Ordered twice within a week. The first time the very, very expensive chili cheese nuggets were missing. Despite several attempted phone calls during normal opening hours, no one answered the phone to answer the complaint. Ordered again today: At least this time the meal was complete, but the burger with the special request: "without sauce" was simply delivered completely bare, no salad, no other ingredient and the full price was charged for it. That will probably be the shortage of skilled workers :/

Visited the car counter, waited forever. New products advertised by Burger King are not on offer in Giessen. Then at some point we had the wings we ordered. Not even napkins in the bag, let alone a wet wipe. This works better with the competitor next door...

One (1!) employee takes the orders in the store and from the Drive Inn, collects the cash, puts together the food orders (including drinks, ice cream, etc.) and reminds the "kitchen" several times of required dishes. 5 big stars for the individual achievement, one for the remaining achievements. Of course, the lack of ordering terminals does not help to improve the situation.

Food only arrived completely cold after over 2 hours, burgers are inedible. I will get the money back via Paypal.

We ordered via Lieferando. Shortly after the food came, we realized that instead of the vegetarian burger we had ordered, we got a completely different one with meat. It starts here. 1st call: I let them know that we got the wrong burger and what we actually ordered. Order checked. "OK" 2nd call, an hour later, I ask what the burger is. “I’ll call the driver” and “You haven’t gotten it yet?” -,No' “All right,” he hung up. 3rd call from the restaurant, another half hour later. He tells me that we didn't order the burger we ordered and that it wasn't on the bill. While I had my bill in hand he told me I hadn't ordered it. I paid money for it. I asked him if I should come and show him the bill and then at least I could get my money back. At first he wanted to refer me to Lieferando, then he said he could still send me the burger. That was just 3.4 hours ago. Nothing came, nothing more heard. They kept money. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

We were there after a cultural summer event, like many other concert goers. Since there were only 2 employees in the store, the order took a long time. Certainly bad planning when you consider that all visitors to the concerts are dropped off there by shuttle bus late in the evening and there is so much rush on the few shops that are open. So why 5 stars? The 2 employees who died on August 29th The 2024 people who were on duty there really dealt with the rush of customers really well. The calmness and concentration with which they took in and processed the many orders was really impressive! Especially since many customers were drunk. It would have needed at least 6 people for the kitchen and service, but the two of them can't do anything about that. Big praise!

Great atmosphere with people puking next to the entrance door. Staff shows absolute (in)competence. Order was delivered at 60%. Highly recommended for those in a bad mood when opening the bag.

Ordered food, it came 2 hours after ordering and was cold. The fries were missing. They played dead on the phone and no complaint was possible. I've enjoyed eating at BK so far, but with such customer friendliness I'll only get kebab in the future.

People don't order from them. By the time the food arrives it is cold. It's unbelievable how bad the delivery service is!! Sometimes waiting 2 hours for a delivery!

There are rats running around. The staff is incredibly disrespectful. They can't get an order out correctly. When asked, we were told we would get the missing product to the place. We sat there for 25 minutes and nothing came. The attitude of the staff is anything but pleasant. There are three of them...

Absolutely rancid loading. Run down, dirty. A bench broke out of the wall, which didn't seem to bother anyone, cm thick dust on the lamps. The toilets stink. The staff doesn't understand German well, the burger looks bad, the fries are cold and have been in the deep fryer for far too long. After the visit, I, my wife and both children experienced circulatory problems and nausea. Never again…

Had an ice cream and a coke, the ice cream was only half full and the coke was warm. Criticism was accepted with irritation and no prospect of improvement

It was really bad. Fries cold, vegan patty so dry, as if it had been reheated several times. No ice cubes in the drink despite my expressed wish. For me the worst Burger King ever. Hopefully this was just a snapshot, mistakes happen.

Ultra long waiting times at the drive, you can easily stand for 15 minutes for a cheese, even if there's nothing going on. Could be because the employees don't wear headsets. It's quicker if I go to Burger King in Frankfurt. In addition, the staff is extremely unfriendly and incompetent. Never again :))

It was a disaster today. There was no more cheese; instead, Emmentaler was put on it without asking. We didn't get any information beforehand that there was no more cheese, and we weren't asked whether it would be right to use Emmental as an alternative. Ice cream machine also doesn't work today either. The staff was unable to process the order anywhere near correctly. So BurgerKing doesn't see us anymore.

Edit after 6 years Non-working air conditioning in the summer, warm drinks, no ice (in the drink) and not moderately consistent quality. The ambience is the biggest bouncer - it's not even predominantly the staff, but rather the store itself, which just looks more and more run down. No Coke Freestyle for a few years was, in my opinion, the death knell for the store.

Classic Citizen King but a bit disappointing today. For the first time, I'm not allowed into a Burger King with my dog. Supposedly forbidden but I couldn't find a sign on the door. At least the employee/manager said it nicely. His reasoning was that even employees with beards weren't allowed to come in and work in the kitchen. He himself has a 5-day beard and not a second later a bearded employee comes out of the kitchen...well. About the food: the long chicken was already very dry from the meat, the salad already had discolored spots and the bread also looked dry as if it had been sitting outside all day. Overall, for the nice manner of the employee and keeping in mind that it is a fast food restaurant, 2 to 3 stars. I can only appeal to you to become more animal-friendly because, like many others, I am the type of customer who would otherwise never come to eat here again

There are mice! If I could, I would rate this Burger King minus 10 stars. The most terrible fast food place of all. Firstly the building is terrible, it resembles a hall, and then the floor was extremely sticky! This means that everything that means cleanliness in this place leaves something to be desired. The seating area outside is old and ugly and under the table next to it, 2 large, fat mice were running around unhindered while we were eating! I regret leaving the money there! I haven't even eaten this burger yet.

Constantly dirty tables, long waiting times and the staff can barely speak German. Drinks can no longer be refilled, so there is no longer a single (!) reason to come here.

We ordered locally with 4 people. Even though there was nothing going on, we waited over 25 minutes for our order. The burgers were lukewarm, the cola was warm and there were no one cubes... Furthermore, the fries were old and sticky... Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Burger King to anyone!!!

If you like long waiting times, the BK Gießen/Schiffenberger Tal is the right place for you! There are now only two cash registers at the counter, but only one of them is almost always occupied. Today we waited in line for almost half an hour again, even though we were the third ones in line, that's not possible :-( In the meantime the cashier just disappeared and the production at the back is, I think, the slowest thing I've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant . BK you notice something, “fast food restaurant”…

Under the sun. Pure disaster. A guy was working in the kitchen in his street clothes (even a shoulder bag). Without a hairnet or anything and even while eating.

Since I rarely write reviews, this is even more important to me. I just placed a slightly larger order for my family to take away. Unfortunately, at home we discovered that something was missing and that wasn't the first time. I can absolutely understand that something like this can happen with larger volumes and the associated stress. However, we are disappointed and if this happens again, we will avoid this Burger King.

The floor is sticky and at least I didn't like the food there. Why are gloves avoided when preparing food?

Waiting time drive in 15 minutes (3 vehicles). It was almost impossible to communicate when ordering, which is probably why the contents of the bag differed. The burgers themselves - well... The well-known sentence comes to mind here: Everything used to be better

That was the last time I ordered anything here. I ordered a cheeseburger and it felt like there was no sauce on it and just a pickle. The burger patty, if you can call it that, had strange black dots on it and looked like they had cleaned the toilet with it. The taste was completely disgusting, I felt completely high afterwards. 🤢 The cola was piss warm and didn't taste like anything. What's also not possible is that as a customer you have to clean the tables yourself. Really a disgusting shop.

An imposition! The burger meat was bad and tasted beyond disgusting. Absolute waste of money. The icing on the cake was the broken drinks machine that gave you warm cola. I definitely won't set foot in here again.

I was there at around 11 o'clock in the evening and thought I could quickly order something to take away. But they apparently define “fast food” differently than I do because I had to wait half an hour for my food. And then there was the wrong burger in the bag (chicken burger instead of crispy chicken). In addition, the food tasted as if it had been sitting on the counter since the day before and was then put in the microwave for a minute. At least the drinks are no longer piss-poor like they were a few months ago, but I still won't go there anymore!

Been here for the first time today Celebrated birthday with grandson Jolina and 5th children after the cinema. Service is nice. Taste wise Chicken wings for kids are super spicy. Chicken nuggets tasted so good. Everyone liked the soft ice cream 👍. Thanks for the little ones 🎁.

We ordered and waited over an hour for the delivery person. When he arrived, he rang everywhere except ours and didn't even try to call us. Then he simply drove away. When we tried to contact the branch by phone, our calls were ignored. Due to this course of events, we were forced to set out on our own journey in order to receive our sacrament. I would like to add at this point that the meal was already paid for online, which means the supplier drove away with the paid meal and thus committed a theft. In the restaurant the food was then handed to us without further ado, but the food that was handed out was the order that had already been placed 2 hours ago at the time of the story. And the cola was shaken too. So the bottom line is that we waited a long time, got something myself, was robbed, was served cold food and was disappointed. Very nice staff, but unfortunately still without an automatic operator. They are sometimes very practical and sometimes things might go a little quicker. It's just a BK. Otherwise everything was great

Always nice staff especially Mr. R. is always very, very friendly and smiles at customers. The food is always made fresh and comes relatively quickly. Even when there is a lot going on, it never really takes long to get served.

Substandard, slow service, forgotten orders, cold food, music way too loud

On hot days it is hot inside, on cold days it is cold inside. Last summer 2023 there were rats running between the tables in the outdoor area. The drinks are always warm. Absolutely cruel not recommended at all. It's a shame that there are no MINUS STARS. Five of us came every Thursday, now we always go to Linden!!!

An absolute disaster... We were there on Friday with our little daughter and it was bad. Our fries were completely cold in 3 menus, the burgers were completely cold and when I said the burgers were cold, I was cheekily told that they were hot, so according to the motto you were dawdling. Burger was warmed up in the microwave and I was no longer hungry. The women's toilets are also not clean and soap was completely empty. Then the "bosses" with the minis almost drive into my husband's car because they rush into the parking lot like crazy people. We'll never go there again!!!

I haven't seen such a dirty shop in a long time. The floor sticks everywhere, tables and chairs/benches have an old film of dirt that makes you hungry. The toilets were also totally sticky and dirty, no soap, no towels!!! The kids' chicken nuggets were fried completely dark and the fries were cold (we only had 3 kids menus which weren't very time consuming) Price performance is underground anyway! After being asked whether we wanted ketchup or mayo (our answer was both, anyone who has children knows the problem) we subtly rolled our eyes....... The crowning glory was that the employees parked their delivery cars so close to us that we had a hard time getting out of the parking space without damaging our or other cars. I got a warm non-carbonated cola and then they supposedly couldn't put chocolate sauce on my ice cream because it was from a coupon, even though I did it 500 times, then they said, "Talk to my superiors and drive up" without saying anything She noticed that I was right and put chocolate sauce on it. You can say with almost every coupon that you want extras that cost something but they are too stupid to do that apparently

Friendly staff and clean. I also know a Burger King in Giessen with very unfriendly staff, so everything was to my complete satisfaction.

This store is a total disgrace. Delivery never arrived. Money has not been refunded to date. Ordered via the Bk app. On the phone (which is actually unreachable) they boldly claimed that the delivery had arrived and the driver even called. No accommodation, no goodwill.

Simply disgusting, the food was cold, the mayonnaise was not ready on the tray and the staff was rude. I can recommend eating cold

After visiting again today, I was able to discover that this BurgerKing is its Drinks vending machines were closed and prices were raised, so this was probably one of my last visits.

If it's -5 degrees outside and you're in the restaurant and you're still freezing, something is wrong or not at all. Namely the heating. Not even in the toilet. Where there is no soap in both the baby changing room and the women's area...and food? If it had been warm (maybe hot), mmh, then I would have given one more star. The King's Raclette tasted very good as such, but was cold. The fries taste great, but cold...Cola Zero: like stale, no carbonation...all in all, we won't go there again...

Ordered 2x voucher number 900 (2x fries for the price of one plus mayo or ketchup, so a total of 4x fries and 2x sauce) at the drive in... I received 2 portions of old, cold and dry fries. I also wanted to order a Rösti, which wasn't possible because the lady at the counter didn't know what it was. I am extremely disappointed, this was my last visit here.

Mitarbeiter können nicht mal Deutsch. Toiletten nicht sauber und man bekommt nicht das was man bestellt hat.

Über das Personal kann man sich nur aufregen, die können weder richtig deutsch noch klar sprechen. Können ihren Bon nicht richtig lesen und fragen nochmal nach was wir trinken wollten. Ein weiterer Kunde neben uns beschwerte sich über die Männer Toilette. Jetzt zu den Pommes, eklig kalt und ungenießbar dazu sind da noch Bratkartoffeln mit drin oder was soll das sein. Bodenlos wie wenig hier los ist, kein gutes Zeichen .

Na in diesem Burger King war ich das erste und letzte mal. Chef des Hauses unfreundlich und geht mitten im Gespräch weg. Man sollte, bevor man was äußert die Sprache beherrschen wo man essenveekauff. Sorry ein totales nogo. Als hätte dieser Burger King keine Heizung bezahlt. Eiskalt hier drin.

Wir wollten sich nur Eis holen, die junge Frau konnte nicht beschreiben, was sie haben, weil sie es nicht wusste und sie konnte gar kein Deutsch. Dass ich in fastfood nicht verstanden werde ist nervig.

Sie hatten hier das gratis Getränke auffüllen und sie haben es entfernt. Wäre es von Anfang an nicht da gewesen, okay. Aber es erst zu haben und dann zu entfernen ist sehr enttäuschend...
