The food doesn't taste like other KFC restaurants. I have a feeling something isn't right here. The quality of the food is substandard. The chicken pieces are tiny, dry, and inedible. This has nothing to do with KFC.

Tables dirty, only the third table was clean to some extent🫣. What happened to me once😂 is that I wanted to get a cafe. There was a sign in the door that said it was on the street, the employee said to me it's still closed... okay, no problem, I'll come back straight away... half an hour later There is still a sign in the door, no one can get through. Employee can't be disturbed. Hello, they should be open already. Employee, yes, come in... yes How? The sign is in the way...she really says then they'll put it out🤐? I asked..what? She then came to me...I replied I should do your job now? Employee told me I should have just forced myself through it...🫣🤣🤣🤣 I've never experienced anything like that either

Food cold, staff ice cold, no matter

There are no ordering terminals, the ice cream/shake machine was out of order, the McCafe was already empty and in general the team in the kitchen didn't really seem well-coordinated. To be fair, however, it has to be said that the order was processed quite quickly, for an order without a terminal.

I had to send the Kross and I almost vomited. The staff was unfriendly and slow, the burger was clear and the yellow salad didn't work!!!!!!!

We ordered and our food still didn't arrive after 30 minutes. The store is crap as is the ordering system. How were skipped several times. Despite the staff assuring us that food would come.

Store was practically empty but it was pure chaos, they couldn't get the order right, it took a lot longer and in the end I still didn't have the right thing but missed the train.

Underground. Although I'm actually a Burger King fan (probably was), the last visit was the biggest disappointment: I waited forever at the drive-thru only to find out afterwards that the macaroni cheese burger was only partially filled (the salad was completely missing) and the rest wasn't fresh. I will never visit this brothel again and advise everyone to drive a few meters further to McDonald's. They get the quality, so it's possible.

This branch is no good at all. Basically, food that you order to take away is either mixed up or food is forgotten. It is unacceptable that you have to unpack the entire bag on site to see what is wrong or missing. Since this has already happened several times, I recommend that if someone buys something from this branch, they check carefully whether everything is correct. We will avoid this branch in the future!
