Things are getting better but they are trying

I ordered 2 lattes and got 2 black coffees. When I complained they said no, I wouldn't have ordered and paid. I would have ordered 2 coffees. After looking in the trash can for the receipt, I finally got my 2 lattes but still no apology. I've never experienced anything like this from other McDonald's.

I was there today around 7:30 p.m. and ordered food to take away... So the fact that a Ceaser salad should ONLY consist of greens is interesting... Service personnel should perhaps check the products themselves again when the goods are handed out

There is no soap in the toilets. Apart from that everything's ok.

Food ok, tastes like all branches. But unfortunately very dirty. Put empty packaging on the various tables and use napkins. Fries and packaging are also spread across the floor. Unfortunately no table service either. I have rarely seen such a situation.

I was there in the afternoon. This time I didn't have to wait long and was able to place my order quickly. It also went very quickly until I was able to pick up my order. I also received friendly service. I've experienced it differently, but in a different branch. I don't like going to the McDrive counter. I find it somehow impersonal and I tend to have difficulty communicating. (I personally feel that way).

It's a modern Mcs like any other in the area. There is no McCafe area. However, I wasn't aware of how small the breakfast burgers are🤣🙈.

On August 26th, 2024 at 3 p.m. my partner ordered a Hamburger Royal TS menu in Drive In. His menu was simply thrown into the bag, his burger wasn't full or half was just thrown in there. With today's prices you can expect it to be a bit decent.

The worst MacDonald's ever. They are dozen behind the counter but inefficient. They just discuss with they friends and let your menu becoming cold. Move along, there is nothing here if you want to dine.

I was just placing my order and told the employee that the floor was very slippery and it was sticking to the cash register and she looked at me and didn't give me an answer. When I paid, I said again that it wasn't okay, my statement unbelievable to ignore

It would be nice if the employees could all speak German reasonably well

Still incredibly dingy, walls and floors disgusting.

Rarely seen such a dirty McDonald’s restaurant! The floor is sticky and very dirty. There are paper napkins and leftover food everywhere. Tables greasy. We preferred to avoid the toilet. Even at Cologne Central Station the restaurant is cleaner and there is a lot more going on there.

Unfortunately a branch that doesn't pay attention to cleanliness. The tables, the floor, the toilets. Without words.

Was at the drive in shortly before noon. It wasn't busy, but I still had to wait a bit. But still faster than at Burgerking! Service friendly! Smart menu as always.

Service starts with the first employee, and in my case that was Gülbey. Not only was he very friendly, but he also worked pragmatically. When the coffee machine broke, he quickly offered an alternative: filter coffee with regular milk. A consistently positive and solution-oriented service!

A branch like many others. The service was good and the shop was nice to sit in. There are also tables outside. There are also sufficient parking spaces.

A typical McDonalds...only problem...I forgot a lot of things in the McDrive: Complete sauces Water instead of cola And the highlight: burger without patty! So always check...

If you no longer have glasses, you should remove the advertising in the store.

The staff is really bad and no one understands you when you speak German and that's usually a must. Employees don't know what they're doing

The food doesn't taste good and hot drinks are served cold.

A clean McDonald's. Food was prepared quickly. The staff were very friendly. Keep it up!

In short. Tried again today to give it a chance. Big Tasty Bacon 1 bacon slice... cold McCrispy cheese not melted cold Cheeseburger cold and burnt Fries were completely missing I think you can almost find better food in the nearest garbage can. Employees have long seemed either overworked or listless/overwhelmed. Hygiene I don't have to mention that every pigsty is cleaner. Toilets have always stank after rest area toilets have not been cleaned for months. In addition, the play equipment for the children is absolutely filthy and dilapidated. Definitely the last time I was there for me. Years ago there was a really nice McDonald's where it was tasty. I don't understand why nothing is changed with so many bad reviews.

It felt like everything in my order was wrong or something was forgotten.

She wanted to take my order tag with the number away from me even though there were 2 orders on it, one order was missing the cheese sauce, the other one was missing mayo and they don't have any oatmeal... this isn't an advantage for muscle-packed schumbertuses

There's always something missing. If you order more than 2 things at MC Drive, the employees are overwhelmed. I've already lost a few euros because of this stupidity.

Ice cream machine basically breaks every weekend 🤣

Sorry, but first the table was dirty and I had to clean it myself. Then the men's toilets (where I was on them) and also the women's, as my friend told me, dirty to the point of not being possible anymore. Then the food came and everything was cold. Unfortunately, the service really leaves a lot to be desired. I probably won't go there again.

Most of the time everything is fresh ;-) it's not so nice to have to check the bags, the sauces are often missing

It's going ok. There was actually nothing going on, but I still waited 10 minutes...

I didn't know that mc is not the same as mc. I noticed clear differences, not only friendly but also really very good. Tastes different and finally hot food. Class.

Waited for over an hour for typical McDonald's food (it's carnival) it seems like they didn't expect so many to come, organization was very bad

For a long time now, my friends and I have been yelled at by the same employee. When we come into the restaurant we are looked at with a disgusted expression, even though the description says that it is a good place for groups, we are still not welcome, no matter how crowded it is We are always being talked at stupidly and admonished. Eventually it got to the point where a guest who saw what was happening had to intervene and defend us because we were treated unfairly and are only children who want to eat and talk in peace!!! PS we think the employee's name is Ayşe

Nicht toll wenn man Bestellung bekommt und einfach gefüllt alles verkehrt ist ! Soße vertauscht, falsches Brötchen , pommes matschig ... einfach nur enttäuscht!

Prima Restaurant, nie allzu voll, schnelle und nette Mitarbeiter

Das Essen war kalt und die wartezeiten waren lang. Die Mitarbeiter kämmen nicht Mal dazu richtig die Servicewagen zu leeren. Auch das Spieldisplay war defekt.

War ok Aber wurde mal wieder etwas vergessen

Bewertung für die unterdurchschnittliche Füllmenge und Temperatur der Fritten.

Die goldene Möwe ist auch hier nicht die beste Adresse. Tische nicht ganz sauber, Burger nicht frisch....

Bekannte Speisen für relativ kleines Geld. Hier ein kleineres " Restaurant" aber völlig ausreichend.

Ich habe den neuen Doppel Big Mac probiert. Er sieht ja gut aus aber er schmeckt nach nichts.

McDonald so wie man es erwartet, sauber, lecker und nettes Personal.

zwa lapprige Pommes, aber dafür wurde das Essen an den Tisch gebracht und das Ambiente ist auch ganz okay. Das Preis-leistungsverhältnis ist okay und es gibt dort ein mccafe.

Sorry das man das sagt aber ich bin nicht so zufrieden nicht sauber und Service naja war mit kleinen Kind da sehen das man mit Kind kommt aber keiner hilft beim Kinderstuhl holen obwohl nichts los war schade

Für mich war der Für 3 Jahren Ekelhaft und ich war heute da und ich habe mir den Royal Bacon tasty geholt und der war lecker!!

Einer der besseren Stores. Freundliche, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Ein mit anpackender, souveräner Schichtleiter. Schneller Service. Makellose Einrichtung. Angenehmes Publikum. Alle Produkte einwandfrei. Diese angenehme Erfahrung haben wir am Samstag Mittag gerne gemacht.

Mc RippMenü mit großer Cola als Zwischenmahlzeit durchaus ok Der Bestellvorgang läuft automatisch, wenn man weiß, wie das geht. Wenn nicht bekommt man auch Hilfe Das Personal ist freundlich

Leider sehr desinteressiert am Kunden die neue Dame Am Ende sind leider auch die Tische teils sehr fettig. Frische kann man schlecht beurteilen da dass Script es fast nicht mehr zulässt ein Fehler zu machen .

Essen ist soweit gut manchmal denkt man leider das es ewig herum gelegen hat und nur noch warm gemacht wurde. Da das Brötchen dann ziemlich hart ist

MC D. halt. Kein freundlicher Service, Personal sprang und spielte in Straßenkleidung in der Küche ind der Theke herum. War wohl auch keiner da, der einen richtig verstehen konnte. Wir müssen da nicht mehr hingehen.

Frechheit den beste. Burger so kalt raus zu geben eine Mitarbeiter Produkt Schulung wäre.besser Das geht kann man sich sparen nicht zu pfehlen

Opvallend schoon, dat is wat opvalt aan deze vestiging van McDonald's restaurant. Echt alles is mooi proper en rein. Het menu is wederom afwijkend van andere McDonald's restaurants, iets dat me steeds meer gaat opvallen: De laatste tijd geen enkele McDonald's gehad die exact hetzelfde menu had als de vorige. Vreemd, heel vreemd. Een aantal klassiekers waren er uiteraard en ik moet zeggen: Met zorg en netheid voor ons klaargemaakt. Crispy chicken is nog knapperig in het broodje, saus niet doorlopen, keurig geserveerd. Ja, het kan toch. Vandaar deze hoge score: Het restaurant steekt positief af ten opzichte van andere McDonald's restaurants. Parkeren gratis en ruim voldoende plaats. Goed bereikbaar. Mooi omgeving.

Man kann sich auch nur mit Freunden zu Kaffee und Kuchen treffen für die Kinder wird auch etwas geboten

McDonald´s muss nicht erwähnt werden. Schnelles Essen was den Hunger kurzfristig lindert. Qualität sollte nicht wirklich erwartet werden. Aber ok.
