McDonald's in Hainburg

Dies ist meine erste Bewertung, weil ich mich dazu verpflichtet fühlte. Kurz gesagt: Das Personal ist furchtbar. Außerdem bekam ich mein Essen um 21:30 Uhr, aber Bestellungen für Kunden, die um 21:45 Uhr eintrafen, wurden nicht mehr angenommen. Ich kann das Restaurant nicht empfehlen…

Eine einzige Person versuchte, die immer größer werdenden Bestellungen abzuarbeiten, als sich ein Typ angeblich über das Spielzeug aus seinem Happy Meal beschwerte. Mann, es ist eine Tankstelle! Wir haben über 15 Minuten auf zwei Chickenburger gewartet. Zum Glück waren wir im Urlaub und müssen nie wiederkommen.

Eine Cola 4,69 € ist eine Frescheit.

Ich bin ein einfacher schwedischer LKW-Fahrer, der den Fehler gemacht hat, hier zu essen, nur um weiterfahren zu können. Mein Fehler. Ich kann diesen Laden absolut nicht empfehlen. Ihr wollt wissen, was ich mag? Dann schaut euch „Rekas Burgers“ auf Instagram an.

Ich würde gerne eine umfangreichere Review verfassen, aber leider ist das schwierig, wenn der Laden 2 von 3 Mal, die man, während der regulären Öffnungszeiten, da ist, geschlossen hat… Es ist ein dtandard Raststätten-McDonald’s, also wirklich nichts besonderes, deswegen verstehe ich wirklich nicht, wie man an der A3 so oft technische Probleme haben kann??? Ich wünsche euch viel Erfolg falls ihr euch dazu entscheidet hier anzuhalten. Müsst ihr wissen.

Ich habe noch nie so schlecht bei McDonalds wie hier die Burger waren nicht vernünftig belegt sossen fehlten komplett und Geschmacklich unter aller sau dann Mahlzeit Nie Wieder Da

Es gibt kein Wasser für die Lkw-Fahrer, und die Angestellten des Ladens weigern sich, die Flaschen der Fahrer in der Küche aufzufüllen.

Brauchen ewig zur Zubereitung und das Eis das ich bekommen gabe war 1/3 vom Becher. McDonalds geht echt den Bach runter.

Die Mitarbeiter kommen den Bestellungen nicht hinterher. Zu wenig Personal für zu viele Menschen

Die Toiletten könnten ein wenig sauberer sein auch wäre es gut wenn der Toilettenhalter vielleicht nicht defekt wäre dass er nicht das ganze Ding entgegen fällt. Ansonsten ist der McDonald's sehr sauber. Man bekommt auch sein Essen wirklich ganz frisch also es ist wirklich noch heiß nicht lauwarm. Der Service ist auch ganz gut so wie man es halt in einem McDonald's erwartet. Aber ist für mich in Ordnung da Essen zu gehen.

McDonald’s ist eine Fast-Food-Kette. Ich habe 20 Minuten auf einen Big Mac, eine Cola und kleine Pommes gewartet … was für eine Katastrophe! Ich habe es um genau 13:47 Uhr abgeholt.

Vegane Nuggets aus dem Sortiment ?!?!? Fehler !!

Hallo, gestern Nachmittag machte ich meine tägliche Pause mit meinem LKW und bestellte mir ein Menü für ein schnelles Abendessen. Mir gefiel von Anfang an nicht, wie schnell ich bedient wurde; das war ungewöhnlich. Irgendetwas Seltsames. Was dann passierte, war, dass ich mich in der Nacht sehr schlecht fühlte und mich sogar übergeben musste. Ich hatte auch Durchfall. Das war definitiv das letzte Mal, dass ich in diesem Restaurant gegessen habe. Mangelnde Hygiene.

Es geht extrem langsam voran, niemand hat es eilig, obwohl die Anzahl der Bestellungen steigt.

Der Service war langsam, und die Bestellungen wurden nicht in der Reihenfolge ihrer Bestellung zubereitet. Als sie endlich ankamen, waren sie nicht einmal warm! Die Angestellten sprachen nicht einmal Englisch, als ich eine Frage stellte; sie unterhielten sich auf Arabisch, sodass ich absolut nichts verstand. Das Essen selbst war halt immer noch nur Fast Food.

Der schlimmste Mac, den ich je gesehen habe! Alle Mitarbeiter wurden gefeuert, standen nur herum und taten nichts.

Ich habe meine Bestellung am Terminal aufgegeben. Ich habe 500 Punkte eingelöst, daher war der leckere Kaffee ein Geschenk 😎😎😎 Er war schnell fertig und ich habe mich sofort besser gefühlt.

Das schlechteste Restaurant in ganz Deutschland. Die Zubereitung der regulären Speisekarte dauerte 10 Minuten, obwohl keine Gäste da waren.

Mal wieder kein Eis und Milchshake bestellebar. Verstehe nicht warum das bei mc Donalds so oft vor kommt.

Der Service war gut, der Herr mit Bart und Brille war sehr nett und höflich (5 Sterne). Die Tische waren etwas klebrig (3 Sterne), ansonsten war alles wie immer.

Gute Erfahrung, da sich im selben Gebäude wie andere Geschäfte befindet, ist die Auswahl einfach. Das Doppel-Chicken war wie erwartet, der M-Burger hingegen schmeckte furchtbar. Insgesamt kann ich das Lokal aber empfehlen.

20er plant base Nuggets bestellt. 12 normale chicken Nuggets und 5 cheese Nuggets bekommen, was soll das? Das ist kein Fehler der aus Versehen geschieht, sorry! Ich meide diesen McDonald’s ab jetzt, obwohl dieser am nächsten an meinem Wohnort liegt.

Ich war um 21 Uhr da, Öffnung bis 22 Uhr, um 21:20 wurden die Stühle auf die Tische geräumt und aus der Küche brüllte mich laut Arabische Musik an, einige leute verliessen das Lokal unverrichteter Dinge wieder.

Ich wohne in der Nähe des Lokals und bestelle dort oft Essen, weil es mir wirklich sehr nah ist. Allerdings habe ich noch nie eine Bestellung gemacht, ohne dass sie mir etwas daraus „gestohlen“ hätten. Ich sage gestohlen, denn wenn bei zehn Bestellungen jedes Mal etwas fehlt, dann ist das Diebstahl. Auch vorhin bin ich zurückgegangen und rekla­miert, dass sie mir statt vier nur drei Portionen Pommes gegeben haben. Sie haben dann die Tüte genommen, vier Pommes hineingetan, aber dafür einen Apfelstrudel aus der Tüte herausgenommen. Ich habe das bewusst zugelassen, um mich zu überreden, dass es nicht ausversehen, sondern um eine typische, gut eingespielte Betrug.

So einen unfreundlichen Chef und Mitarbeiter habe ich noch nie erlebt! Wir und einige andere Kunden wurden erst komplett ignoriert und respektlos behandelt.

Gemütlich, alle Mitarbeiter freundlich

Kaum betritt man den Laden, funktionieren natürlich nur 2 von 4 Bestellterminals – typisch. Aus der Küche dröhnt auf volle Lautstärke arabische Musik, sodass man sich eher wie auf einem Basar fühlt als in einem McDonald’s. An Ruhe oder normaler Atmosphäre ist gar nicht zu denken. Essen war wie immer – nichts Besonderes, aber der Gesamteindruck war einfach chaotisch und unprofessionell..

As soon as you enter the restaurant, of course only 2 out of 4 ordering kiosks are working – typical. Arabic music blares at full volume from the kitchen, making you feel more like you're in a bazaar than a McDonald's. Peace and quiet or a normal atmosphere are completely out of the question. The food was as usual – nothing special, but the overall impression was simply chaotic and unprofessional.

Did not accept any orders 30 minutes before closing time

I went there at 8:00 to order food. I was told I couldn't order until 8:15. I waited that long. He said I'd have to wait another 15 minutes.

McDonald's used to be great—back in the '90s. I haven't been to the fast-food restaurant in a while, and it wasn't surprising that I felt nauseous after eating it. The taste is awful these days. And you don't really feel your best afterward, either.

The staff are very unfriendly. I asked for a straw and they didn't even look me in the face. I was immediately fobbed off. I'm only giving it one star so I can comment. Otherwise, the service wouldn't even deserve a star. The food was delicious, but I felt sick after half an hour.

Absolutely shitty. We're out all day trying to get something to eat, and then this crappy joint tells us at 10 PM that it's closing. I just can't handle it. And that's called fast food. From now on, we're boycotting McKinsey's.

We ordered a menu and it turned out to be three times smaller than in the photo. I guess we should file a complaint with the consumer protection agency.

The girl at the cash register is very bad, her attitude towards the customers is very bad, you are being victimized with your own money, I do not recommend it

The atmosphere was not pleasant disturbing loud music

We ordered large fries. What you can get for €4.29 these days is unacceptable. Additionally, the tables were dirty, and the wait time was long, even though there was no food. When ordering via the ordering console, it's unclear how to redeem the Sanifair voucher. Given the value for money, we will definitely not consider McDonald's again in the future.

Very dirty, we had to have one of the many tables cleaned. And afterwards, the gentleman complained about it in his native language. Service 👎

One of the worst experiences at McDonald's, from the front desk staff, kitchen staff, to the manager! Very unfriendly and, unfortunately, rude. An incorrectly ordered cheeseburger that hadn't even been touched couldn't be exchanged, and it became a problem! The manager wasn't willing to listen and didn't want to refund my money. When I insisted on canceling my order or forgoing my meal altogether, the arrogant manager refused to do anything. A front desk employee finally exchanged the burger after a long discussion... which was initially rejected by a lady... A cheeseburger (which costs more) couldn't be exchanged without problems for a hamburger (which costs even less). Wow, what service! And incredibly unfriendly behavior, charging the customer for their money but showing zero respect!

Ordered a cheeseburger instead of hamburger by mistake. Polietly asked at the counter for an exchange but the girl serving said its not possible even though the food was clearly untouched. I said i would then like my money back. She said that wasnt possible. Then the manager came and very rudly took back the food and declared that money would not be returned nore the food. A worker from the kitchen staff then came and handed me a hamburger. Very rude manager and poor service.

The store was very clean, the staff was helpful, and the food was prepared quickly.

Mac is crap. Tables are dirty, service is zero. I do not recommend!

What was interesting was that a mother with 2 children was not allowed to order at the counter that had the "Order" sign above it. She asked in a normally friendly manner. Shortly afterwards, the young gentleman was able to order without any problems. This prompted me to ask whether only men were allowed to order or everyone. The customer, the young man, said “sure, why not” faster than the employee and I answered him.

I think the only people working in this McDonald's are people who can't even write their names. Of the last 5 times we've been there, something was forgotten when ordering and in the end they said it wasn't true, even though it was written on the receipt! The last visit to this store was definitely the very last visit to McDonald’s!

Expensive, unfriendly staff, worn furniture.

One star is even too many! Starting with no attention and in almost discotheques loud oriental music from the kitchen! Ordered food and was asked which sauce. With the nuggets, curry sauce and fries with mayo - as ordered! When we were told that a mayo was missing, we were immediately attacked aggressively! “Brother there is a majo look or are you blind brother” My husband is not the brother and neither am I! What I then told him was that he should refrain from using our first name names! People didn't want to talk to me as a woman! Bad for him because I can't put up with it. Was then insulted and spoken to aggressively! At some point there was Mayo because I didn't give up! The food was still disgusting and cold, the fries were hard and dry, and the nuggets had probably been fried three times. If I had read the recession beforehand I would definitely have saved myself. But no one seems to be interested in what's going on!

Non-carbonated drinks. Overwhelmed staff and a boss who just complains and shouts at customers, that's not possible. If you want to eat something, keep driving. Ok, quick addendum. The boss took a 6 piece nugget, which is ok if he's hungry. But putting the rest back in the compartment is disgusting and disgusting 🤢 🤮 ........ unfortunately I've already eaten here in the store.

This is a below average place!! They always forget to put something in the bag, and then when you complain, they yell at you! They'll cut you down if you don't pay attention! The worst mc in Europe!! I would give half a star because one is too many!!!

We just took a break at the branch. It was quite busy so of course it took longer. When our order was ready, some things were missing. When I spoke to the employee, he practically shouted that we should make room. The colleague (taller than the other and with glasses) tried to remain friendly despite the stress, but the shorter employee in the checkered shirt was under the weather and the operator should think about the reviews so far. He can keep the food he paid for too much.

I can only agree with the other descriptions - even for MCD - I have never experienced such unfriendly staff.

We stopped on our way back. Unfortunately, in addition to defective ordering machines, there was also simply rude service at the counter. After politely asking whether the bag that was waiting corresponded to my number (several were put there at the same time), I was initially simply ignored by the gentleman. After asking again, the answer came: "What do you think, or can't you read the number up there?" When asked that several numbers were displayed there and therefore no assignment was possible, the answer was: "Yeah, man, and fuck off now, old man." this in front of my 10 year old son and my 6 year old daughter. Sorry, but it doesn't work at all. Stress or not! When I asked if I could please speak to the shift manager to express my displeasure, I was ignored again. (Also by the colleague) Of course the name tag wasn't worn either... Man, around 30-40 years old. 3.1.25 in the evening at 9:15 p.m. so that assignment by shift plan should be possible. Food was well known McDonald's quality and couldn't be faulted.

Long queue, very unhelpful staff.

Unfortunately there is a kind of “anti-social” atmosphere. The way some employees and the shift manager communicate is somehow unpleasant. My order was also made wrong, instead of a royal ts with curly fries I got a check burger. They then noticed that and replaced the burger, but then suddenly the wrong fries were in it. Well in the end I had my food. In addition, you couldn't redeem the digital sanifair coupon at the checkout, even though the paper versions work.

Short addendum because I'm just reading the other reviews... I was also insulted when I left. I understood it and didn't respond to it, but I thought I'd mention it here because others probably felt the same way. I ordered in the app, which was quite time-consuming and annoying (because the app is so stupid and doesn't tell you that you can't buy this or that product here, but you only notice it later when the payment button is inactive and was at the cash register to pay. After 20 minutes I spoke to your employee because he ignored me and he encouraged me to please order at the terminal. 1. Can't you tell a customer straight away that this is the only option? 2. And do you employees know that I don't have the same options at the terminal as I do with the app. And he was unfriendly too. I ate next door now. Order canceled. World Congress, billions in sales but so poorly organized. And by the way, the same people are still standing there waiting for their food. I've already eaten + time to write this review. That's how long they've been waiting. Anyone can complain themselves. And while I'm at it. Why do you actually offer personalized products if that doesn't work 90% of the time? You only get standard. Or even less than what belongs on a McRib, for example.

You should always check everything! Even though there was nothing going on, the apple bag was forgotten even though it was paid for. Unfortunately it was only noticed at home.

This McDonald's branch is not recommended: As a larger group, the branch manager did not want to serve us and instead asked us to leave.

Everything was good with the food, but I have never experienced such unfriendly and disrespectful employees. I waited normally for food with my girlfriend. The employees then gave us very nasty looks and we were insulted in their language, Albanian. I've already called them and filed a complaint. That doesn't work at all. Slowest MC D on the planet. Over 15 minutes for 3 DoubleCheese Burgers. Staff also look like they want to jump in your face. That's when the mood arises. Be sure to avoid it as far as possible. One star just because you can't post anything else. I wanted to order something to eat today at 9.20 p.m. and was told that it was already closed, even though food had just been packed for a guest. !!!!!! You should please stick to the opening times, especially at a rest stop.

The customer service at this place is terrible and the food is even worse. Such places should be controlled and closed. The manager is rude and the employees don't wear hairnets. Underground bad. Cold, not really fresh and almost inedible burgers and fries. If we hadn't been pressed for time and so hungry, we would have given everything back. I only ordered one burger, despite the bad reviews. The BigMac I ordered was of absolutely poor quality, the meat had almost no taste. So bland. If someone travels a lot and visits Poland from time to time. Compared to the German one, McDonald's in Poland is of very high quality and tastes much better.

Tues 18th June ‘2024: Stopped here on my road trip from Romania to London. Its clean, spacious and tidy. I tried their new milkshake and it was lovely. Thank u 🙏

Fries limp, hamburger very poor. And the man at the counter may well have a different job content. Very unfriendly 😒 In short, the food was of no use!
