McDonald's in Bad Mergentheim

Loading junk, slow, and underpaid cooperation, friendliness as well, very disappointing (has become far too expensive)

In my experience, the staff at the McDonald's drive-thru are often incompetent, frequently don't speak German well, and misunderstand pretty much everything that can be misunderstood. As for the taste... well, if you're lucky, it's freshly prepared and then it's tasty; if you're unlucky, it gets stale, soggy, and almost too cold. It used to be a great McDonald's, but times change.

The food is okay, but this manager is awful. I was given chicken nuggets instead of plant nuggets, and instead of at least apologizing, she snapped at me and didn't believe me at first.

Never again!!! I've never experienced anything so rude and outrageous. The shift manager couldn't read my coupons and simply told me to eat somewhere else, that it wasn't possible here, and closed her window. When I stopped, she rudely told me to leave, and her boss, Mr. Nurie or something like that (he spoke very little German), agreed with her!!!! Absolutely disgraceful, never again!!!

Visually, it's an average McDonald's. It was my first time there and the shift manager served me extremely friendly! So, very good service.

I was in this establishment with my family today and was again extremely dissatisfied! The cashier who took our order was incompetent in his job! (Indian in appearance) We bought food for 22€. We decided to try the new item "Pirozhok Pizza" As a result, when we got home, it turned out that this item was missing from our bag. 1.99€ was paid in vain! And this is not the first time that McDonald's does not check the contents of orders and not all items are present!!! Conclusion: We will not order food to go here anymore! It is better to take your bag and pack your purchase than to get a negative aftertaste!

A particularly great slide for kids. Food as usual, with the best announcer (he could become a voice actor for action movies) at the McDrive. Highly recommend experiencing the announcer! Compliments to the brilliant yet clear announcement! Best McDrive experience.

During my last visit to the restaurant, I asked to turn on the projector in the children's area, but I was told it was broken. I've seen it working on previous visits, and this isn't the first time I've asked for it. I felt like I was being given evasive answers or a lie because I wasn't given a clear reason. This is especially disappointing for the children who were looking forward to it. I hope management will be more honest and offer better solutions.

According to the toy display and payment terminal, the current Playmobil animal toys were on display/paid for. Then, when it came to the food counter, we were disappointed: the old toys were used up before the current special offer was distributed. This is deceptive; they shouldn't have displayed the new toys for the children in the toy window. Furthermore, two items were forgotten in our order for four people, and the staff reacted irritably when we asked about them. The meals cost 50 cents more than at other McDonald's nearby. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend them. There's another fast food restaurant not far away with a crown that does even better business.

I ordered a chicken box and a double cheeseburger. I also had an online receipt for the order. I complained at the pickup window and said that I received the order I placed yesterday today, even though it wasn't ordered. A Talahon came out and said he's been working here for seven years. It can't be that if I order via mobile, he'll give me a different answer. Another employee said he clicked on yesterday's code. I was then told to pull over. He came back out and argued with me. When I went to get the greens, he went in. Strangely, the order was also changed in the app. **** Store... Order was not placed/changed correctly.

Sorry, but what I just experienced (December 20, 2024, 6:45 p.m. to 7:25 p.m.) at your MC Drive is completely unacceptable: 1.) All cars were asked to wait on the shoulder. Traffic jams were inevitable; I spent three-quarters of an hour there! I've never experienced anything like that before, but okay, it happens. 2.) After waiting 30 minutes, I got the completely wrong food. I ran after the worker and complained. I got a rude response. The employee spoke almost no German. After checking the receipt, which I luckily had with me, he ran back inside. 3.) After another 15 minutes, I supposedly got the right food, but one of the fries was missing (I unfortunately didn't notice until I got home), and the other fries were taken from the other menu and were ice cold! The burger was the same. 4.) no apology or apology voucher...that used to exist... at least a: Sorry

Pretty good food, quick service & everything ok

I order a Coke without ice cubes and am served a Coke with ice cubes. When I asked the employee about it, she snapped at me.

Well, not so great, unfriendly staff, you don't even get a straw with your drink when you ask for one, the older lady immediately starts shouting at you, you don't have to put up with that for the price

A very nice McDonald's for anyone traveling along the B19: A quick detour at the roundabout and a quick coffee. The espresso is at just the right temperature, with a lovely crema, and comes from a Cimbali. A truly Italian way to start the day. It's also open from 7 a.m., which is great.

Quite okay for when you're hungry after 10 p.m.

I used to eat there often and it was often chaos, especially the speed of service, even when there are no customers there, still leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately nothing has changed over the years, the same goes for the behavior of one of the employees, which has actually gotten worse. This lady was unfortunately never friendly, but now she has really gone overboard, and the fact that she is also becoming violent is just not acceptable. I was in Mergentheim twice last week, once I waited 15 minutes for my food, the second time we didn't order at all and went to the nearest McDonald's, where the service is really friendly as a customer, MGH could learn a thing or two from that and it was very busy there, but you didn't have to wait as long as in MGH. The same thing happened yesterday at another location where there was hardly a seat available, even there I only had to wait 5 minutes and the employees there were friendly too. I complained about this employee years ago and they promised me that they would speak to her and that this kind of behavior would not be tolerated. Now she's getting violent, we'll definitely not be going to this McDonald's again.

There is better...but if you're hungry it's totally doable. Only the service is sometimes very unfriendly and the waiting time for a 1-10€ order is hard.

Went there again today, unfortunately everything wasn't so good today. Burgers were cold. Waited 10 minutes for the food. Tables were dirty and there was trash on the floor. I'm not used to that

I had a week's worth of Nether sauce, the order took forever and the food was brought to the table after three hours. But it's McDonald's sooo...

I like the store very much, we order there very often. Unfortunately, citizen quality is not always the best. Burger cheese sticks to the box in which the citizen is packed, the citizen also falls apart very quickly and burgers are usually already cold!

The employees are too stupid to remember 3 things

The food is great compared to other restaurants in the franchise, the nuggets are always nice and crispy and hot and the burgers were never cold. However, drive-in is less recommended at peak times, as there can be long waiting times (hence a star deduction). The service and the employees are super friendly.

I'm telling you honestly, such a good store at 1:59 a.m. when a group of drunk teenagers come in. Being so nice and helpful is really an art. These employees should be given the Friends Nobel Prize. In the drive they give you a bottle of things but otherwise a blessing from God. Can't tell you how many times a twenty pack of nuggets has saved me from puking.

A good McDonald's. Even though it was very busy, everyone tried to serve and pack the food quickly. The taste was also as usual. Above all, I have to praise the fries positively. These were super fresh, crunchy, salty and also very tasty and hot.

I have to say it was one of the best McDonald's I've had the chance to eat at so far. The food was brought to the table quickly, the service was friendly and not too intrusive. The guests were suitable for the establishment. Many families and their associated shady candidates sit in a corner, staring across the room. The burgers were warm, the meat was juicy, the sauces were well balanced. Based on the cheese not sticking to the packaging, I could tell that this burger hadn't been rotting in a packaging for 20 minutes. He was fresh. I'd love to come back!

Rip-off? I paid a whole 9.16 euros for 4 hamburgers at Mc-Donalds in 97980 Bad Mergentheim on October 23rd, 2024 at around 4 p.m.! According to the current menu, a hamburger should only cost 1.99 euros, which would be 7.96 euros! What's going on, does anyone want to enrich themselves? "That's audacious,... it now costs twice as much, is half the size and tastes really bland!

There is almost always chaos here and I would strongly advise EVERY customer to thoroughly (!!!) check both the remaining money and the food they bought for completeness ON THE SITE - my own experience, which was often negative.

Unfortunately the food was a little warm and bland. A powder room needed cleaning.

We didn't like it there. The process was totally messed up, we had the impression that the team didn't work well together. Then there were two things that weren't available, even though we could still order them. At least we got something else for it. Then we actually wanted to eat there, but everything was packed for us to take away. We then ate in the car. As I said: everything is a bit chaotic

Once again after a basketball game with my son as a reward for his good performance, we stopped at McDo. This time for the first time in Mergentheim. The route is a bit complicated, but it's probably due to Google maps, as we were led into a closed street, and not alone. The restaurant was very well maintained, as was the service, and the problem with the app was solved professionally. The food was fresh, hot and very tasty. Highly recommended. 💯

The standard of every McDonald's

McDonald's has now become a place where we really enjoy going for breakfast since breakfast is available again. With the app and the coupons you're much more likely to go. Staff is very friendly. Cleanliness is a small point of criticism, as I often have to get a cloth to wipe the table or someone has to come. Unfortunately, the parking lot is not always very clean either. The first impression counts.

I can't understand it when there are 6 people behind the counter and the work is manageable. I waited a moment to see how busy it was and then the tables were all crumbly and dirty. Then you want to clear away, but all the roll containers are full to the brim. Why isn't someone assigned here to clean the tables etc.? Incomprehensible!

If you don't pay attention to what you ordered, there is a possibility that you will run out..... if you ask for a favor, they reply with nausea that they don't have time, but at another table they stop for 5-10 minutes to tell stories..... .the children's playground smells bad, you can't sit at the tables outside because of the wasps.........

A very clean McDonalds. The employees were friendly and had fun at work. Thanks to the harmonious atmosphere in the team, I was able to really enjoy my coffee. My special praise goes to the fresh bouquets of flowers on the tables. This made my day!

We would have happily accepted a longer preparation time with freshly prepared dishes, but it turned out to be a visit to McDonald's like in previous years: dry, lukewarm burgers, cold fries that were long past their roasting point. But at least the Chicken McNuggets were hot and fresh. Otherwise a very clean place.

It was only in the drive, but it was the best Mäcces we ever took with us. We only take small things every time, but even that seems to be a problem in many places. Here we were served extremely quickly and, above all, very, very friendly. Food was fresh, very hot and packaged with care (every now and then you might think it was slapped on the burgers). Ich war überrascht wie Nett die Mitarbeiter hier sind. Alles hat Problemlos geklappt, Sonderbestellungen waren alle da und alles in allem war alles perfekt. Eines meiner besten McDonalds Erlebnisse bisher.

Junger Mitarbeiter namens Fichtner ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, er versteht sein Handwerk trotz jungem Alter wir ein Meister. Restaurant sehr sauber und ordentlich

Über McDonald’s muss man nicht viel sagen. Hier gibt es einen separaten Raum für Kinder wo sie elektronische Spiele, die auf den Boden projiziert werden, spielen. Draußen gibt es ein Klettergerüst mit Rutsche.

Weil es mal wieder schnell gehen sollte gab es ein Smart Menü mit Chicken Burger. Die schmecken mir am besten. Die anderen Menüs finde ich inzwischen für überteuert.

Naja Macces halt was soll man dazu noch sagen

Es war um 15:00h leider kein Erdbeerkuchen mehr da. Es gab Alternativ andere Kuchen. Bedingung war sehr freundlich.

Service ist wie immer toll. Aber ich finde es eine Frechheit, wie klein die Cheeseburger geworden sind & immer teurer wird es auch.
