Burger King Heilbronn in Heilbronn

I placed an order through Lieferando 1.5 hours ago, and the driver apparently had arrived. After he said he called and read out the correct number, they simply canceled the order.

Burger King is very nice and modern, accessible to everyone, with a wide selection and not too crowded. The food is good, I also tried the new ones. I would have something to say about the sauce but everything else is perfect and the churros were good, I took the ones with caramel but the best are the ones with dark chocolate, try them and believe it! One downside was the service, there is no table service and they don't call your number and unfortunately you can't really tell when the food is ready, the napkins and straws are left next to the till, no one told us as I thought they would be the first to tell us where to find what we needed.

I don't know where to start, they say that if the toilet in a restaurant is dirty, the kitchen is dirty too. In the men's toilet there was water everywhere on the floor so it was flooded with brown stains and there was toilet paper everywhere in the toilet. I ordered a burger and wanted to see how they prepare the burger. The lady who prepared my burger was eating and licking her fingers, how disgusting is that, oh my God, very uninterested in preparing it, everyone is talking in a different language, laughing and not concentrating on their work. I know that you don't get paid well in a fast food chain like this, but we are all human beings and respect should be learned. As described here, I reported everything to the Office for Veterinary Affairs and Consumer Protection of the Heilbronn District Office. Avoid this restaurant!

Shop always dirty, employees don't pay attention to customers. Sometimes you stand at an empty checkout for at least 10 minutes before you are noticed. Food is forgotten to be given out and has been kept warm for 10 minutes. Playful employees which everyone notices on the outside. You can have fun, but not if your performance suffers. A very bad Burger King in Germany. Then it's better to go 500m further to the competition

You can easily get there by car, the offer is very good, I'll be back

Went there for lunch with my colleagues this afternoon. I ordered a multi-way crusher. When I was half empty I took the lid off to see how it worked. I was slightly shocked when I saw the black spots on the lid. My colleagues said that I should tell them not to let it happen to more people, so I did. The woman behind the counter wasn't aware of any guilt - it was the dishwasher, she couldn't do anything about it. But I could gladly return my cup and then I would get the two euro deposit back. I ended up with a moldy cup and only half a drink because I wasn't even offered a new drink. That was definitely the last time I was there

Very nice young man who served us fresh winges, fries and burgers The wait was a bit long but he managed to get the front of the shop on his own HUT from then on your colleagues can copy something👍👍 Actually, it was always quick and to our satisfaction, but today we're back again. Either something is missing or it is so messed up that you can throw it back in the trash. Lattice fries and veg. Nuggets usually taste like cardboard. You can almost confuse burgers with flannels. Sometimes I wish you had an undercover reporter again.

A typical BK location with classic burgers and fries. The taste is okay, but it is often quite crowded here and the service could be a little quicker. Okay for a quick snack, but nothing special.

Always great! Friendly staff, fast service and the food is hot and freshly prepared. The burgers in particular taste great – juicy, well seasoned and exactly as you would expect. The branch is clean and cozy, ideal for a quick snack or a relaxed meal. I always enjoy coming back!

Something is missing every time you order in the drive-thru, something has probably been forgotten 3 or 4 times...be sure to check, they really can't manage to pack a simple order completely. Edit: Today we were missing another complete burger, they just can't manage it.

Nowhere to see a map with the entire offer. If you want to order from your car, you should memorize the offer beforehand, perhaps from the Internet.

It's a shame you can't give zero stars! We have ordered here many times and the taste of the veggie products is simply very good. However, when it comes to prices, you should make sure that not every order is incorrect and the customer gets the wrong things or things are forgotten 🙄 It's a shame that if you make a complaint you won't get anything refunded and you won't be accommodated. I really don't know if I would want to eat something here again

Unfortunately, a burger and two sauces were missing from my order yesterday, and one burger was incorrectly topped. We order here often and it's a shame that this has happened so often and that you get nothing from customer service other than an apology and are fobbed off with the fact that you can't change anything afterwards. We and certainly many other customers have already lost a lot of money because of this and in my opinion that's not possible. So in the future simply hire more competent employees or ensure that one overwhelmed employee doesn't have to be responsible for hundreds of customers!!! Simply outrageous

So far, something has been missing from every order and when I complained by email there was only a cursory apology saying that there was nothing more that could be done afterwards. So either the company only employs people who can't add 2 + 2 together, or the management is too stingy to hire more employees so that a single person doesn't have to handle the drive-in counter and the 50 customers in the queue at the same time. In any case, it's an outrage and costs the customer a lot of money given the already expensive prices! 😡😡😡

We order from Burger King very regularly. Unfortunately, no order has worked reliably so far. You can still ignore the missing sauces. However, if I only get normal cheeseburgers instead of double cheeseburgers and even burgers are missing, that is a losing deal for the customer given the already expensive prices of this company. I love the plant based products but if you have to pay more than you get it's just a disgrace. Customer service only gives a cheeky response to a complaint and you cannot receive any compensation. I wanted to redeem the crowns via the app and placed an order for 1,400 crowns. The order was confirmed and the crowns were deducted from me. The staff was extremely rude and didn't want to give me my food as I apparently did something wrong. I was able to prove several times via the app that my points were deducted, whereupon I was laughed at. Conclusion: I didn't get my food because it was my own fault. Mistakes can always happen. If the cash register system hadn't accepted the code and it had been explained to me in a normal tone, I wouldn't have cared about the crowns. But my claim for a lunch with a drink was rudely rejected.

I do not recommend visiting this establishment. The food is not tasty and is like a washcloth soaked in oil. The staff is not friendly, they are rude. When you order a lot of food to go, a lot of things are not reported. When the last visit was checked in the car, whether they put everything, there were not enough three burgers, returning back, the cashier began to be rude that we had gone somewhere the missing food.

We were in this Heilbronn branch of Burger King on a Saturday afternoon. Ordering is only possible at the automatic board. There isn't much going on, but right at the entrance we almost fall over the cart on which the trays are collected. It's overfull. So we order, just under 50€. The food is on the counter after about 15 minutes and the number is mumbled quietly from behind the counter. At the table we first notice that the toy number four we ordered is missing. The friendly (probably Indian) employee rolls her eyes and kindly throws a number one toy on the table. Two minutes later and back at the table we notice that fries and ketchup are missing. Complain again and again. The employee doesn't understand our excitement. Not even when we explained to her that one napkin wasn't enough for three people, that we didn't want apple juice but water in the Happy Meal and that two drinking straws weren't enough for four drinks. She just says that you have to get it later if it's missing. We have to admit that it rarely happens to us that we receive such unfriendly and unqualified service. This branch used to be very good and well attended. Today no one should be surprised if no one comes anymore. Tables dirty, all tray carts overfull and rude staff. And the competition is less than 500m further up the road. Maybe the tenant should send someone over to sample the food so he can see what's going on in his shop and why no one comes anymore.

Unfortunately, the service at Burger King has been very poor for years. I come by every now and then to see if it was just an exception. But unfortunately not. Last night I was there again. The tray shelf was overflowing, that's why they were there Trays on the tables. There were enough staff, there was even a very arrogant-looking employee standing with his arms crossed behind the employee at the service counter. In my opinion, he could have cleaned and tidied up the tables, but he wasn't interested. This man I've seen him several times while working and how unfriendly he is towards customers. My husband once pointed out to him in the summer whether he couldn't go a little further to smoke, he was standing right at the front door and the smoke was moving right to our table in the inner area. It was very unpleasant, he was unreasonable and slammed the open one Entrance door closed. It's a shame that customers are treated like this.

Somehow the quality is no longer the same as it was a few years ago. McDonald's has left the citizen king in Heilbronn far behind. The king deals in particular are just 2 soggy rolls with undefined sauce and cheap dry fried onions.

Worst Burger King I know. Food is always cold. Even if there is only one person in front of you, it takes half an hour to get your food. The employees always try to cheat you, even if it's just for a cent.

There are savings on staff, of course you round up when paying, but without asking I find it a bit rude.

I ordered food, of course it took almost 2 hours. Out of an order of only three burgers, one was wrong. After a phone call to get what I paid for, I was allowed to wait another 1 ½ hours (the drive is only 10 minutes). When the burger arrived the driver complained to me and yelled at me why am I complaining? I have no reason to complain because I had a free burger (the wrong one), he said. The “arguments” then turned into insults. Such absolute audacity has never happened to me before. I will never buy anything there again, it tastes the same in every other branch.

Hello everyone, Here's my short feedback, I was just around the corner at the Burger King. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and unsalted and the Big King XXL was neither warm nor tasty. My citizen's two paddies were "well done", i.e. heated up quickly so that they were black, but without any taste, not warm and dry like cardboard. Unfortunately, it was far from the “Burger King experience” that the brand stands for. The best part of today's meal was the salad, cucumber and Coke Zero. I will avoid the Burger King on Stuttgarter Straße as there have been problems with other orders in the past and will either go to the Burger King on Neckarsulmer Straße or not go to Burger King at all. Inviting BK Restaurant, unfortunately completely understaffed. Drive-thru apparently needs to be given priority. Food had been ready in the warming zone for a while. The poor employee could barely keep up with serving her guests. Too bad.

Coffee tastes good and is cheap

Waited 5 minutes alone at the checkout to be able to pay. Employees prefer to take a break and just look at you strangely from the back of the store. You can now collect my order behind your counter. First order, no one in front of me...I wait for minutes to be able to pay. Ordered dessert, after I had to wait forever again, the order slip flew over the counter. Really lousy service here in Heilbronistan.

It's damn loud in there and how can you forget a whopper for the second time AND EXTRA CHEESE WITH EVERY BURGER. Here pay 1 gets 2. I have never received my complete order.

Ordered food via Lieferando. Half of it was missing, no one could be reached by phone, but the full price was paid Disaster. Hands off !! It's about time Lieferando takes the restaurant out of the program

My wife and I ordered from Burger King today via Lieferando, one French frie arrived too few, we called and action was taken immediately. The lady on the phone was very nice and accommodating. We then received the fries 3 times as an apology, which arrived very quickly with the supplier. Can't complain, we were full and the food was still warm when it arrived. :) Great job, keep it up!

I went there twice, and each time the front desk had a bullshit attitude as if their whole family had died.

Bad service and lack of quality. When asked about our hot brownie, a ridiculous amount of ice cream was still added to the brownie. This is a tragedy.

Small but nice. Clean store, nice service, fast service. Overall very good.

I was there on Sunday evening, there were a lot of orders, but there was only one person at both the counter and the checkout. I waited exactly 35 minutes for my order. It's a shame I couldn't just leave since I had already paid. Look at the photo to see how many cheeseburgers were waiting to be served - no wonder mine was cold.

Simply paradoxical! An order that should have taken 30 minutes arrived after 1 hour. and 45 minutes, but judging by the appearance, consistency, warmth and taste, it was finished the day before. Even though you didn't even know about my order. It's almost like the movie "Inception". I would have preferred if, like many others, they had forgotten to pack half of it. Ordered for delivery, 2 large fries, 1 double chili cheeseburger and 1 double cheeseburger both with extra bacon.... both without bacon, burger lukewarm, 2 wheels of jalopenos 😂, no bacon, bun cold, burger soggy, both fries cold. See pictures, first delivery. Delivery arrived after 44 minutes. Tried to call the branch, after 15 minutes someone answered, not particularly friendly, no apology or small compensation. When the driver comes, he will deliver the delivery again, said the lady. Waited again for almost 45 minutes, when I pointed out the problem to the driver, he just grinned 'which I thought was cheeky' and wished me at least a nice day. Subsequent delivery, fries were hot, burgers ok, chili cheeseburger this time with three wheels of Jalopenos and no hot sauce. Ordered for the last time for us.

Most rude staff I have experienced in a long time. Absolutely condescending and annoyed manner. We were only in the drive-thru and it was probably too much to ask for a burger and the king of the month.

There is always a parking space here for parking. Otherwise, it's a Burger King like any other. If you like burgers then you will find exactly what you are looking for here. The service has improved since my last visit but unfortunately the burger wasn't very hot anymore. Hence a star deduction.

If I could, I wouldn't give a star but would go negative - that's the same with your service. I've never come across anything so underground before. Not only are deliveries delayed by up to 2 hours and there is not even an excuse, let alone an alternative (new delivery, discount, etc.), but rude staff are often sent to you. Not to mention the constant failure of the ice cream machine - and that at such high temperatures. After my experience this weekend, I can no longer accept this in silence and demand a proper statement from you, after all, you advertise with the slogan "Have it your way" - and that is definitely not what I as a consumer should expect from you.

I ordered a crispy chicken and Whopper jr at the drive in. When I got home and wanted to eat my order, my order had cheese fries and two chili cheeseburgers, rudeness

It's been a long time since I've visited BK - unfortunately the taste wasn't quite as good as it used to be - order at an info point - that's ok if the store is full, but if you're the only customer you can order straight away ;-)
