The Burger King in this area is really good, considering it's just a "Burger King." I didn't expect much, but I was completely surprised by the service and the food. A definite recommendation.

The rolls were cold on the outside. The deposit refund process is complicated. I wasn't impressed.

The service was disastrous. While I don't expect gourmet service from a fast-food restaurant, a minimum level of efficiency, friendliness, and care in processing orders should be a given. The air conditioning was turned up way too high, making it impossible to sit inside. Then I ordered medium water and got still water... Otherwise, the toilets were freshened up and at least clean.

Unfortunately, I have to reduce my rating to 1 star. The employee, Karan Partei (name slightly changed for privacy reasons), became loud and extremely rude when we asked about a change of ingredients and vehemently denied that he could help us. Instead of a courteous, customer-oriented attitude, this employee shouted at us loudly and accused us of being loud, which is not true. The behavior was absolutely unacceptable, apart from the fact that they didn't want to help us with a truly minor issue. It was a disgrace.

Burgers are always hot. The people who work here are responsible for that. I've rarely experienced a Burger King where the burgers are always hot, and I think that's a great thing. The company can't help how well these people work here, and I think everyone who works here deserves more money.

The drive-thru is doing well. Eating in is a no-brainer.

During my stay in Giessen, I frequented this Burger King with my friends. We spent hours there, eating, playing cards, ordering dessert—all very nice. Plus, it's the fastest Burger King I've been to, and it offers the best service anywhere. I have fond memories of this place.

Slowest Burger King Hessen West. The best fast food is available here, in the well-known Burgerking quality, but from the slow cooker.

This branch is no good at all. Basically, food that you order to take away is either mixed up or food is forgotten. It is unacceptable that you have to unpack the entire bag on site to see what is wrong or missing. Since this has already happened several times, I recommend that if someone buys something from this branch, they check carefully whether everything is correct. Attention: this is initially a decidedly individual personal opinion, & definitely not representative! I ate there yesterday, in the restaurant. Cleanliness impeccable. Service offers no reason for criticism. The handicap was actually the food, and that is actually the main component there, on site. I ate a “king rib” for the very first time in my life. I certainly knew the “Mc Rib”/(from the competitor McDonald) very well and, because my wife was shopping next door at “dm”, I just wanted to satisfy my little hunger quickly: “never again”! This “King Rib” is definitely not worth what it cost: around €6.29. It didn't taste good at all, somehow almost "artificial", it was somehow reminiscent of Whopper or other top "grilled food" typical of the brand. It was somehow completely fried/(not really tasty), & unfortunately it had absolutely nothing of what I knew so much from the “Mc Rib” from “Mc Donald” that I was sure of it too Would have really liked to have stayed here: none of that was the case: a disappointing meal for me. As I said: absolutely individual personal opinion, as well as exclusively regarding “King Rib”. I will come back again to eat/test one or two other products there so that I can learn more about the joy of eating that I expect.

It's actually your own fault if you drive through the drive-thru and don't check your order. It's happened to me 3 times in about 6 months now. Just 2 days ago. I thought with 3 burgers and 6 chili cheese nuggets you can't go wrong. Unfortunately, it was that time again and something was missing. How often!

Relatively long waiting time, even though there was little activity.

I recently went to Lidl, DM and Burger King. The parking time was briefly exceeded by minutes and I received a contractual penalty of 35.00 euros. In response to my complaint that if you can prove that you visit the companies located in the parking lot, it is outrageous to be given a contractual penalty, I was told that if I provide proof of having shopped there you could be accommodating. The statement from my credit card for the debit from Lidl, DM and Buger-King on the day in question was subsequently rejected by the Park-Depot company as not being informative. The advantage of using the proximity of the above-mentioned companies for weekly shopping one after the other becomes irrelevant with such business practices if you are then asked to pay for parking at such a height.

In 80% of cases, the incompetent employees forget half of the products, which you only notice when you get home and are completely overwhelmed. This is a kindergarten, but not a restaurant. Always check everything!!!

It could be cleaned more often! It's not nice when you always come across dirty tables! Even wiping it every now and then doesn't hurt! It is also important that the employees can express themselves clearly and comprehensibly, this starts with calling up the finished orders!

Burger King was almost empty... But somehow no one emptied the two full return carts... It's a shame, because the Burger King is otherwise nicely decorated and the food was also delicious. But the ambience is part of it. Some tables were also dirty, so you had to look for a clean table even if the restaurant was empty.

There was too much sauce and not enough lettuce on my crispy chicken, apart from that there was a small mini tomato on it. I can understand if you don't get large tomatoes, no problem, but then at least put two tomatoes on it, the tomato was so small that it was gone with the first bite and I didn't have any more of the tomato.

Employees at DriVe IN are too overwhelmed, had to go back for a forgotten product, and the employee didn't even apologize, really cheeky and disrespectful. Please go through instructions again to avoid mistakes of customers. You have now lost me as a customer, I will now go to the competitor. (The menu was not edible, the food was cold, my understanding is that you have already pre-produced the best-selling products.). Ciao

If you don't point out the extras at the counter after ordering at the terminal, you're guaranteed to forget them! And even if you do that, it's still no guarantee that the extras will be taken into account. By now, Burger King has probably earned over €20 in net profit from me just by forgetting the extras. An extra costs at least 30 cents. On top of my standard order of chilli cheese burgers with extra onions, cucumbers and lettuce, that's almost €1 more, which I add for non-existent extras. It's just annoying. Otherwise just a standard Burger King. Edit September 2024: Extras are no longer forgotten. 👍🏼 Filling out the feedback forms, which are pointed out on the back of the receipts and for filling them out you get a small chip/coffee, seems to have been worth it. This improvement deserves one more star. There would be 5 stars if the price-performance ratio was better. For what you spend to be full at BK, you will be twice as full at other restaurants, but half as obese. As a neighbor of this branch, it would also be great if pre-ordering via the app worked here. This is already happening in the Schiffenberg Valley.

Best BK in Giessen and the surrounding area!! The building is shaped like a block, has stable air conditioning and has 4 ordering terminals, which in itself is very sexy. In addition, it is not that big, which means it offers a chilled atmosphere and because there are no children's entertainment devices indoors or outdoors, you almost never meet children here because they are all chilling with the family-friendly competitor. My only small suggestion for improvement would be the waiting time, but that could possibly be due to my special requests, which then upset the highly trained skilled workers.

Actually, this is assault. I ordered a plant based Emmentaler king. Of course I asked if that was possible. The burger was plantbaset. The problem wasn't the bacon on top. That is not how it works. You trust the people who work there. Absolute impudence.

Had a menu with 2 cheeseburgers. I paid 50 cents more for my extra onions and got a cheeseburger without onions and the other with 2 lousy onion rings and a dollop of ketchup. It couldn't have been more stingy. Overpriced and everything just tastes like pressed cardboard. Warmed up fries and even the nuggets were soggy... It's amazing how these fast food chains have deteriorated!! It's a shame, but it's no longer worth it to me to spend the money on something like that.

I honestly don't know why I go here, I rarely have very good or fresh fries/onion rings & the burgers are often desirable. The people in the drive through don't get along, you often stand for a long time until the order is taken, you have to park before you go in and order to take away.

I was currently in the mood for Wopper and spontaneously invited my sister to it when we passed by Grünberger Str. in Gießen. There was a small screen with a keyboard at the entrance (what a shame, I was looking forward to friendly and knowledgeable service!) The display and selection took some getting used to! I did it. Since everything was freshly prepared, I assumed that the goods would be delivered from the kitchen promptly. UPPS! My mistake, as a production specialist, I had to observe how the cooks dealt with the distributed products. My sister stopped and waited until the two menus were ready. Speed ​​and quality were once a flagship for BURGERKING! Our food was finally ready and we were surprised again. The small Woppers no longer had much to do with advertising, BurgerKing should reconsider the size of their Woppers given the price they were asking and train their employees better. I'll try it again, but almost 30 euros and then not being full is a strange feeling. I think that in the near future I will stop at WURST ANNA. The Zach family does a great job here and it tastes good.
