McDonald's in Heilbronn

As a menstruating woman, you want a Mc Flurry, but you don't like chocolate sauce, but the only ice cream you like is the one with Oreo without chocolate sauce. But it is not available. Everything else is, but only with chocolate sauce. WHERE IS THE LOGIC? I don't want chocolate sauce!! And caramel sauce tastes like shit! Oh and speaking of excitement, the burgers were cold last time and the fries could use more seasoning. Thanks.

Today October 2nd at 7:15 p.m. Mc Rip to take away with very little sauce, so no McDonald's, standard... My nephew didn't eat it because he didn't like it without sauce. Whoever did something must have been noticed... must have been intentional, you can see that, employees like that are damaging to McDonald's business.

Absolute dirt. Once again, the nuggets were absolutely disgusting. Rubbery, almost cold and not at all crispy. This branch is really the last resort and should be avoided.

At the drive-in, control is always better than trust. Food is, as usual, MCs. There's usually a lot going on here

Attention veggies: When there is a high volume of customers, this branch deliberately sells regular chicken nuggets as McPlant nuggets.

Super friendly and humorous young employee, you can tell that she enjoys her job and is there for the customers. Ordered 5 1/2 chickens, deliciously seasoned and the right size, gladly again

Update September 20, 2024: Apparently fries are only defrosted and made lukewarm for a short time, and are no longer fried at all.

Food is much more expensive than in Citizen King! Food wasn't really warm either.

McD average quality but unfortunately very different waiting times and I'm explicitly not talking about peak times here - even if the parking lot is empty you'll find yourself standing around stupidly for a few minutes in front of the dead order column with a pick-up code - no return possible...

The employee here is so nice! Takes care of you like in a star restaurant :)

If you're from Heilbronn, you simply know MC Donald's. I have known him for around 35 years. Like so many others: ok. You can sit inside and outside. Small slide in front of the building.

We waited 20 minutes for our food after paying there were 5 orders in front of us

You spend money pointlessly if most of it is missing when you pick it up, very disappointed

I don't know what's been going on there lately... but the food definitely isn't fresh. We and our friends have often had intestinal problems after eating. Some family members no longer buy food there.

You should take an example from the nice gentleman who has been working at this McDonald's for probably 20 years, who is really polite without exception and, above all, has mastered the standard manners... “Welcome to Mc D, your order please..” The development is really a shame... Lunch is always quick, unfortunately only the Chicken MC nuggets were really warm, fries unfortunately a bit soggy, cheeseburger lukewarm,

I've known this restaurant since 1993 and I don't feel good about badmouthing it, but 3 things have to be said with the hope that they will finally get better. 1) The first one is more of a minor annoyance, but the sale of coffee, cappuccino, etc. stops very early, and there are people like me for whom a cappuccino is often a real reason to stop by McDonald's in the evening. 2) Well, now it's getting serious. If it's true that you can judge the cleanliness of a restaurant based on the condition of its toilets, then this McDonald's would have to be completely swept away. I'm anything but hypersensitive, but the smell of stale urine is unbearable in there and it's hard to believe that you're actually in a McDonald's toilet when you go in there. It's always a NIGHTMARE when me and my little one have to wash our hands before eating. It's not just the acrid smell and the used paper lying around (from drying your hands) that's the problem, but the taps used are also not a good choice. You have to press on it so that water comes out for a certain, short period of time, which is very unhygienic because that's exactly where everyone presses on it right after the toilet and you have to press on it again and again, even after you've rinsed your hands, if you still have a little Water is needed to completely wash off the soap so that you can then go out to eat with these hands and touch the citizens. Contactless taps are urgently needed (motion sensor) or the time for these mechanical taps should be extended at least 5 times so that you don't have to touch them again and again when washing your hands. 3) The slide for the children is a magnet for us because our child likes to play there. However, there is a very strong smell of vinegar there, there is probably waste from drinks very close by. Lastly, I would like to mention that when ordering in McDrive (by car) I saw cockroaches scurrying across the illuminated menu board a few times. That's not a nice greeting, even if it's not in the restaurant but outside! Otherwise I have nothing to complain about the food itself, it's a shame I can't give it 5 stars, but the reasons are serious.

I only hear bad things about the shop then I went there with my friend for carnival and only waited for a short time then the food was already there but I didn't like the burgers that much, the peties were dry to the point of not working anymore and they were like that you would bite into a rag!!!😡

Clean restaurant We were there in the evening when it was really busy. Nevertheless, it was clean because staff were present and cleaned the tables. No longer a given at the moment

I have eaten in this restaurant several times. It's always a matter of luck whether the food is freshly prepared or you just get what feels like yesterday's fries (sometimes the fries sit there for a really long time). Unfortunately, I often have the experience that some orders were not processed correctly, for example products were missing or the wrong products were put in the bag. That's why it's very important to check the order immediately. I've had many conversations with the staff there. It was very ridiculous and there was never any proper compensation (but there was about 20 years ago - a Gratic McMenu). Therefore 3 stars overall.

In MC drive cheeseburger ordered without cucumbers, in one the cucumbers were simply taken out and in the other the cucumbers were still inside. I ADD the second citizen, only one slice was taken out so as not to turn any new ones into Cheesbürger, I'm extremely disappointed, very poor service....

After a long time I was here again at the drive in... and the same dilemma again: the order was taken correctly and collected... and something was missing again when it was handed out. sloppiness.

When ordering, make sure that everything is correct and nothing is missing, otherwise you will be portrayed as a liar and insulted by super intelligent employees. If you have a franchisee entrepreneur who doesn't really care about customer satisfaction, it won't get any better.

!MOLD ON WRAP! We wanted to get muffins for brunch on the way to work and I grabbed a wrap while going through the drive-thru. When I discovered the mold on the wrap at work before the start of my shift, I was shocked, but I still wanted to report on my experience for prevention reasons, as I wanted the restaurant employees to be able to act accordingly to prevent a greater spread and the associated complaints/lawsuits to be able to. The employee, who didn't want to give me her name, literally yelled at me on the phone that all of her products were always fresh and would be checked, even though I kindly pointed out that I didn't want any compensation or anything, just that please is seen better. Would give minus stars if possible. Never again.

It has nothing to do with fast food, we had to wait forever for the food and when it came it was a disappointment, the MC Rip was in the bowl as if it had been thrown in, the onions were in the packaging and not on the burger. Hamburger was cold. Thanks, that's it for a long time.

The staff forgot to put me a chip

Catastrophe!!!!!! I don't know how long the burgers have been sitting there, but everything else is like fresh, disgusting!!!!! I was surprised that the order was ready so quickly when it arrived home, but the surprise didn't even deserve a star.

The saleswoman forgot to take my order and then I asked her about it after an hour. She said it would still take a while and didn't even check. Then I waited a total of 2 hours, then I complained again and the man at the checkout helped me

Nice team, quick preparation of the order. My table wasn't clean, but it was cleaned quickly. Even though the store was full. Fries were fresh and burgers were just as they should be. There is also enough parking space, although not enough if you have a larger car.

Everything was great, but unfortunately the atmosphere was too small.

Today I ordered 4 cheeseburgers at the checkout and 4 chicken burgers were brought to me at the table. When I wanted to swap the 4 burgers and told the employee (a short, older man with glasses) he said I had ordered 4 chicken burgers and he took them very aggressively Thrown the burger in the trash and swore and walked away until someone took care of it... so much for the customer being king... under all the crap... I hope the store manager does something

The rating is for the Mc Drive because I never actually go to the branch. I come here quite often and am therefore a little spoiled by this good organization. Here the term “FAST food” still deserves its name. Whenever I drive through other Mc Drives, the first thing I notice is how good the branch here in Heilbronn is. Have never been disappointed here. The staff are friendly, the food is tasty and fresh and it's extremely quick. Our colleagues in Ilsfeld can take an example from this. Keep it up!

不知道吃什么的时候就会来吃麦当劳，想念国内麦当劳的麻辣鸡腿堡麦辣鸡翅！为什么德国麦当劳就是没有国内好吃呢！但是感觉这家比市中心那家麦当劳好吃一些不知道为什么！big mac 还有double cheese burger最经常点，还有Mc flurry每次必点！有一说一麦当劳咖啡性价比不错！

Super freundlicher Mitarbeiter am McDrive Schalter der auch noch nach 18 Uhr Spaß versteht und gute Stimmung macht. Hier wird auch ordentlich gearbeitet und gewissenhaft - hier war bis jetzt noch keine Bestellung durcheinander. Zum Essen muss ich hier nichts sagen ;-) BigMac 4ever!!! Preislich hat McDonald's kräftig angezogen, aber die tollen Coupons Aktionen retten das auch wieder.

McDonald's ist schon lange nicht mehr daß was es mal war. Wenn man nur noch aufgewärmte Burger und Pommes bekommt, dann sollte man sein Essen selbst mitbringen. Wir werden nicht mehr so oft zu McDonald's fahren,es lohnt sich nicht mehr.☹️😠

MC Donalds halt. War sauber und schnelle und nette Bedienung, daher alles bestens. Wenn man zu nem MC Donalds möchte, kann man zu diesem sehr gut gehen.

Unfreundliches Personal, wenn Personal fehlt und deshalb keine Bedienung am Tisch gibt, habe ich volles Verständnis aber einen BLÖD anpflaumen auf die Frage, geht echt nicht und das von Filialleiter persönlich.

Alles ok. Waren im Drive In. Es ging sehr schnell und alle Sonderwünsche wurden umgesetzt. Dafür dass es Sonntag Mittag war kam es mir sehr leer vor.

Ein wirklich guter McDonald's. Kleine übersichtliche Filiale. Das Personal ist stets zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wartezeiten sind immer sehr kurz. Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Drive-in dieser Filiale. Der schnellste seiner Art, den ich kenne.

Mehrmals jemand zum kehren durch den Raum...hatte ich bisher eher selten gesehen..heute alles reibungslos.
