FALAFELO in Heilbronn

Sehr lecker. Der junge Mann der da arbeitet ist extraklasse wie er die wraps für mich und meine Kollegen gemacht hat wow. Geht alle essen ich geh da ab sofort auch öfters hin jetzt.

Gut begonnen und schlecht weiterentwickelt. Früher waren wir begeistert, auch mal syrische Küche zu genießen. Aber die Qualität und Frische hat nachgelassen und dafür wurden die Preise angehoben. Wir essen weiterhin syrische Küche, aber in einem Restaurant im Raum HN/LB, da ist es noch authentisch und frisch.

Gestern fünf Leute Chicken Bowl bestellt, heute alle durchfall, sehr schade da ich Liebend gern bei Falafelo gegessen hatte, werde es aber im Zukunft vermeiden

Habe für ein Gartenfest 50 Falafel bestellt in 2025. War überhaupt nicht lecker! Hart, teuer und wenig Geschmack. War eine Blamage gegenüber den Gästen.

Nicht schlecht, aber das Essen ist sehr trocken und geschmacklos. Ich war kurz nach der Eröffnung dort, und da war alles blitzsauber und ordentlich. Jetzt sieht es ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht mehr so ​​sauber aus.

Preis/Leistung ist weit weit weg von einem normalen Niveau. Das essen ist geschmacklich ok, ausser alles was frittiert werden muss. Das Frittierte schmeckt wie es in Laden riecht. Keine Kartenzahlung und auch keine offensichtliche Hinweise darauf - ist eigentlich auch sehr speziell. Und was mich wirklich ärgert ist, dass wir in einen leeren Laden gegangen sind und nicht hingewiesen wurden, dass etliche Abholbestellungen vor uns abgefertigt werden und wir somit mit einer langen Wartezeit rechnen müssen. Die anderen Punkte zum Service nenne ich jetzt mal nicht. Schade schade

Ich Habe dort 2 mal gegessen und wollte es jeden empfehlen! Diese leckere Soße in diesen schawarma ist unvergleichbar mit sonst irgendwelcher Soße! Das es heiß geliefert wird oder vor oder schnell abholbar ist muss erwähnt werden! MEIN LIEBLINGESSEN wurde hier wieder gefunden 😍

Das Essen bei Falafelo ist gut, aber aus meiner Sicht nichts Besonderes. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überzeugt mich persönlich nicht ganz. Wir hatten unter anderem eine vegetarische Bowl, in der sich Hühnerfleisch befand. Für uns war das kein großes Problem, da wir Fleisch essen – für Vegetarier ist das jedoch ein absolutes No-Go. Bezahlen konnte man ausschließlich bar oder per PayPal. Das wirkte etwas umständlich, zumal kein QR-Code angeboten wurde, sondern lediglich ein Name, der manuell eingegeben werden musste. Zusätzlich fiel ein unangenehmer Geruch im Nebenraum auf. Insgesamt ein solides Angebot, hier ist aber noch Potenzial nach oben.

Sehr lecker! Ich habe mir hier auf meiner Entdeckungstour durch Heilbronnn einen veganen Falafel-Wrap zum Mitnehmen geholt. Ich habe mich bei der Bestellung für Pita als Brot und Hummus als Sauce entschieden. Der Service war super lieb. Nach sehr kurzer Wartezeit bekam ich mein Essen. Der Wrap war wirklich fantastisch. Zulagen wie Rote-Beete Würfelchen und ein Minzblatt haben den Wrap geschmacklich besonders gemacht. Die Falafel hatten eine perfekte Konsistenz und der selbstgemachte Hummus schmeckte richtig gut. Ich komme gerne wieder, dann muss ich mal die Bowls oder Salate probieren. Richtig lecker!

Ich kann dieses Restaurant absolut nicht empfehlen. Ich habe noch nie so einen unverschämten Service erlebt bei ebenso geschmacklich schlechten Essen. ich habe auf Uber Eats bestellt. Es gab eine 2 für 1 Aktion. Das Restaurant hat mir nur 1 Essen geliefert und nachdem ich angerufen und nachgefragt habe, sagten Sie: "wir können da nichts machen" Geschmacklich unterirdisch und extrem klein. Frechheit für 17€..

Ich habe FALAFELO kürzlich besucht und bin begeistert von der Qualität und dem Geschmack! Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Atmosphäre ist einladend und sauber. Das Falafel ist frisch, knusprig und voller Geschmack – definitiv eines der besten, die ich in der Stadt gegessen habe. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt ebenfalls. Ich kann FALAFELO nur empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Falafelo Heilbronn – Shish Tawook Wrap Flavor Unbalanced I ordered the Shish Tawook Wrap from Falafelo in Heilbronn. The employee was very friendly and cheerful. He told me I could pick up my food in about 10 minutes – which worked out well for my schedule. The shop itself is modern and clean and is located right on a busy street. My first impression was positive overall. However, for the price, I had expected a slightly larger wrap. The first bite immediately struck me as the very dominant flavor of the pickled cucumbers. Unfortunately, the sour taste overpowered the entire flavor balance of the wrap, so that the other ingredients were barely noticeable. This persisted through almost every bite – only towards the end did it become a bit milder. I took the wrap apart to taste the individual components separately. I noticed that the chicken was nice and juicy, but barely seasoned – thus, it had little flavor of its own. Overall, the wrap seemed unbalanced. Conclusion: Unfortunately, the dish didn't convince me in terms of taste. The unbalanced ratio of ingredients, in particular, made it difficult to enjoy the wrap. I also find the value for money rather questionable under these circumstances – so unfortunately, I can't recommend it at this time.

Excellent Syrian food. Really fresh at good prices. We had the bowls which were delicious. The tabouleh was so fresh and everything was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Also very convenient if you are cycling along the Neckar as it is just 50 metres from the cycleway.

I went there for the first time yesterday and just wanted to try something new. And the food was so good that it's now definitely in my top 5 in all of Heilbronn.

The takeaway falafel wrap and haloumi wrap were particularly delicious and aromatic, "made with love," as the friendly man at the counter said. Everything looked fresh and appealing.

First of all: the food is very good there. It tastes good. The price is okay and the quality and service are also good. Then why only 2 stars? To get the owner's attention. The owner or managing director should receive the following information: I was able to observe myself how an out of order sign was placed on the card terminal. A few customers were then only charged cash. Then, after some time, the sign suddenly disappeared. The next customers could then pay by card. I suspect that the cash deposits are being swindled, as they used to say. What the boss doesn't know doesn't make him hot. But I think this kind of behavior is simply not okay (to put it very gently). Both towards the employer and towards the customers. At least one customer didn't order because the terminal was (allegedly) broken. The whole matter should at least be examined.

Good but not thrilled and priced above brass

Food is prepared very quickly. The falafel balls taste very fresh and delicious. The sauces are also great and taste homemade. This way, even as a “meat lover” you will really get a vegan taste.

Over the years, the products became more expensive, the quality poorer and the portions became smaller and smaller. Today the wrap with halloumi was very bland and didn't taste like anything. We probably won't go there again for now.

Falafel are the current trend snack in Heilbronn and I also really appreciate the chickpea balls. The brand new Falafelo is beautifully decorated, minimalist, practical and inviting. There are mainly vegan or vegetarian dishes, but also some with chicken. With the Falafel Wrap (€7.90), the flatbread is freshly fried and attractively filled with lots of salad and sauce. Not exactly cheap in price, but still good value for money.

The staff are always friendly, the food is always fresh and tasty and there is a good selection of vegetarian food. The location is a bit suboptimal, next to the street, but it makes up for it with its cleanliness and neat interior design.

After a long time we went to Falafelo again - and definitely the last time! Unfortunately the visit was a complete disappointment. The service seemed incompetent and unfriendly. I clearly ordered my wrap with certain ingredients, but it was incorrectly topped - including mint and beetroot, even though I had expressly declined. When I complained about this, the employee simply took my wrap, put it back on the counter and used his bare fingers to move around in it to remove the ingredients. That's not possible, especially at a price of €7.90! As if that wasn't bad enough, I later had to fish mint and beetroot out of the remaining wraps myself. I found a hair that looked like a beard hair. When I asked the waitress about it, I was brushed off. The employee said it couldn't have been his because he didn't have a beard - even though he clearly had one! Conclusion: Hygiene, customer friendliness and service seem to be foreign words here. This was definitely the last visit for me. It's a shame, but absolutely not recommended.

Simply great! The food is soooo delicious and so healthy. I have rarely eaten something so delicious. However, I think the prices are really extreme. I understand that fresh ingredients cost more but almost €20 for a bowl is extreme.

We came here with the Hope to find fresh and healthy Food, and we found it. Friendly staff served us quickly and prepared our food with much care and a smile on their faces. We had wraps, Falafel and Chicken, and all the four of us were happy with the taste and freshness, which was excellent. We will surely come again. Falafel was crispy from the outside and moist inside; chicken was deliciously seasoned. I wish they had also bigger wraps or double package deals. Or family deals…. My 10 year old wasn’t full with a wrap, and since it was dinner time we didn’t want to eat fries for dinner.

When I read the reviews I wanted to give it a try but the nasty surprise came later. First of all, 90% of the menu is so overpriced that it's not "worth" trying something new. It's not a restaurant but a snack-like concept. The only affordable thing was the falafel wrap for EUR 7.90. We tried this one but stopped after 2 bites. It was carelessly prepared. Bread was ice cold. And the ingredients in it (various salads) had seen better days. The falafel balls were also bad in taste and disgusting. The following day we are still hanging over the toilet. It certainly wasn't hygienic. We are deeply disappointed and do not recommend it to anyone. The service left a rather annoyed impression. No friendliness anywhere. In addition, all the seats outside were unusable because leftover food from previous visitors or ashes from cigarettes were still scattered around. So it wasn't particularly hygienic here either.

Since it opened, I have found the Fateh Chicken Bowl to be very tasty! Unfortunately, with the last increase the price was simply doubled and the portions have become smaller. If you ate there, the portion was huge. I had paid around €9, now we're at €16. That's just too much for what you get. For €16 you can get a lot more elsewhere! I do not come anymore.

To be honest, for two vegan bowls made of greens and a sish tavok with 3 iced tea drinks, just under 49 euros is definitely too expensive and there is also self-service, so I won't go there again in the future!

We bought a halloumi wrap to go for a whopping €8.90, which tasted very good, but was really tiny for the price (smaller than my hand, see picture) and was very light. Also, it wasn't rolled well, so sauce came out when you ate it, and it was open on one side but still wrapped with paper. Elsewhere you can also get very good halloumi and falafel wraps, which are much more filling, for the price or a little cheaper.
