A huge compliment to the staff! Came spontaneously with a large children's birthday group. A cash register was opened especially for us to order so that we don't have to wait long. The food came very quickly, was brought to the table and there was also a little extra. Everyone was super friendly! We'd love to come back☺️
What a club honestly I order 3 kids menus the guy at the checkout says he doesn't have any squeezes and asks me if juice would work instead. Which I confirmed with a yes. Now not only do I not have a squeeze that I paid for, there are no toys either... he didn't even think about the damn mayonnaise. I only got a cheeseburger with my king menu. This gets worse from cast to cast. GUYS I DIDN'T EVEN GET THE KIDS CARDBOARD BOX.
But he would have checked and everything would be great.

Even though I'm late, I have to say that I've never eaten at a worse fast food restaurant like this.
The fake toy fries I have at home are better than McDonalds.
Also, every time I ate a hamburger, I thought I was going to lose my teeth with every bite.
Every time I ate the employee came and sprayed the table/window cleaner,
and I wondered if our hamburgers were sprayed too.
For a specific employee, I would like to say that it would be good to see an expert - because he/she has bad manners towards customers and perhaps needs help from an expert and to control the behavior towards customers.

My Big Mc was personalized, with extra iceberg lettuce, instead it was completely without. And the curly fries were cold. Well, it can happen, but it wasn't that great...
For a burger, you have to order at Terminal 1 and then pay at Terminal 2 to get it at Terminal 3.

Worst service ever. Wanted to make me pay more because she got it wrong herself. Under the guise that it wasn't that bad. You get it under control. The food could also be better for these prices.
Since Burger King offers access to their coupons via the app, it would be really great if you had internet access/reception in the immediate vicinity or even in the restaurant. But unfortunately that is not the case here. It's really a shame.
Employees make no effort to keep the restaurant clean even though there is nothing going on. Walk around aimlessly and chat. But no one ever thinks of cleaning the tables or the floor. And that where there was really nothing going on. That's really a shame. The food is a matter of taste and is up to each individual to decide how they rate it. As I said, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The toilets, even though there wasn't really anything going on, were anything but clean. I see everyone here just walking around with their cell phones. We were easily there for 30 minutes. in the store. The fries were still ready in the frying basket and will probably just be thrown back into the fat for a moment. Even the tablet return was full. Even there, they prefer to sit in the corner or in the staff room with their cell phones. Great restaurant 🤭 We don't come here anymore...
