No, very poorly seasoned, just tastes like pepper 🤢🤮

It was very disgusting, tasted almost only of pepper and there was nothing in the chillen strips except bones 🤢🤮

I didn't get any food after waiting 20 minutes and asking three times. I got cold burgers and no salad. It was probably better because of food poisoning!!!

The food is terrible. Too salty and not fresh. The portions were very small. I've eaten at KFC in Dortmund, Bochum, and other cities, but I've never experienced anything like this. Such poor quality and unfriendly staff. Terrible! Never again will I be eating at KFC Münster. If you want really good food, save yourself the trouble and go to a proper KFC branch.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the branch in Münster Hauptbahnhof. Unfortunately, both the service and the hygiene standards were far below what one would reasonably expect from KFC. I ordered a menu including a Coke, which was served warm. When I asked for ice, I was told that ice could not be provided. Drinks should be served cold as a standard, and when I attempted to return the Coke, I was treated in a very rude and disrespectful manner by the staff. Upon requesting to speak with the manager, one of the employees dismissively replied: “I am the manager. You can sue me.” This attitude is wholly unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the branch was very poor. The tables, chairs, and overall dining area were dirty, and even the staff’s appearance was unhygienic. This left a very negative impression and raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety standards at this location. I am sharing this feedback not only because of the unacceptable customer service I received, but also because I believe KFC should be aware of the poor management and conditions in this branch. I sincerely hope that appropriate action will be taken to address these issues and to ensure higher service and hygiene standards in the future.

Today I was in Kfc and had Two Colas and food. The Colas were hot and I asked for some ice cubes, the manager told me that they don’t have any ice cubes and acted so disrespectfully when I asked for my money back, because I wasn’t pleased with the service. She told me to file a complaint instead of solving my problem. Don’t try this Kfc restaurant at all.

Not recommended for voucher book holders; you're given a menu that's dictated to you, and it really wasn't the best decision to take that...

Simply disgusting. Picking up your phone, typing, putting it back in your back pocket, and then going straight to the products. Teach your staff (in this case, the petite lady with the glasses) how to handle food hygienically.

I went to KFC today and bought a €5 set, including a 30cl Pepsi. Instead, I only got a 25cl Pepsi in a cup. When I politely pointed this out to the staff, the manager came over and pointedly poured the drink into a new cup, causing it to overflow. To avoid conflict, I didn't let the situation escalate. Based on this experience, I will avoid this branch in the future.

Ok place to go. Easy food, not much expensive. Can order and pay with screen. Wait for your food and then find your own table. More seats upstairs.

This food is not only incredibly filthy, but also violates Article 1 of the German constitution. You also get the feeling that the chicken is still alive beneath the belly. After eating it, you're on a rollercoaster of emotions and question your life choices. The chicken was unusually slimy beneath the veneer, and every single piece was shaped like a perfect cuboid, as if a meat paste had been pressed into a block and fried. Conclusion: You get the feeling that this isn't worth eating, and that you might even get food poisoning. A total waste of food.

I was there yesterday with my friends. We were shocked by the condition of the dining area. The tables hadn't been cleared. Leftover food and packaging materials were lying on the floor. An employee tried to tidy things up, but didn't wipe down the tables and chairs. The food was very poorly prepared, unappetizing, and the wrong drinks were served. One employee was also very unfriendly. I'm sorry, but you can't run a restaurant like that.

I visited the location and waited for over 20 minutes to pay for my order, but no one came to assist me. When I finally asked the staff member to take my order, the person reacted angrily and even used abusive language towards me. What made the situation worse was that the manager was present but remained silent and took no action when I reported the incident. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I urge the authorities and management to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure customers are treated with respect and dignity.

The employees were super rude, I asked them for my order number, they literally laughed at me and didn't speak to me in a pleasant manner. Then the food was cold and the chicken pieces were ONLY bones, no meat. In short, go to the McDonald's next door which offers better customer service.

The service was extremely unfriendly - in particular the “boss”, as she calls herself, was anything but professional. Instead of being polite and helpful, we were treated disrespectfully and felt completely unwelcome. Questions were answered in a snippy and condescending manner, and there was no trace of customer-oriented behavior. One had the feeling that guests were a nuisance here. Overall, a very unpleasant experience that I definitely cannot recommend. It's a shame, because with a friendlier management this place could be much better.

We chose number 13 on the menu, the box of 3, and selected three chicken legs at the self-service checkout. But when we got home it was chicken wings even though we didn't choose wings at all. Also, no sauce was added, but luckily we had our own sauce. It's really disappointing that customers are treated like this.

I haven't seen anything this bad in a long time. A saleswoman had her cell phone standing by the deep fryer, even though the place was full. After 9:00 p.m., there were probably more people up there, even though they closed at 10:30 p.m. The other salesperson kept telling customers what they'd ordered would take longer, and whether they'd rather buy something that would be quicker. A catastrophe without end.

Unfortunately, this branch is no good. I can't say exactly why, but it's just plain lame. Undercooked, barely any flavor, and I don't want to know how long my wings or something similar were sitting there before they arrived. I can only agree with the other negative reviews; it seems like this branch doesn't have any management who actually takes action. The quality is really bad, even for fast food. The only thing with any kind of flavor is the coleslaw xD

A neglected place, unpleasant to sit in. The employees show no regard for customers. When they called my order number and I approached the counter to pick it up, the employee simply turned her back on me. I wanted to ask her for salt and pepper, so I called her. She didn’t treat me nicely and continued talking to me from a distance. It was simply awful.

I have had a personal conflict with the Collonel for years because I once dreamed that he had sent a group of thugs after me. Since then we have been extremely prepared for conflict. But today I decided that it would be worth a try to enter into the peace negotiations. This proved to be a good idea, because the chicken burger that I was able to taste, on the recommendation of Collonel himself, was extremely delicious by fast food standards. Nevertheless, I won't forgive the Collonel so quickly and out of caution I insist on the four stars. But who knows what the future holds for us.

Since we are not fans of fast food, we have never used this store in all these years. But we wanted to test it with a 2-for-1 voucher. And were confirmed: Disgusting! Firstly, we only had a choice of 2(!) dishes, which was not described. These dishes then tasted like slightly salty cardboard. The chicken felt like it was 75% dough. Disappointing! We stand by it: Fast food is snot! Not recommended!

Lettuce be honest, The BBQ Zinger is the real KFC MVP .KFC Munster is the best Fast food chain i have been in a while, They have the hottest wings.

The quality of the food was poor even for the already low expectations of a fast food chain. The Zinger Burger was sticky but still okay. The chicken wings were a disaster and the chilli cheese sauce on the burger of the same name was disgusting. The fries were thrown away. Food was served quickly and the staff seemed friendly.

The Zinger Burger I had today was the best I ever had in a KFC. Crispy from the outside, tender in the inside, served really warm and the bread and salad was in a good quality too. Whoever was in the kitchen this evening did a great job and deserve a raise! Thank you random KFC employee, at least you made my evening meal very good and picked me up from this Bahn madness.

The quality of the food is poor. The chicken pieces are not cooked through and are getting smaller and smaller. For such quality the food is far too expensive for me!! There is nothing to say about the staff. They can be friendly upon request. With such a lousy job you don't have to expect anything from the staff. In addition, the restaurant has now removed the toilets and the sink for washing hands does not work. I will spontaneously eat somewhere else in the future. There are enough alternatives around the corner!

The reason I'm giving a bad review is definitely because the quality of the staff is so poor. And there is no focus on hygiene and management at all. The second floor was a mess and no one cleaned it up right away. The receptionist didn't take the initiative to say hello every time and it was very rude.🤮

Just don't go there. Worst Kentucky I know!!! You generally get food in bags, with fries at the bottom. Drinks at least Pepsi Zero were undrinkable. Münster Central Station March 25th, 2023 around 2 p.m., the staff at the checkout were quite apathetic, one hand casually in their pocket, because they were unable to accept my order, another employee had to step in. Which of course didn't change the casualness of the first employee, who instead picked up his smartphone, leaned comfortably in the kitchen and obviously hoped for a miracle!!!! For 9.99 euros I got breaded chicken bones, lukewarm fries, and a barely carbonated Pepsi without a straw.

When I even wanted to show her that no one was on it, she didn't want to look at it and just continued to complain. Now I wrote the review in front of the store and was able to watch the employee chatting with her colleague, taking out her cell phone and taking photos of me. The worst KFC I've ever been to. I ordered from the machine because it's very convenient and the employees only have to read your order. Then I see them pouring Pepsi into the cups even though I had ordered Pepsi Zero. Then I ask specifically whether she put regular Pepsi or Pepsi Zero in it. The answer: Pepsi Zero. At the first sip I immediately noticed that it was normal. It's not like the normal display would kill me as a diabetic, but if you want to decimate your customers you can do it that way. My burger was veggie even though I ordered a normal one. The fries were the best. They were so raw that I could have easily planted them to grow new potatoes. Well-intentioned advice to management to avoid such problems. You should hire employees who can speak and write the local language. Then there are satisfied customers who come back. In any case, I won't come a second time. Then I don't have to throw away expensive food a second time.
