Oriental Snacks Habibi in Heilbronn

Falafel are the current trend snack in Heilbronn and I also really appreciate the chickpea balls. The brand new Falafelo is beautifully decorated, minimalist, practical and inviting. There are mainly vegan or vegetarian dishes, but also some with chicken. With the Falafel Wrap (€7.90), the flatbread is freshly fried and attractively filled with lots of salad and sauce. Not exactly cheap in price, but still good value for money.

I don't really care about reviews as they are often very mean and untrue. I should have listened to it here. I've never experienced a situation where I couldn't continue eating after 2 pieces of pizza because it was so disgusting. My friend's soul also went straight into the trash. It's a shame about the food, it's a shame about the money. Guys…how can you not be able to make pizza?! Then she didn't give any sauce. I asked “is the sauce already on it?” Because no package was given “yes, it’s already on it”. I only eat kebab pizza because of the sauce. Oof. That annoyed me. Then we were given 2 Fantas as we went out. I was so happy. Then saw that they expired in 2023 😂 Guys, what can you actually do

Unfortunately the meat is not entirely fresh. Doner meat wasn't cooked properly. Price-performance ratio too expensive for the quality.

I think table service was great and it was brought by a friendly lady. She pointed it out to us because of a survey about what was new this year. She later asked and we complained about the fries because they weren't fresh. When we were finished eating, I treated myself to a delicious McSunday ice cream with caramel sauce. Oops, where was the sauce? I only saw a blob. Okay ... I went to the counter and asked politely and nicely An employee asked me if I could get a dollop of sauce, but there was very little and I would have to look for it. Unfortunately, she looked at me strangely and all I got was a shake of the head. No answer. Either she was speechless after the question about the sauce or she couldn't talk. As a customer, I find that rude to me.
