Excellent rest area, quite a lot of space, but full early, many disconnected trailers and trucks parked at an angle, the shower is clean and modern and costs 3 euros, the staff was very friendly

1 euro for the toilet but not even warm water to wash your hands. Underground. The rest here is just exorbitantly expensive.

Unbelievable - almost all the cubicles in the women's toilet were full of feces, finding one without was just a matter of luck. Paper is just lying around everywhere (the trash cans are full up to the paper dispenser!) and there is no soap. Charging 1€ for this is really a disgrace.

The food is tasty. Unfortunately, the service behind the counter took very long. There was no way to get a sandwich without cheese. All the tables were littered with crumbs. The toilets: 3 were broken, the seat no longer rotated (to be cleaned), there was toilet paper/other things (!) on the floor everywhere. But the cleaning lady was busy cleaning the mirrors.

Dirtiest rest stop I've ever seen. But the people here are also rude. Changing their children on the McDonald's tables while you sit next to them and eat. There was a free changing room for this.

Unfortunately there are no parking spaces for disabled people.

It's outrageous that you have to pay €1 to go to the toilet (in this condition) (08/17/2024 at midnight)

Worst Mac donalds I have ever been to. Unfriendly staff, the ordering machine did not print any receipt and they didn't fix it after asking, only more customers kept arriving with the same problem. They did not talk to customers, bah.

The service at the coffee/snack sale is absolutely disgraceful. She yells at her colleagues while customers wait and when she points out that she wants to order something, she tells them to be patient. Instead of serving the two customers who are waiting in line quickly and then making their announcement. Absolutely disgraceful.

The restaurant is fine, staff friendly. This is my 2nd stop within 14 days, the entire parking lot is a single garbage can with dirt overflowing everywhere. There is a terrible smell of urine everywhere in the truck parking lot. Ad Blue at the pump was also out, forcing me to buy 10 liters for €60 instead of €14. Parking situation Chaotic. From 5 p.m. onwards, the truck colleagues would prefer to stand on top of each other - no clear parking lanes. In conclusion, as a trucker, it's ok for a snack, otherwise full speed ahead.

No star. You pay for toilets and don't even get a receipt. The dirtiest toilets I've seen in a long time.

The McDonalds is clearly not like any others…they use chicken nuggets into the wrap and not nice type of chicken from the cheap chicken burger into the chicken ceaser salad…huge disappointment but the place is clean as a positivum.

You can go to the toilet twice and pay, but you can only redeem the coupon once. If you ask why you only go once, the staff immediately becomes snotty and unfriendly. After all, it works everywhere else too. It was 8 a.m. in the morning and the baguette was already hard like the day before.

A place where you can get water in the photo...and the parking is good, it’s just that people don’t clean up after themselves and don’t go to the toilet or at least to the grass...shower and toilet are paid at the restaurant...good luck to everyone

The dirtiest Serways toilets I've ever seen. No way to dry hands, definitely not cleaned for a long time. Dust and grease on the displays of the urinals and the floor sticks.

Tabilo such a sweet and nice lady, thank you. Food was good but a little bit overpriced. Dont go to Wayne's coffee so rude lady, who speaks with you only in german and even doesnt try to help you. Awful. 28.6. around 8:45.

KEIN STERN Kompletter Rastplatz geschlossen, wegen Pächterwechsel? Auch im Serways Hotel wird man abgewiesen, sie hätten geschlossen. Keinerlei Möglichkeit für den Besuch einer Toilette 😡😡😡

Besondere Situation hin oder her. Dieser Rasthof ist ganz sicher nicht erst seit Corona ein absoluter Saustall. Und auch wenn ein Neubau ansteht, so könnte man zumindest einfache Standards einhalten.

Alles was Du unterwegs brauchst, kannst Du hier nachladen duschen, parken für jeden, E Tanken, Essen, Trinken, Snacken, Telefon, Technik, Schmuck, Geld und 1000 anderes mehr!

Heel hectisch, te weinig personeel en geen propere toiletten. Er zijn veel meer aan te raden stops dan deze.

Gestrandet nach einer Autopanne. Rastplatz und Raststätte sind relativ sauber. Schöne Sitzmlglichkeiten. Etwas zugig, da die innere Tür am Eingang nicht geschlossen hat.

Die Toiletten leider nicht sehr sauber und das Personal unmotiviert und ungeduldig

Ein sauberer Ort mir großer Essensauswahl.

Wij zijn hier als tussenstop geweest op de terug weg van onze vakantie. Het personeel was niet vriendelijk. Wij wouden rustig kijken maar ze waren opdringerig terwijl er niemand meer in de rij stond. Daarnaast was het eten niet lekker. De friet was slap en koud, de schnitzel lag er al even maar de champignon saus was wel lekker. Voor ons was dit de laatste keer dat we hier aten.

Der Kuchen war lecker, der Kaffee gut. Einrichtung sauber. Ordentliche Raststätte. Ein freundliches Wort vom Personal hätte zu fünf Sternen geführt.

Normale Autobahnraststätte mit allem drum und dran, nichts besonderes oder erwähnenswert

Typische Autobahn -Raststätte, aber trotzdem ein Plus, da nicht so riesig. Personal ein wenig flach aber nicht unfreundlich. Das Essen ist OK mit Selbstbedienung. Es macht einen gepflegten Eindruck.

Speisen und Getränke waren vollkommen okay. Die Preise waren eben wie an Raststätten etwas teurer.

Wegrestaurant net veel drukte en lawaai. Noodzakelijk kwaad.
