Drive-in: friendly staff, preparation was quite quick, food was good.

Interestingly, the doors are locked 30 minutes before closing time and no more customers are served.

Worth 0 stars. I ordered 4 burgers and 3-4 extras. When I got home, I realized half of them were missing, and I paid for them. Never again.

It was dirty, and it was mid-afternoon. The staff was so-so, more or less unenthusiastic. You couldn't order milkshakes... or ice cream or brownies.

Very disappointing – never again! We went to Burger King in Bad Neuenahr with our daughter and have never experienced such unprofessionalism. Even in the drive-thru before us, our order was taken incorrectly several times. Loud cursing and arguments could be heard from the kitchen, and the customer had to run back and forth several times to even get his food. Things didn't go any better for us: Our order was delivered incorrectly, we received the wrong burgers – and when we pointed this out, we were practically taken for fools. The receipt was passed around the kitchen, and again there was nothing but loud arguments and swearing. Such behavior in front of paying customers – and especially in front of children – is completely unacceptable. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. Never again!

I think this is the worst Burger King in Germany... unfriendly staff and the food was terribly low... if I had just thrown the money away, it would have been more sensible... unfriendly and annoyed staff on top of that...👎

The restaurant, including the restroom, is filthy, even though there were hardly any customers. The tables and floor are dirty, and the full trays haven't been cleared away. The staff is happily sitting in the office, with a dog. One girl was working alone, preparing our order. How did the fries end up being cold and tough?

The food there is now really good, especially the burgers. The service is always friendly and sometimes chatty. And it's really clean. However, there are no bicycle parking spaces, which can be a bit inconvenient at times.

These ladies aren't suited to this job! Receipts are only given upon request, with a long face. I didn't even know they had orange Sprite. When I asked if it was Sprite, they confirmed it was...but it definitely wasn't Sprite! The elderly lady yelled at a customer, saying it wasn't that hard to remember their receipt number.... Unbelievable.... We're not going there anymore!!!

Today, July 24, 2025, around 6:30 p.m. The lady, quite slim, with brown hair, a pointed nose, and brown eyes, served me today. I've always found her unfriendly, but today it was really too much for me. While I was ordering, I changed my mind... She wasn't amused by that. At the end, I asked for the receipt. She complied with this request with a groan, saying, "You could have said that earlier." Personally, I think she should switch to a job where she doesn't have to interact with people; that would suit her better.

Everything was OK. It took a little while that day, even though there wasn't much going on. But for once, I had time, and it wasn't a problem for me. If I ever have to get off the highway because of traffic, I'll be happy to stop by again.

The selection there was very good. However, my order resulted in food poisoning and two days of severe gastrointestinal problems.

Unfortunately, whether the food tastes good or not really depends on the shift. If you pick the wrong one, you'll get everything but what you ordered. And, above all, not in the condition it should be. It's a real shame, I really enjoyed going there.

The women there are very unfriendly and argue very cheekily when you want something and they supposedly don't understand it then they should work somewhere else p.s. Waited for 15 minutes for the order and at the mcdrive there was no one at the counter for a long time

It's a Citizen King, but you still have to pay attention to cleanliness. When there are insects behind the sign saying "Please rate us on Google," it's a bit of a queasy feeling.

I was there around 11 a.m., and it was empty. The food was very good, freshly prepared, and hot. The staff was very friendly.

Unfortunately, nothing less than 1 star is possible. I actually love Burger King, but the place is annoying. Let's start with "no ice cream or shakes". A standard note that probably hangs almost everywhere, including the golden M. Either the quality of the machines is poor or you simply don't want to do laborious cleaning. I suspect the latter. Okay, I come in, one of the employees is standing at the cash register playing on the phone, the other cash register was occupied by a woman. The burgeoning demotivation could be felt from both of them. The man didn't pay any attention to me at all, the woman didn't. Probably not slept well or something. That would explain why the lady couldn't open her mouth. Then came the menu. I don't know if the patty was just lying next to the flame. At least the bun was the warmest of all. The salad was almost frozen. Apparently the lady must also be deeply in love. Apart from the salt, you didn't taste anything from the fries. Conclusion: if all Kings were like that, doom would be sealed.

No water for washing hands in the men's room, no soap in the women's room. Burger cold. You don't have to order any fries, there are enough of them lying around on the floor. Okay, you can't do anything about the small size, but it's all the more surprising that you can't keep the small area halfway clean!? Smeared floors and tables. It's not like the restaurant is very busy and you don't have time. Ordering three menu items was relatively easy. You still had to go to the counter three times because something was always forgotten. The lady at the checkout is emotionless and there! Well, the three complaints have been processed. The store has really changed. The employees make an effort and are very polite. The food is usually always warm and the burgers are not dry. Sometimes there's too much salt on the fries, but otherwise they're great.

The staff is normally friendly. I try the food again every six months. Every time I notice that the burgers taste good, but the chilli nuggets were very bad and the fries were too salty. You can't say too much about the ambience. Very much like any Burger King store.

Employees make no effort to keep the restaurant clean even though there is nothing going on. Walk around aimlessly and chat. But no one ever thinks of cleaning the tables or the floor. And that where there was really nothing going on. That's really a shame. The food is a matter of taste and is up to each individual to decide how they rate it. As I said, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The toilets, even though there wasn't really anything going on, were anything but clean. I see everyone here just walking around with their cell phones. We were easily there for 30 minutes. in the store. The fries were still ready in the frying basket and will probably just be thrown back into the fat for a moment. Even the tablet return was full. Even there, they prefer to sit in the corner or in the staff room with their cell phones. Great restaurant 🤭 We don't come here anymore...

We like coming here even if the ambience is not perfect due to the small size of the restaurant. There isn't that much going on and all the food is always freshly prepared. The staff is also flexible and friendly when it comes to special requests. Gladly again.

Burger King 53474 Bad Neuenahr, Heerstraße, the last juice shop!!! There wasn't a single guest there when I visited...that should have made me suspicious 🤪 Used the toilet first...not clean, no soap, disinfectant also empty. Then to the counter to place my order. 1 menu...first the burger was finished and then (!) the fries were thrown into the deep fryer. During this time my burger was “allowed” to cool down 😠 Of course I had enough time to take a few looks into the kitchen. A lot of leftover food on the floor as well as chips and bags of chips. When I pointed out that there was no soap left in the toilet, there was no response. So if there are no customers in the store, as a guest I expect that the time will be used to tidy up, restock and clean!! Well, this was definitely my last visit to Burger King.

I use the drive-in and the employees are always nice and if you have any questions, they are answered. The burgers are also delicious...but the large fries are a joke. Unfortunately, it could also pass for small, which is a shame. Parking spaces are also available. You can sit inside and outside. Unfortunately, the Burger King branch doesn't have the nicest place... between the car repair shop/dealership, gas station and car wash, to sit outside and enjoy the food. There's always a lot going on around lunchtime.

I've been disappointed with this store before. But today I thought I would treat myself to another menu after a long time. I am totally horrified by the unkempt and loud staff. The service was so grumpy and snappy. The tables weren't clean and the whole store didn't seem the most hygienic. I think as a customer I don't have to listen to the private problems being discussed, but you couldn't avoid it if you had to wait for your food. When I got my food, the burger was no longer really warm and the fries were soggy. I will no longer eat at this branch.

Stopped briefly on the way through. Such obvious filth. The floor shines greasy, the surfaces are greasy, the toilet is dirty. Right at the entrance, the dirt trap is full of cigarette butts and plastic. We just got a quick coffee here. Dear health department, please take a closer look here.

The area in front of the DriveIn counter looked cute! I'd rather switch to the competition now!

The food is really bad, the treatment from the employees is really bad, you feel like you're in Turkey and not Germany. They speak Turkish and Arabic and Indian really badly. I don't recommend any and I hope that the health department will go in and take a look

Clean is different and the staff is an imposition. Unfriendly, loud and unmotivated. The staff talk about everyday topics at such a volume that you don't have a chance to eat in peace. By the way, it only tastes good to a limited extent. It also takes quite a long time, although the burgers look like they were put together very quickly, or too quickly.

If there was an award for the worst Burger King, the one in Bad Neuenahr would be by far the best. You can smell the stale fat from afar. The smell in the store is reminiscent of farts. The employees give the impression that they are neither interested in the cleanliness nor the quality of their products. There is no real peace and quiet during the meal as employees are talking loudly in RTL2 style. Before I even finished my meal, I felt sick about the overall impression of this branch.
