I ordered three hot brownies with ice cream, and they were absolutely disgusting. The brownies were ready, but the ice cream machine wasn't working. The woman fiddled around inside it for ages, squeezing out small scoops of ice cream right in front of us. I asked her if it was even safe to eat them since they were already cooked, because they didn't look appetizing at all. "Yes, of course," she said. The upshot was that we threw them away because the ice cream was so bad it was inedible. I couldn't return them because we had an appointment. So, never again.

No respect for costumer she diidnt want to take my order at date 10.01. Morning shift manager ! Shi diidnt call my number and nothing to respect. She said we only take orders on on automat. I will never come again ever

Old, soggy burgers, briefly reheated in the microwave. This restaurant is very keen to maintain its very, very bad image.

I was at Burger King in Heilbronn today around 7 pm. I regularly review restaurants and leave reviews. I used to find the staff there a bit arrogant, but today I was really pleasantly surprised! The woman, probably the manager, was incredibly friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I don't know her name. She had dark skin, and her warm demeanor immediately created a positive atmosphere. You rarely see someone like that! You can tell she runs the place with heart, which makes visiting a fun experience again. I will definitely pass this on because Burger King needs more employees like her! 👏🍔

After a year, we tried again to see if the service had improved. We should have left it alone and ordered somewhere else. You can only order via terminal these days, which we didn't know. The employee greeted us with "Order only over there." The ordering process is a nightmare. You can't select reusable items, even though it's advertised. You can't enter a Payback coupon, and modifying the menus is very complicated. After finally placing our order, we had to wait. It was a takeout order, and the employee placed it on two trays. We noticed that one of the children's meals included the wrong drink. They then swapped it, and then they realized we wanted to take it with us. So we packed everything in bags, spilling a third of a portion of fries. When we got home, we discovered that one King Jr. Meal was missing King Nuggets, meaning it only contained fries, the toy, and a ton of sweet and sour sauce, and there was no mayo for the fries. Everything was perfect in the second King Jr. Meal, but it's just annoying when your child is looking forward to King Nuggets, they're listed on the bill and paid for, but there aren't any. Our conclusion: the service is abysmal and therefore a complete failure! Unfortunately, you can't give it less than one star, because you wouldn't have even deserved that. The small one had ketchup, sauces, etc., and the medium one had 3 fries... Are you serious?! The last order was cold, and now two-thirds of the order is missing! Ordered two double cheeseburgers and a double chicken garlic. I checked inside to make sure everything was in there. When I got home, I realized none of them were double. So, I paid a good 40% too much. It tasted even better.

I ordered a regular cheeseburger and a long chicken to try out for future visits. The burger was lukewarm, the bun was almost untoasted, the cheese wasn't melted, and it tasted of nothing. The highlight was the chicken, the bun was also almost raw, some kind of white cream smeared on it, and then a thick layer of iceberg lettuce. It was completely limp and partially browned (from age, not from the grill). The meat was almost cold, and then the taste, a bit salty, and then something I've never tasted before. No spices or herbs; my reviewers found the smell of wet dog fur to be a close reminder. That was DISGUSTING. Save yourself the trip and go out for a delicious meal instead.
