Burger King in Münster

Ich habe bei Burger King gegessen und mein Auto dort geparkt. Ich bin Taxifahrer und musste auf meinen Kunden warten. Während der ganzen Zeit habe ich bei Burger King eingekauft – Burger, Kaffee und Wasser. Trotzdem habe ich ein Parkticket bekommen. Ich finde es wirklich unverschämt, dass man seinen eigenen Kunden keine längere Parkzeit ermöglicht. Ich werde Burger King nicht mehr besuchen und kann es auch niemandem weiterempfehlen.

Noch nie so einen verdammt lahmen Drive-In erlebt!!! -.-

War jetzt zum 3. mal dort. Musste jedes Mal mindestens 30min auf das Essen warten. Das war das letzte mal.

Statt der bestellten Coca-Cola bekamen wir zwei leere Gläser, die Pommes waren kalt, ein sehr unangenehmer Ort, ich möchte nie wieder hierher kommen, das ist der schlechteste Burger King, den ich je in meinem Leben gesehen habe, ich empfehle niemandem, hierher zu gehen.

16.07.26 20uhr Der Mirarbeiter mit AFD-Schlüsselbund am Drive in Schalter war extrem unfreundlich und hat mehrfach unser essen runter gemacht (einen Veggi-Burger).

Eigentlich bester mcs in MS und zusätzlich auch echt groß. Personal überfreundlich und essen schnell warm und lecker

Gute Laune bekommt noch gratis dazu, weil die sympathische Art von Herrn Ludwig ansteckend ist! :-)

Schlechtester Burger King in dem ich jemals war !!!!! Im mandelorien Menü gab es my little pony als ich dies angesprochen habe wussten die Mitarbeiter gar nicht worum es geht. Die heiße Käsesoße wurde mir direkt aus dem Kühlschrank überreicht, laut den Mitarbeitern sollte sie kalt sein als ich dann darauf hinwies das sogar auf der verpackung steht vorsicht heiß und freundlich fragte ob mn mir diese erwärmen könnte, so wie die Burger die auch eine Kühlschranktemperatur hatte wurde alles in die Mikrowelle gesteckt. Also für den Preis hab ich so etwas noch nicht erlebt..... Bitte schult eure mitarbeiter , sie stehen unter dem schiöd für die heiße Käsesoße und wissen nicht das diese warm sein soll!!!

Selten so enttäuscht gewesen. Wir haben viel Geld für mehrere Burger bezahlt und bekamen dafür lieblos zusammengeworfene Produkte, die aussahen, als wären sie einfach in die Verpackung geworfen worden. So sollte niemand mit Lebensmitteln umgehen. Für die Preise erwarten wir zumindest etwas Sorgfalt und Qualität. Stattdessen war das Essen optisch eine Katastrophe und weit von dem entfernt, was man erwarten darf. Wir sind wirklich verärgert und enttäuscht

Für mich und meiner Familie war das mein letzter Besuch da. So einen unverschämten Restaurantleiter, habe ich noch nie erlebt. Es gibt wohl heute eine Internetstörung und daher ist keine Kartenzahlung möglich. An den Eingangstüren hängt zwar ein Zettel, aber dünn mit Kugelschreiber geschrieben und daher überliest man den Hinweis schnell. Da er auch erst als zweites da steht. Da ich einige Kunden gesehen habe, die es auch nicht gelesen haben, habe ich freundlich darauf hingewiesen, als Tip, das man keine Kartenzahlung doch dicker schreiben sollte, damit es schneller ins Auge fällt. Daraufhin wurde der Restaurantleiter frech und beschimpfte mich als Klugscheißer und lief hinter mir her und zeigte mir mit der Hand den Scheibenwischer, nach dem Motto, das ich bescheuert bin. Das ist eine unverschämt und Frechheit noch oben drauf. Und die Brownies mit Eis waren von der Portionsgröße auch nicht ihr Geld wert

Es geht um den Burger King nicht direkt sondern um den Parkplatz davor. Dieser wird von der Firma Parkdepot bewirtschaftet. Wenn man länger als 2 Stunden dort verbringt, dann wird es teuer. Trotz Nachweis gibt es keine Kulanz und die Strafe muss bezahlt werden. Es war ein lustiger Abend bei Burger King und sonst habe ich noch nie so lange dort gesessen. Aber dann wird das Parken eben teuer mit satten 41€ . Update: Burger King hat bisher nichts wieder gut gemacht, obwohl ich mich dort gemeldet habe.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, vor allem Herr Ludwig. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

Nice staff and food was very good

It used to be really nice when they still had the kids' area. Now it's very dirty and unclean, the drinks dispenser is always broken, and the toilets are broken and dirty. The burgers don't look anything like they're advertised; they're just a messy, unappetizing mess, and the fries are cold and smelly. Plus, they've become very expensive!

Delivery via Uber Eats is terrible. After the driver picked up the order from the Burger King, he suddenly disappeared from the map. He was apparently making a stop along the way. This delayed the delivery. The food arrived cold. The driver gave a ridiculous excuse, even though it was only a few minutes' drive. Never again.

The bread wasn't fresh. And it was cold. The cheese wasn't as usual either.

Everything is really fresh. Plenty of space, clean, and friendly service.

Slow down at the drive-thru, even when it's empty, and the burgers are still cold, and the cheese even worse.

I'm a regular here, and the drinks are never carbonated (or barely carbonated), if they're even available at all. They're constantly out of cola, so you have to choose other drinks.

The food is delicious. There are many good plant-based options.

The long chicken was bone dry, and the bread rolls looked stale.

The kebab-style food tastes awful and is way too spicy. The cheeseburger tastes like nothing. The tables are dirty, the toilets are filthy, and the disabled toilet is completely locked. The price/performance ratio is more than unfair.

I ordered the kebab-style Lava burger from Burger King in Münster today. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed, and the food wasn't worth the €30 I paid. The bread was dry and didn't seem to be cooked through. There was no decent sauce at all, which made the entire burger very dry. The chicken was also extremely dry, almost inedible. Overall, the quality was far below what I've come to expect from Burger King. We wanted to try it, but based on my experience, I unfortunately can't recommend it. It's a real shame, especially at that price.

The branch manager was very unfriendly, telling small children to be quiet without even speaking to their parents first. As an observer, I found this absolutely unacceptable!

I was there years ago and met someone there! The hamburgers and fries were freshly made, but the coffee wasn't the best. Maybe it had been sitting for a while, but it's clear that it doesn't taste as good as freshly brewed, but I still recommend it. Enjoy! 😋

Unfortunately, I had to leave the Yellow Seagull because they discontinued the McPlant. Now I see that Burger King offers every burger with the option of a plant-based patty?! That's a complete no-brainer. Thankfully, McDonald's hasn't come up with the simple idea of ​​putting their existing plant-based Chicken McNuggets on top of a burger! I'm impressed by Burger King! For me, this restaurant is one of the worst in the area. I've had both delivery and dine-in experiences. When I ate there, I stood at the counter when my number was called, was ignored, and my food was set aside until it was cold. A sign of absolutely incompetent employees. I ordered there again yesterday. I placed my order at 9:03 PM (delivery time 30-50 minutes). I called at 10:00 PM to ask if my order had been received. The employee assured me that my order wouldn't arrive, even though I had already paid and received a bill! Then, at 11:24 PM, the food suddenly arrived (they ring in the middle of the night on a Sunday), and they handed me cold food. Burger King Steinfurter Straße, never again!

The Burger King is large and very spacious, so you always feel comfortable there. The food comes quickly and is always delicious. I especially like the fact that they have a drink refill machine; it's truly fantastic. Wi-Fi is also available. In my opinion, this is the best Burger King in Münster and the surrounding area. The employees are friendly and courteous, and so far it's never been crowded, so you can always find a seat. The cleanliness, including the restrooms, is also top-notch. My only minor criticism: The drive-thru is a bit inconveniently located, but that's okay—it's just how it's designed, there's nothing you can do about it. Otherwise, a really great place; everything just works.

The manager seemed extremely overwhelmed and loudly attacked his employees. Customers whose orders were missing something were initially harassed before the problem was truly addressed. Some customers even left before ordering because of the way the staff behaved. The food was good and hot. Still, I won't be coming back.

Put the fries in a bag, or better yet, in the bin. We broke down in the parking lot and had to pay an additional €30 for the extended waiting time. Despite sending in the receipt from the ADAC, all they said was that they wanted the money and didn't care what was going on. It's amazing how understanding a company can be towards its customers (we even bought something because we already suspected there would be a line). McDonald's would never do something like that.

The food was average, but the service was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing. On a day without many orders, I waited over 20 minutes for a regular meal, and it was still not ready. The employees looked busy, but it was completely unclear what they were busy with.

Unbelievable. I stopped at BK on Steinfurter Straße to eat. Then I received an important personal call, so I was on the phone for almost two hours. After that, I went in to get a burger. I didn't get my food for another 20 minutes. NOW COMING: A week or two later, I received a ticket for exceeding the two-hour parking limit... €30 fine for a paying customer who was parked in a half-empty parking space... Even when I asked, I was told that was just how it was... I've never experienced such impudence...!!!
