I arrive every day at 23:30 and they always serve me. Today I arrived at 23:35 and they refused to serve me. There was still half an hour left before this branch closed, but the workers decided that they needed to go home early.

What boring staff. Not a smile! You have to wait a good 20 minutes for 1 hamburger that then does not meet expectations.. Simple people, do your job well 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Disastrous staff and unfriendly

The customer service at this place is terrible and the food is even worse. Such places should be controlled and closed. The manager is rude and the employees don't wear hairnets. The employees are dancing in the kitchen and the line is huge. Too bad I can't recommend this place. You pay a lot of money for food and the quality is terrible. People, don't be fooled

Underground bad. Cold, not really fresh and almost inedible burgers and fries. If we hadn't been pressed for time and so hungry, we would have given everything back. The best thing was the cheeseburger we ordered without mustard, cucumber and onions. It came straight away without cheese. Extremely overwhelmed staff. Unfortunately the 1 star is still too much. We won't be going to McDonalds any more soon.

Impossible. The staff is unfriendly and the food is lukewarm. I asked an employee if there were drinking tubes. She replied very annoyed that there were no more drinking tubes.

We wanted to have breakfast there after a 13 hour bus ride. But instead of opening at 8 a.m. they cleaned up and said "we won't open until 8:30 a.m. today" Actually still too many points. Other people also have to start work on time.

After almost 10 minutes of waiting, you are yelled at as to why you didn't order from the machine. Previously ignored all the time. Unfriendly and incompetent.

Catastrophe!!!! an hour before closing at 11 p.m. all the chairs are put on the table and cleaned, I pay €40 for two meals and have nothing to eat anywhere! I ate there yesterday and never again

1 star is still too much. Hardly any guests were overwhelmed. Orders were made incorrectly and several items were forgotten. Completely unfriendly guy behind the counter. Personnel changes should be considered here. Zero insight, shut down straight away. Absolute disaster

I only ordered one burger, despite the bad reviews. The BigMac I ordered was of absolutely poor quality, the meat had almost no taste. So bland. If someone travels a lot and visits Poland from time to time. Compared to the German one, McDonald's in Poland is of very high quality and tastes much better.

Fries limp, hamburger very poor. And the man at the counter may well have a different job content. Very unfriendly 😒 In short, the food was of no use!

Staff moves at a snail's pace. You should plan enough staff, especially at lunchtime. When I was there, 6 people were waiting for their food at the same time. So no recommendation from me.

We visited this McDonald's for the first time for breakfast, and our experience was average. The food met the typical standards of a McDonald's location. We were the first customers of the day, so everything was nice and "fresh" by McDonald's standards. We ordered a breakfast wrap with eggs and bacon, which was quite nice. We also ordered pancakes with chocolate sauce, which were quite good as well. The only slight disappointment was the bacon and cheese toast. It was just an upside-down burger bun with a slice of cheese and one piece of bacon. It was very overpriced for what it was, but there was nothing we could do about that. Not a bad experience for our first time trying a German McDonald's.

They close the order terminal at 9 p.m., otherwise everything is fine.

Small correction: At around 11:30 p.m. the cleaning people there said that the staff had gone home since shortly before 11 p.m. Bon appetit.

Unfortunately very slow, a completely dry and dead patty in the burger and toilets for restaurant visitors only for a fee. Unacceptable.

Only one of the four terminals was in operation and no one wanted to use the normal cash registers. The store looks like a garbage dump as the shelves don't seem to be emptied and the floor and tables are also very dirty. The staff worked very slowly and the fries were cold and sometimes not quite cooked through. You also have to pay for the toilet. Overall, absolutely not recommended!

The McDonalds is in a nice, modern rest area. Danger! The toilets must be kept. You can then redeem the voucher. The McDonalds itself is one of the worst I have ever visited. The order terminals were out of order or displayed errors when scanning the McDonald's customer card. Paying at the checkout to redeem a voucher took more than five minutes. The staff was overwhelmed with the cash register, couldn't explain the situation and then gave up. The checkout had to be restarted. Another cash register could not be opened because no one on site could do that. In the meantime, several people left frustrated because they couldn't order. There was no excuse for the delays. The information station was full even though there was very little going on. You should avoid this McDonalds. There is another burger place next door. I'll try that on my next visit.

Tłuste frytki, big rösti pięknie wygląda na obrazku a w rzeczywistości beznadziejny, cola bez lodu, długi czas oczekiwania.

Auf einer Spritztour mal eben bei McDonalds angehalten und ein paar leckere Hamburger eingekauft. Super lecker und super frisch zubereitet um 11 Uhr. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.

Das Essen hat schlecht geschmeckt, war wohl nicht mehr ganz frisch. Kein Tischservice und freundlich geht auch anders. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Dafür das der McDonald's in einer Tankstelle auf der Autobahn ist kann ich mich wirklich nicht beschweren. Wir wohnen in der Nähe und ich würde wieder hinfahren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, ebenso war es sauber und für die Kinder gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz den man auch von drinnen im Blick hat.

Den Besuch war es leider nicht wert. Der bestellte Milchshake war nicht richtig gefroren und übermäßig flüssig. Zudem wird man an der Kasse zunächst ignoriert bevor man bezahlen darf, weil der Kartenleser am Terminal spinnt.

Meine Erfahrung im McDonald's, war einfach fantastisch! Das Restaurant war sauber und gut organisiert, und das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisekarte bot eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Mahlzeiten. Obwohl ich ein großer Fan des klassischen Big Macs bin, entschied ich mich dieses Mal für den deutschen Burger "McFeuer", und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht! Der Geschmack war einfach unglaublich und die Portion war großzügig. Die Pommes frites waren knusprig und perfekt gewürzt. Ich war auch begeistert von der Vielfalt an Getränken und Desserts, die angeboten wurden. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war angenehm und einladend. Es gab genügend Sitzgelegenheiten für Gäste und die Einrichtung war modern und gemütlich. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei, was mir ermöglichte, während meines Aufenthalts online zu arbeiten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die Schnelligkeit des Services. Meine Bestellung wurde prompt aufgenommen und das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet. Es gab auch eine Selbstbedienungskasse, an der man seine Bestellung aufgeben konnte, was den Prozess noch effizienter machte. Insgesamt hatte ich eine wundervolle Erfahrung im McDonald's in Deutschland. Das freundliche Personal, das leckere Essen und die angenehme Atmosphäre machen diesen Ort zu einem großartigen Ziel für einen schnellen Snack oder ein ausgiebiges Essen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich in der Nähe bin. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Auf der Rückfahrt sind wir dort erst gegen 22:00h eingekehrt... unsere Burger wurden frisch zubereitet und waren mal richtig heiß und nicht wie man es sonst schon mal gewohnt ist "nur" lauwarm...

Die Sitzplätze waren alle nicht aufgeräumt und zum Teil verschmutzt.

Moderner MC Donalds mit gemütlichem Ambiente. Es gibt sogar Mehrweg Getränkebecher, Top ;-)

Mc Donald halt,was mich nervt die Bestellautomaten wo ich mein Sanifarbon nicht einsetzen kann, längere Wartezeit da nur wenig Personal vor Ort die aber alles gegeben haben,Geschmack ist halt immer gleich,die Pommes waren über dem Standard

Während einer langen Fahrt, kann man hier gut Rast machen. Das Essen war gut und im Restaurant auch alles sauber. Dies ist einer der besseren McDonald’s Filialen.

Guter McDonald's, liegt am Rand von Rodgau und gut besuchbar. Leider ab und zu schwankende Qualität. Aber im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen gute Qualität 👍

Generell ein normaler McDonald's, aber was ich super negativ empfinde, ist, dass es hier kein WLAN gibt... Viele Menschen nutzen solche Raststätte, um auch kurz zu arbeiten. Schade, dass es keinen allgemeinen Standard bei McDonald's gibt.

Schmeckt halt wie mecces richtig lecker aber sie haben was vergessen

Für mich die beste McDonalds Filiale ever. Waren direkt nach der Eröffnung das 1. Mal dort und zwischendurch auch mal. Zuletzt letzten Freitag. Das Essen ist immer heiß, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und vor allem sind die Jungs und Mädels ununterbrochen am Laufen und arbeiten die Bestellungen zackig ab. Auch sie sind nur Menschen und offenbar verschluckt das System auch mal eine Bestellung. Fehler passieren. Wäre bestimmt für alle etwas entspannter wenn in einer Schicht noch mind. 1-2 Personen mehr da wären. 5 Sterne gibts beim nächsten mal wenn die Tische regelmäßig gereinigt werden.

Sehr voll. Vier SB-Terminals. Essen frisch zubereitet und nach kurzem Warten abholbereit. Sitzplätze und Tische ziemlich schmutzig, dafür der Punktabzug.
