Delicious food, super nice employees and nice atmosphere!

Unfortunately there is no zero star rating: - The food was at most lukewarm. - The changes made and paid for at the terminal were not taken into account. - The refill soda machine repeatedly failed to work. - At 15 euros I expect that you will be full. Unfortunately, far from it. - The price-performance ratio at Burger King is generally getting worse and worse.

What can I say, unfriendly staff. Ordering at the checkout is not possible, only at the terminal, this is probably specified by the management. I didn't become a customer here today 10/17/24 10:30 p.m. and probably won't again. Thank you for not!!!

10 minutes as the only one at the drive thru for a few cheeseburgers. “Fast” food…

It all took a very long time. The “extras” via touch order were not taken into account. The drinks machine didn't really work. And above all: the exorbitant price for the cold food is a disgrace - and with the wrap-like cardboard without much content you won't even get full. Disgusting! Unfortunately there is no zero star rating!

Great if you're traveling and have vouchers with you...then it's affordable for a family too.

Absolutely disgusting, the onion rings had probably been sitting there for a while and they were just thrown back into the deep fryer and made hot. They became full of fat and were therefore inedible. Disgusting and never going here again

I wanted to drive through the drive. The store closes at 1:00 a.m. and at 12:30 a.m. I drive through the drive and they say drive is closed, you have to come in in a very strong, unfriendly tone. The service is really not good, but the food is delicious and the drive has happened to me several times, even at half past 12, etc

I recently went to Burger King and had a truly outstanding experience thanks to an incredibly friendly and helpful employee. When I stood at the checkout with my baby in my arms, the employee immediately noticed my situation and immediately offered to help me. Not only did he bring my tray to the table, but he also poured my drink for me. His behavior was simply exemplary - he was incredibly courteous and attentive. After eating, I placed a take-out order. Here, too, the employee thought ahead: He packed everything in a bag so that I could transport the baby and the order safely and easily into the car. These little gestures and his attention really made my visit special. All in all, it was a great experience and all I can say is a huge compliment to this friendly and service-oriented employee! Such great customer service makes all the difference - I'll definitely come back.

Relatively long waiting times (a suitable excuse is already attached to the counter in the form of a sticker). Cleanliness a little below average (floor, tables, seats). Furniture is partly worn and a drinks machine has been broken for weeks. Uncomfortably high temperature in the restaurant, due to a defective air conditioning or ventilation system, and also very "used", stuffy air. Unfortunately there are no more tables and chairs outside, so you can only sit inside, but it is too warm. Products (or promotions) often not available. Ketchup or sauce is systematically forgotten on menus, even though it is included. It's worth taking a closer look here. Conclusion: mixed to bad.

So a few years ago you could have a great meal and there was also a nice play area for children. Unfortunately the entire facility is much worse than before. We went out to eat today and it was so hot inside, no air conditioning. The windows were all locked and no window or door was opened when asked. Unfortunately you can no longer sit outside. The freestyle drinks are not tasty and today 1 of 2 drinks machines were broken and there were no ice cubes. The employees are understaffed. Unfortunately, we couldn't provide a coupon because it wasn't accepted. So we won't go to this Birger King again.

Not recommended under any circumstances. Overpriced paper mache with 50 percent sugar. The tortilla that is currently available was actually really good and quite tasty for industrial fast food. But the advice when ordering (are the tortillas also available as a menu, which is the small menu and which is the large menu, can you also combine the curly fries, etc.) was already a drama, the employees were not very helpful, the service overall Not good and the restaurant is completely outdated and will soon be demolished. The fries were lukewarm and the curly fries were forgotten, they were regular fries. For €12 it's a catastrophe, because at my favorite kebab shop in Kinderhaus I get an extremely large plate of kebab meat, kofta, chicken, rice, fried vegetables, sauce and salad. Everything is freshly prepared and made from real food. And it's even faster.

It took forever to get the food. Entrance to the drive-in was catastrophic. An item was mixed up when ordering.

Car switch Impractical to reach, everything too narrow. And pork expensive cheeseburger, small fries and coffee for 11.20. That's it for me. I haven't set foot in McDonalds for 3 years and now I've done Burger King too. Better a roll in the bakery, healthier and cheaper

Terminals a bit complicated otherwise just a Burger King

Rainer Random's assessment cannot be taken seriously. This is known for his hate speech (Facebook). The pictures show a completely clean BK! Aside from the fact that the people shown there most likely weren't asked for permission!? We have never had any problems here and apart from that we also have mouths that we can use to complain about defective drinks machines, among other things. Our understanding and praise goes to the hard-working employees who sink into stress just for troll reviews and complaining. Thanks!

Full trash cans, dirty tables, lukewarm burgers, staff okay, something urgently needs to be done to the management here.

For me, the BK used to be the best in Münster. Today I went back to the restaurant after a long break and was a little disappointed. The waiting time was longer than usual, the employees were very hectic, but that's understandable, they also had a lot to do. My friend ordered the King Menu with King Shake for himself and paid €16.29, and it really came with a very small portion of Curly Fries. If you're going to pay that much, you'll at least want a larger portion. I bought the new Macaroni & Cheese Lover Chicken Burger myself. Iceberg lettuce was very soft and not fresh, but what disappointed me so much was the chicken patty, which was dark brown in color like beef. The meat was very dry and super tough. Unfortunately not recommended.

All ordering machines are broken, no shakes, only one drinks machine is not broken, only one type available. Staff didn't care. Hours before closing, large parts of the seating area were closed so that you don't have to clean up later. The staff was also really not friendly. BK should check out this store. In Münster I would go to the other BK.

Somehow there was chaos. No terminal worked, germs napkins and no straws available. Totally loud in the store. We didn't like it at all.

Addendum: after we were there more often and a few times completely closed and a few times only drive (sometimes no card payment available) the opening times have now been set to 10 p.m. for the entire week?? That's really disappointing and in my opinion not right, given how busy there is/was in the evenings. Good Burger King. Almost always clean, it's pretty quick depending on when you're there. In addition, the Coca Cola Freestyle machine only offers very limited varieties. It's really a shame what this once great Burger King has become. Another addendum; Worst Burger King ever. Saturday evening at 12:45 am there "cash only" so that customers don't stay. The unfriendliest employee I have ever encountered told everyone this straight away so they would leave. When we then said that we would just pay in cash, he didn't feel like it anymore and took extra time until he took our order.

Great service, special requests were taken into account even though the card reader at the counter was broken. Chef made the burger fresh straight away after a personal conversation. Every now and then I go to BK. Then I have a real craving for fast food. The food is delicious but the toilets always look very unclean, no matter which BK I end up in. That urgently needs to be worked on‼️‼️

Bright, spacious and comparatively modern branch of the chain. The offer is as expected and I found the staff here today to be above average friendly.

One of the better Burger Kings in Münster. The ice cream maker never works. The burgers are really good though. And it's open until late.

Worst Burger King I've ever seen. Ordering machines broken, 1 of 2 drinks machines broken and drive-in not possible “due to technical problems”. Far too few staff, therefore long waiting times. The branch management should visit a management briefing. Apparently BurgerKing takes everyone.

There were gifts for children and paper crowns that the children were happy about. Back then there was a nice corner for children with a slide and Lego bricks to keep them busy. Unfortunately the children’s room is no longer open.”

I have to say, I don't normally write applications here, but what I experienced today was really bottomless. Where do we start, you come into the store and everything is broken. 2 of 6 order machines worked, one of the drinks machines didn't work either, the other had Diet Coke as the ONLY drink. And none of the staff felt responsible for it. Let's come to point 2, the staff. So I didn't want to order from the overcrowded machine but instead at the checkout, and an employee was absolutely annoyed and tried to send me back to the machine. Because nobody here feels responsible for anything. Only after asking three times was I able to order at the checkout. But the employee couldn't have been more unmotivated or annoyed. Without saying it, he gives you the feeling that you should leave quickly. And then the food finally came. Everything was over here. The fries were half full and cold, the citizens were gossiping so carelessly together and just damn bad, I couldn't even eat them. I've never seen anything like it and I've seen a lot of bad Burger Kings in my life. A the branch manager, shame on you for this service and staff.

The waiting times at this place are terrible. Ive been there twice in the last two weeks, once in car (25 mins wait) and once inside the restaurant (30 mins). This is completely unacceptable. I counted the people waiting inside the place and there were 32. This hardly creates a nice ambience in the restaurant with 32 people stood waiting for their food. There were two drinks machines available, one was out of order and the other one had about 50% available to what it said was on offer! This is the worst organised Burger King Ive ever been to. Avoid.

Vegetarian, vegan? Bad luck, sold out 🤷🏻‍♂️ Something is always unavailable, poorly maintained. The staff isn't the friendliest, but I'm sure they can't help it, they're just incredibly poorly managed.

Soft drink machine: Cola: Not available. Cola Lime: Not available. Only Cola Orange was available. Stupid. Order terminal: When you choose a burger, you are made to believe that you can only choose between a small and a large menu. The Burger Without Everything option appears like a grayed out menu option on Windows. There are no such lousy tricks at McDonald's terminals.

This Burger King is just wild! First of all, the opening times are neither online nor on the sign on site. E.g. According to Google they are open, but you arrive and the store is closed. What also happens often is that the interior rooms are locked in the afternoon and only drive through is offered. It's always a surprise to see what's broken there. Sometimes it's the drinks machine, so there's a ladder in front of it and you're supposed to use the machine through the ladder as if it were the most normal thing in the world. Of course, it is often the ice cream machine that is broken. In some cases, the digital pickup display only shows the Chrome browser open. You don't even need to try delivery. It arrives hours late and it is always a surprise what is delivered. What you actually ordered will definitely not arrive. It's a real adventure every time you step into this Burger King. Enter at your own risk!

During that time we could have ordered good burgers via Lieferando and had them delivered in time. Unfortunately we won't be coming back

The most unpleasant Burger King visit of my life. The employees meet at the counter and openly talk negatively about you and make you feel bad. We are the only guests and maybe we just disturbed their peace, but sorry, that's your job. It's hard to enjoy food when people are staring at you the whole time. Music way too loud. I've never experienced anything like this in a Burger King, MC or similar. More like a disco. When you ask to turn it down, you say yes, but nothing happens. One of two drinks machines is broken, it's not a big deal, but if half of the drinks and ice are missing in the other one, it becomes stupid. At least it was clean and the food was as expected.

Well, a typical burger. Ordering at the entrance is a bit difficult for infrequent visitors. Otherwise all good. Burgers taste very good.

With every bite of the gristly, rancid, and mostly cold thing sold as a burger, you realize that you could have eaten anything else in the world better than that. The new terminals are a disaster. Instead of just quickly selecting the few parts you want, the slow, cumbersome machine, when it's working, takes you through a lengthy ordering process that mostly consists of rejecting the terminal's instructions about what I should order. There is one star for nostalgia.

Cold fast food, extremely long order and fulfillment time, incomplete order. You have to check and count everything, otherwise you only get half the food and usually the wrong food.

Tried again after more than a year. Unfortunately still completely wrong. Fast food is different. It takes forever and the promise that the food will be freshly prepared when you order is not true either. Everything is cold again and the order is not complete again. Now we just count how many burgers, fries and drinks there have to be. My husband really doesn't feel like going there anymore. What don't you do for the children? Hopefully they'll have a driver's license soon. I would rather have the finest kebab at these prices than Burger King.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, die MitarbeiterInnen unfreundlich, arrogant und kein bisschen serviceorientiert. Ein Mitarbeiter in der Küche hat die ganze Zeit die anderen Mitarbeitenden angeschnauzt. Sehr unprofessionell

Das Essen war gut, ein Getränkeautomat war gesperrt, aus dem zweiten kam die Sprite zwar trinkbar, aber wenig sprudelnd und die Fanta fast ohne Kohlensäure. Obwohl nicht viele Gäste anwesend waren, war der Geräuschpegel unangenehm hoch. Über die Raumakustik könnte man mal nachdenken.

Ich packe meinen burger zuhause aus nachdem ich extra hingelaufen bin und finde ein haar?! Kassiererin war glaub ich in meiner alten Stufe und war vielleicht deswegen so unfreundlich zu mir. War mir fast schon peinlich zu bezahlen Bevor ichs vergesse, ich habe angerufen aber es geht da ja auch keine sau ans Telefon Überteuert is es ausserdem 4.99€ für 6 Nuggets ?! Ne fastfood is nicht mehr das für was es gemacht wurde

Das Lautstärke Personalgespräch an der Kasse war ja schon Entertainment erster Klasse, aber was danach folge hat uns alle vom Hocker gehauen. Als der Laden geschlossen wurde, und wir noch drin waren, wurde extra für uns über die Lautsprecheranlage "nein man, ich will noch nicht gehen" abgespielt.

Sehr nett, es stehen ausreichend SB-Bestellmonitore zur Verfügung.

Die Weihnachtsmusik war leider sehr präsent und sehr laut.

Der Burger King ist ganz solide kann man mal auf die schnelle hin wenn man Hunger hat guten Hunger euch 👍🏽

Essen und Ambiente voll in Ordnung. Der Mann hinter der Theke ging nur leider gar nicht, wollte von seinen Kolleginnen "Gott" genannt werden und sagte Sätze wie beispielsweise Zitat: "halt die Fresse Mädchen " und ähnliches zu seinem Kolleginnen. Er wirkte generell sehr unprofessionell und für den Service komplett ungeeignet.

Essen kalt, Tische alle schmutzig, Getränke Auswahl sehr stark eingeschränkt. War schon mal schöne dort zu essen. Komme wieder in der Hoffnung das dies ein einmaliges Erlebnis war
