasn't even particularly busy, at least not in front of me. Behind me, there was a significant queue. Never experienced such a slow Meccanica branch; there's always something missing from the order. The branch hasn't changed since it opened, and it shows. The slide is completely faded and you can hardly call it a slide; even children don't want to go there anymore. The kitchen is completely greasy, and the employees slide from place to place instead of walking.

There's no worse McDonald's in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. How can a McDrive be so incredibly slow? And then not being allowed to pull up after you've ordered, causing traffic to back up onto the street, is a disgrace. And why? So that the waiting times at the McDrive are artificially kept short, or at least on paper.

Things have deteriorated considerably since new management! The last two times I've always gotten the wrong things. You order Fanta and get Coke, or Sprite without syrup (so sparkling water)? Instead of the mango ice cream, they just give you regular McFlurry with Boba (spoiler: tastes terrible). There are no sauces either. It has nothing to do with fast food. It used to be the best around, which is a shame ☹️

The fan in the men's restroom doesn't work. The floor is sticky and there are footprints all over it. Dead flies stare at me from the ceiling, and to top it all off, dogs sit on benches and are fed from the table. Superb hygiene standards, making a visit to McDonald's Dinslaken a real pleasure. I think we'll be the last visit. I only get 2 stars because the burger was okay and served quickly.

Honestly, people. I can't understand you. If you go to McDonald's for dinner you have to expect to wait, as there are lots of people and not enough staff, who on top of that aren't paid well, but someone has to serve the fine clientele. Nobody likes doing their job for the money (except maybe the supervisors), which is why the people who work there are only people who have no other options. I couldn't work there and let the customers yell at me. I'm there in the mornings, the staff are always friendly and everything runs smoothly. If the staff aren't stressed, everything runs smoothly and nothing gets forgotten, the staff aren't yelled at and that puts the staff in a much better mood, but if you're yelled at six or seven times a day, I can understand that you're out of coffee and probably can't do your job properly, it has a psychological effect. On top of that, the working conditions aren't exactly ideal for the regular employees. As I said, if you go there at busy times when there are lots of customers you have to expect that the staff will no longer be able to do their job or will no longer be able to do it properly. The toilets look awful, the tray stands are full because nobody has time to clear anything away. They are busy taking orders so that the customers get their order quickly (they try). And then in the stress something gets forgotten, that's normal.

It has to be MCD about 2 or 3 times a year. Ordering and paying via app is a good option.

With so many employees, it's always a good spectacle and a puzzling puzzle WHY the conditions HIDE the table signs behind the cash registers. This borders on work refusal or simply convenience!?!? You almost had to search for the sauce on the wraps. The service makes it easy for themselves by removing the table numbers so they can simply shout the nuns through the store. If the service would at least clean the store with this apparent reduction in workload... THE CONDITION OF THIS STORE IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. YOU CAN CATCH SOMETHING IN THE TOILETS JUST BY LOOKING AT THEM!!!

I'm shocked by the many bad reviews and that the feedback apparently isn't taken seriously. I pre-ordered my order today for pickup so it would be faster. When we arrived, we had to wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru for the food, and when it finally arrived, delivered by a more than unhappy person, a few items were unfortunately missing from the order. I then went inside and, upon asking, was told that the items weren't there at all. But there's no way to let them know? The main thing is to rip off customers and hope they don't notice. There was no apology from the next rather unhappy and unfriendly person either. Inside, despite it being a weekday, it looked like a mess. I don't know why but Germany has the worst McDonald's, both the food and the service are dirty, lots of garbage, orders take a long time to wait, and the food is disgusting.
