I went to this KFC branch for the first time last night after picking something up at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the fries I ordered were cold, and the chicken pieces had also seen juicier days. Zinger burger was ok. When I went to the toilet to wash my sticky fingers, I almost had to throw up because it smelled so bad of urine. I'm tough, but that was really disgusting.

Love the veggie chicken parts, the coleslaw and to my shame the normal hot chicken parts.. very tasty and keeps you full better than other fast food chains. Nobody can touch veggie chicken anyway

Bring back the spicy chicken parts

Beware TAKEAWAY !! This evening I ordered 6 piece hot wings but they gave only 4. They pack in such a way that you won't open it in the store to count the pieces but when I opened it at home, found just 4 pieces. My order number was 547 (in case the store wants to clarify things at their end) and the cost was 6,69.

Let's put it this way if you don't expect too much and don't put the price-performance ratio into consideration, it's fine. But for the price you can also go out for a pizza or a kebab, I think you get more out of it.

If you want to spend €18 on a meal and not get tired of it, this is the right place for you. I don't understand why the chicken parts are getting punier. There is always very little meat on it, which is a disgrace for the money. The service from the employees here isn't exactly the best either. Honestly, I don't understand how this KFC even managed to survive for so long.

No soap in the toilets. Food good but expensive...

The food used to be better. The employees hardly speak any German and seem to make 8 mistakes with every order. It's dirty in this store.

The food is fast food. Not particularly good, not particularly bad. But what really annoys me is the very poor acoustics in the store. There are 3 loud children there and it's already super loud in the store. My request to turn off the music from the blaring speakers was denied on the grounds that it was automatic. Well, thank you very much.

I know this is fast food but the chicken seems not to be so crispy and fresh compared to other KFCs I ate in. In comparison they have great vegan strips that are quite good!

The drinks there all taste like water. When you eat them you think that they were lying there for 2 days and were just cleaned up. Quality has deteriorated quite a bit and the prices are also high.

All in all a very good KFC, you can have a good meal and the ambience is nice because everything is cleaned. The service was also very nice and gave me advice. Of course, like most fast food chains, the food is mediocre and unhealthy, but it tastes good.

The food was great. The waitress didn't even look at you when you spoke and was generally quite unfriendly. Atmosphere like in a market hall. Incredibly loud/non-existent sound insulation and not very comfortable.

The restaurant makes super good food. I got to know very tasty cauliflower and excellent mackerel fillet. The ambience is highly recommended both outside in the courtyard and in the restaurant. Overall, a highly recommended place. (P.P. at least 20€)

Food was hot and very good. Unfortunately, the prices are now so overpriced that we decided not to eat at KFC anymore. Air conditioning was off or not set correctly. It was very warm inside. Perfect service. There were problems with waiting time for my specific order. At the moment there was no secret recipe sharing due to one size orders in front of me. The team really tried hard to make everything right. Real professionals who make an effort to serve their customers. Unfortunately I live too far away from Giessen but when I drive on the motorway again I go there especially for the nice service. Simply great. Best KFC in Germany.

Hello , We (2 adults and 1 child) ate there today because we hadn't eaten KFC for ages. We should have left it alone. Short description. Of the 150 seats, maybe 20 were occupied by us, meaning there was almost nothing going on. There were 8 employees plus branch managers. We waited for 4 burgers - 1 bucket - 3 drinks and a fries for a whopping 30 minutes!! Fast food takes on a whole new meaning. What do you do with 150 guests? Distribute stamps? If only 4 of 8 employees are working, then take a rag and clean the tables and chairs! Work for your money. Food prepared without dedication. Advertising of 0.3 liter milkshake for 3.99 in the shop window. But I paid 4.19. When asked, the only answer was: I don't know. The health department was there and found cleaning rags in the food cupboard in front of the customers. Toilet stinks of urine to high heaven. On the whole, an absolute failure. I'd rather go to McDonald's next door because the ice cream machine only works every now and then. Parking: 5/5 Food: 1/5 Ambiance: 0/5 Service: 0/5 Toilet: 0/5

Really tasty about a 5 minute wait but good restaurant

I treat myself to KFC once a month. The Giessen KFC always has consistent quality, which cannot always be said about other cities. In other cities I've seen chicken sitting around too long and then being mixed in with the fresh chicken.

Monday evening. 2 guests in the entire restaurant. Toilets stink to high heaven. There is paper in the sink. Fries and chicken are under the tables. Beverage system all wet and sticky. You couldn't go wrong with the food. If it were my shop and my employees, I would point everything out and make it clear that if it happened again, I would go straight to the employment office. Do you also have personal responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene? Weak, just weak.

Staff in the counter area who hardly understands you. I've eaten better chicken parts at KFC. Overall, nothing special.

Chicken pieces and fries were only lukewarm and completely overpriced. What you see on the selection board is not the quantity you would expect but rather a disaster in terms of taste.

Nice staff, we were there with 2 babies and we were shown directly where the baby chairs were. The toilets and the changing room/disabled toilet were clean and tables were cleaned several times during the time we were there. Food was delicious as always. Parking lot was also clean and well maintained.

The food was really tasty, the providers were very good, but I don't think it's good that you had to pay 50ct extra for the sauce. Also Crispys are A+ with 5 stars, the hot spicy ones are ok

Ich finde es eine Frechheit das ich auf meine drei 18er HotWings um 00:00 warten muss! Ich bekomme fast Entzugserscheinungen wenn ich nicht schnell meine gute Geflügelnahrung erhalte! Da muss sich wirklich was ändern und da werd ich richtig sauer wenn ich sowas sehe! Ansonsten einfach lecker und nahrhafte Geflügelprodukte!

Am Essen und den Mitarbeitern gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Alles in Ordnung. Leider waren bei den letzten zwei Besuchen die Ablagen für die Tablets maßlos überfüllt. Es war kein schöner Anblick. Hier sollte öfter entleert werden.

Im großen und ganze lecker. Es ist halt ein KFC. Die Toiletten waren sauber und genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

20 Kunden im Laden, u von denen sind 17 Bestellungen in Bearbeitung. Von wegen Fastfood, jeder Dönerladen ist schneller.

KFC ist von der Masse an Schnellrestaurants mit Abstand eines meiner liebsten. Das Essen ist bisher immer sehr gut gewesen und Fragen werden auch gut und schnell gelöst. Heute hatten wir einen Gutschein aus dem Schlemmerblock dabei & auch das funktionierte reibungslos. Das Ambiente kann bei einem Schnellrestaurant eigentlich weniger bewertet werden, daher dort ein Sternchen weniger.

Mal ein KFC der echt sauber ist. Da gehe selbst ich mal wieder hin... Einen fünten Stern gibt es nur, wenn die Herkunft des Fleischs deklariert, nachhaltig und mit einer sehr guten Haltungsform belegt ist.

Für ein kurzes schnelles Essen reicht es

Essen ist sehr lecker wie immer, die großen Pommes wahren aber nicht sehr groß. Ich weiß nicht ob wir da eine falsche Größe bekommen haben. Sonst alles super, der Strawberry-Milchshake sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich weiß nicht warum , aber in dieser KFC-Filiale waren die Pommes und das Hähnchen leider nicht frisch. Die Qualität entsprach nicht den üblichen Standards, was den Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigte. Schade, da man von KFC normalerweise bessere Qualität erwartet

Das Essen war in Ordnung. Das Personal freundlich. Im Restaurant war es kühl und unpersönlich. Die ein Einrichtung spartanisch.

Gut erreichbar, relativ sauber, großer Parkplatz. Allerdings ist es im Winter ohne Jacke nicht auszuhalten vor Kälte. Und die Preise sind bei KFC einfach nicht mehr nachvollziehbar.

Das Essen war wirklich lecker und hat meinen Hunger gestillt. Wenn man auf der Suche nach einem schnellen Snack ist, ist dieser Imbiss definitiv eine Option. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass die Sauberkeit in diesem Restaurant zu wünschen übrig lässt. Als ich das Restaurant betrat, fiel mir sofort auf, dass der Boden nicht besonders sauber war und es einige verschüttete Getränke gab, die nicht gereinigt wurden. Die Tische waren ebenfalls nicht so sauber, wie ich es erwartet hätte. Es wäre schön, wenn das Personal regelmäßiger aufräumen würde, um eine angenehmere Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Trotzdem möchte ich betonen, dass das Essen wirklich gut geschmeckt hat. Die Hähnchenteile waren knusprig und saftig, und die Beilagen waren lecker. Die Auswahl an Saucen war auch zufriedenstellend. Es ist schade, dass die Sauberkeit nicht mit der Qualität des Essens mithalten kann. Insgesamt würde ich Kentucky Fried Chicken für einen schnellen Snack empfehlen, wenn man über die Sauberkeit hinwegsehen kann. Das Essen ist definitiv einen Besuch wert, aber es wäre schön, wenn das Restaurant in Zukunft mehr Wert auf die Sauberkeit legen würde.

Freundlichkeit ist hier ein Fremdwort. Essen war gut, aber etwas zu fett. Die Räumlichkeiten wirken gepflegt sauber, aber steril.

Teil der Bestellung wurde nicht eingepackt. Sehr enttäuschend, wenn man die Bestellung mitnimmt und zu Hause erwähnt, dass was vergessen wurde.

Gefällt mir ja nicht mehr, viel viel zu teuer (geworden) habe Menü mit paar Extras bestellt landete bei 25eur dafür kann ich in jeder guten Gaststätte lecker essen, schade da ich die Hühnchen sehr mag

Über 20 Minuten am Drive In gewartet! Nicht zumutbar!

Hatte um 21 Uhr ein Super Deal Bucket und eine Super Deal Box bestellt. Bei beiden waren die Pommes so trocken und feucht zugleich. Die waren wohl eine lange Zeit vorher zubereitet worden und wurden dann so verkauft. Frechheit. Die Hotwingspanade ist durch das Fett weich geworden. Die restlichen Hähnchenteile waren aber gut. Schade ums geld. Lieber zu den benachbarten Häusern gehen.. Die beiden Herren beim Verkauft haben auch ganz komisch freundlich gelacht und waren dann aber so trocken statt höflich bei der Übergabe. (Drive In Erfahrung)

Die verlangen Schnelligkeit und Qualität von ihrem mit Arbeitern???wie soll das gehen 1.an der Kasse 1.am Schalter Drive 1.in der Küche ( bitte Haube anziehen) 1.zum spülen 4 bis5 bezatzung kann niemals eine Qualität liefern dazu komm die stoß Zeiten in dem vielle Bestellung kommen! Location = ich fand sauber trotz Unterbesetzung und mit Terasseeee Essen = es war sehr lecker ich hab das Reisbox (5,99)bestellt mit Hähnchen und Salat mit scharfen Soße, dazu habe ich das Original( Original kfc sind 2 Hähnchen teile)bestellt beiden Essen waren sehr lecker! DaS Hähnchen war warm,knusprig,innen saftig also top!!! Das Essen werd nie beim allem Fastfood Ketten aussehen wie auf dem Bild Toiletten =wie bei jedem Fastfood kette ist die Toilette nieee sauber genug für mich

Essen war schon mal besser bei KFC... Servicemitarbeiter sprechen sehr gebrochenes deutsch und wenn einer dabei ist der es mal relativ gut spricht hat derjenige eine Akzent das man immer wieder nachfragen muss... Bestellungen werden mehrfach einfach rausgebrüllt, von dem mit starkem Akzent das man nur auf die Tafel schauen kann...

Bestes Essen,wir mussten bischen auf frische Teile warten ,dafür gab es 2 Becher Getränke Gratis vom Chef. Und das Essen und der Service ist Klasse.

Nach einem Besuch des KFC in Berlin wo wir sehr zufrieden waren stellte sich dieser Fastfoodtempel als katastrophe heraus. Alles wahrlich nicht günstig und absolut ohne Geschmack. Fakto: Nicht zu empfehlen (Leider KFC kann das besser)

Looks good from the inside and then you go in and there are hundreds of flies. Why? Because their is trash, uneaten food, spilled sugar and condiments all on trays that have been taken to the uncovered shelves. Eating was difficult, what with swatting the flies. Luckily the chicken, although in very small pieces, is very delicious. You can't use credit cards, although they pretend "yours might work". Barely had enough to cover the 21 Euros cost.

Nach kurzer Wartezeit kamen wir an die Reihe die Verkäuferin war stehts bemüht aber ihr Deutsch lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Bestellung wurde nicht komplett übermittelt sondern getrennt. Abgesehen davon das mein Bürger falsch war, war das Essen kalt und labberig. Das hat leider nichts mit der kfc Qualität zu tun, die ich normalerweise kenne.

Leider lässt die Qualität der Ware oft zu wünschen übrig - kalt, lapprig oder verschrumpelte Chickenteile sind auch trotz des secret recepis keine Freude. Tempo könnte auch besser sein - nur bedingt zu empfehlen
