Order terminal defective, drinks machine defective. Music was so loud that the few guests couldn't converse.

It was already closed half an hour before closing time

Drinks machines were broken, but there were bottled drinks that were very warm. Food was very bad. Unfortunately we drove 30 km for it... it wasn't worth it.

Picked up food for the second time in a row and noticed at home that not everything was packed. Coleslaw, mashed potatoes and sauces used to be much better too.

Food was cold and tasted old. Also way too expensive for the poor quality. We both had stomach pains afterwards.

The place is terrible. I come from Bulgaria and there is no such bad KFC The food has nothing to do with what should be offered 3 out of 4 ordering machines are down. There is no delivery to the table. I will never repeat here.

The first KFC branch that I am not at all satisfied with! The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, very unhygienic. From the toilet, to the drink dispensers, to the tables and chairs, the floor and even the children's high chairs are covered in dirt. The service is unfriendly and the food is not the quality I am used to from other branches! Not satisfactory in taste! A pity.

Wings were cold and undercooked. Forgotten toys with child benefit. Drinks dispenser defective. No soap in the toilets. No playground. Unclean. Unfortunately insufficient compared to other branches.

Basically clean with room for improvement. With 10 employees and five guests, I had to wait 15 minutes for my burger 🍔 for EUR 2.29. Quality was good.

Hair in the food, getting the wrong orders, getting the wrong drinks, service somewhat ok, shop dirty as hell, I could eat right in the dump, chairs are put up even though people are still eating, it's impossible, and all the spotlights on the ceiling flicker, which gives you a headache very quickly and you feel like you're having an epilepsy attack

I ordered food in the drive through for around €45, which I received after unfriendly treatment from the staff, which can happen, it's a tough industry, and I got my food which I quickly drove home to my children after work without checking it first. Big mistake. It was the wrong bucket (instead of crispis, chicken pieces that were extremely greasy) there was no butter for the corn on the cob and the citizens were only covered with chicken crispies as wide as 2 fingers. Overall very dissatisfied, even though we have been there several times.

There really wasn't much going on and unfortunately it was very messy! No tables were wiped, there was a lot of rubbish flying around outside! And the toilet wasn't very clean either!

Food is just kfc but it was ok. The waitresses were really nice, the store looks a bit run down but otherwise ok.

BE SURE TO CHECK IT IS COMPLETE WHEN PICKING UP! The KFC is conveniently located in the Lauterer Höhe commercial area, directly on the A 73 and B 4. There is plenty of parking space in front of the door. Most of the time there isn't much going on in the parking lot. There are charging stations for electric vehicles. Unfortunately, the parking lot was very dirty on the day I visited. Update: The parking lot appears to have been cleaned. There were now masses of cigarette butts right in front of the entrance. Modern ordering terminals await guests inside. Ordering in person directly at the counter is not possible, you have to use these parts. I don't like them because I personally find them unhygienic. Once you've managed to enter your order at some point... it worked at the 3rd terminal, the other two had problems with recognition, you can pay for your food at the counter and take it with you. Update after months: The first terminal continues to have problems taking my order... I don't believe it will ever be fixed. The temperature of the chicken pieces needed a lot of improvement. Lukewarm, very tepid. Some of the crispies tasted fresh and were juicy and tasty, some tasted as if they had been sitting for a long time. Dry and chewy. The coleslaw was good. My wife loves the mashed potatoes with gravy. I ordered a 7up free at the terminal... but that wasn't available at the pump station. I had to choose another drink. And my sauce was forgotten too. However, this was handed over without any problems after I had to shout hello several times at the counter as no one was in sight. Update: It has now happened to us several times that there is less in the buckets when we pick them up, as stated. Today another piece of chicken was missing. Either this is intentional or the employees have problems counting to 10. But if you read the other comments here, that seems to be almost the rule. Update May 2024: The quality, service and cleanliness have improved massively. There are now 4 stars for this. Sometimes the tray holders for leftover food overflow, but that's it. Staff friendly, the orders were always complete even the last few times, the broken ceiling spotlights were cleaned, the tables were clean and the food was tasty and hot. In my opinion, more guests are coming now. So keep it up. Conclusion: Service, food and cleanliness have now improved significantly. We come more often now.

We stood in front of locked doors at 11:05 a.m. and had to knock first. Even though we were the first guests, the tables were not wiped down and still had leftover food from the previous evening. The floor has strong sticking everywhere. The place cards weren't in place either. The food was ok.

I ate chicken hamburgers... Never again. Very bad, very cold, the cheese wasn't melted. The flavor combination itself is very bad and cold. The meat is heavily browned on the outside and cold on the inside. I'm speechless. For 11.75€ ???? Hahahaha no thanks. Never again !!!

Easy ordering via a screen station where you can pay straight away. That's why you get your food very quickly. The tables need to be cleaned more often.

Unfortunately very disappointing. There is no music, the tables are dirty, the floor is sticky, there are no napkins in the dispenser. Although there was nothing going on, only two tables in the restaurant were occupied.

The tables could be a little cleaner, but otherwise TIPTOP...

Overall, the visit to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Coburg was a positive experience. The employee at the drive-in was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the service very pleasant. Unfortunately, however, there was a problem with our order where some items were missing. This wasn't noticed until we were already home. Although one could argue that it is our responsibility to check the order before leaving, the busyness of the restaurant was a contributing factor to this incident. Nevertheless, the staff was very accommodating and solved the problem easily. Although the food was cold due to the delay, a satisfactory solution was found. Overall, Kentucky Fried Chicken in Coburg earns four out of five stars due to friendly service and efficient problem resolution, although there is room for improvement in order accuracy.

Never again in this branch. We visited this branch for the 5th time today and ordered food to take away. Ordered products are missing for the 5th time. Until now only small things were missing, today a complete item worth 10 euros. You get the feeling that this is the intention of the branch and you assume that the customers who are just passing through won't come back anyway because the route is too far for them. KFC cannot claim that every customer has to count their order. This is not necessary with other competitors on the market, it works.

Unfortunately, last Sunday at 11:30 a.m. we found ourselves standing in front of a closed door! Light was on!!! According to the internet and opening times on the door, open on Sundays from 11:00!!! Several people were already waiting! It can always be something, but you can hang a note on the door! After waiting 15 minutes, we moved on! Sorry a no go!

I was pretty dissatisfied with this Kentucky Fried Chicken. Somehow the food doesn't taste typical like in other restaurants in the chain. It was edible, but just not good. It feels like you never find employees. It's rare to find anyone behind the checkout counter. All in all, rather disappointing.

Beautiful newly built KFC. Payment terminals are provided. The restaurant is clean and tidy.

Our visit was actually a disaster. We were there with the children and were "received" with a crowded store and only one functional ordering terminal. In addition, the music was so loud that you could barely hear what you were saying. After ordering, we asked the staff to turn it down. At least it was addressed quickly. The order was ready quite quickly, but all the individual orders were thrown into one pot so that they couldn't be divided among the children. Sauces were forgotten and the wrong drink was on the tray. The dishes, especially the chili fries, were not as pictured. They simply gave us fries with a sauce in a separate container. We were a bit disappointed with it all and will consider going to a KFC again.

I do not know where to start! There was rubbish everywhere in the parking lot. Indescribably dirty inside. Tables, floor, drinks station, everything totally dirty and sticky. The quality of the food is okay. Card payment at the terminal didn't work. This has nothing to do with a pleasant stay, sorry. This is a case for the health department, unfortunately. Once and never again!

I ordered the Kentucky BUCKET. I received everything individually packaged. Coleslaw that was supposed to stay cold wasn't specially packed but simply placed on top of the mashed potatoes...it's not clear enough that it heats up... Chicken was okay... but even with 2 parts, I wish I had 2 different parts... just breast that was just far dry... Experience in the restaurant wasn't a bomb either. Cleanliness, sorry but 0 stars. Received the wrong food, not the one selected, asked twice to correct it. And yet wrong. Get a single piece of chicken on cardboard for 13 euros? The food isn't even warm. Too expensive, hygiene is 0. Never again

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. During a stay of around 45 minutes, no one even wiped the tables or cleared away any trash that had been left standing. That's how it looks there too. The prices are beyond good and bad for what's on offer, without coupons you pay way too much money and you're not even full. The food is rather lukewarm, it has probably been on display for a while. The burger is a joke, just a small strip of breast fillet on it... It's okay for once every few months, but nothing more. (and then it's better to pick it up and eat where it's cleaner)

Einen Stern gibt's, weil die Bestellung (trotz Wiederwillen) zubereitet wurde. Es werden falsche Öffnungszeiten angegeben, online Bestellungen werden somit nicht ausgeführt. Personal unhöflich und von oben herab, wenn man sie darauf aufmerksam macht, aktuelle Öffnungszeiten doch online zu veröffentlichen. Laut Aussage der Mitarbeiter ist dies nicht möglich. Willkommen im 21. Jahrhundert.

Mittlerweile haben sich die Abläufe eingespielt und es geht entsprechend schnell.

Worst service ever, 20 minutes late for the order

Die zahlreichen schlechten Bewertungen kann ich bisher nicht nachvollziehen oder bestätigen. Nettes Personal, schnelle Abarbeitung der Bestellung im Drive-In, das Essen war schön warm und alles knusprig. So solls sein.

Der schlechteste KFC überhaupt... lange Wartezeiten, falsche dinge in der Bestellung und egal zu welcher Zeit immer ist eine sache die man bestellt hat nicht verfügbar. Einfach nur schlecht!!

War mein 1. Mal. Obwohl wenig Kunden vor Ort, war es sehr laut. Hähnchenteile geschmacklich soweit ok, leider nicht knusprig. Personal war sehr freundlich. Ist eben ähnlich wie MC Donald oder Burger King. Viele mögen es. Ich nicht.

Das Essen ist kalt, die Räume dreckig und es wird immer etwas vergessen bei der Bestellung! Es ist Sau teuer und dafür könnte man erwarten das ordentlich gepackt wird! Jeder macht mal Fehler, kein Problem aber so oft das ist nicht normal!

Ich habe 3 Tenders und große Pommes bestellt. Als ich es abgeholt habe, musste ich direkt nachfragen, ob sie die Pommes verwechselt haben, da es nur eine kleine tüte gefullzit Pommes war. Ein paar Pommes sind auf dem Tablet gewesen, aber mehr nicht. Sie hätten keine großen Tüten mehr gehabt! Das war ein Witz! Ich habe aller höchstens 1.2 tüten bekommen, keine große! Betrug. Keine Pommes kaufen. Es gab nicht mal eine Entschädigung

Die Dame war nett, das Essen jedoch so gut wie Kalt und Geschmaklos weil es auf einem Regal lag, der es angeblich warm halten sollte, war aber nicht so. Pomes waren egelhaft. Nach Coburg in den KFC gehe ich nicht nochmal. Da bin ich schon bei anderen KFC in Sinsheim gewesen, das Essen war frisch gemacht u knusprig.

Also 3€ für diese Massen an Chicken find ich ja etwas zu günstig… Also was man da für sein geld bekommt ist wirklich unter aller sau. Mein burgermenü mit den 2-3 pommes, unfassbar wenig und habe 15€ bezahlt für den dreck. Nie wieder KFC. Selbstdie Konkurrenz ist Dreck aber ich wusste nicht das es schlimmer geht. Für das Geld Leute, könnt ihr ordentlich essen gehen. Außerdem wirkt diese Neue Restaurant sehr runtergekommen, überall dreck am Boden

Eiskalte gummiartige Nuggets, lieblos zusammen geklatschte Burger mit durchgeweichtem Bun und Mitarbeiter die einen leider schlecht verstehen.

Nie wieder! Nach Chicken Wings und Coleslaw Salat furchtbarer Durchfall. Ein Fall fürs Gesundheitsamt. Oder eine Anzeige wegen Körperverletzung. Was für ein dreckiger Laden!

Sehr enttäuschend, man muß anstehen weil nur zwei Bestellautomaten funktionieren. Die Getränke-Spender müssen mal überprüft werden. Mirinda schmeckt nach Spülie der ICE Tee Peach schmeckt nach Aschenbecher.

18er Wings bestellt, mit nach Hause genommen und einen Teil davon gegessen. Nach 30min dann Magenkrämpfe und alles wieder erbrochen. Für mich ist klar, dass die Hähnchenteile ist mehr gut waren. Das hat drei Dinge zur Folge. 1. Wir werden hier garantiert nie wieder aufschlagen, 2. Werde ich entsprechend negative Werbung hierfür machen und 3. Werde ich ein nettes Telefonat mit dem Gesundheitsamt führen

Das kann man wenigstens essen. Der Kaffee schmeckt lecker. Ich tanke hier öfter mal Strom 👍

Sorry, aber echt schmutzig, war mal anders. Pommes kalt, und der Mitarbeiter hat bei der Kundin vor uns die Getränke unter-schlagen und bei uns hat er es auch versucht. Ich bin mal gerne bei Kentucky essen gegangen! Aber jetzt kann ich da nicht mehr hin. Ich gebe ungern schlechte Bewertungen aber es war unterirdischen! 😢🤢

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder dort und es ist eine Katastrophe. Erster Eindruck:Parkplatz vermüllt, Mülltonnen laufen über, Aschenbecher läuft über und Tische verdreckt. Dann geht bestellen nur über Touchscreen Display. Davon funktionieren 2 von 4 überhaupt nicht. Am dritten kann die Bestellung nicht abgeschlossen werden, da das Kartenterminal nicht funktioniert. Also Barzahlung am Schalter versucht: wir nehmen keine 100€ Scheine. Die eine Person am Tresen unfreundlich, keine Servietten oder Feuchttücher ausgegeben. Tablettangabe versteckt. Also Hände waschen in der Toilette. Händetrockner direkt an der Tür, die man in die Seite gerammt bekommt, wenn jemand reinkommt. Dazu alles sehr teuer für Fastfood und diesen schlechten Service. Das war mein letzter Besuch dort. Nicht zu empfehlen und ich frage mich, wie lange sich die Filiale halten wird.

Ansicht mag ich KFC sehr aber es war diesmal dort nicht gut. Dreckige Tische und der Getränkespender war nicht sauber überall standen Tabletts rum und die bestell Automaten funktionierten nicht. Das hat man aber auch erst gemerkt, wenn man fertig war mit auswählen.

Sehr netter Service, jedoch bekommt man kein bucket sondern Papiertüten wenn man ein bucket bestellt was ich ein wenig schade finde. Außerdem sind die Pommes ungesalzen leider. Die Filiale ist neu und sieht auch sehr sauber aus.

ich war öffters da nicht ändert sich.....Schlechtester KFC laden.... kein disiplin es fehlt ständig von der bestellung was .... getränkeautomaten, wc ständig dreckig usw. ich hoffe mal das die bald kontrolliert werden das sie nach vorschrift arbeiten .... ich hoffe das ich beim nächsten besuch einen KFC laden wie man es gewohnt ist besuche!

Leider sind die Mitarbeiter unmöglich. Unser Besuch war am Samstag um 12:15 Uhr und es war nichts weiter los. Wir warteten über 15min auf eine einfach Bestellung (1 Bucket mit Crispys), weil die Mitarbeiter in aller Ruhe geredet haben. Ich hab zwischenzeitlich schon überlegt, hinter die Theke zu gehen um den Bucket selbst zu machen...Bei der Konkurrenz um die Ecke gäbe es sowas nicht. Ich glaube nicht, dass ich hier nochmal her komme.

Mittagessen und E-Auto laden perfekte Kombination. Nur die Sauberkeit der Toiletten könnte besser sein.

Wir sind heute extra aus Erfurt angereist um bei ihnen 4 Menüs zu erwerben. Doch die Freude wehrte nicht lang da man uns unbedingt noch mit auf den Weg geben musste das man eine so große Bestellung telefonisch ankündigen muss und alle warten mussten wegen uns . Wenn ich 3 Stunden fahre und 110 Euro bei ihnen lasse dann erwarte ich das mein Essen frisch zubereitet wird und nicht 2 Stunden oder länger warm gehalten wird .

Die Wartezeit ist für ein Fastfoodrestaurant nicht nachvollziehbar. Lustlose Mitarbeiter. Katastrophe, wenn man in seiner Mittagspause hin möchte.

Schade das KFC nicht in Arnstadt gibt. Am Ilm kreis center ist noch ein Laden seit Jahren leer.

Dreckiger geht es bald gar nicht mehr. Sauberkeit ist ein Fremdwort. Personal null kommunikativ. Einfach nicht hingehen ist die beste Bewertung.

Allein der super freundliche Mitarbeiter bekommt Sterne. Toilette sehr schmutzig, Essen kalt, Pommes geschmacksneutral. Viele Tische schmutzig und nicht abgeräumt, allgemein das Ambiente ist nicht mein Fall. Ok, es war einen Versuch wert...aber kein zweites Mal

Hähnchen war annehmbar nur leider nicht das wärmste mehr. Pommes waren super lecker und frisch. Aber der Laden ist sehr schmudelig hier müsste man mal besser putzen. Toiletten sahen aus wie Tage nicht mehr gereinigt.

Überall liegt Müll rum, bestelltes Getränk war nicht verfügbar, alternative war auch nicht verfügbar, Chicken waren nicht annähernd knusprig wie in jedem anderen KFC, sondern voll mit Fett gesaugt. Einmal und nie mehr wieder

Kein schönes Ambiente, teuer und Portionen werden immer kleiner. Absoluter Witz. Wenn das so weiter geht, machen die bald wieder dicht.
