My God, how bad can something be? We arrived shortly after 10 p.m. Ordered at the terminal and paid. 1st problem: a voucher for 19.99 wanted two drinks for €4. Didn't work. Then, 2nd problem: they're out of chicken because they're closing soon. When I said they're open until 11 p.m., they said it was only for the drive-thru. But then they wouldn't have had any chicken left either. He asked if he should prepare it, and I said, "Of course, that's what I'm here for." Now, 35 minutes later, still no food. 10 minutes before 11 p.m., the food is finally ready, but not everything I ordered. We discussed it briefly. The food in the restaurant was also finished by then. I took it with me. Oh, and when I drank it, only water came out. Better close the place down. Better a bad end than a never-ending horror.

I actually wanted a crying menu, but it didn't work! So I'm standing in the drive-thru alone, completely alone. He tells me to wait a moment to see what I'm doing. The moment lasted about 4-5 minutes, then I ask again if I can order. I have to wait another moment. I then drive back for at least 6 minutes, I don't know, and go into the restaurant, where the floor is sticky as hell! It's truly unbelievable! So now there were only 3 customers inside 🤷🏼‍♂️ What kind of problems are they having, I wonder... I go to the checkout and want to order anyway, but an employee with a B1-2 German level sends me to this kiosk. I could have just typed in my order. Then I left, glad I didn't buy anything there. A real disgrace 👎🏼

I was at KFC around 10:30 p.m. According to the opening hours, the restaurant was supposed to be open until 11:00 p.m. Instead, I was told at the counter that they were out of burgers and that they were closing in 10 minutes anyway. I find that absolutely disappointing and unfriendly to customers. If they're open until 11:00 p.m., I expect the full menu until then, and not an early "closing time" at the expense of the customers. That's completely unacceptable!

The food is delicious, but people who arrive after you (you've already ordered and paid at the terminal) get their order first (they order at the checkout about five minutes later), and you then wait at least 20 minutes for your food. It's more like slow food than fast food.

Unfortunately, I have to repeat what some people have already written here. I went to KFC for the first time in my life, now over 40, and the anticipation was huge. Only the disappointment came immediately upon entering... I don't even know what to write here, because restaurant doesn't quite fit, and motorway service station would be way too fancy... ...let's just say the building was in unsanitary conditions! I didn't eat anything because the floor was so sticky and the restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned since they opened. I don't want to know what the kitchen must be like, where delicate chicken is processed! Disgusting!

I've known better KFCs. The floor and tables are sticky. And you can't call it fast food either. We had to wait 20 minutes with two people ahead of us.

Why send emails asking for reviews if you don't contact customers anyway? We were there recently and it was a complete disaster. I ordered and paid online, but half the products were sold out, so I was simply given other products without being asked. To top it all off, the sauces were missing at the end. The ones from the menu, as well as the sauces I had to order separately (you offer three measly sauces for a bucket for 30 euros, ridiculous). Paid over 30 euros for cold leftovers, and no sauce at all!!! Never again!!!

3 chicken pieces for 9.29€, when I unpacked it at home I noticed that it was a wing, a mini leg and a mini breast, outrageous prices for such a small amount.

There is no water to drink. I had a meal and paid an extra 25 cents for a water from a familiar brand in a PET bottle. I was given a paper cup to get a heavily sugared drink from the vending machine myself. Unfortunately the vending machine didn't have any water. I mentioned it to the service. That's how it is now; after all, the cup is worth 4 euros. Great, I ate my meal without a drink. Since it is known to be a bit spicier, that was really great. Paid 25 cents extra to get exactly what I didn't want. Regardless, the prices have become too high these days. Far too high for food of this quality.

The restrooms were absolutely terrible. There was more pubic hair in the urinal than I could find on my body. Walking in, I almost took my shoes off because the floor was so sticky. The Double Crispy Chicken is served on a mayo bun with less meat than a fish stick. There was nothing more on it. This place is damaging the reputation and quality I've come to expect from KFC. Please restructure as soon as possible or close the branch. When I asked if they were serious about the burger, they simply replied, "Yes." A sad experience on a poorly attended Sunday.

What kind of employees do you have? I'd like a "Coke Zero" answer: we only have Pepsi. I ordered three meals. I got 15 burnt fillet bites, inedibly oversalted. In the same box were 6 crispies, which had trouble concealing the burnt charcoal underneath. The service is lousy! A former employee reports that people spit in their food. Employees don't know their own products and aren't customer-oriented. Anyone who just wants to be right has no place at the checkout. This may seem like a painful criticism, but it helps the boss get his business in order. Boss, get your business in order.

The restaurant is very modern and clean. You have to wait a long time for your food. This was my second time there, and I had to wait a long time both times. The crust on the meat in the wrap was very soft and didn't taste good. I haven't experienced anything like that at other KFCs. There's still room for improvement in terms of quality.

She disappeared briefly, then reappeared with the message, "We have a problem, we're out of buns." Hello!?!? I'd already been waiting for over 20 minutes. When were they planning to start taking my order (there were customers there, but very few). I cashed out my money and disappeared. And that's probably forever. Incidentally, there was not a single word of regret or apology.

The tables were pretty worn out. But the food was pretty good, served warm. We were there for Squid Game, but the burger wasn't that great. But otherwise, it was good.

I don't expect luxurious food from fast food, but I've been to many fast food chains and other KFCs, and this one is truly a complete disaster. I only ordered one thing and still had to wait 20 minutes, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The chicken was cold and undercooked inside. I had severe stomach pains afterward, and this is the third time something like this has happened to me here. This was definitely my last visit to KFC.

Service is overrated with one star. The team is completely out of control and completely clueless. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet there were insane wait times of around 15 minutes. Others who had ordered before me were still waiting for their orders while I had already finished eating in the restaurant. That's not how it works at KFC.

There was still no information from the staff, so we continued driving, even though there was basically nothing going on. That's what I call customer-oriented work... I don't know that from other branches. All I can say about the comments from other users is that they are true (missing items when ordering in the drive-thru) and some dried-out chicken parts. So I won't be coming to this branch again.

Ordered a meal at the drive-thru and didn't get what I ordered. Immediately after receiving it, I went to the branch and said that I had been given the wrong food. I was then told that the menu I had ordered and that was advertised on the billboard in the drive-thru did not exist and that I should please leave with my order. The burger I got instead of the chicken pieces wasn't particularly good and the fries were barely salted. Furthermore, the ketchup I ordered was not in the bag.
