Tables dirty, only the third table was clean to some extent🫣. What happened to me once😂 is that I wanted to get a cafe. There was a sign in the door that said it was on the street, the employee said to me it's still closed... okay, no problem, I'll come back straight away... half an hour later There is still a sign in the door, no one can get through. Very decent McDonald's branches in Aschaffenburg, the waiting time after ordering is okay, the employees are friendly, the restaurant is clean - I can highly recommend the restaurant, due to its location in the main train station, there is relatively more going on here than in other Aschaffenburg branches

i was still on time way before the restaurants closing time, however the staff said the kitchen was already closed. i mean like just say you’re closing this damn restaurant at 9:30 pm. very disappointing and i dont recommend!

It's a shame that once again burgers were NOT served! You order take-out and when you get home you notice that there are no burgers AGAIN.

I usually liked going to Kochlöffel because I actually liked the burgers and fries better than at MD. However, on my last visit I was horrified. The floor was sticky, the tables were dirty and the fries apparently hadn't been fried for the first time. After eating it, you'll still have a queasy feeling in your stomach for a long time. When the store is busy, I understand that the tables may not always be clean, but there were only 3 customers in the store and 4 employees behind the counter.

I regularly visit this McDonald's and it is my favourite. Quick service and always friendly! If you get a window seat, you have a nice overview of terminal 2 waiting zone and the airplanes. Always nice to stop by here.

Hello. I had dinner here today around 10:30 p.m. My drink, a lift, that I ordered wasn't even available. The drinks machine was broken, only warm mixed things without carbonation. When I asked for a replacement water it was refused. There is no such thing as saying no. Was definitely my last visit. By the way, it was only when we asked that they said that the machine was defective.

Grill doesn't work... If only chicken was possible...Barely 2 minutes later someone else gets beef again??? Very bad service

Small coffee for EUR 2.49. But the cup is almost only half full. I asked the staff about it. Answer "machine" ... but you can set the machine correctly .. But the staff is actually very polite. The only thing that doesn't work is the amount of coffee 😡
