McDonald's in Heilbronn

We were able to quickly place an order two minutes after closing time, despite the closed door, and were served super quickly and very friendly. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you!

I went there earlier to get some food because everything else was closed. Then I made a discovery that I won't forget in a hurry... I found a cockroach in the toilet that was so big my heart sank. It's really disgusting to think about eating in the same place as a cockroach. Also not good that my food was overcooked. The chicken wings were in the fryer too long and my patty was on the grill too long, I shouldn't even talk about the fries because they weren't cooked all the way through. My McFlurry wasn't completely full but that's almost always the case. A terrible experience, I can't recommend it to anyone but if you have no other option it's still pretty OK.

I ordered there and wanted to test how the cashier would react in a stressful situation. So when she gave me my Coke, I took off the lid and poured it all over her. She completely freaked out, yelled at me, and now I'm banned from McDonald's for life. I can't recommend it anymore.

At Turmstrasse 28 in Heilbronn, you can hardly sleep! The cleaning crew is constantly making noise until 3:00 in the morning! Especially during the week!!😡

Somehow doesn’t feel like a McDonald’s. It feels like it was a doner place turned into a McDonald’s. When I was there the table tent cards were not available at all. My order number was shown as ready on the screen, but when I went to ask I was told it’s not ready yet. Overall I have went to better McDonald’s. Food was the same as with any McDonald’s.

Do you now have to open and inspect every product? Fake nuggets, meatless burgers, and almost empty wrappers. Doesn't anyone actually check what you're producing?

It's always very loud in this McDonald's, whether you're upstairs or downstairs. You also have to wait a long time for the food, which is often cold by the time it arrives. The employees are also quite unfriendly and don't want to help if something's wrong with the food. That's why I won't be going to this McDonald's anymore.

The guys work quickly, but it is obvious that they did it in a hurry: they threw a piece of nugget into the lavash, didn't cut it, it falls out, it is poorly sealed. It would be better to give a spoon to the mochaccino with Oreo, you will never be able to fish these cookies out with a straw. In general, there is something to work on

Only loud people in there, always chaos, food tastes good but they always get the order wrong if theres more than 2 items, brother just read the receipt, its not that hard, if it is quit the job...easy

I ordered a MC Rib. It was so carelessly thrown together that everything was ruined as soon as I picked up the package. It didn't look any better inside. The contents of the bowl resembled a bowl of soup rather than a burger. It's a shame, but I guess that's what you call quality.

Can someone enlighten me why the customers are not allowed to get some ice cubes in the drink in this McDonald's?? Is it a new policy in McDonald's???

Everything is fine. The food arrived quickly. The smokers outside the window are tense.

Dirty, floor and tables could be cleaned more often by the staff

Very dirty, the second floor was closed, so hardly any seats. To be on the safe side, I ordered my food to go. Long waiting time. When I found a free seat and sat down, an employee came and criticized me in front of all the guests because I was supposedly not allowed to eat there. That was very unpleasant and spoiled my appetite.

My children ordered Haby Mael, but unfortunately the gifts and drink were not included. I hope in the future they will check the orders better before delivering them

I visit McDonald's almost every day. I haven't noticed any negative points. The service is very good and the staff is friendly. The coffee is excellent and the breakfast isn't bad. The atmosphere only gets three stars because of the heating/ventilation; sometimes it's too warm and you sweat, and sometimes you get an unpleasant cold feeling from above on your neck. Overall, I recommend it!

Mistakes are often made. Employees and branch managers do not see the error. You order a menu and something isn't included, then just eat it that way. Your own fault. You don't know that some items like collector's items are no longer available, but you're happy to take the money and not give a replacement. Since there is only one cash register and several terminals, there is often unnecessary traffic jams. I'm seriously disappointed. Children and homeless people are often on site and take up tables and chairs without eating or ordering. Cleanliness is okay. Just like most employees, unmotivated and annoyed...

The city center is almost always very busy, which leads to longer waiting times and sometimes negligent cleanliness. The food is up to the usual McDonald’s standards, but the cleanliness and service could be better. 3 stars for a solid fast food experience, but with room for improvement.

On the plus side, they work until late. On the downside, there are always a lot of people and sometimes it’s not very clean.

An absolute disgrace for the price-performance ratio. The burgers were made smaller but the prices increased. 😂 What a cheek to charge so much money for such sloppy, sometimes unappetizing looking burgers. Something like that should be boycotted in the future, customers shouldn't put up with something like that anymore.

If the store is full to the brim, there can be no soft and cold fries. Disaster! And the Chicken Mc Nuggets were also cold. All this when consumed in the restaurant and at your seat. That was underground.

One of the employees was so rude that he yelled at me when I asked for my order. I will try to contact the store manager by some means.

One of the few restaurants that I still enjoy going to regularly: This McDonald’s branch always manages to prepare the food fresh and really tasty, even when it’s full. No matter when I go – the burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy and both are often really hot. I find it particularly impressive that the quality is always consistently high, no matter how busy there is. It's just fun to eat there every time - ALWAYS!!

The service recognized me where I was eating and she told me you again and they forgot my MC shaker fries

McDonalds is not what it used to be. Still though, you can get those things that remind you of a simpler time. Food is ok. Prices are higher. I just don't get that community feeling anymore. I miss seeing the old people sit there enjoying breakfast together.

Friendly service. Every now and then you have to wait longer when it's busy.

So disappointed!!! There were two of us at breakfast. About 15 minutes after ordering until breakfast was ready. Although we ate everything on site, coffee was served in a to-go cup. When we spoke to the service person, the answer was, "We don't have any cups." Ridiculous because there was a woman at the next table who got her coffee in a cup.

The food comes very quickly, but the burgers usually look like they were slapped on and thrown and then all the things fall out of the burger.

05_24:MC Cafe hasn't been here for a long time. The biggest nonsense is these self-service terminals where you have to place and order yourself. First you have to search forever, then tip here, tip there, you get a note if you don't pay in cash, so at the checkout, pay, you get another piece of paper, wait for the order, it takes a while, it is displayed electronically with the number. Before: in a jiffy it went: to the checkout: ordered in person, paid, waited briefly, got everything. ready.... then carry on your IT, AI... and prices, oh the joke: a tiny MC fish just under 5€!!?! You can count fries!

Dirty and dirty. I didn't get the glass I wanted. The waitress lied to me and said it wasn't available anymore. The other waitress was able to give it to me.

Regular MacDonald. Order at the machine. Fries very expensive. Medium portion of the contents as ordered large.

HASHBROWNS?! Wo?! All im looking for is the breakfast hashbrowns.

The table was completely sticky, which obviously happened almost everywhere, but you asked the employees twice if they could clean it. Nobody came by, so where there is dirty, greasy, no hygiene, you don't need to order anything, just dsw 0 stars.

I ordered cola and they brought me Fanta, which was great here

The employees hardly know which table number is where! Should put up a plan showing where which table is! Makes a better impression if the table service steers towards it purposefully instead of haphazardly going to all the tables and never looking/asking about it!

The food was as expected, although there was no mention of fast food. It took a relatively long time for the order to be ready, even compared to other branches. It was reasonably clean and the order was issued correctly.

Unfortunately the ice cream machine was broken and the service was unfriendly

Wir wollten noch zu fünft ein Eis essen, nachdem wir vom Essen aus der Innenstadt essen gekommen sind. Das Eis geht, ist aber nicht berauschend. Haben es bestellt und beim Anholen stand keine Nummer auf dem Display. Anstatt unsere Nummer aufzurufen hat er dann ganz lustig einfach "Eis" gerufen. Das war lustig ;)

Total viel Kinder und Schüler egal wann da ist immer was los

Der Eingang vom Heilbronner McDonald's fand ich etwas beengt.Der Boden klebrig.Allerdings gehen Mitarbeiter öfters durch und putzen die Tische. Beim Essen haben die Mitarbeiter 2x was vergessen. Dennoch war das Essen gut.

Der McDonald's ist hier soweit ok nix besonderes einfach ein 0815 McDonald's

Fast Food auf einem Tablett in Papier gewickelt. Unglaublich viel Verpackungsmüll. Wenn die Kinder nicht so begeistert wären, hätten wir nicht bei MC Donalds gegessen.

Essen und servis sehr gut jedoch alles eherer dreckig

Obwohl wir erst kurz vor Mitternacht (Geschäftsschluss) hier aufgetaucht sind, wurden wir absolut herzlich empfangen und zuvorkommend bedient. Dazu wurde das Essen frisch zubereitet und war dementsprechend heiß und lecker. Wir durften auch noch im Restaurant essen und wurden am Ende gefragt, ob wir einen Nachtisch haben möchten. Diesen Service bekommt manch anderes Restaurant in Heilbronn noch nicht mal zu normalen Uhrzeiten hin. Großes Kompliment, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Heilbronn's "Schmuddel" McDonald's. Zumindest sagt man es so hinter vorgehaltener Hand. Das Essen ist wie in allen anderen Filialen auch. Aber wenn hier extrem viel los ist dann könnte man wirklich öfter Wischen und aufräumen. Aber im großen und ganzen ist er ganz OK.

Ich war erste mal in dieses Restaurant Sehr lange wartezeit aber trotzdem was essen ist sehr lecker und ich war zufrieden und alles super Bedienung waren freundlich war alles super Ich gern wieder hin

Cappuccino ist echt lecker. Momentan im Angebot (App) 2 x Cappuccino Regular 2.79€

Boden komplett verklebt. Scheinbar ist es nicht möglich, eine verleerte Cola ordentlich aufzuwischen.

Ich finde die App zum Bestellen genial. Wenn die Mitarbeiter jetzt noch die Tischnummern kennen würden ...

War kein Brötchen da und als wir es dennen bescheid gesagt haben, haben die das eif weggeschmissen und ein neues gemacht. Obwohl Mann es eig noch essen könnte. Aber allgemein war das Essen super, hab keine Beschwerden

Alles da! Der cappuccino war gut, der Kaffee leider grauenvoll.

So weit so gut. Die Toiletten waren nicht wirklich sauber. Es würde sich bemüht, leider hat trotz App Bestellung ein Getränk gefehlt was uns aber nach dem reklamieren gebracht wurde. Das Regenbogenglas auf dem Foto hatte mit dem reellen Glas nichts gemeinsam. Das Foto sah viel besser aus wie es bei den essen auch der Fall ist!

Bin sehr wütend komme extra hin bestelle nehme mit nachhause und was sehe ich 😤 bezahlt Cheeseburger, Pommes und Mayo nicht mit in der Tüte, u das ist nicht das erste mal..... Entweder ihr macht es gescheit oder ihr wird somit nur Kunden verlieren.... Mich schon jetzt mir passt auch Burger King...

Also nach Jahren war ich wieder mal in diesem Restaurant, es wurde umgebaut und es sieht viel besser aus als vorher. Einzige was mich stört, dass kaum Parkplätze gibt.
