Burger King Heilbronn in Heilbronn

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience at Burger King. The fries were completely cold and the burger patties were dry and tasteless. When I wanted to speak to the branch manager, he wasn't there. Instead, there was only one deputy who barely spoke German and obviously didn't understand me properly. When I asked about the cold fries, she just said that the fries can stay out for up to seven minutes. This didn't make any sense to me as the fries were really ice cold - like they had been sitting for much longer. To make matters worse, the representative wasn't even prepared to examine my concerns more closely or to accommodate me in any way. Very disappointing, I expected better service and quality.

I don't understand why everyone wrote bad reviews. The employee responded very correctly to all requests, was patient and very correct

We were at the drive-in counter for almost 20 minutes. confessed until someone finally answered after honking. Then the wrong food was given out, whereupon we received 1 portion more as an apology. Ambiance is terrible inside and out, outdated, untidy and unclean. Service was great, one employee was super nice and knew decorum, saying hello, please, thank you, etc. Another was the complete opposite. There are definitely better Burger King branches.

Right *** Entrance...scratched the rim right away because we couldn't find a parking space and then decided to take the food with us...5 parking spaces and 2 in front of them occupied by Burger King vehicles

Please never have anything to do with Lieferando again if it takes over 2 hours for a delivery..... unbelievable

Way too long waiting time. Unfriendly and untrained staff. Food tastes old. Has nothing to do with a Burger King anymore. I won't come back and won't recommend it to anyone.

Super tasty burger that was made fresh and was not kept warm. Too bad we couldn't sit upstairs, the area was closed. Gladly again.

Has characteristics of good times: slow and dirty. Order wrong twice. We were so late that we had to take a taxi to the appointment. I don't need it again.

Grottoes Bad shop, It took a long time to prepare and the burgers and nuggets were still cold! I don't even want to start with the incompetent staff who talk loudly in any foreign language! The store itself is nice and spread over 2 floors. Based on this experience, I will avoid Burger King completely in the future. I'd rather go to the competition if I'm in the mood for fast food

I usually really enjoy going to Bergerking. In my opinion the best fast food chain. However, this Burger King is underground. I recently had dinner here with friends. When I opened the chili cheese nuggets, I had some from the day before or from the morning. Then I went to an employee at the counter, and it was hard to believe...when he saw me arrive with this bag, he reached for a new one with the comment "yes, here are new ones". I think this isn't the first time this has happened but seems to be standard here.

-5 stars. Old patties and dry. German language is a requirement in this store. Fries are crap for the price and food is cold. Don't go.

Back in the BK for a long time. Friendly and hard working with success. Whopper was fresh and really tasted good. I say thank you

After 25 years I dared to order from Burger again and was just as disappointed as 25 years ago with the difference of about 500 km. The burger was and is simply inedible only with the difference that this time there were no live worms in it like there were 25 years ago someone who has earned the title of king and that is and always has been McDonalds, no matter where in Germany or Europe you order it, you can't eat it like with burgers, just bodily harm

Shameless, I ordered my food at 8:30 p.m. and it arrived an hour and a half later. The food was cold and just disgusting. My partner got a stomach ache from it. When I called, they said they couldn't do anything and would try better next time I didn't get a new order nor did I get my money back so I'll never order again!!!!

I have already ordered several times via Lieferando. Ordered again today and items were missing again. In fact, out of 10 orders, 8 were not delivered correctly. I don't understand how you can do something like that. Then the food was totally cold. Not even lukewarm but really cold. I have called several times and have always pointed this out in a very friendly manner. But sometimes my patience is running out. I will never order or eat there again.

I was there with my colleague. My food came quickly. The card reader failed when he ordered. By the time anyone was even interested, my food was already cold. Then everything came to a standstill! We waited a total of 30 minutes after ordering to be able to enjoy our meal together. The food itself, apart from the fact that everything was cold, tasted good.

Really bad shed...cold food...instead of Fanta Cola and all the tables are dirty and sticky...instead of cleaning, the employees prefer to gossip...

Never again will the ice cream machine break down and there will be hardly any syrup in the cola, just broth. Whopper was cold because the crispy chicken was forgotten and the Whopper was on the tray and got cold. Not recommendable

The good location is worth emphasizing here - the drive in switch is critical with a Passat or you have very long arms. But the staff is very nice and accommodating. Everything is normal and within normal limits in this type of restaurant. I was hungry and so it was quick, cheap, and even tasty.

The cashier 044 is extremely miserable at her job. Starting with the fact that there are simply no onion rings (I can't imagine that it was sold out) Then you can't pay by card. Then there is always no mayo or ketchup in the bag despite mentioning it. And this time there were no napkins. So in general, there are employees there who unfortunately barely understand German, but you can still understand it somehow (I also have different roots). But as I said, the work is also very, very poor. You've definitely got rid of me as a customer now. Even though I live nearby.

Order terminals should finally be integrated. You have to be lucky who is at the checkout. Some are nice and have a clue, others are less nice and have no idea. However, unnecessary in this day and age, terminals are appropriate here.

There is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to friendliness and ambience...

I ordered a King Smart Menu and was expecting chicken burgers to be given to me. The worker didn't ask me whether it should be a chicken burger or a cheeseburger. She just put in a burger. They were both cheeseburgers. When I got home, I saw that both burgers were cheeseburgers and then I went back and wanted to swap it with chicken burger but the worker said that it wasn't possible and that the King Smartmenu hasn't been available for a month, but she was able to tell me that this menu is no longer available. She gave it to me my money back and I went home angry :(

Unfortunately I said the wrong food and then wanted to ask if I could exchange it and they said it wasn't possible!!!

The restaurant is really dark and uninviting. The staff was really nice. The burger was cold and the chili cheese nuggets were hard and the cheese was virtually non-existent.

Zero stars: The delivery service is an absolute disaster! I ordered via the BK app and delivery came 2.25 hours later. Of course the food was cold. The driver himself says that it is not the case because there are not enough staff. No response when asked. To me that borders on fraud.

Not experienced like that yet. First question: “Bar odee with card?”. Cash please...then she took the order, went to the wall menu, did a little math and told me the price. I swiped some card through the cash register to open it without typing in anything about the order and I got my remaining money. When I saw how listlessly the good lady threw the meat for Long Chicken into the frying rack, my mood was gone. I then asked for proof please. Of course her face fell asleep in shock. Minutes later, I received the receipt after further orders were placed, which then went through the checkout properly. So if you want to complain to your boss, then you should do it nicely, politely and not so listlessly.

Catastrophe! On weekdays at 1 p.m. (!), when people are having lunch, only one lady at the cash register/distribution. Your colleague sits calmly at the table next to her in the guest area, takes a break and watches the queue get longer and longer. You have to remind the lady at the checkout of everything (forgot mayo, forgotten toys, Cola instead of Fanta). After the 2nd time I won't come here again. 37 Eur for the worst Burger King I have ever experienced!

A bit of a wait but the burger tastes good. You can get your fill from the menu.

The burgers are good and prepared correctly, unfortunately the staff at the counter hardly understand you and have to ask several times. Even if I say or spell it clearly several times, it hardly works. You definitely need a lot of patience. It also depends entirely on who is at the counter at the moment. Some do their job quite well, others do it very poorly. We often have the wrong things in the bag, such as ketchup when we actually want mayo or Fanta when we wanted cola. The interior is cleaned far too rarely and there are fries lying around everywhere. The tables and chairs/benches are often sticky with ketchup, or crumbly and greasy. Wiping tables is not one of our strengths. Tablets are often not cleared away by staff. It's a shame that not everyone can do it themselves, but at least the staff has to do it so that it doesn't look shabby.

I ordered 2 Danish burgers at the drive-thru. Both were COLD. Next time just Stuttgarterstrasse.

The biggest garbage in Heilbronn

Ich wollte am Abend des Ersten Weihnachtsfeiertages etwas kleines zu Essen besorgen, und habe mich in der Warteschlage verliebt. Ein Engel im Rentier-Weihnachts Pyjama. Mein süßer Weihnachtsmann, bitte bitte melde dich.

Richtig eklig der Laden. Gestern habe ich ein Crispy Chicken und eine Portion Pommes bestellt habe den Bürger kalt bekommen anschließend habe ich ihn reklamiert einen neuen Crispy Chicken bekommen und er war wieder kalt. Bis sie einen neuen Burger gemacht haben waren die Pommes natürlich kalt. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen zwei drei Euro mehr zu bezahlen und zu einem anderen bürgeranbieter zu gehen. Ich hoffe die reißen Burger King bald ab und bauen etwas Neues dahin.

Bei dieser Burger King Filiale muss(!) man mit längeren Wartezeiten rechnen. Sobald mehr als 1 oder 2 Kunden an der Kasse stehen kommen die Mitarbeiter nicht rechtzeitig mit den Bestellungen hinterher, aber im Vergleich zu dem BK in der Stuttgarter Straße schmecken die Burger sehr viel besser und die Hygiene Standards werden hier auch gut eingehalten !

Wirkt veraltet aber Personal ist super freundliche im Vergleich zum Burger King auf der Stuttgarter Str..

Pommes kaum bis gar nicht zu genießen...Wenn privates reden wichtiger wie die Gäste sind... schmutzige Tische obwohl nur ein Gast anwesend ist...

Fettiger Boden im Eingangsbereich oben, Burger mäßig, Pommes kalt, ich geh in Zukunft wieder zur Konkurrenz.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr gastfreundlich . Das Essen kam sehr schnell und war lecker.

Fahr immer in den DriveIn, deswegen kann ich nichts zu anderen Sachen sagen. Personal ist freundlich Essen ist frisch.

Wat je ken verwachten van zo'n eettent.

Drive-in vorhanden, geht schneller als drin bestellen. Zum Essen sage ich nichts, das ist wie bei jedem anderen Burger King. Viele sitzplätze drinnen auf zwei etagen. Nicht wirklich sehr gemütlich. Personal wirkt manchmal gestresst, werden vom chef vor den kunden rumkommandiert. Nicht sehr schön.

Essen war ok! Aber leider absolut unterbesetzt, lange wartezeiten.

Der hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen … Affen Hitze , keine Klima für Gäste. Tische nicht abgeräumt… und Personal sehr gelangweilt von der Arbeit !

Kann eigentlich nichts negatives zu dieser Filiale sagen ,sehr freundlich,schnell und frisch zubereitet,und endlich wieder eine Bestellung die am Tresen abgegeben wird und nicht am Touchscreen

Burgers and fries come extra fresh from kitchen ..Amir he is so polite while taking orders he himself checking the food to make sure that freshly comes out from kitchen .... very good experience staff as well very polite highly recommended ...

Werft doch bitte die Burger 🍔 Patties egal ob vegan oder chicken / Beef weg nach der Standard Haltezeit. Der Kunde merkt das immer, und die Ahnung haben kommen nicht wieder.

Wir gehen oft in verschieden Orten beim Burger King essen. Heute sind wir da gekommen. Das Essen schmeckt viel besser, die Damen an die Kasse sind so nett 🥰 Wir danken Euch für das leckeres Mittagsessen.

Gschwind rein, bestellen, essen und wider raus. Sauberkeit ging so.
