4 euros for a bottle of water!?! Where do these exorbitant prices come from?

For me, this restaurant is one of the worst in the area. I've had both delivery and dine-in experiences. When I ate there, I stood at the counter when my number was called, was ignored, and my food was set aside until it was cold. A sign of absolutely incompetent employees. I ordered there again yesterday. I placed my order at 9:03 PM (delivery time 30-50 minutes). I called at 10:00 PM to ask if my order had been received. The employee assured me that my order wouldn't arrive, even though I had already paid and received a bill! Then, at 11:24 PM, the food suddenly arrived (they ring in the middle of the night on a Sunday), and they handed me cold food. Burger King Steinfurter Straße, never again!

The Burger King is large and very spacious, so you always feel comfortable there. The food comes quickly and is always delicious. I especially like the fact that they have a drink refill machine; it's truly fantastic. Wi-Fi is also available. In my opinion, this is the best Burger King in Münster and the surrounding area. The employees are friendly and courteous, and so far it's never been crowded, so you can always find a seat. The cleanliness, including the restrooms, is also top-notch. My only minor criticism: The drive-thru is a bit inconveniently located, but that's okay—it's just how it's designed, there's nothing you can do about it. Otherwise, a really great place; everything just works.

The manager seemed extremely overwhelmed and loudly attacked his employees. Customers whose orders were missing something were initially harassed before the problem was truly addressed. Some customers even left before ordering because of the way the staff behaved. The food was good and hot. Still, I won't be coming back.

Put the fries in a bag, or better yet, in the bin. We broke down in the parking lot and had to pay an additional €30 for the extended waiting time. Despite sending in the receipt from the ADAC, all they said was that they wanted the money and didn't care what was going on. It's amazing how understanding a company can be towards its customers (we even bought something because we already suspected there would be a line). McDonald's would never do something like that.

The food was average, but the service was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing. On a day without many orders, I waited over 20 minutes for a regular meal, and it was still not ready. The employees looked busy, but it was completely unclear what they were busy with.

Waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru for ice cream while three Burger King employees smoked and chatted outside. Great.

Unbelievable. I stopped at BK on Steinfurter Straße to eat. Then I received an important personal call, so I was on the phone for almost two hours. After that, I went in to get a burger. I didn't get my food for another 20 minutes. NOW COMING: A week or two later, I received a ticket for exceeding the two-hour parking limit... €30 fine for a paying customer who was parked in a half-empty parking space... Even when I asked, I was told that was just how it was... I've never experienced such impudence...!!!

Burger King makes really delicious burgers, but the prices are outrageous for what you get. Unfortunately, the staff at this branch were also extremely unfriendly and rude. I realize that you have to expect increased prices at restaurants like this. But what brought the stars down so far was the extremely unfriendly staff. I mean, they only forgot a French fry for me, but I was treated condescendingly and unfriendly when I asked for a simple, and really friendly, request. I work in the service industry, and everyone has a bad day sometimes. But this was completely unnecessary from the counter staff and the branch management. We'll never be back to this branch. The staff does not handle customer complaints professionally. We have also experienced orders being incomplete at the drive-thru, which we later realized was the case.

Relatively long wait times (a suitable, stupid excuse is already attached in the form of a sticker on the counter). Cleanliness somewhat below average (floor, tables, seats). Furniture partially worn, and a drinks machine has been broken for 6 months (presumably 'deactivated' for cost-saving reasons). Uncomfortably high temperature in the restaurant due to a faulty air conditioning or ventilation system, as well as very stale, stuffy air. Unfortunately, there are no tables or chairs outside, so you can only sit inside, where it's too warm. Products (or promotions) are often unavailable. Ketchup or sauce is systematically left out of menus, even though it's included. It's worth taking a closer look here. Furthermore, the parking lot is monitored by a private parking surveillance service, and hefty fines are likely being issued. Unfortunately, the corresponding sign is not visible to drivers at the entrance! Good thing I was only there as a pedestrian. But the sign is also not clearly visible for pedestrians (GDPR!). Conclusion: the worst local sign within a 250 km radius.

I just wanted to buy the NEW iced coffee caramel (Steinfurter Str.). They tell me the machine is broken! Come up with something new! They can really lie without blushing. Awful lot!

How bad can a restaurant be?! Unfortunately, this is the absolute worst case scenario: 50 minutes wait for a burger, annoyed staff, got the WRONG BURGER. Everything wrong, if possible! Feel free to find another place… this one isn't worth it.

The cleanliness of the restrooms is particularly noteworthy. There is a refill machine for drinks (except water and apple spritzer).

Good Burger King. It's almost always clean, and the service is pretty quick depending on when you arrive. Plus, the Coca-Cola Freestyle now has almost all varieties and flavors. Not outstanding, but not bad either.

The drinks Cola and Sprite were warm from the machine and non-carbonated, the syrup tasted soapy. The burgers from our menu were cold and only the patty was heated. The employees seem listless and unmotivated. There is a great lack of hygiene in the sanitary area and in the dining area. I will never visit this store again. Paid another 30 euros for this. AUDIENCE!

The worst Burger King I've ever been to. Tables not clean, clearing stations overcrowded, toilets dirty, waiting time more than 40 minutes.

Orders cannot be personalized. A 40-minute wait for a standard order (to eat here), then everything was packed in bags. When I asked for a tray, the response was "we're closing soon" (it was 11 p.m., so "we" don't close for another two hours). Simply abysmal!

Tried Plant based Chicken and Plant based Big King. Chicken great, Big King no thanks. Service is good, as far as you can tell, because everything is only online. Drinks were only available at Fanta :(((. Ambiance soon needs an overhaul:(((

This Burger King makes a very dingy impression. The tables are not cleaned often enough by the staff. As a guest, you are welcome to do this yourself before taking a seat. Today there was only Diet Coke and Zero at the drinks machine. Annoying because you had already paid for the drink beforehand. Overall, I can only advise against a visit.

A very tidy and nice Burger King with a perfect location for rush hour traffic. The staff is very nice and the food is very tasty and very fresh for fast food standards. The colleagues from the Golden Seagull can learn a lot from that!!! The Cola Freestyle cup idea is also a really cool thing

Orders always went great, this was my first time in the store and I drove home with my food. Unfortunately, I ordered a plant-based nugget burger and instead received a chili-cheese burger with meat. How can you mix that up?

For convenience and because we are mentally 15, we meet every now and then at the BK on Steinfurter Straße. Today it was packed again and the handful of employees took over 20 minutes to place the order. The fries were cold and obviously not well done. That's okay, we know chronically understaffed companies. And when it's so full, you just get the fries out of the deep fryer 30 seconds earlier. But when I ask for a poker for my fries with mayo, I don't want a stroppy "we don't have any pokers. And what for, anyway, for the chili cheese nuggets?" hear. No good man, not for my nuggets, but very happy for my greasy fries. After all, I'm 36 and not 2. Because if I were 2, putting may on my finger would only bother me minimally. Well, I got a fork and everything was fine. Ok, the drinks machine was empty.

Wow. The speed and acceleration of meal preparation was astounding -it took them only 23 minutes to be ready with my order. The manager was really kind and gave us cups from our orders ahead of time and I managed to calmly drink 3 sodas in a row while happily waiting for my meal. BTW there are two refilling soda machines with a great selection of drinks - Sprite with zero sugar and Fanta with Zero sugar included -both are of delicious taste! One of the machines was out of service: so we had an exquisite opportunity to stand in a friendly line for our beverages. We felt ourselves as if we attended The Burger King Museum of Slow Mo)
