There's a parking garage for customers underneath the restaurant, but it's only accessible to standard-sized cars, not minivans. The exit requires a lot of caution and patience, as there's barely enough room to get out with a small car... Super annoying! 3 times in 4 weeks on site on Westfalenstrasse and apparently the staff is too lazy or too stupid to read. Sorry for the tone of voice, but it can't be that with 3 orders for around 50 euros each, 1 thing was completely missing and 2 things were packed incorrectly. Twice an 11 euro burger, which is overpriced anyway, was missing for a chilli cheese or normal hamburger. Or large fries for small ones. In total, out of 150 euros, almost 50 euros were packed incorrectly or not even available. In conclusion, it will have been the last visit to this incompetent shed for me and my brother for the time being.

I was there for the second time after a long time with my 2 small children because I thought I would give the store another chance. That was a mistake! Yes, the Plant-Based range is strictly speaking not suitable for vegans, but I would still like to share my experience. When I saw an employee with jewelry on his hands topping the burgers without gloves (first meat patties, then wiping sweat from his face and then my “Plant Based” burger), I felt sick. I agree with the previous reviews here. I had a wopper menu. Just under 10.00 euros. When I took the foil off I thought this was really cheeky. A bun with a petti that you could hardly see because it was smaller than the bun. A little iceberg lettuce, a slice of tomato, some cucumber and a slice of cheese. A small amount of water that I only got carbonated because the machine wasn't filled up. When I went to the counter with the burger and complained because the burger was nothing like the photo. I was told in a certain tone that it was like that and that everything was supposed to be on the burger. I said that this was a disgrace. And wanted to pay the difference to the maxi menu. Then the shift manager came and said I should think about what I wanted next time and he would probably change it this time and waive the 2 euro difference to the higher menu. But for me it's not about the money, it's about the quality. For this price I can eat much better elsewhere. Price increase, yes, but not at any price. Once and never again.

I stood at the checkout counter as a normal customer and wanted to order two portions of ice cream. There was another customer in front of me who was also waiting for his order and wanted to pay as normal. I heard the lady behind the counter say, "Mmm, don't you have it smaller?" (the gentleman presented a €50.00 note). A question like this is not uncommon in the catering or local transport sector, but the way the employee showed how annoyed she was was quite impressive! When it was my turn I said my order and the first sentence from the lady (in the same tone as the gentleman before) was: "Does the machine not work or what?" I said I hadn't tried it and just wanted to order two scoops of ice cream. She took the order and started filling the cups. As an allergy sufferer and chronic nose sufferer, I'm not the only one who wrinkles my nose or sneezes. However, "wiping the snot from your nose" while preparing food and then re-opening sauce bottles or finishing packing children's bags is really disgusting! I'm definitely not picky! But there is definitely a need for further training on the subject of friendliness and hygiene! It's a real shame because I actually always preferred this store to the "Golden Seagull". After many disappointments regarding the incompleteness of drive-in orders, this was the final icing on the cake.

Obwohl nur zwei Gäste im Restaurant waren (Platz für locker 60 Personen) , waren alle Tische mit Bank vollständig verdreckt (Brösel, angetrocknete Ketchup- und Majo-Reste) . Nach der Menüauswahl mussten wir dann an der Zapfanlage feststellen, dass die gängigen Getränke wie Fanta Orange oder Mezzo Mix vollständig leer waren. Bei Sprite war das Konzentrat wohl auch schon nahezu leer. Nur so lässt sich erklären, dass dieses wie Wasser mit einem Schuss Zitrone geschmeckt hat. Insgesamt ist ein Verzehr vor Ort nicht zu empfehlen, auch wenn das Essen selbst - wie erwartet - geschmeckt hat.

Man sollte vom Personal vorher informiert werden, wenn angebotene Menüs nicht vollständig sind. Auf eigene Kreationen kann man verzichten. Nachosburger mit Onionrings, weil keine Nachos da sind, find ich etwas befremdlich.

Update....Mittlerweile sind die Angestellten zu faul den Coca Cola Freestyle Automaten zu befüllen ausser mit den Standard Sorten! Für was genau steht der dann eigentlich da ?! XD Keine Kohlensäure in den Getränken weil es angeblich zu warm ist für die Maschine bei 25 Grad ...Pommes werden nicht gesalzen und seit neusten gibt es nur noch vegane Mayonnaise die nach Ups Karton schmeckt ! Burger king weiß eben wie man seine Filialen in den Ruin treibt

Ich habe nichts gegen ab und zu Junk-Food. "Essen" und "Ambiente" ist hier Burger King-typisch, also im Erwartungsbereich. Die Bedienungen sind teilweise unfreundlich und wirken schnell überfordert, geben aber einem dann das Gefühl, selbst etwas falsch gemacht zu haben. Ich will als Erwachsener aber nicht in kurzatmige, schnoddrige Jugendsprache abgleiten, um nicht mit großen Augen angesehen zu werden. Der eine "Supervisor" (größer, stabilere Figur, schwarze Haare) wirkt und schaut mitunter eher wie ein Türsteher, denn als "Gastwirt".

It's a legendary McDonald's, I always had a lot of fun there with friends, but everything has gotten worse since the Indians took over. It looks funny, you can't keep a straight face, and most importantly, you don't feel like you're in Germany. The sink in the men's restroom hasn't been repaired for a month, and when you want to order something and go to the checkout, it always takes 5-10 minutes even though there's no one in line.

I'm shocked. I don't expect much from Burger King, but the food was inedible. I had a plant-based burger, and the patty was completely burnt and simply disgusting. My ayran was bad, and the rest of the food was also unpalatable. I felt sick after eating there, and we're definitely not coming back! I would advise everyone against going to this Burger King. Find another one. On top of that, the place was almost empty, and we had to wait an incredibly long time. This is a case for the health department!!!

Very good burgers and fries. The cheeseburger and chicken burger were particularly impressive. We'd happily go back after a beer.
