Extremely long waiting times, even for basic burgers... absolutely not recommended.

I went to the drive-thru at 10:20 a.m. today. 2 cars ahead of me when it was my turn it was 10:30am. Would be asked to wait a bit. At 10:33 a.m. I wanted to order breakfast, but it was no longer possible!!!!? No explanation helped me!!! I then ordered a fries, collected payment immediately, the fries were still not ready at 10:50 because I had to be at work at 11 a.m. without fries and without a refund. 30 minutes of my life disappears for NOTHING!!!! Really lousy performance!!!!!

We were here relatively late and were well served. Food was warm, prepared quickly, and the store manager was very attentive to the order. Gladly again!

Normal McDonald's with all current dishes and toilets and parking lot. Just outside the city center. Reachable on foot in about 10 minutes.

A place with electronic orders. Very habitual. The burgers have become very expensive.

It's just a disgrace how dirty the store always is. The tables don't give me the impression of being cleaned often. Every time I go there it looks really disgusting and it's always at the Mc'Donalds. The pictures you can see are from today and last week.

2 large doors that can be opened directly behind each other, no automatic door opener. Bad for every wheelchair user. In addition, it is so narrow between the doors that if you stand between them with your wheelchair and want to open the second one, there is no space left.

In theory we were treated nicely and sat outside. Unfortunately, the audience was very inconsiderate, to say the least. To the left of us sat a German citizen of Turkish origin and to the right of us sat a German citizen of Russian or similar origin. They both had their phones on the table, turned on loud, and were shouting at a volume that startled me with every bite. When I asked him to be a little more considerate at least in public, the one on the left said "Dude, you gave me a problem" and the one on the right said "I don't understand anything" We then stopped eating and left. We prefer to keep what we think about “our friends” to ourselves.

I was there again yesterday after a year...I used to really like it. Yesterday it was just disappointment. Shop very dirty, service rude, hot drinks were cold, food was cold too! Never again

At 11pm an old cherry bag is delivered, cold fries and a cold burger. The order was placed at 9:25 p.m. The restaurant could not be reached by phone to cancel and/or complain. Really a disgrace. The driver was also completely stressed. You could have really saved the €17.

An absolute failure at the McDonald's in Herten. We had ordered 2 menus and so there were 2 Cola 2024 glasses. We would only be given the second glass if we asked, without a word of apology. The packaging of my BigMac was smudged and not attractive. Similar to the packaged burgers, which apparently were just thrown into the packaging. The colas were not marked which was light and which was normal. The burgers were almost cold, the fries were neither browned nor cooked. Overall, it's a disgrace, not to mention the cleanliness of the place. Everything dirty and greasy. You won't see us as guests there anymore.

If you have to complain and put down your employees directly in front of the guests, then it would be an advantage to pack the order correctly yourself. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Cole Slow and got the Bacon TS. Yes, I probably could have checked straight away, but when I look in the bag and see that there is crispy chicken in it and the packaging is dented at Promo, I assume that the real burger is also in there. So, dear shift manager, take a crack at yourself instead of putting down new employees because they messed up a McFlurry...

Went to Mc's again after several years and unfortunately found that the food had deteriorated extremely. Meat is almost impossible to find on the Big Mac and the classic Mc Chicken looked as if it had been dropped and stepped on. I also think 2 Bic Mac and 2 Mc Chicken for €23 are overpriced. Will no longer be our go-to place when we're hungry. A pity.

Definitely one of the better ones compared to other McDonalds. Unfortunately, I often experienced errors with the McDrive; something was missing every time. Still better than others.

As always, I give this one star because there is no option to give no star at all. The store is one of the less clean, if not the least clean, McD's in Germany - and I've seen many of them from the inside and worked there. Everything is dirty and no one cares about cleanliness and order, neither inside nor outside nor in the parking lot. The dozens of rat traps are self-explanatory. Otherwise the "service" is absolutely subpar. Wait 20 minutes at the drive before you're even "allowed" to place your order? This is normal here. To do this, you are then quickly asked at the pick-up counter to drive two meters further - so that the now automatic recording of the waiting time is manipulated. Are you crazy?! If you refuse, you will also be threatened. The fact that the order is more often than not incomplete has already been read here several times, but here too you are urged to drive off while you check that it is complete. McDonald's used to have an annual inspection called FFC. With the best will in the world, I can't imagine that even with weeks of preparation you can get beyond a defect - but somehow this shop still exists. A phenomenon! Conclusion: ONLY pick it up at McDrive, take plenty of time and check the order thoroughly, otherwise disappointment is inevitable.

It can't be for the umpteenth time that the food is as good as cold and the burgers are pressed together and felt like they were thrown out. The sauces on the burgers are hardly available, they are extremely dry, it's just no fun to order anything there anymore, let alone eat anything.

Sehr feundliche Bedienung, Kaffee und Cookie waren lecker und das Restaurant war sauber und ordentlich. Leider wird es schnell laut, aber das ist wohl einfach der Größe und dem großen Zulauf geschuldet. Ich komme gerne wieder zum Kaffee trinken...

Очень все вкусно но если заказать на дом то ждать нужно час .сервис страдает немного . Один минус на ихнем саите всетаки не очень удобно заказ делать именно нужно модернизировать сладкое отдельно. Напитки тоже там бургеры или мы привыкли к другому сервису .Но очень все вкусно

Leider wie immer bei McDonald's ist es a..kalt. Warum wir der Gast immer tiefgekühlt? Leider auch hier wieder keine kleine Pommesgabel zu den Pommes zu bekommen😕. Sehr schön das die gesamte Lieferflote mit 5 Autos direkt vor der Eingangstür steht. Sollen die Kunden sich doch ruhig ein bisschen bewegen. Kundenfreundlich ist anders

Selten so freundliches Personal erlebt am Drive Schalter,wie hier. Deshalb komme ich immer wieder gerne ☺️

Wir waren nach langer Zeit mal wieder bei Mac Donald essen Essen ist j noch immer gut aber der Automat wo man das alles bestellen muss ist ein bisschen für Menschen die soetwas nach langer Zeit nicht gewohnt sind bisschen kompliziert besser ist es wenn man vorne bedient wird und gefragt wird was man haben möchte

Sauber, schnelles und nettes Personal. MC Donalds hält.

Der doppelte Cheeseburger war sehr sehr trocken. Wir hatten drei davon. Bei allen dreien das gleiche. Wir essen sonst in Marl.. da sind die Burger schön saftig und mit Ketchup und Gurken und Senf. Alles zu schmecken. Der Käse war nicht Mal warm anstatt zerlaufen und Ketchup konnten wir kaum finden. Hat geschmeckt wie Weißbrot mit trockenen Fleisch und Senfgeschmack. Sehr schade. Der Laden war nicht überfüllt und das Personal ist trotzdem irgendwie nicht hinterher gekommen. Eigentlich sind die drei Sterne noch einer zuviel...

Vielen Dank für den tollen Service vorhin (ca. 12.35 Uhr) am Drive In "Bestellpunkt". Unerwartet fröhlich wurde ich mit einem persönlich vorgetragenen McDonald's Jingle begrüßt samt einer Entschuldigung für meine Wartezeit (noch nicht einmal 1 Minute Wartezeit fand ich wirklich absolut in Ordnung). Die Bestellaufnahme verlief unkompliziert und anscheinend konnte der Mitarbeiter meine Gedanken lesen: Ich hatte auf der Speisekarte keine "Apfeltasche" entdeckt & daher angenommen, dass diese aus dem Programm raus ist. - Der Mitarbeiter fragte mich zum Ende der Bestellung ob ich als Dessert zum Beispiel noch eine Apfeltasche wünsche 😀 Passte perfekt! Dann folgte noch die Bezahlung am zweiten Fenster und die Mitarbeiterin dort wünschte mir herzlich ein frohes Weihnachtsfest, am dritten Fenster gab es dann noch ein "guten Appetit". Dankeschön und gleichfalls frohe Weihnachten!🎄

Der Schichtleiter geht hier mit besten Bsp. voran (Spaß bei der Arbeit und den Umgang mit den Kunden) hier gibt es keine monotone Frage bei der Bestellung gerne wieder 😁

Das bestellen über den Bestellcomputer ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Und für ältere Menschen sehr schwierig.

Leider musste man sehr lange auf das Essen warten.

Sehr schlechtes Parkplatzkonzept. Entweder wirst du bei der Ausfahrt aus der Parkbucht von der Drive In Schlange blockiert, oder du stehst in der Drive In Schlange bevor du vom Parkplatz kommst. Katastrophe!

das Essen immer Frisch und köstlich und der Service ist großartig

Es hat mir hier sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal gibt sich viel Mühe, ist echt freundlich,und macht sogar aufmerksam, auf den mit Herzchen verzierten Latte.😍 In Punkto Sauberkeit ebenfalls super.Immer wieder wurden die Tische, völlig unaufdringlich, gereinigt und Restmüll sofort, auch auf dem Boden weg geräumt. Ast rein!!👍

Ansicht ist das essen gut und der service auch aber an der wand klebt sauce und in meinem getränk war ein Haar

25 Minuten auf Essen zu warten ist Zeitverschwendung

Ich finde service und essen sehr gut eigentlich doch ist es jetzt das 2te mal das etwas von der Bestellung vergessen wurde

Das Essen ist wie von McDonalds. Aber in dieser Filiale fehlt ständig etwas bei den Bestellungen von 5 Bestellungen 4 mal was vergessen. Drinne essen ist ein Zumutung Tische klebrig von Soßen, auf den pommes kann man ausrutschen.

Immer frisch und immer sehr freundlich. Wir fahren extra etwas weiter um dort zu essen. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Der Mitarbeiter am Drive In Schalter war etwas genervt, sonst war es ok.

Endlich ein Mc Donalds wo man nicht am Boden festklebt! Sehr sauber, der Service ist sehr gut. Und das Eis machen die Jungs und Mädels wie man es bestellt! Topp

Nothing more than Mc in all the world. Usual sandwiches, and french fries. I found really not comestible the salad.
