Falafelo Heilbronn – Shish Tawook Wrap Flavor Unbalanced I ordered the Shish Tawook Wrap from Falafelo in Heilbronn. The employee was very friendly and cheerful. He told me I could pick up my food in about 10 minutes – which worked out well for my schedule. The shop itself is modern and clean and is located right on a busy street. My first impression was positive overall. However, for the price, I had expected a slightly larger wrap. The first bite immediately struck me as the very dominant flavor of the pickled cucumbers. Unfortunately, the sour taste overpowered the entire flavor balance of the wrap, so that the other ingredients were barely noticeable. This persisted through almost every bite – only towards the end did it become a bit milder. I took the wrap apart to taste the individual components separately. I noticed that the chicken was nice and juicy, but barely seasoned – thus, it had little flavor of its own. Overall, the wrap seemed unbalanced. Conclusion: Unfortunately, the dish didn't convince me in terms of taste. The unbalanced ratio of ingredients, in particular, made it difficult to enjoy the wrap. I also find the value for money rather questionable under these circumstances – so unfortunately, I can't recommend it at this time.

Excellent Syrian food. Really fresh at good prices. We had the bowls which were delicious. The tabouleh was so fresh and everything was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Also very convenient if you are cycling along the Neckar as it is just 50 metres from the cycleway.

I went there for the first time yesterday and just wanted to try something new. And the food was so good that it's now definitely in my top 5 in all of Heilbronn.

The takeaway falafel wrap and haloumi wrap were particularly delicious and aromatic, "made with love," as the friendly man at the counter said. Everything looked fresh and appealing.

First of all: the food is very good there. It tastes good. The price is okay and the quality and service are also good. Then why only 2 stars? To get the owner's attention. The owner or managing director should receive the following information: I was able to observe myself how an out of order sign was placed on the card terminal. A few customers were then only charged cash. Then, after some time, the sign suddenly disappeared. The next customers could then pay by card. I suspect that the cash deposits are being swindled, as they used to say. What the boss doesn't know doesn't make him hot. But I think this kind of behavior is simply not okay (to put it very gently). Both towards the employer and towards the customers. At least one customer didn't order because the terminal was (allegedly) broken. The whole matter should at least be examined.

Good but not thrilled and priced above brass

Food is prepared very quickly. The falafel balls taste very fresh and delicious. The sauces are also great and taste homemade. This way, even as a “meat lover” you will really get a vegan taste.

Over the years, the products became more expensive, the quality poorer and the portions became smaller and smaller. Today the wrap with halloumi was very bland and didn't taste like anything. We probably won't go there again for now.

It doesn't taste bad, but I expected more. I tried chicken and falafel so I would recommend the falafel.

Incredibly delicious oriental cuisine

Falafel are the current trend snack in Heilbronn and I also really appreciate the chickpea balls. The brand new Falafelo is beautifully decorated, minimalist, practical and inviting. There are mainly vegan or vegetarian dishes, but also some with chicken. With the Falafel Wrap (€7.90), the flatbread is freshly fried and attractively filled with lots of salad and sauce. Not exactly cheap in price, but still good value for money.

The staff are always friendly, the food is always fresh and tasty and there is a good selection of vegetarian food. The location is a bit suboptimal, next to the street, but it makes up for it with its cleanliness and neat interior design.

After a long time we went to Falafelo again - and definitely the last time! Unfortunately the visit was a complete disappointment. The service seemed incompetent and unfriendly. I clearly ordered my wrap with certain ingredients, but it was incorrectly topped - including mint and beetroot, even though I had expressly declined. When I complained about this, the employee simply took my wrap, put it back on the counter and used his bare fingers to move around in it to remove the ingredients. That's not possible, especially at a price of €7.90! As if that wasn't bad enough, I later had to fish mint and beetroot out of the remaining wraps myself. I found a hair that looked like a beard hair. When I asked the waitress about it, I was brushed off. The employee said it couldn't have been his because he didn't have a beard - even though he clearly had one! Conclusion: Hygiene, customer friendliness and service seem to be foreign words here. This was definitely the last visit for me. It's a shame, but absolutely not recommended.

Simply great! The food is soooo delicious and so healthy. I have rarely eaten something so delicious. However, I think the prices are really extreme. I understand that fresh ingredients cost more but almost €20 for a bowl is extreme.

We came here with the Hope to find fresh and healthy Food, and we found it. Friendly staff served us quickly and prepared our food with much care and a smile on their faces. We had wraps, Falafel and Chicken, and all the four of us were happy with the taste and freshness, which was excellent. We will surely come again. Falafel was crispy from the outside and moist inside; chicken was deliciously seasoned. I wish they had also bigger wraps or double package deals. Or family deals…. My 10 year old wasn’t full with a wrap, and since it was dinner time we didn’t want to eat fries for dinner.

The presentation of the snack bar (graphic design, menu selection and everything) is tasty and the falfel bowls are also completely fine, but the question arises as to whether the price-performance ratio is the same. My experience at this restaurant was great. The staff gave me a warm welcome and the service was quick. When I read the reviews I wanted to give it a try but the nasty surprise came later. First of all, 90% of the menu is so overpriced that it's not "worth" trying something new. It's not a restaurant but a snack-like concept. The only affordable thing was the falafel wrap for EUR 7.90. We tried this one but stopped after 2 bites. It was carelessly prepared. Bread was ice cold. And the ingredients in it (various salads) had seen better days. The falafel balls were also bad in taste and disgusting. The following day we are still hanging over the toilet. It certainly wasn't hygienic. We are deeply disappointed and do not recommend it to anyone. The service left a rather annoyed impression. No friendliness anywhere. In addition, all the seats outside were unusable because leftover food from previous visitors or ashes from cigarettes were still scattered around. So it wasn't particularly hygienic here either.

Sorry but not even worth one star - €7.90 for a simple wrap where the bread is cold and the main ingredient is ice cream salad. Who are you actually kidding? Never had such a bad wrap (I stopped after three bites). So disappointing. I won't be surprised if I still get a stomach ache.

The quality has deteriorated somewhat. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. I had the Falafelo special bowl. The meal cost €18 and didn't taste good. The chicken had too much pomegranate and acid on it. Then it was just small pieces, as if it were minced meat. The chickpea and tomato salad tasted old, the tomatoes were gone. Just bleach After I told the chef today my feedback, he said it couldn't be fresh. He didn't reflect at all or admit that they had made a mistake. Well, that's how it was, it was my last time.

The food is close, yes, I ordered a falafel wrap and it is so small and costs 8 euros! And only contains 2 pieces of falafel and the leftover salad, I wouldn't pay 8 euros for green salad thanks. I wouldn't come again, not worth it.

We can both recommend the falafel bowl and the falafel wrap. It’s also conveniently located with parking right across from the place!! 😊

Due to the location on the main road into the city, the outdoor area is only recommended to a limited extent. The indoor area is in a side entrance and is self-service. Since it opened, I have found the Fateh Chicken Bowl to be very tasty! Unfortunately, with the last increase the price was simply doubled and the portions have become smaller. If you ate there, the portion was huge. I had paid around €9, now we're at €16. That's just too much for what you get. For €16 you can get a lot more elsewhere! I do not come anymore.

To be honest, for two vegan bowls made of greens and a sish tavok with 3 iced tea drinks, just under 49 euros is definitely too expensive and there is also self-service, so I won't go there again in the future!

We bought a halloumi wrap to go for a whopping €8.90, which tasted very good, but was really tiny for the price (smaller than my hand, see picture) and was very light. Also, it wasn't rolled well, so sauce came out when you ate it, and it was open on one side but still wrapped with paper. Elsewhere you can also get very good halloumi and falafel wraps, which are much more filling, for the price or a little cheaper.

Juicy price increase and dry chicken meat. Since the Falafelo opened I've been there every now and then and have generally been satisfied. The Fatteh chicken bowl cost €8.90 and is now €15.90!! Was distracted by a beeper in the store and wasn't really paying attention. After I complained about it, I was told that they would do a checkout to check it. But that would only be possible in the evening! Reason: I still ask myself to this day?!! I left my number and asked the lady at the checkout to let me know. Even after calling again, I was put off by saying the boss wasn't there at the moment. We'll get in touch. Nothing else happened, absolute shame!!! This wasn't about a small amount but about more than €40 in change!!! Mistakes can happen, but transparency is something else!!!!

For €7.80 you get a small flatbread, a handful of salad and two falafels. The avocado cream was gone after two bites. That's simply not enough for the price. Elsewhere you can get 3-4 falafel. In addition, the falafel is not good either, it lacks crunch and juiciness. This makes the wrap very dry in the mouth. Unfortunately, price/performance is not right.

The bowls are well constructed, the falafels are very tasty, definitely try the avocado cream, it's great. What's a bit of a shame is that the dressing on the salad is always very little, even though we asked for a little more last time. The fries with herbs were pretty good, unfortunately the garlic dip wasn't enough. The Arabic bread is delicious and extremely fresh. The Shisha T. WRAP was quite dry, especially the meat, the taste still needs to be worked on. The inventory seems very cold, the chairs are quite uncomfortable, but you don't want to stay in them forever, so it's okay. Everything is spotlessly clean, in front of the counter and especially behind the counter. The price/performance ratio doesn't quite fit, the prices have risen quite a bit, for well-known reasons. A big plus is that the staff are very friendly, always smiling and happy to provide information. If you want to eat something healthy, fresh and immerse yourself in a new world of taste, this is the right place for you. Unfortunately, the full 5 stars couldn't be awarded here because of one thing or another There are weaknesses in the product/dish. Nevertheless, we will still be happy to visit it again and again, to see if anything has changed.

This evening a Falafelo delivery truck drove through the street and almost hit my car as it pulled out of a parking space. As I drove past, the young men looked at me aggressively. I'm wondering how you can represent a store like that and drive so recklessly.

Wir haben bestellt. Wir hatten eine bowl und 2 verschiedene wraps. Alles war lecker, leider nicht mehr wirklich warm. Klar, solche Gerichte sind nie heiß, es war aber schon grenzwertig. Wirklich unzufrieden war ich lediglich mit der Lieferzeit. Angegeben waren 45 min, tatsächlich hat es aber etwas mehr als 1,5 Stunden gedauert. Egal, es hat gut geschmeckt und war ne gute Alternative zu Pizza/Döner/Burger oder anderem geliefertem Essen.

Essen gut, schmackhat und genügend Auswahl. Beratung sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Sitzplätze ungemütlich, kalt und unbequem. Kantinencharakter. Ein Besuch lohnt sich wegen des Essens auf jeden Fall

Hier gab es für uns eine ganz neue Art von gesundem Essen. Es ist alles sehr frisch und schön zubereitet. Die Falafeln in meiner Falafel Bowl waren sehr lecker und auch die Avocado- sowie Auberginecreme waren ein Traum. Das Fladenbrot war auch gut, aber der Salat lässt zu wünschen übrig. War hier überhaupt ein Dressing? Er hat nach nichts geschmeckt und erst durch das Vermischen mit dem Tabouleh war es halbwegs okay. Die Falafelo Fries mit Falafelo Kräuter Mix waren auch sehr gut. Der Knoblauch Dip war ebenso gut, hätte aber ruhig eine größere Portion sein können. Der Fattoush Salat war leider eine Enttäuschung. Auch hier gab es gefühlt kein Dressing und pure Salatblätter schmecken nunmal nicht. Das frittiertes arabische Brot war gut. Der Shish Tawook Wrap war erst zum Ende gut, da dann die vermehrte Soße das trockene Fleisch saftiger gemacht hat. Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für uns nicht. Der Preis ist schon etwas zu hoch, Inflation hin oder her. Durch andere Rezensionen wird klar deutlich das die Preis in letzter Zeit auch sehr angestiegen sind. Das System im linken Abteil seine Bestellung aufzugeben und sich dann einen Platz hier, draußen oder im rechten Abteil auszusuchen finde ich toll. Sobald die Bestellung fertig ist klingelt es und ist bereit abgeholt zu werden. Service ist kaum vorhanden, da man ausschließlich zum Bestellen und Essen abholen Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern hat. Die Parkplatzsituation ist allerdings nicht einfach oder mit hohen Kosten verbunden. Alles in allem lässt sich sagen, dass es hier möglichst ist etwas gesundes und neues zu probieren, aber aufgrund des großen Mankos bei dem Salat, welches in diesem Restaurant teilweise die Hauptspeise ist, kann ich keine höhere Bewertung geben.

Sehr gesundes und leckeres Essen finden Sie hier! In Heilbronn können Sie hier eine sehr leckere Bowl essen. Unsere Bowl mit Kichererbsen, Humus und Falafel war sehr gut. Das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis ist im oberen drittel und damit sehr gut. Das Essen ist Selbstbedienung im Laden. Es gibt Sitzmöglichkeiten für draußen. Ich würde erneut kommen!
