BURGER KING in Bad Mergentheim

Hello. I had dinner here today around 10:30 p.m. My drink, a lift, that I ordered wasn't even available. The drinks machine was broken, only warm mixed things without carbonation. When I asked for a replacement water it was refused. There is no such thing as saying no. Was definitely my last visit. By the way, it was only when we asked that they said that the machine was defective.

Food was freshly prepared since I was basically the only customer. Food was on the floor. Do employees even speak German?

Clean, service friendly, drinks can always be refilled for free.

11 p.m. is the end of the day and employees are sometimes a bit overwhelmed.

Horny women (not the employed ones) but warm drinks and no more shitty ice cream after 9 p.m.!

The staff only speaks German poorly. Communication difficulties but tried hard. Cola lukewarm. No ice cubes. Food not recommended for the price.

Update 9/26/24 I can't really say anything bad about the BK. I'm there often. However, I noticed that sometimes there is a woman at the counter (boss?) who repeatedly shouts at the employees in the back in a soldier's tone "faster". Is this how you motivate employees? I doubt it. As a customer, I think it's great to get my goods quickly, but that disturbs me a bit. Update April 13th The two terminals that were still in operation last week are no longer operational again, probably because the staff cannot handle the many orders. Whopper Jr cold. Fries are missing because not one person orders, but three. The absence is only noticed at home...the BK is getting worse and worse... Update: I tried again. Saturday evening from 9:35 p.m. you will be sent away. So try it outside of peak hours. The terminals that now exist but are out of service would speed everything up. At least the food was warm. Everything is not yet fully developed. Already been there twice without results. Incredibly long queues both in the drive and inside, the lack of terminals inside makes the situation even worse...you'll lose your hunger. I'd rather go to Mainfranken Park to the BK, less stress, don't give a damn. I was so looking forward to the BK... Maybe it's only the first run, which is why it's always so full and there are no untrained staff. I won't eat there until further notice...

This BK branch - simply beautiful. Super new and hygienic, something you don't actually know from other fast food chains. The employees are also very correct. The food was also good, the burgers were well topped and not thrown together and haphazardly like the competition in MGH.

Unfortunately, quality varies greatly from time to time.

Used the drive in while passing through. There was nothing going on. Staff poorly understood. Poor German - therefore poor communication. Not recommended. The food was incomplete and the waiting time was too long even though there was nothing going on. But the food was hot, only the fries were old - not freshly prepared. Such bad fries. Bad. Not recommended. Unmotivated staff.

Underground. Although I'm actually a Burger King fan (probably more so), the last visit was the biggest disappointment: I waited forever at the drive-thru only to find out later that the Macaroni Cheese Burger was only partially filled (the salad was completely missing), the rest wasn't fresh. I will never visit this brothel again and advise everyone to drive a few meters further to McDonald's. They get the quality, so it's possible.

The best Burger King in the area! Everything is freshly prepared. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. The boss is very accommodating and responds to every request. I can only recommend this Burger King! I always like to come back! Thanks again to the whole team for their effort and thanks to the great boss.

The food tastes good, but sometimes it comes out burnt or the cheese sauce on my fries isn't enough.

The food here is a lot better than at the McDonald's in Buchen. The fries are nice cross, and the burgers are warm , the quality is better. I can only recommend eating there. Only the shop seems a bit small but otherwise great.

Sorry, but it can't be that some burger is sold out every time you come by. This has never happened to me at any other Burger King, let alone another fast food chain. Definitely bad service.

Ordered food in the drive in after a bit of a wait, the order was checked. Instead of 3x fries, we only had one, the juice drink from the Junior Meal was missing, as well as ketchup and mayonnaise. A more detailed check of the orders placed together would be desirable. Burgers were good. Fries had probably been there for a while, but given that the prices had risen so much, you could have expected a little more care.

I recited my order twice at the drive-in counter. 9 chicken nuggets, curry sauce and large fries. What did I receive? Vegan nuggets. They were for the bin. You always have to check the bag. It's sad that we can't take the order properly.

Delicious burgers, freshly prepared. Drinks can always be refilled. The friendliness of the staff can be improved, as can the cleanliness of the tables.

Since we were in the thermal baths in Bad Mergentheim, we just wanted to go to a fast food restaurant as normal. I noticed negatively at the terminals that you can't even order pickles or anything else from the burger, so I had to go to the counter.. ( Can the other FF provider do better) I mean everything so far so good, but when I had to have a discussion with the employee for 5 minutes until he understood WITHOUT pickles, WITHOUT pickles, tried everything possible, then when he understood it the sixth time he said, “Say even" Drinks vending machine modern, but only with water… All in one, well... It simply confirmed to me again why I haven't gone to this FF provider for a long time.

We were really totally surprised at the cleanliness of this restaurant. The staff was nice. The dishes took a while, but were very freshly prepared. We know it completely differently from other Kings. We'd love to come back here to destroy Doppelwopper 😁

When we went to our table my shoes were almost taken off because the floor was very sticky. I asked an employee about it. The person made it clear that I was understood. After 15 minutes the floor was still sticky, then someone came with a mop. There were 6 guests present at the time. The pump for drinks wasn't really clean either.

Terminals alle nutzbar. Mampf schnell fertig. Temperatur hat gepasst. Nicht matschig. Trifft ein Jahr später noch zu.

A Burger King like any other. It was clean and not very busy. Everything OK

We ordered big king and it was small like wrapper. I showed a picture of what it looks like. The boss explained to me that they only sell real food and the picture only says plastic. What kind of plastic? I've always thought finished products should look exactly like the picture.

So to put it simply: A DIRTY STORE!!! Some of the food is old and the bacon on the burgers isn't cooked properly. The tables are constantly dirty and I don't think the toilets are cleaned at all. And the staff at the drive in either doesn't understand anything or only understands what they want. So the post should at least have someone who understands and perhaps speaks German. The orders are always mixed up or things are missing. And that's in comparison to other Burger Kings. Because the store shouldn't even have a name.

Employees don't want or can't speak German, orders are put together incorrectly. And not for the first time. The fries were warmed up. I wanted to tell the branch manager about this over the phone, but he was completely unreasonable and rude.

The burger was very expensive for fast food but very tasty. Country potatoes were also ordered and paid for, and we were delivered the sad disappointment of run-of-the-mill fries that weren't even crispy. Last but not least, I had a paid cola, which was supposed to be a Sprite, and I got a sparkling water. All in all, everything about the burger wasn't remotely satisfactory...

I went through the drive-in and grabbed a little something because I was hungry. Since I'm not really a fan of fast food, my enthusiasm is limited. Staff was super nice. The chicken pieces were much better than the competitor, but the sauces were terrible.

Incompetent staff! Had ordered a regular menu with additional potion of fries in the drive. I also paid for it, but only got the menu without fries. That even such simple orders cannot be handled. My last time in this branch!

I had just been there talking to a really rude employee and when I asked if there was anything on the menu other than fries, the mega cheeky answer came: “It says that up there and you can’t read it.” We then went straight to the mecces .

Everything fresh and clean But the boss isn't nice to the new employee... that's not appropriate in front of customers...

Wenn man sich für Burger King entscheidet, muss man damit rechnen, dass es so ist wie es eben ist: Fettig, laut, lieblos. Essen war okay, das Spielzeug ist der Kinderecke: 2/3 defekt. Die Mitarbeiter machen ihren Job, aber mit Herz ist keiner dabei.

We ordered from the machine it worked very good we used the app for coupons that actually were discounts not like in McDonald’s. When we went to pay the person was very friendly and fast I have been multiple times there so far all good experience with the staff. The moment we payed we got our cups so we can have a drink while waiting for our food. We waited a bit longer than we should have but it was well made!! The seats were nice and overall nothing bad to say about the place

Sehr lange Wartezeit, bei keiner Kundschaft. Burger sind kalt und ohne Soßen?! Trocken und kalt, naja. Mitarbeiter in der küche tragen Schmuck an den Händen und gemachte Fingernägel..? Da verstehe ich was anderes von Hygiene

Well for the 3.5 reviews at the time when I eat there I expect it to be worse but actually everything was okay! One employee actually said good bye when we went for the door!

Es war sauber auch in den Toiletten. Man hat alles bestellte bekommen, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker.

Das Essen fand ich sehr lecker, würzig und saftig! Hat mir besser geschmeckt als bei der örtlichen Konkurrenz. Das Ambiente ist wie immer in diesen Lokalitäten zweckmäßig, mehr nicht. Die Tische hätte man mal zwischendurch abwischen können.

Halt son typischer BK, hat alles was man erwartet. Sehr nettes Personal!

beim ersten mal sind die burger essig, beim zweiten ist die eismaschine kaputt. kein wunder wenn man der 5. tagesgast ist (drive-in).

Also Burger King ist nicht ganz so unser Ding...wir gehen lieber zu McDonalds essen, schmeckt uns einfach besser

Ordentlicher Burger King. Hatten zwar Burger ohne Zwiebeln bestellt aber wie in den meisten Burger King auch hier mit Zwiebeln bekommen.

Waren im Drive in gestern um 19 Uhr haben die Bestellung aufgenommen und musste dann 20 min warten. Schon peinlich.

Mit 15 min einfach zu lange Wartezeit. Dip hat auch gefehlt. Überforderte Angestellten. Nix für knappe Mittagspausen.

In die Jahre gekommener BK, aber die Vegieburger sind spitze.

Sauberes und modernes Lokal. Aber!!! Ich hatte einen neuen Burger bestellt und der bacon wurde ned angebraten. Dann hatte ich so einen lapprigen Fetzen auf dem Burger der ansonsten eigentlich ganz gut war. Die Bestellung hat ein bisschen gedauert lag aber daran, dass beim Drive in viel los war.

Das Essen geht fit meine Empfehlung ist sich die App zu holen oder die smart Menüs bestellen

Auf Burger 20 Minuten warten....

Ich habe jetzt ein paar Monate mit meiner Rezension gewartet, da ich mir sicher war, dass die Crew sich erst ein wenig eingrooven muss. Genau so ist es auch gekommen. Inzwischen funktioniert sowohl im Restaurant als auch im Drive In alles nach Plan. Es ist also ein weiterer gut funktionierender Burger King der von allen besucht werden kann die sich durch die aktuellen Reportagen nicht haben abschrecken lassen.

Ging ganz schnell Tische waren leider nicht sauber

natürlich ist es ein Burger king was man nicht vergessen sollte aber einer der saubersten und am besten hergerichteten in denen ich war essen hat jedoch bisschen lange gebraucht bis es fertig war.

Schlägt den anderen, großen um Längen.

Ich bin der absolute Burger King Fan. Die Burger sind einfach unwiderstehlich lecker für mich. Der Laden war sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Macht weiter so, dann komme ich immer wieder.

Viel besser als der in Würzburg

Speisen okay. Haben uns für den Aussenbereich entschieden. Insgesamt war nicht viel Betrieb und trotzdem waren alle Tische schmutzig.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiterin ich glaube das ist Frau Bluhm am Drive . Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!! Immer wieder gerne !
