I ordered online for the first time, around 4:15 PM. The restaurant officially opens at 5:30 PM. I received confirmation promptly, stating that delivery would take place between 5:30 PM and 5:45 PM. The food arrived at 5:40 PM. The burgers were very tasty and high quality. Very fast delivery service. Thank you!

Sorry, but the reviews are a scam. We went there based solely on the reviews, and what we got were €15 pizzas that were neither crispy nor particularly tasty. For us, it was the disappointment of the year: a complete waste of money and calories. However, the service was very nice.
