No toilets. Even if you sit down, which I've never seen before. You then have to pay an additional euro for toilets outside. And the food, well, McDonald’s is a disaster and not really cheap

It is impossible to order from these machines. Not only do the parts only react to every third touch, but they are also so laggy and slow that everything is recognized twice or three times or not at all. The only way to add coupons is to register via a smartphone app that is SO SLOW that the machine cancels the ordering process before you do. And if you manage to add a coupon, it will not appear in the shopping cart. Guys, I'm 30. I grew up with technology and development. I work with software and hardware professionally. And it's not possible for me to order these things. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I gave up. Put people at the counter to take orders and throw away the machines. That creates jobs. Or invest more in the devices so that they work.

Very spacious, usually busy but food served quickly. Food delicious as usual. Facilities/atmosphere good, staff friendly. Hygiene acceptable, furnishings partly worn (seat covers). Unfortunately orders were sometimes delivered incorrectly - yesterday no mayo and Fanta instead of Cola.

I wanted to quickly order a cheeseburger, but the shift manager (even though he had nothing to do) thought he had to send me to a colleague for it (there were 10 people in line at the checkout). Afterwards he loudly argued with me and insulted me personally… is that the point of this job? A person like that shouldn't have so much responsibility! However, all the other employees were still very nice :)

Disgusting Mac, very dirty inside, tables and chairs are not wiped down, the floor is dirty and sticky, the food doesn’t look fresh, the potatoes taste like old oil, the staff doesn’t care at all. I do not recommend and do not recommend!

Hadid to the boss was very disrespectful towards the customers, I can't recommend it

There are many power outlets throughout the facility, but they are all turned off and it is impossible to charge the cell phone. When I found a working outlet near the counter, the employee came and said it was a private outlet and that I should ask her, even though the outlet was no different than any other. There is no toilet in the facility, you cannot wash your hands. Otherwise a completely normal German McDonalds.

Simply three burgers were forgotten thanks for nothing

Very poor service. The tables were very dirty, and I had to wipe them down with wet wipes just to sit down. I ordered two cheeseburgers. They were brought out very squashed, as if they had been reheated multiple times. The service can't even be compared to McDonald's in Ukraine in terms of cleanliness and food quality. I strongly do not recommend McDonald's in Germany.

The fries were crispy. The burgers as expected. :)

Bought 2 muffins in the cafe this morning for a price of €2.99 each. I'm expecting a fresh product. Both muffins were rock hard and had probably been in the fridge for a few days, which was a shame.

Very dirty. Big Mac was available today for 1.24 euros and it was pretty dry, hardly any salad or sauce on it. When I completed the order at the terminal and went to pick it up, my number was displayed but there was no bag with my food. The Asian couple that came towards me had probably stolen it. The branch manager said I had to make sure that no one stole my food. What if the food is ready faster than you can walk from the order terminal to pick it up. The guy probably didn't hear the shot. Cola without gas. Made 3 hours before your visit. I can rent her SodaStream, it will probably be better.

The fries are bland and hardly seasoned, the cheeseburger is just dry and the ambience isn't the best either, at least the service was good but I'll never come back 😑

The ice cream was 1/3 full, but in the friendly request to make a little more for the kids, it wouldn't be made. It is standard. I am not satisfied.

I ordered two cheeseburgers and was able to leave without them because unfortunately the staff doesn't know what speed means at work. I had to leave the money because I had paid by card and otherwise I would no longer have been able to reach an important train connection. The deficit in working speed is particularly important in relation to the staff who put the burgers together and thus slow everything down. There was a lot going on, but hey, two cheeseburgers... and you're McDonalds!!! 10 minutes should have been enough, right? Otherwise a pretty good shop and mostly quick processing and freshly prepared burgers. Today, however, the "lame staff" in the preparation exceeded my tolerance limit. Mostly nice, but occasionally staff with an indifferent attitude in service. The branch is in the upper average range. Mostly very clean!

A really nice branch, and the staff is very friendly and considerate. We recently ordered something there and something was missing, namely 6 nuggets, so we came back a few days later because we had already left and got a whole menu as compensation. That was really a very nice gesture from the staff :)

Attention cash payers, be careful. You don't get enough change and if you complain about it, you'll be portrayed as a liar and cheat. They give you a bad feeling and make you wait an extra long time for your order. In my case it was a very young woman with dark blonde hair and absolutely no hair. She dropped some of the change.

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to

€3.99 for missing 1/3 of the fries. The request was followed by saying that these are the standards. I could have had a small fry. Salt was also missing

I ordered takeaway. The staff forgot some of my food. Employees speak rudely.

Food was standard McDonald's. But there are simply no toilets in the store. Alternatively, there are these sanifair facilities next door, but they are chargeable. The fact that as a customer you don't even have the opportunity to at least wash your hands before and after eating is very poor in terms of service. There's not much to say about the ambience, it's just in the train station, so it's bad.

I was just there and you don't even have time to choose in the app. I had a train stop, was in the store for about 8 minutes (arrived, jacket off) and wanted to order via app. Then the servant came and handed me his smartphone and wrote in translation: “No waiting, place an order.” Never, I left and the competition got the money.

Dirty and quality of food much worse than other McDonald's restaurants. There is trash everywhere

Heute nur einen Kaffee geholt für die Fahrt mit dem Zug. Leider könnte die Temperatur echt viel heißer sein. Meine Café Creme konnte man auf Ex trinken.

Mecces im Hauptbahnhof. Bettler stören beim Essen, Betteln nach Geld und Personal ignoriert das unternimmt nichts. Vernünftig essen ist halt was anderes.

Echt unglaublich! Ein Typ hat vor mir einfach seinen ganzen Müll auf den Boden geworfen, und als ich ein Foto davon machte (um mit meinem Mann über den Typen zu schimpfen), wurde ich vom Kellner und der Security angesprochen, was ich einfach Fotos machen würde, bei Beschwerden habe ich mich an sie zu wenden. Ich versuchte, zu erklären, dass das nicht gegen den Laden ging, sondern gegen den unhöflichen Gast, aber wurde wiederum darauf verwiesen, dass "Beschwerden" zu melden seien und ich nicht einfach Fotos machen dürfe. Da hat wohl jemand panische Angst vor negativen Reviews. Tja, da habt ihr sie nun... Essen war in Ordnung, aber bei so einer Kundenfreundlichkeit, lieber woanders essen.

Man hat dort keine Lust auf Kunden. 5 Mitarbeiter stehen rum aber keiner bequemt sich am Mc Café zu bedienen. Wir sollte zur Kasse gehen, wir sind gegenüber ins Café vom Hotel gegangen.

Das Brötchen war verbrannt. Ich war sehr verärgert und hatte Hunger.

Naja essen war zwar nicht gut aber habe auch nicht viel erwartet von einem HBF McDonalds um 3 Uhr nachts deswegen trotzdem 4 Sterne

Geht immer schnell aber nur besoffene gestalten vor Ort wenn man abends hin geht wofür der McD ja nichts für kann ..

Such friendly and helpful staff. It was also quiet for a Saturday afternoon. Food came quick and was tasty. The charging port at the table was very welcome and actually worked! All in all a nice experience.

Habe hier zum 1. mal einen Mc Plant gegessen und bin positiv überrascht. Der Geschmack ist super, jedoch der Preis mit 4,59€ etwas sehr hoch.

McDonald's finde ich sehr gut die Hamburger und so, außer die nuggets die finde ich nicht so lecker, aber trotzdem sehr gut

Genau das Essen, dass man erwartet und sich erhofft.

Also eigentlich würde ich 5 Sterne geben, da mir ein Obdachloser Blumen geschenkt hat, muss aber leider einen wieder abziehen, da ein anderer sie dann gegessen hat :(

Wichfig das die lange auf haben

Wir sind extra nach McDonald's wegen den guten Erfahrungen bei MC Cafe gegengen, aber in diesen pseudo MC Cafe wird der Kuchen und Kaffe in Einweg Verpackungen serviert statt wie in anderen Filialen auf Geschirr dabei versteht die Belegschaft nur die Hälfte und Coupon einlösen am Schalter war unmöglich.

Solide. McDonalds Essen halt. Frühstück ist schon ok. Aber Mitarbeiter die in Straßenkleidung, ohne Uniform und mit offenen langen Haaren in der Küche stehen ist aus hygienischer Sicht schon fragwürdig.

Typische Situation, abends spät am Bahnhof auf der Suche nach einer Essmöglichkeit. Die Wahl war schnell getroffen-McDonalds. Bereits beim Betreten der Filiale fielen mir die Beschilderungen „Defekt“ an 5 der 6 Bestellautomaten auf. Beim Bestellversuch am übrig geblieben Gerät die Enttäuschung: Auch dieses Gerät ist nicht funktionstüchtig. Demnach blieb eine Bestellung an der Kasse unausweichlich. Wir bestellten das Essen, die Eismaschine war defekt, und bekamen dies auch recht schnell. Das Essen war wie zu erwarten ganz in Ordnung und dem Preis entsprechend. Das Personal war freundlich. Einzig das Restaurant wies Mängel im Punkt Sauberkeit auf.

Na na na, nicht so nette Bedienung.

Es ist wohl nicht mehr gewünscht, dass man vor Ort isst. Man bekommt seine bestellten Sachen immer eingepackt, selbst wenn man zum hier essen bestellt. Dazu ist es meistens sehr voll und man hat wohl seit zwei Jahren vergessen, dass es noch die obere Etage gibt. Tischservice wird ebenfalls seit zwei Jahren nicht mehr angeboten. Diese Filiale hatte schon bessere Zeiten, echt schade.

Gutes Essen für McDonald's. Freundliches Personal und schneller Service. Kurz: Genau das was man in einem vernünftigen und guten McDonald's erwartet.

Die Tische sind leider oft sehr dreckig und bei den Bedienfeldern funktionieren auch selten alle, das führt zu langen Schlangen, genervten Gästen &und genauso genervten Personal. Das gibt es durchaus schönere/bessere McDonalds, aber dieser hier ist schließlich auch am Bahnhof. Das merkt man ihm auch an
