Schlechtester Burger King den ich je besucht habe. Mitarbeiter sind nur am telefonieren bedienen einen nicht, die Klos sind verschmutzt und nicht geputzt und noch dazu war mein Burger kalt. Der ganze Laden wirkt heruntergekommen und ungepflegt.

Sehr gepflegt , hilfsbereites Personal , gute Parkmöglichkeiten !

Total ekelhaft habe mir ein Menü bestellt zuerst die Burger nicht ordentlich verpackt und die Cola sorry aber der war so ekelhaft der hat schimlich geschmeckt wird da überhaupt sauber gemacht ?

Typisches Burger King Restaurant. Viele Parkplätze und ein Drive-in sind vorhanden. Die Bedienung im Restaurant ist etwas langsamer, die Abholung am Drive-in hingegen sehr schnell. Bei vielen offenen Bestellungen kann es vorkommen, dass die Mitarbeiter Artikel verwechseln. Daher empfiehlt es sich, vorab nachzufragen, insbesondere bei Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen.

Sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch bei Burger King. Das Essen war super, frisch und warm. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und freundlich. Trotz Wochenende war die Wartezeit absolut im Rahmen. Insgesamt hat alles gepasst. Klare Empfehlung.

Echt traurig das man als Welt Konzern an sollche betreiber Lizenzen vergibt. Das Restaurant war leer, trozdem war die Bestellung falsch und die Pommes kalt. Von den Mitarbeitern liefen die Kinder in der Küche. Einfach nicht hygienisch

Die Burger wurden frisch zubereitet und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Heute habe ich bei Burger King ein Menü bestellt, das eigentlich mit Gitterkartoffeln angeboten wird. Beim Bestellen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass diese aktuell nicht verfügbar sind und ob Pommes als Alternative in Ordnung wären – dem habe ich zugestimmt. Als ich die Pommes erhalten habe, musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass diese alt und kalt waren. Nach meiner Reklamation bekam ich die Rückmeldung, dass das Problem bereits bekannt sei und das Gerät kaputt sei. Wenn das bekannt ist, sollte man dies vorher offen kommunizieren und nicht Pommes als Ersatz für die Gitterkartoffeln anbieten, obwohl diese offensichtlich nicht in Ordnung sind. Als weiteren Ersatz wurden mir Zwiebelringe angeboten, die geschmacklich ebenfalls nicht überzeugt haben. Insgesamt war dieser Besuch daher leider sehr enttäuschend.

Wenn 2/3 Speisen, für die man bezahlt hat, nicht in der Tüte sind beim drive through, dann ist das schon schwach. Immerhin war die Dame sehr freundlich.

Katastrophaler Service. Ich warte seit fast 2 Stunden auf meine Bestellung und sie ist immer noch nicht angekommen. In der App steht ständig „Nearly there“, aber nichts passiert. Keine Information, keine Entschuldigung, keine Zuverlässigkeit. So ein schlechter Lieferservice ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Ich war nur im Drive In und das Ambiente ist naja. Einen Parkplatz gibt es dort (5 Stellplätze). Doff, wenn 3 Plätze mit BK-Autos belegt sind....

Dieser Burger King ist viel besser als der andere Burger King in Heilbronn. Hier ist der Service, Qualität und Wartezeit viel viel besser. Bei dem Burger King in der Stuttgarter Straße sind auch viele Bewertungen fake(Azru)... Lieber hier in der Neckarsulmer Straße gehen

Bei aller Liebe, aber dieser BK ist gleichbleibend desaströs. Es ist uns bereits mehrfach passiert, dass wir trotz kurzen Schlangen nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit immer noch nicht bestellen könnten. Oftmals haben wir dann auch abgebrochen und sind gegangen. Das Personal wirkt heillos überfordert, aber nicht übermäßig gestresst. Kommt eine große Bestellung, wird erst einmal diese in Gänze abgearbeitet, statt in der langen Zwischenzeit zumindest einmal die nächste Bestellung aufgenommen. So passiert es dann, dass trotz 5 Mitarbeitern hinter dem Tresen nichts vorangeht. Das Obergeschoss ist seit mehreren Monaten "geschlossen", Grund unklar. Der Laden ist daher auch eher klein und eben direkt an der Neckarsulmer Str.

Das Essen war warm und lecker. Der Fahrer war nett und pünktlich. Alles kam schnell an und war gut verpackt. Ich bestelle gern wieder.

Burger waren kalt, obwohl sie frisch zubereitet wurden. Die Patties waren wohl älter, die Buns nicht geröstet. Viel Geld für wenig Geschmack.

Sauberer Burger King und die Bestellung wurde sehr schnell bearbeitet. Mein Plant Based Hamburger war allerdings leider etwas trocken. Ansonsten gibt es viele Platzmöglichkeiten und ein Parkplatz steht auch direkt vor Ort zur Verfügung.

Leider war mein Besuch bei Burger King sehr enttäuschend. Die Mitarbeiter an der Kasse waren extrem unfreundlich und wirkten genervt. Das Essen war ebenfalls richtig schlecht so schlecht habe ich bei Burger King noch nie gegessen. Geschmacklich und qualitativ eine große Enttäuschung. Für mich definitiv das letzte Mal hier.

Wir waren gestern Abend dort und auf der Durchreise. Es war nichts los und die Bestellung dauerte trotzdem 15 Minuten. Trotz „frisch“ zubereiteter Burger waren sie kalt und der Bacon gefühlte drei Tage alt. Die Eingangstür war immer offen da man sie nicht richtig schließen konnte. Dadurch sehr kalt in dem Laden. Wir haben ja schon viel erlebt aber der Service und die Qualität der Speisen von diesem BK ist unterirdisch.

Am Autoschalter - die reinste Katastrophe. Anlage defekt knirscht und man muss rein schreien! Drinnen alles zu langsam, von wegen schnell Restaurant! Die meiste Zeit vergeht schon bei der Bestellung und bis man es bekommt erst recht! Schade um die guten Whopper. Der Service ist absolut Doppel NULL!

Auch wenn die Parksituation hier schlechter ist als in der Stuttgarter Strasse. Dieser BK ist in Heilbronn definitiv die bessere Wahl von zwei Möglichkeiten. Das Personal ist freundlich, der Laden sauber und es wird bei Sonderbestellungen (ohne Zwiebeln, extra Bacon etc.) auch immer doppelt kontrolliert, ob die Ware auch so, wie gewünscht raus geht. Vor allem, wenn der Aufkleber, der Sonderwünsche kenntlich macht, fehlt.

I wanted a hot blonde because there was an ad for it at the checkout for €2.50. I ordered it, and she asked if I wanted ice cream. I said yes, it would cost €4.99. Then I said I didn't want ice cream after all. She said she wouldn't cancel it, but she did anyway and asked her colleague how much it would cost without ice cream. She said €4. They overcharged me by €1.50.

The staff was friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. I was satisfied with the service and would gladly come back.

A disaster. The employee at the counter didn't even ask us what we wanted to order. The atmosphere is quite oppressive, as there's almost no light. The kiosks are a no-go – my order was missing a drink, and I got the wrong kind of ice cream 😅. Better to just go straight to McDonald's.

Food and service were OK. But the cleaning staff were probably on vacation.

A visit to Burger King. A rainy Saturday evening and an advertising promise lured me here: "The Kebab Burger with Chicken." I was greeted by unmotivated staff. After a short pause, my order was taken. An eternity followed by several repetitions of my order, and finally, it was time. Could the burger excite me? Would I like it? A love that my palate could return? Spoiler alert: NO. A chain reaction of disappointments followed, from the burger to the kebab-style fries box. We've ordered from Burger King several times, and each time it takes an average of 1.5 to 2 hours for delivery. The food is always cold. Last time, two fries were missing. When they delivered, one fries was still missing, and we waited 45 minutes.

After midnight, only the drive-thru was open. But it was quiet there, and service was quick. The employee was friendly.

Reliable opening hours even late in the evening when everything else is closed

Burger King, why are you letting this place go to such a bad place? The staff is top-notch, the food is nothing to complain about. But the restaurant itself? The restrooms are clean, but the flush isn't working, and there's no soap. There aren't enough staff to even clean in between. There are customers all the time, and only one cashier, who also has to take care of the drive-through. There are no screens for ordering either. So much potential is being wasted here...

You order a King of the Month at the drive-thru, are asked whether you want chicken or cheese, and then have to pay €9.99....No thanks - never again.

Sorry if you absolutely need a burger at 4 a.m. while drunk, fine. Otherwise, it's rather bland and unloving – soggy buns, meat with no real flavor, and fries that are lukewarm and a bit crispy at best. For the same price, you can get a whole DIY meal at the supermarket that tastes significantly better on the grill.

Nothing going on at the drive-thru, nothing going on inside either: still over 15 minutes wait for two burgers, ridiculous place.

I ordered a meal and didn't get any fries. I was at the drive-thru and had to go to the counter because the headset was supposedly broken. While I was at the counter, the woman was serving other customers at the drive-thru with a headset. I can't explain the whole thing, but I won't be coming back!

Such a bad Burger King, wow! How can you possibly want to run a Burger King for two people? The poor employees who work so hard here for so little money, and then for so little. I hope one of the owners sees this message. This is absolutely not fair to their guests or their employees!

The employee has no idea. I wanted to order a meal, but she entered each item individually. The meal would have cost me €6.49, and each item individually would cost just under €10. According to the employee, everything costs the same anyway. The burger buns were dry, the patties were cold. Only the onion rings were fresh and tasty. Otherwise, nothing tasted good. The faucet in the women's restroom had simply been turned off. No water to wash your hands after using the toilet. This place had a not-so-good reputation 20 years ago, and nothing has changed.

The store was dirty. Shoes were sticking to the floor, everywhere in the store, and the windows were smeared with dirt (in the entrance area). And it didn't look like it had happened recently. The upper floor was closed, everything was very dirty, the ice machine didn't work, the air conditioning was broken or turned off, and it was ridiculously warm in there. Food: All the lettuce leaves were yellow/brown, not fresh at all. The Coke also tasted stale. The staff were extremely listless and unmotivated. I absolutely don't recommend this store. Parking is also scarce.

By far the worst Burger King location! We were there for the Naruto menu, and there were only five people in the restaurant, which was relatively small. We waited over 25 minutes for our menu, which wasn't even complete! At one point, the cashier was unmanned for five minutes because a supposed family member brought the cashier something to eat.

I ordered something to be delivered via Lieferando for the second time. The first time everything was fine and super friendly. With the current order, well. You can perhaps ignore the delivery time of 1 hour, but what happened with the delivery today I have to say has never happened to me since I ordered food, no matter where. If you pay 57€ for an amount of 27€ and only 20€ is handed to you, then when you ask, you pay 5€ and then it is assumed that you only paid 50€+2€. I don't think it's okay to point out that you get annoyed and that you are again accused of having given a different amount. I'm thinking about not ordering or picking up there anymore. Then it's better to go to another BK branch.

There was nothing going on in the store, but I still waited 15 minutes until something happened at the checkout. I gave it a shit and drove again.

The lack of parking spaces is a drawback, but the staff is friendly. There is little going on and the food is as it should be. In the drive you get what you ordered. Just the way it should be.

A typical BK location with classic burgers and fries. The taste is okay, but it is often quite crowded here and the service could be a little quicker. Okay for a quick snack, but nothing special.

I think this branch isn't keeping up with the times. The food is awful. It was cold immediately after ordering and simply thrown in without any care. I will definitely not eat at this place again. I know of completely different Burger King branches.

In my opinion a really wacky shop. That something like this is tolerated by BK for franchises.

I wanted to eat something at 10 a.m. unfortunately the shop opens later and later... ideally from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. that's it... less personnel costs and hope that you can get away with being stingy. Unfortunately everything is getting worse and worse

Ordered there many times. Mostly reasonably satisfied, although food often arrived lukewarm, even though we live less than 10 minutes away. But today it's awesome, order a double Whopper with cheese, 1 x BigKing XXL menu with lattice potatoes and a peach drink. The delivery service came as announced, was friendly and then received the amount plus a generous tip in cash. When he was gone we opened the bag and were amazed. There was only a burger inside, probably the Whopper, but not a Big King XXL, just the lattice potatoes and the drink. Annoying, so I called BurgerKing straight away and let it ring for ages, but no one answered. Then we ate before everything was cold. Another call with success, the first person spoke good German, then the person who supposedly placed the order. I slowly explained the problem again, but no insight, no, she had everything done. I object and she gets naughtier and naughtier, like yes, yes whoever believes it. I reply that mistakes happen, they can happen, but then to assume that I'm lying and that we basically ate two burgers and wanted to "dust off" another one, that's audacious. Even though we opened the bag with witnesses. She wanted to deliver later, but after something like that, that's no longer desired, money back would be the right reaction. However, the recent recessions confirm my assumption that there could even be a system behind it. After all, well done for over 10 euros! I will therefore also write to the management. I was there around 0:20-0:30. It says online that they are open until 1 a.m. When I get there they say they're only open until 12 midnight. What's the point.....deserves a bad review.

A real hole. Very run down, which is just fitting for Heilbronn. No card payment possible. But in this atmosphere you won't enjoy the food anymore!

Forever a long wait, wrong burgers, soggy food, burnt buns and everything was simply thrown away. We didn't think that bad food could be made even worse. However, this store seems to get it done. Would give 0 out of 5 stars if it worked! At least the drink was delivered correctly.

We waited forever and it got more and more crowded. The ladies easily spent 7 minutes per order, gossiping and discussing things in the back of the kitchen. At some point we got fed up and just left. If you want to eat there you definitely have to bring a lot of time, because unfortunately the employees are real sleeping pills. The location is good, easy to get to and the ambience looks like any other BK.

NEVER AGAIN!!! The employee at the checkout has no idea how to scan the Qr code and doesn't know two words of German. Got the wrong order, burger was cold and meat in the extra long chili chesse was dried out and burnt like a stone. I immediately called the manager of this store, she was playing in the corner with her cell phone and was totally unfriendly and spoke broken German and didn't even apologize for the unpleasantness. It's a shame for such a chain that such bad employees ruin everything. I will never come to Burger King again.

Ordered food for delivery, among other things, 2 Big King Menus, Hamburger Cheeseburger King Nuggets were ordered and we received Chilli Cheese Burgers, lattice potatoes, crispy chicken, something completely different. Mustn't happen. On the phone it was very difficult to make the lady understand what was happening. The conversation was then simply ended with the statement that she would inform the driver. After another 10 minutes I finally got through again on the phone. I was promised a subsequent delivery of the order. This arrived 40 minutes later. The driver wasn't very friendly and reacted annoyed when I told him that I would check the entire order first and that he should wait so long.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience at Burger King. The fries were completely cold and the burger patties were dry and tasteless. When I wanted to speak to the branch manager, he wasn't there. Instead, there was only one deputy who barely spoke German and obviously didn't understand me properly. When I asked about the cold fries, she just said that the fries can stay out for up to seven minutes. This didn't make any sense to me as the fries were really ice cold - like they had been sitting for much longer. To make matters worse, the representative wasn't even prepared to examine my concerns more closely or to accommodate me in any way. Very disappointing, I expected better service and quality.

We were at the drive-in counter for almost 20 minutes. confessed until someone finally answered after honking. Then the wrong food was given out, whereupon we received 1 portion more as an apology. Ambiance is terrible inside and out, outdated, untidy and unclean. Service was great, one employee was super nice and knew decorum, saying hello, please, thank you, etc. Another was the complete opposite. There are definitely better Burger King branches.

Grottoes Bad shop, It took a long time to prepare and the burgers and nuggets were still cold! I don't even want to start with the incompetent staff who talk loudly in any foreign language! The store itself is nice and spread over 2 floors. Based on this experience, I will avoid Burger King completely in the future. I'd rather go to the competition if I'm in the mood for fast food

I usually really enjoy going to Bergerking. In my opinion the best fast food chain. However, this Burger King is underground. I recently had dinner here with friends. When I opened the chili cheese nuggets, I had some from the day before or from the morning. Then I went to an employee at the counter, and it was hard to believe...when he saw me arrive with this bag, he reached for a new one with the comment "yes, here are new ones". I think this isn't the first time this has happened but seems to be standard here.

After 25 years I dared to order from Burger again and was just as disappointed as 25 years ago with the difference of about 500 km. Shameless, I ordered my food at 8:30 p.m. and it arrived an hour and a half later. The food was cold and just disgusting. My partner got a stomach ache from it. When I called, they said they couldn't do anything and would try better next time I didn't get a new order nor did I get my money back so I'll never order again!!!!

I have already ordered several times via Lieferando. Ordered again today and items were missing again. In fact, out of 10 orders, 8 were not delivered correctly. I don't understand how you can do something like that. Then the food was totally cold. Not even lukewarm but really cold. I have called several times and have always pointed this out in a very friendly manner. But sometimes my patience is running out. I will never order or eat there again.

I was there with my colleague. My food came quickly. The card reader failed when he ordered. By the time anyone was even interested, my food was already cold. Then everything came to a standstill! We waited a total of 30 minutes after ordering to be able to enjoy our meal together. The food itself, apart from the fact that everything was cold, tasted good.

I'm happy every time, there's not much going on...but it takes just as long as the others - where there are 5 more ahead of you...Be careful, super narrow entrance to the drive in...You have to be very careful when you exit - turn right , not visible cracked stone on the right side - risk of collision
