Food is served incorrectly and if you complain you get blamed. Even portrayed as stupid. The worst store I've ever been to.

So the fries and curly fries were really really tasty but the chicken burger was weird, well I had a stomach ache after that but I also think the offer was pretty nice

The toilets were a disgrace in terms of hygiene and construction and overall the shop was pretty dirty. The manager seemed to help the staff verbally rather than actively. Train better and also give staff to the staff.

Yes, the Plant-Based range is strictly speaking not suitable for vegans, but I would still like to share my experience. When I saw an employee with jewelry on his hands topping the burgers without gloves (first meat patties, then wiping sweat from his face and then my “Plant Based” burger), I felt sick. And that’s not even the employee’s sole fault! It just shows how bad the hygiene regulations are in this “restaurant”. Very disappointing and absolutely not recommended!

Ordered takeaway from the terminal. The burger was great, the side salad was pretty warm. I was supposed to pour myself a drink in the dining room, but that didn't work. Then, when I asked, something was tapped at the drive-in counter. Quite expensive for the overall experience.

Apparently there is no desire to serve the customer at the checkout. I waited in front of the checkout for 10 minutes, during which I heard the employees talking hidden in a room next to the kitchen. There is a drive that is suitable for cars that are 2.6 m high, but it is so narrow that even smaller vehicles can have serious problems. Impossible not to sign this, who would have paid for the damage?? Letting 2.6 tall vehicles in there can't be serious

We always enjoy coming here. There are nice staff and you can sit comfortably. Only today I noticed that the entire preparation of the products (burgers, etc.) was done without rubber gloves. Is this okay for hygiene reasons?

Nothing crazy, it suited me for a fast food shop.

A burger joint like any other. The only difference is the more or less motivated staff.

Finally a Burger King where you don't get diarrhea. The food doesn't taste like cardboard either! TOP! The southern music leaves a lot to be desired, the staff was ok, but the tables were all clean and didn't stick.

I agree with the previous reviews here. I had a wopper menu. Just under 10.00 euros. When I took the foil off I thought this was really cheeky. A bun with a petti that you could hardly see because it was smaller than the bun. A little iceberg lettuce, a slice of tomato, some cucumber and a slice of cheese. A small amount of water that I only got carbonated because the machine wasn't filled up. When I went to the counter with the burger and complained because the burger was nothing like the photo. I was told in a certain tone that it was like that and that everything was supposed to be on the burger. I said that this was a disgrace. And wanted to pay the difference to the maxi menu. Then the shift manager came and said I should think about what I wanted next time and he would probably change it this time and waive the 2 euro difference to the higher menu. But for me it's not about the money, it's about the quality. For this price I can eat much better elsewhere. Price increase, yes, but not at any price. Once and never again.

Rather smaller BK with underground parking, very large/long vehicles can have problems when exiting. Smart Menu could not be found/purchased on the terminal. Service BK standard no service like MD. Sprite from the vending machine had a light brown color. :(

Were there today. Ate 2*2 Whopper menu. This order machine refused to accept a QR code. A human operator was immediately and friendly on hand. The food was fresh and appetizing. The premises were clean, even the women's toilet, my wife said. The staff very friendly. We were there on a Tuesday around 5 p.m. I would go there again. 👍

I stood at the checkout counter as a normal customer and wanted to order two portions of ice cream. There was another customer in front of me who was also waiting for his order and wanted to pay as normal. I heard the lady behind the counter say, "Mmm, don't you have it smaller?" (the gentleman presented a €50.00 note). A question like this is not uncommon in the catering or local transport sector, but the way the employee showed how annoyed she was was quite impressive! When it was my turn I said my order and the first sentence from the lady (in the same tone as the gentleman before) was: "Does the machine not work or what?" I said I hadn't tried it and just wanted to order two scoops of ice cream. She took the order and started filling the cups. As an allergy sufferer and chronic nose sufferer, I'm not the only one who wrinkles my nose or sneezes. However, "wiping the snot from your nose" while preparing food and then re-opening sauce bottles or finishing packing children's bags is really disgusting! I'm definitely not picky! But there is definitely a need for further training on the subject of friendliness and hygiene! It's a real shame because I actually always preferred this store to the "Golden Seagull". After many disappointments regarding the incompleteness of drive-in orders, this was the final icing on the cake.

Die Preise finde ich in Anbetracht der Qualität schon sehr sportlich.

Im Restaurant angekommen mussten wir die Servicekraft erst einmal bitte den Tisch zu säubern. Obwohl nur zwei Gäste im Restaurant waren (Platz für locker 60 Personen) , waren alle Tische mit Bank vollständig verdreckt (Brösel, angetrocknete Ketchup- und Majo-Reste) . Nach der Menüauswahl mussten wir dann an der Zapfanlage feststellen, dass die gängigen Getränke wie Fanta Orange oder Mezzo Mix vollständig leer waren. Bei Sprite war das Konzentrat wohl auch schon nahezu leer. Nur so lässt sich erklären, dass dieses wie Wasser mit einem Schuss Zitrone geschmeckt hat. Insgesamt ist ein Verzehr vor Ort nicht zu empfehlen, auch wenn das Essen selbst - wie erwartet - geschmeckt hat.

Unfreundliche, unmotivierte Mitarbeiterin. Leute, ganz ehrlich bisschen Freundlichkeit tut jedem gut.

Man sollte vom Personal vorher informiert werden, wenn angebotene Menüs nicht vollständig sind. Auf eigene Kreationen kann man verzichten. Nachosburger mit Onionrings, weil keine Nachos da sind, find ich etwas befremdlich.

Weniger kann man Burger nicht belegen.

Lieber Herr van de Eick, sollte man sich vielleicht für eine Bewertungsplattform selber ein Bild machen, bevor man was schreibt? Wäre den Mitarbeitern dort gegenüber nur fair… Deswegen von mir als Ausgleich ( ohne Besuch!) 5 Sterne!

Update....Mittlerweile sind die Angestellten zu faul den Coca Cola Freestyle Automaten zu befüllen ausser mit den Standard Sorten! Für was genau steht der dann eigentlich da ?! XD Keine Kohlensäure in den Getränken weil es angeblich zu warm ist für die Maschine bei 25 Grad ...Pommes werden nicht gesalzen und seit neusten gibt es nur noch vegane Mayonnaise die nach Ups Karton schmeckt ! Burger king weiß eben wie man seine Filialen in den Ruin treibt

Witziges Gimmick: Tiefgarage...Essen: wie FastFood halt so ist... nervig war, dass 40min ein und dasselbe "Bumbum-Lied" in Endlosschleife lief...

Sicherlich einer der gepflegtesten Restaurants der Kette in der Stadt. Parken kann man in einer Tiefgarage, die Außenplätze bieten einen guten Blick auf die Straße.

Ich habe nichts gegen ab und zu Junk-Food. "Essen" und "Ambiente" ist hier Burger King-typisch, also im Erwartungsbereich. Die Bedienungen sind teilweise unfreundlich und wirken schnell überfordert, geben aber einem dann das Gefühl, selbst etwas falsch gemacht zu haben. Ich will als Erwachsener aber nicht in kurzatmige, schnoddrige Jugendsprache abgleiten, um nicht mit großen Augen angesehen zu werden. Der eine "Supervisor" (größer, stabilere Figur, schwarze Haare) wirkt und schaut mitunter eher wie ein Türsteher, denn als "Gastwirt".

Top-Team wir sind alle nur Menschen ohne weiteres wurde einen zuwenig erhaltener Produkt nachgereicht.

Essen gut und schnell, die Durchfahrt sowie die Einfahrt zum Parkhaus sind extrem eng.

Restaurant mit eigener Tiefgarage, in der tolle historische Bilder zu sehen sind. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter (besonders der Chef) und alles äußerst sauber. Jederzeit gerne wieder😊👍

Das Essen ist halt Burger King - Kennt wohl jeder... In der Filiale in Hiltrup kommt es nur leider öfter vor, dass die Bestellung unvollständig oder fehlerhaft ist. Die Bedienung ist des Öfteren lieber damit beschäftigt, sich gemeinsam in der Küche zu tummeln und zu unterhalten, als sich um die Kunden oder die Sauberkeit zu kümmern. Schon ziemlich nervig, dass man jede Bestellung prüfen muss...

Einzig gute was gewesen ist ist der Parkplatz ansonsten war es ein komischer Geruch man hatte den Eindruck die Mitarbeiter wollte nicht schnell machen das dauert viel zu lange leider war es überhaupt nicht toll

Parkplatz ist ne Katastrophe, die Plätze dreckig. Mitarbeiter springen mit Gästen, wohl Freunden, durch den Laden. Mehrere Burger waren sehr lieblos zusammen geklatscht....

Das Personal war bei unserem Besuch sehr nett und hat auf die Sauberkeit in der Filiale geachtet. Allerdings waren beide Burger, welche ich bestellt hatte, leider etwas lieblos zusammengestellt. Beim Auspacken sind beide schon teilweise auseinander gefallen. Anscheinend hat meine Burger dieselbe Person zubereitet ... Die Burger meiner Begleitung waren nämlich perfekt zusammengestellt und sind nicht auseinander gefallen. Des Weiteren war bei einem meiner Burger kaum Sauce, sodass dieser sehr trocken war. Die Pommes waren ganz ok. Hätten aber auch besser sein können. Ich war nach dem Besuch in der Filiale leider etwas enttäuscht. Deswegen würde ich lieber einen weiteren Weg in Kauf nehmen und eine andere Filiale ausprobieren.

Sichtlich veränderte Filiale in den letzten Jahren. Neben uns war es sehr leer, daher ging die Bestellung schnell, jedoch war nur eine Bestellung an den Touchscreens möglich (für mich kein Problem), das ist gerade für ältere Kunden natürlich aufwändiger.
