Essen McDonalds Standard. Aber soweit man den Zubereitungsbereich einsehen kann alles sauber. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind für eine McDonalds Filiale besonders freundlich und aufmerksam.

Ich weiß, was ich von McDonald's erwarten kann. Und normalerweise bin ich immer zufrieden. Aber hier war es so dreckig, dass ich das erste Mal in meinem Leben aus einem McDonald's wieder rausgegangen bin ohne zu essen. Essen überall auf dem Boden, die Tische nicht abgeräumt, alles klebrig...

45 min warten, und dann kein Eis

Es war heute brütend heiß bei McDonald's, weil die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Und warum funktionierte sie nicht? Weil der Chef sie abgestellt hat! Wie können die Leute hier nur arbeiten? Ganz zu schweigen von der Küche! Kunden stornierten ihre Bestellungen und verließen den Raum. Sollten wir diesen Chef nicht lieber entlassen und die Angestellten nach Hause schicken?! Unglaublich!

Ein sehr sauberes Restaurant hygienisch top und auch barrierefrei für Rollstühle.Parkplätze und Sitzplätze draußen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Klimatisiert. Hatten super sympathisch und freundliches Servicepersonal.Wurden nach Wohlergehen und Wünschen gefragt.Das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und sofort serviert 😉. Empfehlenswert😉.

Also ich finde das Essen top und alles ist gut in dem Laden aber es geht hier um allgemein alle Mc Donalds Filialen. Bei einem kleinen Becher Fanta oder auch allgemein bei Wasser verlangt ihr für 0,25 Liter 3 Euro ? Das sind umgerechnet 12 Euro auf den Liter plus das ihr das noch selber mit Wasser mischen tut wie da dann das Verhältnis zueinander steht und ich wirklich für einen Liter Fanta bezahle möchte ich gar nicht wissen aber die Preise sind absurd.

Große Pommes 4,20€..sonst alles klar bei euch??

Essen bestellt um 19.34 Uhr, sitze nun um 20.00 uhr noch am Tisch und warte. Zwischendurch mal nachgefragt was denn nun ist, hieß es nur "kommt kommt"... Man darf auf keinen Fall hungrig sein, am besten schon lange vorher hingehen. Wie das Essen ist kann ich mangels Verfügbarkeit nicht beurteilen deshalb auch nur einen Stern geben.

Netter McDonald's mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Einige Zeit nach dem Umbau war alles super. Bestellung schnell bekommen, war auch alles schon heiß und ordentlich. Das Restaurant und die Toiletten waren auch immer schön sauber. Jetzt, die Bestellung dauert ewig, bis man sie bekommt. Meistens ist das Essen kalt. Das Restaurant ist schmutzig, überall liegen Essensreste auf dem Boden, Tische und Stühle. Geputzt wird noch nicht Mal, wenn man was sagt. Das Personal bringt die Bestellung direkt an den Nachbartisch der Verschmutzung, kümmert sich aber trotzdem nicht um den Schmutz. Die Toiletten sehen schlimm aus. Becken verdreckt, Boden klebrig, Papier überall,..... Da ist wieder viel Luft nach oben

Das Essen wird als fertig markiert, damit irgendwelche Kennzahlen eingehalten werden, ist aber tatsächlich nicht fertig. Auf Rückfrage wird man angepampt.

Wozu gibt es eine sogenannte Familientoilette wenn diese nicht mal auf Bitten geöffnet wird? Statt dessen führt das Personal eine Debatte darüber ob der Papa mit seiner Tochter (5) auf die Frauentoilette "darf". Und zum krönenden Abschluss soll er sie auch nicht mit auf die Herrentoilette nehmen sondern allein vor der Tür stehen lassen. Sorry....geht GAR NICHT. Uns als Kunden verloren!

Ich habe drei FIFA-Menüs bestellt und nur ein Glas erhalten. Schreckliches Personal.

Das Essen war von schlechter Qualität. Ich bekam alte, aufgewärmte Pommes, verwässerte Cola, fast gefärbtes Wasser und natürlich den Big Mac, der früher groß und lecker war, aber jetzt ist da nur noch „Mac“ im Namen, nicht mehr Big Mac. Die Angestellten geben sich alle Mühe, den Laden am Laufen zu halten. Insgesamt kann ich ihn nicht empfehlen. :) Ich füge auch ein Foto von den zwei Chickenburgern bei, die ich bestellt habe – die sind kleiner als meine kleine Faust.

Essen am Terminal bestellt , obwohl gut besucht , direkt ohne Wartezeit Essen bekpmmen .

Einfahrt zum McDrive oder zum Parkplatz ist katastrophal wenn's voll wird!

Am automat steht abholbereit. Jedoch noch nicht mal angefangen. Mitarbeiter sagt wir rufen auf. Hier wird die Statistik wohl angegangen zu Faken.

Je nachdem, wen man im McDrive erwischt und an der Kasse. Es gibt sehr viele nette Mitarbeiter, aber nach gewissen Jahren weiß man genau, dass man manche blonde, kleine mit östlichem Akzent sprechende Mitarbeiter meiden sollte. Sehr sehr unfreundliches Auftreten, keine Geduld, eher dem Kunden eine krasse Hektik machen, der eigentlich nur entspannt was zu essen kaufen wollte. Wir fahren nie wieder nachts in den McDrive, solang diese negative Person noch dort arbeitet.

Leider werden immer wieder falsche Produkte ausgegeben. Bei der Korrektur sind die Mitarbeiter unfreundlich.

Standart MC Donalds wie man es aus allen Filialen kennt

Top. Essen kam sehr schnell, war lecker und wir wurden mit so viel Lebensfreude und Elan bedient, dass sich unsere Laune auch nochmal gehoben hat.

Super nette zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, vor allem vielen Dank an Russo, ein Mitarbeiter der mit Herz arbeitet und keine Wünsche ausschlägt, aber auch an alle anderen. Alles sehr sauber, schneller Service und immer lecker!

DIE da arbeiten sind sehr nett. Es ist auch sehr Rollstuhl gerecht

Ein Kind hat ein falsches Spielzeug bekommen und wollte gerne sein richtiges aber die Mitarbeiter wollten es nicht tauschen weil es geöffnet war und ich finde es traurig das jetzt ein 7 jähriger traurig ist

Interessantes Lokal, frisch renoviert. Negativ für Erwachsene: Das Verhalten der Teenager ist oft störend, sodass man nicht lange verweilen und das Essen genießen möchte. Wir bestellten, holten es schnell ab und gingen wieder. Das Essen wurde kalt und schmeckte nicht mehr besonders gut.

Sehr sehr sauber, tolles Ambiente mit Blümchen auf dem Tisch. Sehr höfliche und fröhlich nette Mitarbeiter. Danke. Hätte ich von einem Fastfood Restaurant nicht erwartet.

Ist ja alles ganz nett aber es war drinnen eiskalt. Das Essen war somit auch schon kalt bis man am Tisch war. Die Gäste saßen teilweise mit Stepjacke da. Wir waren froh als wir wieder draußen waren bevor man sich was holt.

Abends noch Lust auf einen McFlurry gehabt, aber leider enttäuscht worden. Wer seinen McFlurry mit Smarties und Schokosauce haben möchte ist hier leider falsch. Auf meinem McFlurry waren doch auch ganz 10 Smarties und kaum Schokosauce dazu....sehr schade! Ist mir so vorher noch nie untergekommen.

Es gibt keinen normalen Eingang für Fußgänger :( Ein Besuch ist nur mit dem Auto bequem möglich.

Leider werde ich immer mehr von McDonalds enttäuscht!! Das ist nicht die erste Filiale die mir beim bestellen im Drive-In anstatt Plantbased Chicken Nuggets, Chicken Nuggets aus Küken gibt. Dafür das so groß mit Plantbased geworben wird, lässt die Relität zu wünschen übrig. Ich werde diese Filiale in nächster Zeit nicht noch einmal aufsuchen!

Modern umgebaut mit vielen ordentlichen Sitzplätzen.

Wir gehen gern zu dieser Filiale, da das Essen eine gute Qualität hat. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und seit dem Umbau ist auch das Interieur richtig schön. Die Hocker sind beweglich, so dass schlussendlich auch jeder so viel Platz hat, wie er braucht, da die kleinen z. B. etwas ent zusammen sitzen können. Mein persönliches kleines Highlight sind die immer frischen und ja, echten Blumen an vielen Tischen. Leider ist der Parkplatz sehr klein und eng und immer recht voll. Kann man leider nicht ändern, ärgerlich ist es aber trotzdem. Was sich aber vielleicht ändern lassen würde, ist der kalte Zug am einigen Tischen, sobald die Türen auf gehen, was durch die recht hohe Besucherzahlen recht oft und auch relativ lange ist.

Das essen hat schrecklich geschmeckt (z.b. die Cola hat nicht nach Cola geschmeckt) die Mitarbeiter konnten kein deutsch und war alles komplett dreckig. Ahnung davon ob der Hund mit rein darf wie bei jedem anderen darf wussten die nicht wie es dort ist und haben uns es dann verboten.

Es ist halt alles neu da ist Mega cool aber Joa kommt halt auf die Laune der Mitarbeiter an. Wie gesagt ganz ok

McDonald’s ist McDonald’s, egal wo man ist. Wenn man schnell etwas essen möchte, ist man dort genau richtig. Günstig und gut (die Burger-Patties sind allerdings so lala).

Seit dem Umbau etwas enger geworden. Bei den neuen Stühlen muss man gesund sein um keinen Bandscheibenvorfall zu bekommen. Sehr eng Bestuhlung, sonst nett eingerichtet...

Hello everyone, We ordered cappuccinos, but they arrived in paper cups. Furthermore, the coffee wasn't made with a professional coffee machine, as we're used to at McDonald's, but with a basic machine, resulting in a significantly lower quality drink. When we politely asked the staff to prepare a cappuccino of the usual quality, our request was ignored. They wouldn't even discuss it with us. We found this behavior extremely rude and disrespectful to the customers. We visit McDonald's regularly and expect a certain standard – both in terms of product quality and customer service. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed this time. And I won't be coming back!

Ideal for small snacks between meals. Large selection, good quality.

The new McDonald's Heilbronn restaurant system doesn't give the warm welcome it once did, it's cold, it looks more like a factory dining room, there are no music or video displays, it's not welcoming at all, a shame 😞

When I order Käsespätzle Snackers, I expect Käsespätzle Snackers, not chicken nuggets. It's the same with you guys every time. I'm fed up...

In my personal opinion, the quality of the food at this location during busy hours felt lower than expected. After working there, I personally did not feel comfortable eating it anymore.

I ate here today and I have to say it deserves more than 5 stars, actually. The entire restaurant and even the restrooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly; they even came to our table to ask if everything was OK. That's a new level of service, something I've never experienced at McDonald's before. Keep it up!

Something's missing again. When I called Lieferando (who only handle deliveries), they referred me, but the employee hung up and wasn't willing to find a solution. Lieferando took care of it immediately, but as always with McDonald's orders, there's a problem.

Not a good place to have a quiet coffee on a Saturday morning. But the coffee was okay.

Outrageous! Such an expensive meal at minus 5 degrees Celsius, wearing a hat and scarf! NO HEATING! OUTRAGEOUS!!!

This McDonald's is a complete disaster. Every time I order here, whether at the drive-thru or in the restaurant, something is always missing, especially the sauces. They're often forgotten, and even though I'm eating in, the food is often very cold. The reason I'm writing this review is that I just asked for a new cup and was turned away by a very unfriendly employee, probably because of the Monopoly promotion. I even pointed out to the employee that I wanted a new cup because a strange boy, who had asked me for my Monopoly stickers, had touched it, which I explained to the employee. He then told his colleague to give me a cup, but to make sure the sticker was removed, even though he hadn't wanted to give me one in the first place. However, I must also say that there are one or two employees who are extremely nice, which I've noticed time and again. I've never seen this one unfriendly employee here before.

The app hasn't worked here since the renovation. It's incredibly frustrating when you pre-order a lot and then make the trip for nothing, because you can't complete large orders. Better to just get a kebab and avoid the hassle. Especially if you're from Heilbronn ;)

The cleanliness and orderliness of this branch are a positive aspect. Additionally, there were flowers on the table, which I found very pleasing.

I ordered a Big Mac and ate it at home. Unfortunately, it was very salty and had a strong smoky taste. It also seems they used the wrong sauce. I could barely enjoy the food and was still hungry afterward. It's a shame, especially since I paid for it. I hope they pay more attention to quality and proper preparation next time.

Disappointed. They forgot the sauces again. The cola was flat. I'm disappointed after the reopening.

I found two hairs in my burger. I don't know if you've changed staff, but before the renovation in October 2025, I never had a bad experience at this McDonald's.

It's my favorite McDonald's. Clean and friendly staff. The atmosphere is even better after the renovation. I always enjoy coming here with my family.

I noticed in your branch that several products were displayed on the menu or order tab, but your staff labeled them as "unavailable" or "not in stock." This is confusing and misleading for customers!

Why are you repeatedly NOT appearing in the McDonald's app? My wife and I don't think this is right. Maps and other portals say "NOW OPEN." You can't be found in the McDonald's app. Therefore, only 2 stars because this has happened several times before.

This is the third time I've forgotten my fries at the McDrive. When I go back, they only refund the fries and let me enjoy my cold burger. This was my last visit here.

Why does everyone always have to block Happenbacher Str for other traffic and then act like lower-class people when they're asked about it???

As with most MCs, the parking lot is a bit tight. And the parking itself could be a bit more spacious. Unfortunately, the property doesn't have much room for more. There is a small play area for small children, separated from the street by a fence.

Actually very good, but currently many parking spaces are unavailable due to construction work.

You have to check the takeout orders three times and they made a mistake, twice they gave us one burger less

A very rude lady at 3:35 p.m. on August 31st at the McDrive!!! Absolutely not customer-friendly.

Manager's statement It's only available from 10:30 a.m. The last thing for me is when the audit comes in and smiles stupidly at me and says, "Those at the top know what they're doing." You're not the only ones with understaffing. But if I had waited 30 minutes, would I have the product of my choice? How sick have you gotten? Dry chessburger. Fresh chicken? If you skimp on the side dishes, you'll go bankrupt. And the statement from the audit that was there at that moment! They know what they're doing and what they want! Sorry, wrong movie for me! Disaster with the taste and also did not get what we wanted

Oppa would definitely be a rocket if he were to become a comedian. The staff are all top-notch, very personable, and simply wonderful... We'd love to come back.

McDonald's is always a good last-minute solution, for example, late at night. The coffee and ice cream here are very good, and everything else is quite good, but unfortunately, some components are getting steadily more expensive – AND – also undeniably smaller. The best example is the classic cheeseburger, which has really shrunk dramatically in recent years. If the cheeseburger still cost €1, that would be fine. Sure, everything is getting more expensive. But McDonald's is unfortunately overdoing it.

The food is delicious, they cook it quickly, the staff is friendly, but it's not clean everywhere.

People, be careful what you order at the McDrive and what actually gets packed. I just did €85 shopping for my friends and me, and lo and behold, four burger meals from the new Chicken Big Mac were missing! What's the point? Do you really need to steal from people? Now three of my friends don't get anything to eat!!!!! What a place!!!!

McDrive was pretty fast.👌 Very nicely decorated. You can order from the machine or directly at the counter. We were always extremely satisfied 😁.

One of the 4 terminals did not work. Tired of waiting for a family to occupy all 3 terminals. The hall and toilet are relatively clean. The fries were terrible. Dry. It’s obvious that they did it a long time ago and it was standing there to dry.

Correction to 3 stars because the Signature was canceled and the "Supreme" is just a bad Big Tasty. What happened to the awesome signature patty? Just sad. But apparently that's all it takes. The meat just tastes bland, so it could easily be a meat substitute. Original review: McDonalds has improved a lot. Both the food and the interior as well as the cleanliness are good. The fries are no longer soggy as they used to be and with the Signature Collection there is now a food that can actually be called a burger. One star deduction because the other "dishes" taste bland as usual and typically McDonald's. The signature burgers make all other “burgers” obsolete.

Very poor service and excessively long waiting times. I spoke to the manager several times and was ignored each time. This is bad.

Ordered table service. Food then sat on the counter for 15 minutes, so the food then got cold. We complained immediately and the answer was “no more table service so late” - but nothing on the machine or in the app was deactivated! The fries were then exchanged in a completely unfriendly and reluctant manner - the burger was still cold and was not exchanged. Reporting to headquarters also takes place! That doesn't work at all.

Went to McDonald's today and was really in the mood for fresh fries - you know, hot, crispy, not those lukewarm things from the queue. So I ordered them without salt to make them fresh. So far everything is good. Then I politely ask for a little extra salt to enhance my gourmet experience - and boom, the manager comes with more resistance than the salt barrel itself! Discussion deluxe. Extra salt for fries without salt? Impossible! That would be even nicer – fries on request and then salt them individually? Anarchy! I even offered to buy the salt - yes, you read that right, I was willing to buy a few grains with hard currency. But she stood firm like a pillar of salt - no salt for you! Conclusion: Fries were hot, but the mood was frosty. A little more customer friendliness and a little less salt monarchy would be desirable. P.S.: If the salt is rationed - let me know, I'll bring some from home next time.

It's best to always check your order before you leave, because they always forget something!

We just wanted to order at the drive-in, but no one answered the loudspeaker to at least say “just a moment, please”. Then we drove up and were ignored because the lady now seemed to have spoken. Only to then cheekily say to us at some point, “Yes, you’ll just have to wait.” Customer service at the DriveIn today is underground!!!! We then drove away without ordering.

A very unfriendly employee, an older woman, was overwhelmed with an order and needed a second colleague to prepare breakfast. We stood at the checkout for half an hour (me and three children). No good morning, no eye contact, just hectic. A little smile would do you good, lady!!! No go!!
