Everything takes far too long and the staff seem overwhelmed...

It used to be really nice when they still had the kids' area. Now it's very dirty and unclean, the drinks dispenser is always broken, and the toilets are broken and dirty. The burgers don't look anything like they're advertised; they're just a messy, unappetizing mess, and the fries are cold and smelly. Plus, they've become very expensive!

Delivery via Uber Eats is terrible. After the driver picked up the order from the Burger King, he suddenly disappeared from the map. He was apparently making a stop along the way. This delayed the delivery. The food arrived cold. The driver gave a ridiculous excuse, even though it was only a few minutes' drive. Never again.

The bread wasn't fresh. And it was cold. The cheese wasn't as usual either.

I'm a regular here, and the drinks are never carbonated (or barely carbonated), if they're even available at all. They're constantly out of cola, so you have to choose other drinks.

The food is delicious. There are many good plant-based options.

The kebab-style food tastes awful and is way too spicy. The cheeseburger tastes like nothing. The tables are dirty, the toilets are filthy, and the disabled toilet is completely locked. The price/performance ratio is more than unfair.

I ordered the kebab-style Lava burger from Burger King in Münster today. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed, and the food wasn't worth the €30 I paid. The bread was dry and didn't seem to be cooked through. There was no decent sauce at all, which made the entire burger very dry. The chicken was also extremely dry, almost inedible. Overall, the quality was far below what I've come to expect from Burger King. We wanted to try it, but based on my experience, I unfortunately can't recommend it. It's a real shame, especially at that price.

The branch manager was very unfriendly, telling small children to be quiet without even speaking to their parents first. As an observer, I found this absolutely unacceptable!

I was there years ago and met someone there! The hamburgers and fries were freshly made, but the coffee wasn't the best. Maybe it had been sitting for a while, but it's clear that it doesn't taste as good as freshly brewed, but I still recommend it. Enjoy! 😋

Unfortunately, I had to leave the Yellow Seagull because they discontinued the McPlant. Now I see that Burger King offers every burger with the option of a plant-based patty?! That's a complete no-brainer. Thankfully, McDonald's hasn't come up with the simple idea of ​​putting their existing plant-based Chicken McNuggets on top of a burger! I'm impressed by Burger King! For me, this restaurant is one of the worst in the area. I've had both delivery and dine-in experiences. When I ate there, I stood at the counter when my number was called, was ignored, and my food was set aside until it was cold. A sign of absolutely incompetent employees. I ordered there again yesterday. I placed my order at 9:03 PM (delivery time 30-50 minutes). I called at 10:00 PM to ask if my order had been received. The employee assured me that my order wouldn't arrive, even though I had already paid and received a bill! Then, at 11:24 PM, the food suddenly arrived (they ring in the middle of the night on a Sunday), and they handed me cold food. Burger King Steinfurter Straße, never again!

The Burger King is large and very spacious, so you always feel comfortable there. The food comes quickly and is always delicious. I especially like the fact that they have a drink refill machine; it's truly fantastic. Wi-Fi is also available. In my opinion, this is the best Burger King in Münster and the surrounding area. The employees are friendly and courteous, and so far it's never been crowded, so you can always find a seat. The cleanliness, including the restrooms, is also top-notch. My only minor criticism: The drive-thru is a bit inconveniently located, but that's okay—it's just how it's designed, there's nothing you can do about it. Otherwise, a really great place; everything just works.

The manager seemed extremely overwhelmed and loudly attacked his employees. Customers whose orders were missing something were initially harassed before the problem was truly addressed. Some customers even left before ordering because of the way the staff behaved. The food was good and hot. Still, I won't be coming back.

Put the fries in a bag, or better yet, in the bin. We broke down in the parking lot and had to pay an additional €30 for the extended waiting time. Despite sending in the receipt from the ADAC, all they said was that they wanted the money and didn't care what was going on. It's amazing how understanding a company can be towards its customers (we even bought something because we already suspected there would be a line). McDonald's would never do something like that.

The food was average, but the service was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing. On a day without many orders, I waited over 20 minutes for a regular meal, and it was still not ready. The employees looked busy, but it was completely unclear what they were busy with.

Unbelievable. I stopped at BK on Steinfurter Straße to eat. Then I received an important personal call, so I was on the phone for almost two hours. After that, I went in to get a burger. I didn't get my food for another 20 minutes. NOW COMING: A week or two later, I received a ticket for exceeding the two-hour parking limit... €30 fine for a paying customer who was parked in a half-empty parking space... Even when I asked, I was told that was just how it was... I've never experienced such impudence...!!!

Burger King makes really delicious burgers, but the prices are outrageous for what you get. Unfortunately, the staff at this branch were also extremely unfriendly and rude. I realize that you have to expect increased prices at restaurants like this. But what brought the stars down so far was the extremely unfriendly staff. I mean, they only forgot a French fry for me, but I was treated condescendingly and unfriendly when I asked for a simple, and really friendly, request. I work in the service industry, and everyone has a bad day sometimes. But this was completely unnecessary from the counter staff and the branch management. We'll never be back to this branch. Furniture partially worn, and a drinks machine has been broken for 6 months (presumably 'deactivated' for cost-saving reasons). Uncomfortably high temperature in the restaurant due to a faulty air conditioning or ventilation system, as well as very stale, stuffy air. Unfortunately, there are no tables or chairs outside, so you can only sit inside, where it's too warm. Products (or promotions) are often unavailable. Ketchup or sauce is systematically left out of menus, even though it's included. It's worth taking a closer look here. Furthermore, the parking lot is monitored by a private parking surveillance service, and hefty fines are likely being issued. Unfortunately, the corresponding sign is not visible to drivers at the entrance! Good thing I was only there as a pedestrian. But the sign is also not clearly visible for pedestrians (GDPR!). Conclusion: the worst local sign within a 250 km radius.

How bad can a restaurant be?! Unfortunately, this is the absolute worst case scenario: 50 minutes wait for a burger, annoyed staff, got the WRONG BURGER. Everything wrong, if possible! Feel free to find another place… this one isn't worth it.

The cleanliness of the restrooms is particularly noteworthy. There is a refill machine for drinks (except water and apple spritzer).
