Today... DIKKA children's concert in Dinslaken. Many people drive here with their children afterwards... It was pure chaos... As I read, it wasn't necessarily due to the sudden rush. No pickup notice, a machine didn't print any receipts and the orders didn't arrive at the front. Waiting times of up to over an hour for people. Huge crowds at the counter to find out if you're "finally" getting your food. People are pushing forward with their numbers... Meanwhile, McDrive is constantly interrupting outside. Seriously...introduce EMERGENCY STOP. Mistakes happen, I really feel sorry for the employees at the front. But the steady flow of unsuspecting customers didn't stop. Despite the long queue, cars outside were served faster than inside. Due to the apparently frequent problems, lack of display and no rush shooting concept, I definitely won't be coming back here again. I'd rather go to BK. Only the children still want to go to McD. because this toy exists. With my 55 minute wait I recorded my sad “slow food” record. Changes what!!

Modern branch with a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately the air conditioning was out of order, so it was just as warm inside as outside. 😅

The waiting times at MC Drive are underground. I personally don't know of any branch where you have to wait forever before and after the order point. This works much better and faster at other branches. Too bad!

We waited half an hour for the food and easily ten minutes to even be able to pay. The food was completely cold and tasted old, you couldn't eat fries and nuggets at all. Everything is dirty, the shelves are completely overloaded and the air conditioning doesn't work either.

Incompetent employees who don't know what to do. Waiting times are too long every time, you stand in line for 3 cars in McDrive for what feels like an hour.

I regularly have the same negative experience with obvious unhygiene, chaos, etc. But the crowning moment was just now: waited 40 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers and then received dried-out garbage with no toppings - no air conditioning - no electronic display. Definitely been there for the last time.

Ordered easily from the machine today. THEN noticed that the place was incredibly hot. Over 30 degrees outside and inside. No air conditioning, no fan! THEN noticed that the monitor with the numbers for the finished orders was not working. Still not (!) The numbers were announced, which sometimes did not reach the customers. This results in slight chaos. The staff seemed hectic, stressed and slightly overwhelmed. In an environment of extreme heat, no idea who's turn it is when, noise, beeping and pop music coming from somewhere, standing on the spot and waiting for another 30 minutes is unreasonable! Still 2 stars because the order was complete and tasted very good.

The order took forever (about half an hour), then it was the wrong burger and also cold. Unfortunately, that wasn't just once.

Without exaggeration, this is one of the dirtiest McDonald's branches I've ever visited!! The tray return is completely overloaded, the tables in the restaurant are not cleaned and you have to share tables with old ketchup and mayonnaise. In addition, the term "fast food" does not apply at all, as I had to wait in line for a good 10 minutes after ordering until I received the food.

I've eaten here several times and it's always unpleasant. It smells funny, it's pretty dirty and the air conditioning doesn't work at all. The food is okay but somehow it doesn't taste right. You don't feel comfortable here. Last time my order was packaged incorrectly and I received the wrong drink. The staff seemed pretty overworked and with the heat (no air conditioning) I don't blame you. I know how good a McDonalds can be, this one is the opposite of that.

It's just a McDonald's, like any other typical quick meal for little money, it actually has a lot more potential in my opinion. But whatever the hell, I can go there again for a snack every now and then

In short...childhood memory meets reality. I'll go a little further because my opinion of McDonald's hasn't improved over the past 38 years for various reasons. As a child we had McDonald's and Quick in Luxembourg (capital). I used to really like the Big Mac with its sauce and I remember it positively. But.... I haven't forgotten either... ...a huge scandal that rats were put into the patties during production and sold to customers, which ensured that we preferred Quick back then, even though they weren't really any better in quality. As a mother, I then discovered that the company was dismantling its toilets in shopping centers in order to save money because it was allowed by law. But even the store manager in Essen didn't care at all about where I went to pee (or something bigger) at 10 p.m. on a Sunday when I was returning from a vacation trip with my child. He could perhaps have let the 5-year-old into the staff toilet, especially since there was a toilet in the interior of the store 4 weeks earlier and that was the only reason we went there. It's pretty embarrassing when you use Ronald McDonald to advertise great children's birthday parties that sometimes take place on Sundays. (Toilets in the shopping center are usually closed...which no one tells you beforehand) After more than 10 years in Dinslaken, I was there again, childhood memories, sauce and so on... Nothing has changed, offer, appearance, quality, desire or dislike of the employees, ... but the sauce has clearly decreased in intensity... We won't be coming back I have healed from my childhood memories and will recreate the beloved sauce myself at home.

I had to wait 45 minutes for a burger. After several complaints, I was coldly told that the employee had told me that it would take 45 minutes. 1st. He hadn't said that!! Thirdly and secondly, it's a fast food restaurant. I've never heard of or experienced anything like that. I can only advise against going there

Ordered via your app with the included coupons! I was charged the price without the coupon price. Unfortunately, I only noticed this at home when I was digging through the cold fries. There was also no mention at the counter that the price had changed. Rip-off in a very clever way! Never this branch again, I'd rather eat walnuts from the side of the road than be randomly ripped off here. The rating isn't enough for me because it's not enough. This is an abstruse rip-off. The Consumer Protection Center will definitely receive an email from me.

Forget slow food and burgers. I understand that it can be complicated to put the right burgers in a bag - just hire someone who only checks orders! There's enough to do and your customers don't have to check your work themselves!

I've known McDonald's in Dinslaken since I was a teenager. We've been wanting to eat a burger for many years, what can I say, tables dirty, benches and chairs sticky and greasy, food lukewarm. Price performance only deserves one star. Won't be going back.

I was there last night and ordered 2 McChicken with 2x extra bacon and then found out when I got home that there was no chicken patty on it, neither of them. I only got the roll with salad mayo and bacon. Thanks for that 😡 and I paid 10 euros for that 😡

It has happened several times now that I was given water instead of a Sprite in the drive-thru. A WATER. Today the water again. A lot to do or not, I think as an employee you can distinguish between water and Sprite, whether on the monitor or when filling. What do I pay 3 euros and a few bruises for if I get water at the end. It wasn't even sparkling water man😭. However, there is at least one real employee there who served us very nicely at the drive-in during the days and had a sweet chat with us. I like that one :D

Food cold and already old. It takes forever until you get your food and to record your time you should always drive up in the drive so that you don't get stuck in the time recording and the quota stays good. Absolute impudence!

We dined here on a Tuesday evening. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to find a table that wasn't either full of trash or just totally dirty. Ordering from the machine was OK and the food came relatively quickly with table service. Again, the food was even warm. Unfortunately, there was probably no one who was able to empty the collection stations. I've known McDonald's Dinslaken since I was a child and I'm really horrified now. Been here again today. Tables dirty, floor sticky, toilets not clean either. The food arrives lukewarm and something is always missing and you then have to start walking again. I wonder why they don't even check the hygiene. The children's toys and the new cola glass were missing. The burgers were put together completely carelessly and looked anything but appetizing. Unfortunately the fries weren't cooked through either.... The employee just made a stupid face and didn't say anything about it! Our son was sitting in the high chair and an employee came up to us and asked if we still needed the chair. There were other children who needed a high chair..... We were all still eating and that's not possible at all when you're eating!!!! On top of that, the whole restaurant is dirty! There was no soap in the toilets either... That was our last visit

Several trash bags half-block the entrance to the women's restroom. The women's toilet was very dirty. The toilet seat was covered in feces and smeared. Almost all of the tables were dirty or full of used trays. No napkins placed on the tray. Fries with green and brown spots. However, one young employee appeared very positive and helpful. Unfortunately, this positive is lost in the rest. What a disgusting mess. Never again.

Unfortunately, I only give this McDonald's 3 stars because they have often forgotten parts of the orders or given something different than what I ordered. On the good side, I have to say that the food is ready quickly and sometimes tastes good.

Fries and burgers are almost always freshly prepared (nothing in stock in the warming section). However, there are drawbacks when it comes to the cleanliness of the guest area and outdoor area. Staff totally unfriendly and also very incompetent. A simple ice cream was already too much for the good employee. Hygiene is a foreign word. There is this Asian woman who is cleaning, then she gives out the goods with wet hands/gloves with cleaning agent.

Had an occasional meal because the next train was 30 minutes late, but the McDonalds is quite good. As with every Mcs, the food itself is good. The chicken nuggets weren't cold and neither were the burgers. But eating took quite a long time, even though most of the burgers are already pre-made and then lying around on the rack. Ambience very good. Almost everything is clean, both the interior and exterior look very good. I actually wanted to play games in the games corner, but the projector is broken. The service still needs to be worked on, but otherwise it's an above-average McDonald's

What happened to our Dinslaken MC Donalds? The last few times at Drivein were underground. Unfriendly, uncoordinated and not tasty. Something was always forgotten. Napkins, mayonnaise, question receipt. In addition, the drive-in employees appeared unkempt and listless. If you bypass the camera-based time measurement by letting people drive up, you should at least know which car gets what. It wasn't that bad every time, but last year there wasn't even one at the Drivein in Dinslaken where we were completely satisfied, as before. We are giving the competition another chance. A pity.

Absolut unverschämt filiale Dinslaken drei mal online bestellt drei mal nicht alles bekommen dann ruft man ein einziges mal an um die fehlenden lebensmittel zu bekommen und dann wird man noch als lügner hingestellt!!! Dazu kommt noch das es kalt angekommen ist und einfach nur alt geschmeckt hat!!! Man bezahlt ein haufen geld für nix und wieder nix!!!! I can only praise the service, the employees are friendly. I usually always eat 2 hamburgers and 2 cheeseburgers. The price is up to €10 because that's what I pay for. We ate there again today on Leap Year Day! Either in the car in the middle of the week, or in the McDonalds restaurant on Saturdays. The McCafe is open from 6 a.m. Since I was asked if there was an omelette for breakfast, I couldn't say for sure. There are probably scrambled eggs and burgers with eggs, i.e. eggs. All I can say is that the McDonalds in Dinslaken is good. And this McDonalds is open 24 hours a day. Parking is free here. I can only recommend him. Greetings petra 🤗

I'm shocked to see that the employees understand or speak German less and less... that's annoying at Mc Drive! Especially since the orders are recorded incorrectly... and a lot of things are forgotten and special requests are not addressed at all.

I haven't been to this branch for about 3 years now and I have to say that a lot has changed for the better. The ordering terminals are very practical and the food is put together quickly. It is no longer as uncomfortable and untidy as it was a few years ago. I really enjoyed my visit yesterday.

It's really a problem that there is only 1 store in the entire area. The store is stormed, I've never seen anything like that before. The whole store is totally overcrowded plus the Mc drive and that for delivery. It's clear that the staff no longer knows where the front or the back is and you can also tell that the food suffers as a result. Those who pack the bags only say error with the output where there are around 20 to 30 burgers but they are not packed and are getting cold and I won't even start with the fries that are almost still not cooked through.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience again. The burgers were just lukewarm. The fries were cold, I know it differently from the competition. The fries are always placed on the tray at the end so that they are still hot. Unfortunately, the taste of the food was rather disappointing. Despite the moderate number of customers, the tables and the floor were really dirty in places. The tray carts were overcrowded.

Even with a happy meal they are overwhelmed! It's just laughable that something is missing even there. Got the coupon with the happy meal today and the nuggets are missing. It's really sad that I have to check myself and it was only one meal. One star is still too many for that!

Everything was great, a very nice gentleman who cleared and cleaned the tables. The only drawback is MC Drive, that should be planned better. The cars are parked on the street and it's difficult to get out of the parking lot.

Mitarbeiter am Mcdrive war sehr unfreundlich. Unsere Bestellung war zwar von der Stückzahl her vollständig, jedoch war der "teure" Burger (Big Rösti) ohne Rösti und mit Hähnchen anstatt Rindfleisch. Zudem waren die Pommes kalt.

Geht so hat sich vieles geändert

Ich besuche McDonald’s in verschiedenen Städten Deutschlands sehr regelmäßig – schätzungsweise fünf Mal pro Woche, sei es für einen Kaffee oder eine Mahlzeit. Doch der McDonald’s in Dinslaken hat mich besonders enttäuscht. Bisher habe ich nie das Bedürfnis verspürt, eine Rezension zu schreiben, aber angesichts meiner Erfahrungen in diesem speziellen Restaurant fühle ich mich verpflichtet, andere Kunden zu warnen. Die Hygiene und Sauberkeit lassen hier stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Toiletten sind verschmutzt und riechen unangenehm. Im Gastraum sind die Abfallstationen für die Tabletts überfüllt, und die Tische werden nicht regelmäßig gesäubert.

Was ist mit dem Drive passiert ? Wartezeiten haben sich mindestens verdreifacht. Bewertung ändert sich wenn der Drive wieder normal funktioniert.

Alles in gewohnter McDonald Qualität. An der Sauberkeit muss noch gearbeitet werden.

McDonalds Restaurant wie jedes andere auch. Habe zum Mitnehmen bestellt, alles war gut verpackt und komplett, Mitarbeiter freundlich, Filiale sauber.

Das wird immer doller…mal davon abgesehen das der Lieferdienst oft lange braucht und kaltes Essen liefert, wird über Lieferando auf die Speisen ein Aufpreis berechnet. Dann wollen die noch 5€ Liefergebühr…und weil das alles für die Qualität wohl nicht dreist genug ist, wird eine Service Gebühr von 99cent erhoben mit der Begründung, man nutze das um den Service zu verbessern. Welchen Service? Wie Gewinngeil kann man sein? Liefert doch erst mal Service … die drei Sterne hier und bei Lieferando sind noch deutlich zu gut bewertet!!!

Wir waren am 2 .01.24 dort! Erst waren die Pommes nur bis zur Hälfte gefüllt, haben sie dann nachgefüllt bekommen. Dann alle Burger kalt😫 ok wieder nach vorne ausgetauscht bekommen . Danach viel und auf das eine Cola fehlte ,dann aber keine Lust mehr wieder zu diskutieren. Wir hatten nach ungefähr 15 Minuten unser Essen dann vollständig. Dann kommt dieser unmögliche Mitarbeiter und sagt so wir schließen jetzt..Wir fragten dann warum man uns das nicht vorher gesagt hätte. Weil dann hätten wir da kein essen bestellt. Dann sagte er ganz schnippisch das wäre ihm egal und wir sollten jetzt gehen. Wir sagten das wir erst aufessen und dann gehen würden. Da sagte er wenn wir jetzt nicht gehen würden,würde er den Geschäftsführer holen. Das Gespräch war von Anfang nicht nett. Mein Mann hatte noch versucht es nett zu klären ,da verdrehte er die Augen stand an der Tür und drohte uns weiter mit dem Geschäftsführer.. Wir wurden noch nie so behandelt.

Ich war jetzt mittlerweile öfter dort und seit einer gewissen Zeit schmecken die Chicken Nuggets dort echt schlecht. Die Nuggets schmecken irgendwie verbrannt und mehlig. Wartezeiten sind recht lang wenn eigentlich nichts los ist. Wenn viel los ist sind die Wartezeiten aber kaum länger.
