There was too much sauce and not enough lettuce on my crispy chicken, apart from that there was a small mini tomato on it. I can understand if you don't get large tomatoes, no problem, but then at least put two tomatoes on it, the tomato was so small that it was gone with the first bite and I didn't have any more of the tomato.

Burger King was almost empty... But somehow no one emptied the two full return carts... It's a shame, because the Burger King is otherwise nicely decorated and the food was also delicious. But the ambience is part of it. Some tables were also dirty, so you had to look for a clean table even if the restaurant was empty.

Employees at DriVe IN are too overwhelmed, had to go back for a forgotten product, and the employee didn't even apologize, really cheeky and disrespectful. Please go through instructions again to avoid mistakes of customers. You have now lost me as a customer, I will now go to the competitor. If you don't point out the extras at the counter after ordering at the terminal, you're guaranteed to forget them! And even if you do that, it's still no guarantee that the extras will be taken into account. By now, Burger King has probably earned over €20 in net profit from me just by forgetting the extras. An extra costs at least 30 cents. On top of my standard order of chilli cheese burgers with extra onions, cucumbers and lettuce, that's almost €1 more, which I add for non-existent extras. It's just annoying. Otherwise just a standard Burger King. Edit September 2024: Extras are no longer forgotten. 👍🏼 Filling out the feedback forms, which are pointed out on the back of the receipts and for filling them out you get a small chip/coffee, seems to have been worth it. This improvement deserves one more star. There would be 5 stars if the price-performance ratio was better. For what you spend to be full at BK, you will be twice as full at other restaurants, but half as obese. As a neighbor of this branch, it would also be great if pre-ordering via the app worked here. This is already happening in the Schiffenberg Valley.

Best BK in Giessen and the surrounding area!! The building is shaped like a block, has stable air conditioning and has 4 ordering terminals, which in itself is very sexy. In addition, it is not that big, which means it offers a chilled atmosphere and because there are no children's entertainment devices indoors or outdoors, you almost never meet children here because they are all chilling with the family-friendly competitor. My only small suggestion for improvement would be the waiting time, but that could possibly be due to my special requests, which then upset the highly trained skilled workers.

Actually, this is assault. I ordered a plant based Emmentaler king. Of course I asked if that was possible. The burger was plantbaset. The problem wasn't the bacon on top. That is not how it works. You trust the people who work there. Absolute impudence.

Had a menu with 2 cheeseburgers. I paid 50 cents more for my extra onions and got a cheeseburger without onions and the other with 2 lousy onion rings and a dollop of ketchup. It couldn't have been more stingy. Overpriced and everything just tastes like pressed cardboard. Warmed up fries and even the nuggets were soggy... It's amazing how these fast food chains have deteriorated!! It's a shame, but it's no longer worth it to me to spend the money on something like that.

I honestly don't know why I go here, I rarely have very good or fresh fries/onion rings & the burgers are often desirable. The people in the drive through don't get along, you often stand for a long time until the order is taken, you have to park before you go in and order to take away.

What can I say except that there was something missing from the burgers we ordered, for example on our Bacon King there were only 2 patties and bacon but no cheese or sauce even though it was included, instead of normal chicken nuggets like we had ordered, we got the plant based ones version probably because they can't read because unfortunately the employees don't really speak German either

A very dirty shop and totally overtaxing the staff

I was currently in the mood for Wopper and spontaneously invited my sister to it when we passed by Grünberger Str. in Gießen. There was a small screen with a keyboard at the entrance (what a shame, I was looking forward to friendly and knowledgeable service!) The display and selection took some getting used to! I did it. Since everything was freshly prepared, I assumed that the goods would be delivered from the kitchen promptly. UPPS! My mistake, as a production specialist, I had to observe how the cooks dealt with the distributed products. My sister stopped and waited until the two menus were ready. Speed ​​and quality were once a flagship for BURGERKING! Our food was finally ready and we were surprised again. The small Woppers no longer had much to do with advertising, BurgerKing should reconsider the size of their Woppers given the price they were asking and train their employees better. I'll try it again, but almost 30 euros and then not being full is a strange feeling. I think that in the near future I will stop at WURST ANNA. The Zach family does a great job here and it tastes good.

Tables should be cleaned regularly. A 15 minute wait isn't particularly fast. The veggie burgers are delicious.

Worst Burger King in the world.

I was at the restaurant to eat on site. Ordering via the terminals is quick and easy, the store (shortly after opening) is clean, tidy and reasonably heated. What unfortunately didn't work for me was the (albeit friendly) employee who served. He was clearly ill and kept wiping the sweat from his forehead with the palm of his hand, which he would then use impassively to touch work surfaces while he kept panting and saying, “Oh man!” Of course I felt sorry for him, but it was extremely unpleasant for me to accept the fries he had prepared. I would have liked my Rösti burger to be a lot warmer, but other than that it tasted good. Nevertheless, next time I would probably switch to the Burger King in Schiffenberg Valley, which I haven't been to for a while.

A burger that was touched and "examined" by the customer was immediately repackaged after a complaint and handed over to the next customer in the drive. Otherwise unfriendly staff, long waiting times and a lot of dirt and garbage on the tables. Plenty of parking spaces available.

You have the feeling that an employee is missing... You wait far too long for your food (15 minutes)... All the orders were given incorrectly, the burger was terribly bad (not Burger King level) all the service trucks were at overflow so that's it you automatically had to leave your trash behind. Under no circumstances will you eat there again.

War heute 15:30 da. Der Manager hat sich mit dem Oberarm den Schweiß von der Stirn gewischt aber das ich 10 Minuten vor der Kasse gestanden habe hat ihn nicht interessiert.Bin nach diesen 10 Minuten einfach wortlos raus.

An sich ist es wie ein Burger King von vielen daher spare ich mir eine Bemerkung zu dem Essen aber was mich wirklich gestört hat war schon beim hereinkommen festzustellen das alle aber wirklich alle Tische und Stühle verkrümelt und verdreckt waren. Gurken Schreiben auf dem Boden verteilt rumlagen und der Boden selbst klebrig war. Ich hoffe das war nur ein Einzelfall aufgrund eines personellen Engpass, jedoch wenn ich mir die Rezension vor einer Woche anschaue dann scheint der Umstand schon länger herrschen. Nun ja ich hoffe der Inhaber liest diese Rezession und unternimmt die nötigen Schritte.

Sie sollten mal mehr die Tische sauber machen und weniger quatschen. Wenn der Kunde sich seinen Tisch sauber machen muß, dann kann was nicht stimmen.

Nix los und ewig gewartet da die paar Angestellten lieber am Handy rumspielen. Dann Burger extra ohne Gurken bestellt und die Dame an der Zubereitung hat ohne Handschuhe mit den bloßen Händen ihren Fehler(also mit Gurken)korrigiert....gehts noch!! I was very pleased that it was next to big markets, that there was no parking problem, that it closed late and that there were hot drinks. Also, the ordering system from the kiosks works very well. Trockene Brötchen, viel zu viel Senf auf den Burgern und die Cola schmeckt nach Spülmittel. Aber es ging immerhin schnell.

Pommes waren nicht frisch, Reklamation unfreundlich bearbeitet, sollte die 17ml Majo nochmals bezahlen und das bei einem Bestellwert von knapp 25,- Euro.

Relativ sauberer, gepflegter BurgerKing. Das Essen wird schnell und sorgfältig zubereitet. Ich komme gerne wieder ; ) Nur die Toiletten sollten vielleicht öfter kontrolliert werden, bzw. die Seife nachgefüllt werden.

Food was prepared fresh and extremely delicious. The Mitarbeiters wore a neat uniform with very neat and hygienic working station. The staff was very friendly and polite especially the mitarbeiters named Pakka and karan. The atmosphere was very lively and decent. The tables and chairs were clean even at busiest hours. I would definitely love to visit again when having a craving for Burgers.

Zur Mittagspause schnell Essen holen wollen.. dafür fast ne Stunde gebraucht. 12:05 Bestellung aufgegeben, 12:40 bekommen, essen war teilweise kalt und das Personal scheinbar total überfordert. Geht beim goldenen M dann doch schneller und wärmer.

Habe heute den besten "Einkauf" in einem Burgerladen erlebt. Ich wollte an der Kasse einen Whopper und eine mittlere Portion Pommes bestellen und musste etwas warten weil die Dame an der Kasse mit einem Kollegen eine größere Abrechnung durchgegangen ist. Zur Belohnung bekam ich auf Kosten des Hauses zwei Whopper, eine große Portion Pommes und eine große Cola zum Preis meiner kleineren Bestellung. Möglich gemacht hat dies die Dame an der Kasse. Wir haben uns sehr nett unterhalten und wie sich heraus stellte, war sie die Managerin. Vielen Dank und weiter so. Daumen hoch.

Soweit alles top. Schön sauber und gepflegt. Schneller Servixe. Essen schmeckt einwandfrei!

War am Donnerstag Abend dort und ich bin kein Handy oder Couponterminal Experte und war umso dankbarer von einem Mitarbeiter an der Kasse gut beraten worden zu sein. Hat mir anhand eines Angebotszettels geholfen und ein Menü empfohlen. Super Service für ein SB Restaurant.

War das erste mal dort und kann eigentlich nur positives berichten. Schön finde ich vor allem den offenen Küchenbereich. Man sieht jedes Detail wie das Essen zubereitet wird. ,,Pfusch am Burger" ist somit extrem reduziert weil jeder in die Küche schauen kann. Wartezeit war mehr als in Ordnung. Waren drei Leute vor mir, ich hatte aber nach ca. 5 Minuten mein Essen. Mit dem Essen war ich sehr zufrieden! Wenn man so die anderen Bewertungen hier ließt, hatte ich entweder einfach nur Glück, oder es wurde wirklich einiges geändert. Also von mir klare 5 Sterne!
