I was there after work at 11:30pm (open until 12am). The woman at the checkout was extremely unfriendly. Never experienced a juice shop like this.

I'm just into BK. The food is pure garbage... but I keep coming back!

I use the drive-in and the employees are always nice and if you have any questions, they are answered. The burgers are also delicious...but the large fries are a joke. Unfortunately, it could also pass for small, which is a shame. Parking spaces are also available. You can sit inside and outside. Unfortunately, the Burger King branch doesn't have the nicest place... between the car repair shop/dealership, gas station and car wash, to sit outside and enjoy the food. There's always a lot going on around lunchtime.

The only store where orders are always €2.50 more expensive than shown on the coupons...

I've been disappointed with this store before. But today I thought I would treat myself to another menu after a long time. Not only do employees there go for a smoke during a long queue at the drive, they also interrupt customers while they are ordering. And the worst nightmare of all came true. After the meal you could safely go to the restaurant because you had to spend your Friday evening there. Who knows what's wrong with the food there, but my physical reaction to the menu raised questions. Even though he can tolerate a lot. Never again !!!!!

I am totally horrified by the unkempt and loud staff. The service was so grumpy and snappy. The tables weren't clean and the whole store didn't seem the most hygienic. I think as a customer I don't have to listen to the private problems being discussed, but you couldn't avoid it if you had to wait for your food. When I got my food, the burger was no longer really warm and the fries were soggy. I will no longer eat at this branch.

Stopped briefly on the way through. Such obvious filth. The floor shines greasy, the surfaces are greasy, the toilet is dirty. Right at the entrance, the dirt trap is full of cigarette butts and plastic. We just got a quick coffee here. Dear health department, please take a closer look here.

Was in the drive-thru. Apparently not enough staff: the poorest person in the restaurant had to make all the fries and burgers herself! Nevertheless, she was very friendly and helpful! Just took longer than usual! ADDITIONAL: I was there again today and it was the same again! At 11:30 a.m. everything had to be done again! Fries were barely seasoned! The area in front of the DriveIn counter looked cute! I'd rather switch to the competition now!

The food is really bad, the treatment from the employees is really bad, you feel like you're in Turkey and not Germany. They speak Turkish and Arabic and Indian really badly. I don't recommend any and I hope that the health department will go in and take a look

Very good food, the employees at this branch are also very nice. Even though the fries were lukewarm, they were tasty. In contrast to McDonald's, the ice cream machines also worked. If you're hungry and need something quick, this is the perfect place because there's never anything going on here

The woman, multicolored, and jumi, the man with a bit of a beard, are very hospitable and always in a good mood. So for gastronomy it's great if you come in and the two of them welcome you really well and create a good atmosphere. You could do a lot with the restaurant/fast food store, you just have to renovate it. The two employees are great

If there was an award for the worst Burger King, the one in Bad Neuenahr would be by far the best. You can smell the stale fat from afar. The smell in the store is reminiscent of farts. The employees give the impression that they are neither interested in the cleanliness nor the quality of their products. There is no real peace and quiet during the meal as employees are talking loudly in RTL2 style. Before I even finished my meal, I felt sick about the overall impression of this branch.

Clean is different and the staff is an imposition. Unfriendly, loud and unmotivated. The staff talk about everyday topics at such a volume that you don't have a chance to eat in peace. By the way, it only tastes good to a limited extent. It also takes quite a long time, although the burgers look like they were put together very quickly, or too quickly.

Unfortunately the burger was lukewarm, as were the fries, but I got both freshly made, thank you.

Very small Burger King with maybe 30 seats. Four of us ordered at a terminal and paid directly there. The selection of vegetarian burgers surprised me. The variety of food here was just as great as in a large restaurant. The food was prepared quickly and also tasty. What bothered me was that the tables weren't wiped down after visitors ate there. Personally, I would have liked a little more cleanliness. I haven't eaten at this chain in a very long time. Now I can. I imagine going there again.

Large fries were too small and too salty. Floor and behind the counter, everything greasy!

It was a complete disaster today I had to complain about the cola coming out of the bottle because there was no more carbon dioxide in it and it was at room temperature. The king wings were disgusting, dry, hardly any meat and old. Absolutely horrible, the worst Burger King I know

Wir waren letztens zu Besuch und wurden von Carlitos sehr herzlich bedient. Es war schön auch mal mit ihm ins Gespräch zu komme . Eine sehr interessante Story, dass er vom BK Pfäffikon hierhin gewechselt ist. Ein top Mitarbeiter der sich ein Lob verdient. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker, danke !

Angestellte sind nicht in der Lage eine Quittung aus zu händiegen. Unprofessioneller Service

Personal war eine Katastrophe. Sehr unhöflich und der Umgangston war unterirdisch. Die Tische waren dreckig, Trinkhalme waren leer. Die Toilette wurde mindestens ebenso lange nicht gereinigt wie das Geschäft. Wenn es schon im Kundenbereich so aussieht, möchte man nicht in die Küche schauen.

Klein, aber gemütlich. Und keine Wartezeit gehabt.

Super nette und gut gelaunte Kassierer am Drive-in. Da hatte man Spaß beim Bestellen und abholen des Essens. Es ging auch sehr schnell. Das Essen, wie man es beim Burger King erwarten, ganz gut. Einzige Kritik wäre, dass der Laden mal eine kleine Modernisierung des Mobiliars bräuchte, aber sonst alles top.

Angestellte waren mit offensichtlich privat bekannten Personen mehr beschäftigt als mit den eigentlichen Kunden. Umgangssprache sehr unterste Schublade! Tische waren nicht sauber. Man hat lange warten müssen. Nicht empfehlenswert! Habe ich in der gleichen Kette schon viel, viel besser erlebt!

Der Laden hat sich wirklich gewandelt. Die Burger und Pommes sind immer frisch und heiß. Bei den letzen Malen, hat nie etwas gefehlt und warten musste man auch nicht lange. Auch die Sauberkeit ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich und anscheinend gut geschult. Gerne wieder

Unsere Burger waren sehr gut gepackt. Beim Hineinbeißen ist nichts runtergefallen. Die Pommes waren heiß, knusprig und perfekt gesalzen. Die Ingwersoße zum Chicken war köstlich und hatte Feinkostqualität. Nach vier Jahren USA war soviel Hochwertigkeit bei “fast food” erfrischend.

Aktuell habe ich nach einigen Besuchen dieses Bürger King's noch keine schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht! Bedienung war jeweils immer freundlich! Es hat selbst bei größeren Bestellungen nichts gefehlt. Bestellungen dauern halt etwas, aber ich kenne es nicht anders daher bewerte ich das nicht negativ. Das Essen war immer zur vollen Zufriedenheit. Pommes bei mir immer frisch, Bürger jeweils warm und somit vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich bin mit dem Service zufrieden.

Naja, wir wollten Mal Burger King ausprobieren 🤔 Es war nicht so gut. Wir haben dann noch etwas anderes gegessen und sind dann schnell abgehauen........ 😱

Die Bedienung wirkte genervt von ihrem Job. Für eine Fast food Kette mussten wir recht lange auf unser Essen warten. Das Essen an sich war wie überall bei Burger King

Super kleine Filiale, es war an einem Sonntagmittag auch wenig los. Die negativen Bewertungen fand ich vorab etwas abschreckend, aber ich kann sie nicht bestätigen. Das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet. Die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich. Sauberkeit war OK. War mein erster Besuch seit Jahren bei Burger King und ich bin begeistert, dass es für jeden Burger eine vegetarische Variante gibt, die auch noch lecker schmeckt. :-D Ein Getränk hatte eine seltsamen Beigeschmack nach Reinigungsmitteln, daher einen Punkt Abzug.

Sonst waren Mittags immer 2 Leute am Bedienen, jetzt war es schon 2 mal das nur eine am Drive und an der Bedingung war ( eine Person für beides ). Fast 10 min auf 2 Cheeseburger warten müssen finde das geht garnicht zur Mittagszeit. Womal die eine Person alle 3 Posten bearbeiten musste. Da durch waren die Bürger auch nicht mehr die Wärmsten.

Eine kleine aber gemütliche Filiale. Besonders beeindruckt bin ich von den Damen an der Bedientheke. Nicht nur das sie sehr humorvoll und freundlich sind sondern auch sehr gut mit Kindern umgehen können. Ich wurde zum wiederholten male von Frau Krause bedient und es war mal wieder ein kleines Erlebnis. Achtung, Angriff auf die Lachmuskeln. Definitiv verlasse ich diesen Ort immer mit guter Laune. Weiter so.
