Unfortunately, we ventured back to the Burger King, Rengershausen! And were disappointed once again! The staff was super unfriendly, didn't know the menu, claimed that the King Rib was at McDonalds, and after going back and forth for ages, gave the wrong answer 🤷🏽‍♀️ Burgers were just slapped together and only luke warm. For us that was the last visit there 👍🏼 Unfortunately you can't give minus stars

Worst service ever. Wanted to make me pay more because she got it wrong herself. Under the guise that it wasn't that bad. You get it under control. The food could also be better for these prices.

Average, somewhat outdated Burger King. Food is fine and just as you know it. This store does not have order machines. When I visited, the staff spoke little German, which made ordering a bit difficult. Even though there wasn't much going on in the restaurant, many tables weren't cleared, etc. There was plenty of free parking right in front of the door.

Unfortunately, nothing less than 1 star is possible. I actually love Burger King, but the place is annoying. Let's start with "no ice cream or shakes". A standard note that probably hangs almost everywhere, including the golden M. Either the quality of the machines is poor or you simply don't want to do laborious cleaning. I suspect the latter. Okay, I come in, one of the employees is standing at the cash register playing on the phone, the other cash register was occupied by a woman. The burgeoning demotivation could be felt from both of them. The man didn't pay any attention to me at all, the woman didn't. Probably not slept well or something. That would explain why the lady couldn't open her mouth. Then came the menu. I don't know if the patty was just lying next to the flame. At least the bun was the warmest of all. The salad was almost frozen. Apparently the lady must also be deeply in love. Apart from the salt, you didn't taste anything from the fries. Conclusion: if all Kings were like that, doom would be sealed.

Food is OK. Long waiting time despite few visitors. Order via vending machine.

Edit: nice how it looks now. Unfortunately, the improvement is not evident in eating. My Big King wasn't really hot and the meat was dry. Paying for coal in the toilet. The prices are high enough so there should be enough money for the cleaner. Currently being remodeled. Hopefully the service and quality of the goods also improved. This hasn't been worth many stars so far. I'll take a look when the renovation is finished.

Would have liked to eat something. Unfortunately I was simply ignored here. And a meaningless note at the drive-in counter in barely understandable German unfortunately doesn't help customers.

Tables dirty, only the third table was clean to some extent🫣. What happened to me once 😂 I wanted to get a cafe. There was a sign in the door that was on the street, the employee said to me it's still closed... okay, no problem, I'll come back straight away... half an hour later the sign is still in the door, no one can get through. The employee can't be disturbed. Hello, they should be open already, employee yes, come in... yes How? The sign is in the way...she really says then they'll put it out🤐? I asked..what? She then came to me...I replied I should do your job now? Employee told me I should have just forced myself through it...🫣🤣🤣🤣 I've never experienced anything like that either

Only got small fries, and instead of the size I ordered, a still Coke, and it didn't come in the reusable cup I ordered, but I still paid €2.

Extremely dirty. No free access to toilets. Only a thumb-sized piece of chicken in the burger.

There are no ordering terminals, the ice cream/shake machine was out of order, the McCafe was already empty and in general the team in the kitchen didn't really seem well-coordinated. To be fair, however, it has to be said that the order was processed quite quickly, for an order without a terminal.

My friend was out with our 6-month-old daughter and wanted to change her diaper at the store. She was denied this on the grounds that she should buy something first. I find something like that really annoying. We won't go there again, lost 2 customers.

I wanted an espresso machiato and got black coffee with some foamed milk for 3.19 euros, such a disgrace. You should do something like that at MC Café and not where the citizens sell. Next time they'll hear from me.

It wasn't very busy, but you still had to wait over 20 minutes, even though it wasn't much. It was much faster and better...
