40 minute wait in drive!! & with 5 people just in the store...total chaos and overwhelm! Burgers like the last one were slapped into the bags and they were all cold!! And to the dear management, finally repair the intercom system that has been broken for ages... that can't be done, if you want to make money, these things should be common. You really can't give any stars for this!

Last review was not published for whatever reason. Is 2 years old & attached here. The cleanliness has definitely improved since then. Unfortunately the service is not. The menu includes large & medium fries. Get 2 small ones. Reason: There would only be small bags. Sorry, but if it's handled like that, it's a rip-off. I received 2 small ones upon request. So far so good. Hot Blondie ordered, the core is no longer liquid/soft, but brownish in color. Definitely too long in the microwave. Answer: It wouldn't be bad. Yes, it's bad! Above all, it doesn't taste good! So much room for improvement! Sorry, once again a disaster & definitely the last visit! We've had everything from employees who obviously don't understand a word of what you want to order & ask questions a thousand times, from rotten tasting burgers & a disgustingly dirty outdoor area. We were informed today by an annoyed employee that it is asking too much to point out when ordering from DriveInn that card payment is not possible. Funny, McDonald's next door manages this without any problems, and without being unfriendly. We were told that there was a sign. Well, if you know what you want, you might not look too closely or pay attention because paying by card is actually normal. It's a real shame because the veggie offering is really great. Luckily there are other branches in the area.

Well, it's enough to pick up food. Isn't it enough for the furniture? Well, a 2/10 with luck, I'd rather be hungry. I'll eat it during my vacation

You can get fast food somewhere else, but here it's slow food. No matter what time of day you go to MC Donalds in Vechelde, there are always waiting times of at least 10 minutes, sometimes 30-40 minutes, even if there is no one in the drive line and there are only 5 cars in the parking lot. Every time there are different excuses as to why it takes so long. The only plus point is that the employees are reasonably friendly and apologize for it.

Currently, all employees at McDonald's branches are unable to properly put an order consisting of 2 products into a paper bag. It couldn't get any stupider or more incompetent. I even assume this is intentional. Thanks for the worst service in the world.

The service at the coffee/snack sale is absolutely disgraceful. She yells at her colleagues while customers wait and when she points out that she wants to order something, she tells them to be patient. Instead of serving the two customers who are waiting in line quickly and then making their announcement. Absolutely disgraceful.

One of the worst Burger King ever. No ordering machines, things always run out and the ice cream machine hardly ever works. You can be lucky to be the only one in the area, otherwise it wouldn't be competitive at all! Today was the last time because the ice cream machine didn't work again!

I didn't expect anything and was disappointed. But that's nothing new at Burger King. (Oh yeah, the food was shit too)

They're slowly making themselves better. Now bring back the Long Texas BBQ permanently and stop supporting Israel, then there will be 5 stars! 😉

Food soggy and cold Staff not really friendly

Were in the branch today on October 3rd, 2024 at 8 p.m. with the doors closed. There was nothing signposted to do so or anything else. Customers were sitting inside but the doors were closed You could count the customers on one hand so it wasn't full It's a shame because it wasn't the first time either

So unfortunately I only had one card with me as a customer and only 20 cents in cash and I urgently had to go to the toilet. The “toilet guard” turned me away very unkindly. All I can say here is that since you are Muslims, Allah will punish your greed. I think it's completely okay to charge non-customers money to use the toilet, but to also demand this from paying customers is an absolute impudence and, as a supporter of the Muslim faith, an absolute impudence. Allah will burn you in hell for this greed.
