McDonald's in Münster

It's a legendary McDonald's, I always had a lot of fun there with friends, but everything has gotten worse since the Indians took over. It looks funny, you can't keep a straight face, and most importantly, you don't feel like you're in Germany. The sink in the men's restroom hasn't been repaired for a month, and when you want to order something and go to the checkout, it always takes 5-10 minutes even though there's no one in line.

Don't buy here! In 3 out of 3 orders I received the wrong thing. Today I ordered a McSpicy and got the one with mayo and cheese, which according to McDonald's should have been without cheese and with sandwich sauce. What if I'm allergic to cheese? I might be dead now, because you obviously don't expect cheese on a burger that normally doesn't have any.

I actually find this McDonald's okay. And I understand that employees need training. However, not like this. I ordered a latte to go. The preparation alone took 15 minutes. Then I received a half-full cup. I asked if I could have a full cup. After that, I received a full cup, but the drink was lukewarm. Taking it back wasn't an option. So I threw the coffee away. Please do things differently next time!

Parts of my order weren't included in the bag, and the burger was completely mashed together even though it was freshly prepared. The bottom line is, McDonald's cheated me out of two euros. Thanks for nothing.

I had food poisoning on Sunday and I felt bad

McDonald's is McDonald's but they should train their employees on what goes on each burger. It's not the first time I've had to throw away a burger because I didn't get what I ordered. But with a Big Tasty Bacon for €8 that suddenly has chilies on it, that's completely out of the question. But they have unfriendly staff.

The food tastes the same as every other McDonald's in Germany. I'm complaining about the incompetence of a single employee. You get the all-time classic 339 voucher for two Big Macs, sit on the RE2 train to Düsseldorf, even check to see if the lady threw in some mayo, and then look stupid when there's only one Big Mac to eat. My God, I wish I could have finished off the second Big Mac. Instead, I'm sitting here, hungry, a little sad, and disappointed.

I was there today and ordered a chicken nugget meal. The lady I paid to had no positive aura, facial expression, or body language at all. Quite the opposite; she was fundamentally negative. You could literally see that she was working under duress and lacked enthusiasm. People, do a job you enjoy; money isn't everything; just try somewhere else! The lady prepared my meal very quickly; I couldn't even look and my meal was in front of me. That couldn't have gone well. I've never eaten such dry, awful chicken nuggets. I don't want to know how long the chicken nuggets sat there. Simply sad!!!

The food was great, but the table service was a disaster. A friend and I had already received our food without any complications, and she ordered something extra from the mobile. The employee went to every table except ours, so we waited 30 minutes for a cheeseburger. I then wanted to pick it up downstairs and politely explained the situation (including that we'd been at our table for at least an hour). Instead of a respectful conversation, I was rudely told that we should come two hours earlier next time or wait two hours before saying we needed something. The cheeseburger was practically thrown at me, and something disrespectful was shouted after me as I walked back up the stairs (but I blocked it out).

Doors must be opened manually; there's no disinfection facility, and no way to wash your hands, even though cutlery isn't provided. A €1 fee is charged for using the restroom, located outside. Worst McDonald's yet, should be avoided.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I gladly would. The food was terrible—poorly prepared and completely unappetizing. To make matters worse, the place was dirty, which made the entire experience even more unpleasant. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Cheeky! The cell phone sockets at the tables haven't worked for months, which is really annoying for a train station. I asked the staff if they could charge my phone at their sockets behind the counter, as I urgently needed to figure out my way home. A member of staff at the counter aggressively dismissed me, telling me to get lost and that I would blow the circuit breaker with my cable. It's really unprofessional for a restaurant at a train station to act like that. The food was disgusting, and the place was very dirty, even for a train station McDonald's!

I had another bad experience at this McDonald's today. It's not just that they haven't had iced tea for several months. Today my order included a raspberry turnover. When my order was obviously ready, the man pointed out to me that they didn't have any raspberry turnovers and asked if I would like an apple turnover instead. When I said no, he suddenly said, yes, we can make a raspberry turnover in 4 minutes. Question! Why not straight away? Why create an artificial wait time? Also, my Sprite was given to another customer, she gave it back and I got the same cup that had already been served over the counter. My order was incomplete after I waited, okay, that's probably my fault because I didn't check on the spot. But if you can't process everything in one order, you should probably change areas.

How outrageous it is these days for McDonald's to charge such prices while still delivering quality that's down to par. The picture shows a medium fry that was cold, soggy, and not even half full. The nuggets were awful, and I will never visit that place again!

Four of the 6 terminals didn't work, the one I was at reacted with a delay and sometimes not at all, and I stood for a relatively long time, but the staff was busy distributing the service, so no criticism at the checkout. Ordinary McDonalds at the main train station. It's just that it's really dirty, but the food came pretty quickly. It was also extremely crowded, but that depends on when you go.

The food was average at best, though the service was notably quick. Unfortunately, the atmosphere left much to be desired. The space felt unclean and quite run-down, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the door connecting to the train station was out of order, forcing us to use an alternative entrance. We also witnessed a concerning incident next to the mcdonald’s where a visibly intoxicated homeless man threw a half-full alcohol bottle onto the ground. While he was escorted out by the police, he later returned and caused further disruption by harassing a woman.

Forgot my second sauce, gave me 10/12 pancakes, and didn't pack my order to go until I pointed out that's what I ordered. The cinnamon roll was the worst I've ever had. The texture was horrible, and they managed to keep the dough half-raw while burning the cinnamon-sugar mixture. The coffee is undrinkable and tastes like they used dirty dishwashing water to make it. As everything else was inedible, I basically paid 10€ to eat 10 mediocre mini-pancakes with an insufficient amount of chocolate sauce. But I did get a lukewarm breakfast on New years Day, so I'm not too mad overall. The poor staff looked exhausted, maybe it was the end of their shift.

At the moment I go to McDonalds more often because with Monopoly you can save money on the bottom line by winning vouchers for fries and other things. I always liked the food. The highlight of the branch is certainly the large pickup area, which is smaller in other older branches. The positive thing is that the food is prepared very quickly here. It's not always super clean, but I don't expect it to be if there was a school class there on a school trip. I actually wanted to deduct a point because I order using the app and you can't specify in the app whether you want to eat in the branch or take the food away. You then have to clarify this at the checkout. But because of Monopoly I give full marks.

A really nice branch, and the staff is very friendly and considerate. We recently ordered something there and something was missing, namely 6 nuggets, so we came back a few days later because we had already left and got a whole menu as compensation. That was really a very nice gesture from the staff :)

I was just there and you don't even have time to choose in the app. I had a train stop, was in the store for about 8 minutes (arrived, jacket off) and wanted to order via app. Then the servant came and handed me his smartphone and wrote in translation: “No waiting, place an order.” Never, I left and the competition got the money.

Mecces im Hauptbahnhof. Bettler stören beim Essen, Betteln nach Geld und Personal ignoriert das unternimmt nichts. Vernünftig essen ist halt was anderes.

Echt unglaublich! Ein Typ hat vor mir einfach seinen ganzen Müll auf den Boden geworfen, und als ich ein Foto davon machte (um mit meinem Mann über den Typen zu schimpfen), wurde ich vom Kellner und der Security angesprochen, was ich einfach Fotos machen würde, bei Beschwerden habe ich mich an sie zu wenden. Ich versuchte, zu erklären, dass das nicht gegen den Laden ging, sondern gegen den unhöflichen Gast, aber wurde wiederum darauf verwiesen, dass "Beschwerden" zu melden seien und ich nicht einfach Fotos machen dürfe. Da hat wohl jemand panische Angst vor negativen Reviews. Tja, da habt ihr sie nun... Essen war in Ordnung, aber bei so einer Kundenfreundlichkeit, lieber woanders essen.

Man hat dort keine Lust auf Kunden. 5 Mitarbeiter stehen rum aber keiner bequemt sich am Mc Café zu bedienen. Wir sollte zur Kasse gehen, wir sind gegenüber ins Café vom Hotel gegangen.

Das Brötchen war verbrannt. Ich war sehr verärgert und hatte Hunger.

Such friendly and helpful staff. It was also quiet for a Saturday afternoon. Food came quick and was tasty. The charging port at the table was very welcome and actually worked! All in all a nice experience.

Habe hier zum 1. mal einen Mc Plant gegessen und bin positiv überrascht. Der Geschmack ist super, jedoch der Preis mit 4,59€ etwas sehr hoch.
