Unfortunately, yesterday we were standing in front of the closed doors again at 10:20 p.m., even though the opening hours were until 11 p.m. - the employees inside were having a good time. When asked, it was said that there was a shortage of staff. Funnily enough, in November 2024, I had the same thing happen once before on Sunday at 10:40 p.m. - at the time I thought - well, a good 20 minutes before closing time, you can still understand that. I think this is done systematically there - the employees close the doors 45 minutes before the end so that they can finish work earlier.

My special requests for the grandchildren were also processed quickly and all the burgers were fresh, hot and absolutely delicious!! We'll definitely be back!

Whopper lukewarm, actually cold, no sauce, cheese not melted. When we asked the staff after 2 minutes, they were directed to the kitchen, the employee came to the table and said we had already had the burger for 20 minutes!?! Impudence! As we left the table, the employee from the kitchen babbled something about how sorry they were. Sorry but I didn't recognize Burger King. The very last thing. The food used to be hot and delicious, but today it is expensive, almost inedible, tasteless and cold. Worst burger I've eaten in a long time. The next bankruptcies are sure to come... They'll never see me again! Zero stars from me, ZERO ⭐!

For me one of the best BK in Münster. The Golden Seagull restaurant is worse and price wise too. Here the lettuce is fresh on the burger and the onions are great. Not to mention the chili cheese, which is awesome here

If you order food via Lieferando, you wait over an hour and then the whole order is even wrong. And when you call there, you get someone on the phone who doesn't speak German, where you have to speak in Turkish so that she can understand you and then she says she hasn't received an order, then you drive there in person, show you that and then She says you're sorry, I haven't seen anything like that in a long time. Really start hiring decent people who you can communicate with. It's slow, just sad... Next time I'll just come to the juice shop with Google Translate

Das Essen war Top. Der Laden war sauber. Wir wurden sehr nett bedient, was heutzutage leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Daumen hoch👍🏼

Große Bestellung und fast komplett enttäuscht. Veggie Long Chicken gerne mit mehr Salat, Veggie Whopper war in Ordnung. Cola könnte mehr bis überhaupt Kohlensäure brauchen. Pommes gerne mit mehr Salz nächste mal. Alle Burger (Veggie und meat) könnten mehr sauce vertragen. War etwas trocken.

Diese Filiale war sehr gepflegt. Habe mich etwas erschrocken als das Mädchen zur Fritteuse ging. sehr hübsch!

Ständig wird etwas vergessen oder falsch gemacht.... Soßen oder Burger....statt plant based whopper gibt es einen whopper junior, falsche Brötchen bei den Aktionsburgern, falsche Soße und und und. Man bekommt leider selten was man bestellt. Das war Mal deutlich besser.

Zügige und freundliche Bedienung, bisher stehts heißes Essen.

Bisher immer sehr schnell und es wurde auch noch nie was vergessen oder so. Leute die sich hier über den Lieferdienst beschweren haben einfach das Leben noch nicht ganz verstanden.

Irgendwie schmeckt es mit hier leider gar nicht. Andere BKs machen irgendwas anders.

War schon öfters dort. Bis jetzt nie Probleme gehabt. Auch heute ging es zügig und das Essen war heiß.

Knusprige Pommes und Heisse Burger alles perfekt

Bestellung kam 20 min schneller als angegeben, Burger war sehr heiß und frisch und Pommes waren auch warm aber leider etwas weich. Lässt sich durch die Lieferung wahrscheinlich einfach nicht vermeiden, daher alles super.

Haben bei nur zwei Kunden lange gewartet und Pommes waren nicht mehr knusprig warm
