I try to avoid the place, but I had to go with my son out of necessity. Nothing has changed here. Cold food, nuggets in the Konder menu are even tough from standing there too long. Service is terrible, the employees are unmotivated, and occasionally unfriendly. It takes forever for the food to arrive, even though it's rarely busy. It's absolutely inexplicable how this place can be profitable.

You have to wait a long time, even though there are 5 or 6 people there. The fries were fresh, but tasted weird. The burgers were thrown out of the display without enthusiasm, causing the packaging to open. Because of the long wait, the burgers were cold. Our Burger King is worlds better.

Chili cheese is not spicy at all and cold, Whopper is cold. The clearing cart is twice full and the trays are already stacking up, tables aren't being wiped, and there's nothing going on. The employees don't want to work, that's my impression. 9/9/25, 1:50 PM, you should avoid this Burger King.

I always have to wait forever at the drive-thru. Today I ate at the branch. Everyone was completely overwhelmed, and I waited 10 minutes for my cheeseburger meal. The place wasn't busy... and in the end, the fries were hot but the cheeseburger was cold. My girlfriend's burger was cold, too. I didn't feel like waiting that long again; otherwise, I would have returned the burger. Basically, they could do more with this place. The way things are going now, it's not worth coming back.

I just got a rude reply "well, there's nothing I can do then," I turned around and walked away.... great customer service you have there....

When I pointed out to the lady at the cashier that my "chip sauce" was missing, she very rudely told me "mayonnaise" and reacted very annoyed. Burger King is very nice and modern, accessible to everyone, with a wide selection and not too crowded. The food is good, I also tried the new ones. I would have something to say about the sauce but everything else is perfect and the churros were good, I took the ones with caramel but the best are the ones with dark chocolate, try them and believe it! One downside was the service, there is no table service and they don't call your number and unfortunately you can't really tell when the food is ready, the napkins and straws are left next to the till, no one told us as I thought they would be the first to tell us where to find what we needed.

I don't know where to start, they say that if the toilet in a restaurant is dirty, the kitchen is dirty too. In the men's toilet there was water everywhere on the floor so it was flooded with brown stains and there was toilet paper everywhere in the toilet. Shop always dirty, employees don't pay attention to customers. Sometimes you stand at an empty checkout for at least 10 minutes before you are noticed. Went there for lunch with my colleagues this afternoon. I ordered a multi-way crusher. When I was half empty I took the lid off to see how it worked. I was slightly shocked when I saw the black spots on the lid. My colleagues said that I should tell them not to let it happen to more people, so I did. The woman behind the counter wasn't aware of any guilt - it was the dishwasher, she couldn't do anything about it. But I could gladly return my cup and then I would get the two euro deposit back. I ended up with a moldy cup and only half a drink because I wasn't even offered a new drink. That was definitely the last time I was there

Either something is missing or it is so messed up that you can throw it back in the trash. Lattice fries and veg. Nuggets usually taste like cardboard. You can almost confuse burgers with flannels. Sometimes I wish you had an undercover reporter again.

So far, something has been missing from every order and when I complained by email there was only a cursory apology saying that there was nothing more that could be done afterwards. So either the company only employs people who can't add 2 + 2 together, or the management is too stingy to hire more employees so that a single person doesn't have to handle the drive-in counter and the 50 customers in the queue at the same time. Unfortunately, a burger and two sauces were missing from my order yesterday, and one burger was incorrectly topped. We order here often and it's a shame that this has happened so often and that you get nothing from customer service other than an apology and are fobbed off with the fact that you can't change anything afterwards. We order from Burger King very regularly. Unfortunately, no order has worked reliably so far. You can still ignore the missing sauces. However, if I only get normal cheeseburgers instead of double cheeseburgers and even burgers are missing, that is a losing deal for the customer given the already expensive prices of this company. I love the plant based products but if you have to pay more than you get it's just a disgrace. Customer service only gives a cheeky response to a complaint and you cannot receive any compensation. I wanted to redeem the crowns via the app and placed an order for 1,400 crowns. The order was confirmed and the crowns were deducted from me. The staff was extremely rude and didn't want to give me my food as I apparently did something wrong. I was able to prove several times via the app that my points were deducted, whereupon I was laughed at. Conclusion: I didn't get my food because it was my own fault. Mistakes can always happen. If the cash register system hadn't accepted the code and it had been explained to me in a normal tone, I wouldn't have cared about the crowns. But my claim for a lunch with a drink was rudely rejected.

I do not recommend visiting this establishment. The food is not tasty and is like a washcloth soaked in oil. The staff is not friendly, they are rude. When you order a lot of food to go, a lot of things are not reported. We were in this Heilbronn branch of Burger King on a Saturday afternoon. Ordering is only possible at the automatic board. There isn't much going on, but right at the entrance we almost fall over the cart on which the trays are collected. It's overfull. So we order, just under 50€. The food is on the counter after about 15 minutes and the number is mumbled quietly from behind the counter. At the table we first notice that the toy number four we ordered is missing. The friendly (probably Indian) employee rolls her eyes and kindly throws a number one toy on the table. Two minutes later and back at the table we notice that fries and ketchup are missing. Complain again and again. The employee doesn't understand our excitement. Not even when we explained to her that one napkin wasn't enough for three people, that we didn't want apple juice but water in the Happy Meal and that two drinking straws weren't enough for four drinks. She just says that you have to get it later if it's missing. We have to admit that it rarely happens to us that we receive such unfriendly and unqualified service. This branch used to be very good and well attended. Today no one should be surprised if no one comes anymore. Tables dirty, all tray carts overfull and rude staff. And the competition is less than 500m further up the road. Maybe the tenant should send someone over to sample the food so he can see what's going on in his shop and why no one comes anymore.

Unfortunately, the service at Burger King has been very poor for years. I come by every now and then to see if it was just an exception. But unfortunately not. Last night I was there again. The tray shelf was overflowing, that's why they were there Trays on the tables. There were enough staff, there was even a very arrogant-looking employee standing with his arms crossed behind the employee at the service counter. In my opinion, he could have cleaned and tidied up the tables, but he wasn't interested. This man I've seen him several times while working and how unfriendly he is towards customers. My husband once pointed out to him in the summer whether he couldn't go a little further to smoke, he was standing right at the front door and the smoke was moving right to our table in the inner area. I ordered food, of course it took almost 2 hours. Out of an order of only three burgers, one was wrong. After a phone call to get what I paid for, I was allowed to wait another 1 ½ hours (the drive is only 10 minutes). When the burger arrived the driver complained to me and yelled at me why am I complaining? I have no reason to complain because I had a free burger (the wrong one), he said. The “arguments” then turned into insults. Such absolute audacity has never happened to me before. I will never buy anything there again, it tastes the same in every other branch.

Hello everyone, Here's my short feedback, I was just around the corner at the Burger King. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and unsalted and the Big King XXL was neither warm nor tasty. My citizen's two paddies were "well done", i.e. heated up quickly so that they were black, but without any taste, not warm and dry like cardboard. Unfortunately, it was far from the “Burger King experience” that the brand stands for. The best part of today's meal was the salad, cucumber and Coke Zero. I will avoid the Burger King on Stuttgarter Straße as there have been problems with other orders in the past and will either go to the Burger King on Neckarsulmer Straße or not go to Burger King at all. Inviting BK Restaurant, unfortunately completely understaffed. Drive-thru apparently needs to be given priority. Food had been ready in the warming zone for a while. The poor employee could barely keep up with serving her guests. Too bad.

My wife and I ordered from Burger King today via Lieferando, one French frie arrived too few, we called and action was taken immediately. The lady on the phone was very nice and accommodating. We then received the fries 3 times as an apology, which arrived very quickly with the supplier. Can't complain, we were full and the food was still warm when it arrived. :) Great job, keep it up!

I went there twice, and each time the front desk had a bullshit attitude as if their whole family had died.

Bad service and lack of quality. When asked about our hot brownie, a ridiculous amount of ice cream was still added to the brownie. This is a tragedy.

I was there on Sunday evening, there were a lot of orders, but there was only one person at both the counter and the checkout. I waited exactly 35 minutes for my order. It's a shame I couldn't just leave since I had already paid. Look at the photo to see how many cheeseburgers were waiting to be served - no wonder mine was cold.

Simply paradoxical! An order that should have taken 30 minutes arrived after 1 hour. and 45 minutes, but judging by the appearance, consistency, warmth and taste, it was finished the day before. Even though you didn't even know about my order. It's almost like the movie "Inception". I would have preferred if, like many others, they had forgotten to pack half of it.
