McDonald's in Münster

The food is McDonald's, so it probably tastes the same everywhere (or at least it should). The service was quick and uncomplicated. The atmosphere was okay.

They took forever to order my food, even though it was a standard dish (cheese and chicken burger, McFlurry). When I asked them about it, everything was ready in five minutes. They gave me the McFlurry already partially melted, which I'm just wondering what was going on. If it had been ready earlier, they could have brought it out sooner.

The employee doesn't speak German. I didn't understand him.

The ice cream maker is constantly broken… Very disappointing.

Ate there last night. The Big Mac was almost cold and overall very poorly prepared. The tables and ALL chairs were visibly dirty, even though it wasn't busy.

I'd like to thank the nice gentleman at the counter/server on Sunday evening. He was really super friendly and gave me expert advice on my order. My friends were also very impressed with how friendly the service was. Thank you for that!

Bad. Fries were almost cold and very soggy, burgers were half-warm. Too loud and too crowded. Not recommended. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant.

Waited 20 minutes just for a menu!! Then at the checkout, the guy kept walking away, and people had to wait. It's much faster in Essen, even though it's much busier! Ridiculous.

Friendly and cozy is more in keeping with *other* restaurants. The quality of the food is (unfortunately) as usual. --- There's another level upstairs with seating, but unfortunately, it's been closed off for years. --- There's almost never any staff at the McCafe counter in this branch. The new people who got the store are very rude .. not polite at all.. they are very slow, and make mistakes a lot .. I placed an order and it took forever for it to be ready and your pickup number don’t even show at times .. I had to ask where is my food after about 30 mins and they said here .. I got my food with something missing and wrong order.. on the burger no sauce .. they are cutting on cost. No straws to drink my milkshake and Fanta .. no cover for the milkshake too.. I had to ask and they said no straw for Fanta but can give me for the milkshake.. the staff are not polite at all and the young man in the counter doesn’t know anything at all . We found hair in their food

Of all the places I've visited, this is the most negative experience. There's not enough space, not everything was included in the order, you have to check it carefully yourself before picking it up.

Ugh!!! Although I love dogs, a man let his large dog lie on the restaurant's benches! We complained to the staff, and they said the manager allowed it! Absolutely unacceptable, antisocial, and disgusting! Dog hair everywhere near the food! How can this be allowed??? Disgusting.

Friday night, 60 minutes!!! Waited for food and then got cold fries! You'd think it would have been super busy... but no! No organization, no service... truly shockingly bad!

The Mecci is truly one of the worst in the city. We waited 15 minutes for a McFlurry and a cheeseburger. The ice cream was just slush and runny. It's a disgrace to offer this to customers. They've turned a blind eye so many times; they really need to rework their concept.

One of the employees acted transphobically. A real shame for a restaurant that already joined Pride Month in 2022 and still calls itself LGBTQ-friendly.

You know what you're getting, but it's nothing special. The price is okay.

It's just a fast food chain, but my God—the service is terrible. The employees are completely overwhelmed by the stress and unfriendly, sometimes even insulting. I don't expect 5* service, but if someone accidentally drops their tray, you don't have to immediately insult them and scream across the entire store... I'll think twice about eating there again.

Employee spilled large full cup of coke on my daughter; child completely wet incl. newly bought clothes. Not even an apology or a cloth, employee stood there laughing. Scandalous!

Oh God, what a mess this is. Here you have to be careful not to stick to the floor. In the truest sense of the word. There hasn't been any mopping here for a long time. The tables are dirty and sticky, the staff is completely overwhelmed, the food is cold and the juice packet from the kids menu was probably already in the trash can. Or why was it dirty and sticky? If you say something, people just shrug their shoulders. So service is zero. McDonald's hasn't been this bad in a long time. We were here for the last time.

McDonalds like so many locations. It is a pity that the staff is not very interested, the clearing carts are very full and the sanitary facilities are too dirty. So not recommended.

Very poor service, order was not issued despite complaint and receipt presented. A grumpy man with no hair on his head accused us of stealing and playing a hungover game. This happened on April 18th at 10:40 p.m.

Old bald guy, you didn't want to give out the order at 11:42 p.m. and accused us of theft, the two of us spent €50 and had to listen to something like that. Very poor service for a company known for quality management

I ordered a few burgers at 11 p.m., unfortunately the order terminal didn't print out a receipt, but I was able to prove that I ordered using an invoice and proof in the online banking app. So far so good... But when nothing came, I became suspicious and asked where my order was. I was suddenly denied that I had ordered anything at all. An old bald man became extremely abusive and insinuated theft for no reason. As I said, I was able to prove that I had ordered and the money never came back or anything. They could have explained to me sensibly what went wrong or told me why the bill wasn't enough. But no, I was insulted and accused of theft for no reason. It was just an old bald man (shift manager??) who was extremely insulting. I seriously doubt that this man should have customer contact!!!!!

Terrible establishment. Very dirty, the order was brought incomplete. French fries arrived cold. They didn't bring the sauce we ordered, and they didn't give us napkins and a straw for the drink. Very unpleasant experience, we won't come here again.

Terrible service, I waited for more than an hour to order, temper was low, when I came up and asked where my order was I was answered very rudely, french fries were deliberately scattered all over the package, instead of coke they poured Pepsi, and they gave a lot of ice which caused the drink to spoil, the burgers were not tasty, the staff was rude, the day was ruined... I understand that my mood doesn't affect the service, but my mood already does bad day was even more spoiled. The room smelled very much of chlorine and burnt burgers. Very slow service. We waited for Mcflurry for more than 20 minutes.

An ordering machine is broken and so is the display above the pickup counter. So there's a queue when ordering and chaos when picking up. TIP: Order small things to eat here, with seat service, and then take them with you if necessary. This saves stress at the pick-up counter. And if you just want ice cream or a drink, the ordering process is much lamer than simply saying what you want.

Since the restaurant has German employees, the food has been good. I got warm fries and a good burger, and there were ice cubes in my drink even though I ordered them. I've now decided to always eat at Burger King or KFC because I'm not going to waste my bad expectations on such good food! Hence the bad review.

I paid at the cash register and the employee didn't give me the number to serve me the food on the table and when his partner brought me the food he spoke to me in an aggressive and unfriendly manner and told me that he didn't have to bring me the food, I had to pick it up myself and when I wanted to answer he turned around and walked away and didn't respect me, there are people who come from a third country and think that they still live in the jungle, they don't know what respect is and when I finally started eating, I found a hair in the drink, as shown in the photo.

To quickly sniff a cheeseburger or another snack on the go without having to get out of the car. Practical and very nice every now and then. I really like the McDonalds café. You can get a good cappuccino there for the right money. Unfortunately only from 7 a.m. But what's the point of complaining at a high level 😉

This place is disgusting. I came here with a few of my friends to eat dinner on our school trip. First of all there were only 3 self-bitros open and there were tons of people. You couldn't even order at the desk. We waited for the food for ages. And then then there was nowhere to sit and it was dirty everywhere. I absolutely don't recommend this place.

The entrance area was crowded as everyone wanted to order at the terminals. There are clearly too few of them there. The advantage is that you can also order normally at the checkout. Then children or young people sit in the store who order nothing and take their seats. They wait for the trash to get the Monopoly stickers. Then run around the store and behave like crazy. The staff doesn't say anything about it at all. The tables are dirty and the toilets are also very disgusting. The service doesn't really manage to process a simple order. Really the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. But it looks like the district management or managers in general are not responding to the reviews.

Of course you go to McDonald's after a shopping trip with your grandchild 😅 The food is delicious there, but I have to say that the ambience in Rheine is 1000 times better. The service leaves nothing to be desired, as do clean tables and floors. When the order is called, all you hear is murmuring. Be careful what is written on the tray, it could be your order...

The staff is in no hurry, but they prepared the order quite quickly. They forgot to put in a cola, they reminded me and they gave it to me without any problems. But what was disappointing was that they put a very, very dirty spoon with the glass of coffee. The cleanliness of the establishment is just 3 :(

They don't know how to collect orders correctly

Unfortunately, to put it nicely, it's a dirty shop. Ordered something several times via Lieferando and each time there was a faulty delivery and no one was available on the phone. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but please be available. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone... I'd rather go to Burger King. Kind regards.

A good place if you want a quick and tasty meal. The only thing is that the food is very high in calories, but that’s understandable. Very tasty. But the food sometimes takes a long time to prepare due to most orders.

We certainly weren't the only ones who had to wait a full 40 minutes to order, while people who ordered after us got their orders a long time ago. The concept of the service should urgently be revised!

The employees are very, very rude, especially the lady who sees herself as the shift manager. She doesn't want to do her job and she doesn't care what you as a customer want or ask for. No customer friendliness. Very very disappointing about this McDonalds

The worst Mc Donalds I've ever been to

It's clean and the food is made sensibly, but the last 3 times the order was either not complete or given incorrectly. I think it's perfectly fine that the waitresses don't necessarily speak fluent German... but when I order something, the order should at least be complete Edit 4 years later: Still just as unreliable as before

I ordered with the MC app and already paid, when I got there the order didn't arrive. I paid twice more and still nothing (I verifiably paid over €36 for nothing) and then when I expected someone to come along, for that Circumstances, just the time delay, I was just looked at shamelessly and it was pointed out once again that I would get my money back at some point. Service sucks never again!!!

Staff friendly, nuggets as crispy as crispbread, chocolate ice cream burns your throat. It wasn't worth it.

We had to wait a long time for the order (mc smart menu) just to pick it up ourselves at the end. The finished tablets were piled up there and no employee took them out. At the end we were thanked with ice-cold fries that could have easily stayed in the hairdresser for a minute longer. But the store is nice and clean.

Food was okay, looked like someone had sat on it. When we ordered food to our table, we were treated unkindly and extremely insulted by the person who brought it because we were using table service. I don't think it's appropriate to be scolded for ordering food. I would like to give service zero stars.

Items usually mixed up or wrong. I often get the small version of items even when I pay for the larger ones. The nuggets are hit or miss and last time they were stone cold. The self service is set up strange and people will skip you in the queue because of the lack of structure

It really can't be anymore, every time I order there, things are missing, e.g. a burger, a glass, fries, sauce,... It's really the last and that always happens now. When you go to the service, you have to have a long discussion so that you get what is missing! People make mistakes, but the fact that this always happens when I'm there is no longer ok! It doesn't matter whether it's empty or full, one thing is always missing. The employees do not speak in a polite tone but the opposite.

You have to check the orders very carefully. On the last three visits (!) SEVERAL products were missing from the orders, which consisted of 2 HappyMeals, 1 Citizen, 1 McNuggets and a Cappuccino. Thank goodness it was table service and we could get what was missing. Upd. Two years later: table service is not available...

Wir waren spontan am 27.12. dort und wollten nur eine Kleinigkeit bestellen. Es war relativ viel los, an den Bestellterminals gab es eine Warteschlange. Der Platz war im Bestellbereich insgesamt beengt. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit persönlich zu bestellen, doch der Schalter war nicht besetzt. Nach ein paar Minuten konnten wir am Schalter bestellen, dies klappte ohne Probleme. Unser Essen war dann recht schnell fertig und wir sind wieder gegangen, da es ihm unteren Bereich gut gefüllt war und der Zugang nach oben gesperrt war.

Zu MC Donalds muss man generell nicht viel sagen denke ich. In letzter Zeit immer wieder ganz passable Coupons in der App. Service in dieser Filiale trotz großem Andrang immer noch gut und freundlich.

Das Essen war wie gewohnt, soweit ok. Die Toiletten allerdings waren die saubersten, die ich je bei McDonald's gesehen habe. Danke dafür 🙂👍🏻

Per Lieferung bestellt. 1 Stunde Wartezeit für Fastfood ist mies. Dann noch einen falschen Burger bekommen und alles kalt. Restaurant ist unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer nicht erreichbar. Den einen Stern, den man geben muss, hat der Laden eigentlich auch nicht verdient. Finger weg davon.

Sehr unmotivierte Mitarbeiter bis hin zu unfreundlich. Einige laufen in Straßenklamotten permanent hinten durch die Küche, packen Tüten und haben Kontakt zu Gästen Leider sprechen sie kein einziges Wort Deutsch was den einen oder anderen ältrej Menschen überfordert hat

Es war sehr voll! Aber es war ja auch der 2te Adventssamstag. Dafür lief alles gut und auch dafür recht schnell
