Aside from the fact that the employees at the drive-thru were extremely incompetent and extremely unfriendly, we still got the crispy bucket (to go) and two kids' crispy meals. All three of us had stomach aches or stomach problems afterward! We're now avoiding this place completely and don't recommend it to anyone! There's something wrong with the food here; maybe the health department should take a look.

They had only the original recipe was available no spicy. The staff barely spoke any English or German as all of them were foreigners who were working. The pepsi machine was only dispensing sparkling water when pepsi was pressed, what I mean is the pepsi syrup has ran out .. even after informing the employees they had no intent in changing. And the bathroom were a mess..

I ordered my food and ordered Schwip Schwap five times as a drink. Instead I got Miranda. I asked the manager about it. Conclusion: food great, atmosphere flop – urgently improve the heating situation!

I went to this KFC branch for the first time last night after picking something up at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the fries I ordered were cold, and the chicken pieces had also seen juicier days. Zinger burger was ok. When I went to the toilet to wash my sticky fingers, I almost had to throw up because it smelled so bad of urine. I'm tough, but that was really disgusting.

Love the veggie chicken parts, the coleslaw and to my shame the normal hot chicken parts.. very tasty and keeps you full better than other fast food chains. Nobody can touch veggie chicken anyway

They pack in such a way that you won't open it in the store to count the pieces but when I opened it at home, found just 4 pieces.
