Burger King in Coburg

A friend said let's eat there because we were on the Lauterer Höhe. B.K was close by and not busy at lunchtime. Ergo. Does the staff actually know what to do. DOESN'T MATTER . Ordered a double cheeseburger with fries. It's nothing special. But served cold and warmed up. I threw up later. My buddy didn't feel any better either. For me never ever again BK. I'm going to McDonald's again when I have a fast food urge and I don't have any more words to say. KEEP IT UP

During my visits the tables were not clean.

Nice and clean. The citizens are also occupied libevol. Not like. At. McDonald's where everything is loveless. It gets clapped. Here are. The toilets also clean. Highly recommended

If you couldn't give a star then it wouldn't even be worth that one. What happened to me here is unbelievable. You have to let the lady at the counter in the drive call you stupid, the money is shoved into your hand in such a way that you have to be careful not to break your hand and the burger is literally thrown through the window into the car. I don't come anymore, I'd rather go to the competition. Teach your employees kindness and decency...

Offering churros is a cool idea. Baking churros in the same fat as fries is a BAD IDEA. However, that's exactly what they did at Burger King today. The grease had definitely already gotten into a few portions of fries. In my opinion, something like that shouldn't happen in a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, it also fits into the picture I had in general. Unfortunately, the employees were rather unmotivated.

Essen wie immer super eigentlich auch alles rund um perfekt wie sonst immer aber diesmal habe ich 20 Minuten im Drive In warten müssen (es war aber auch viel los) und meine Bestellung wurde mir falsch gegeben, sodass ich nochmal extra reingehen musste.

Unfortunately you received completely different things than what you ordered. Burgers were good, instead of normal nuggets there were chili cheese nuggets and instead of large fries there were only small ones. Please just read carefully what you order. Then you could easily prevent something like this. Too bad, no Burger King for us for now

We were missing ketchup, but before we got any, the receipt was checked very carefully and the lady even came to our table and checked that we didn't have too much ketchup at the table

Best Burger King branch I've visited in a long time. Very modern and clean. Ordering was easy at the terminal and preparation was very quick. With its proximity to the motorway, highly recommended for a short stop.

I'm actually not that critical of fast food chains, but this has nothing to do with BK, it's just not tasty, everything is mushy. Waited forever for the burgers, the bottoms were completely soggy/cold meat. When it comes to the cheeseburger, almost only mustard and also ice cold. Ladies don't speak German well and look very strange. Maybe it's better to invest somewhere else, fancy furnishings aren't everything. Very careless, sorry but that was my last time at Burgerking.

Ordered in the drive-thru, the intercom didn't work, order was placed at the window. Larger orders with many small items. The employee at the counter didn't understand a lot of things, it had to be corrected several times and I was slightly irritated. Despite everything, the employees remained calm and gradually took care of everything. When we received the order there was a (from my point of view) sincere apology for the circumstances and the various cancellations, adjustments etc. were explained again on the receipt, everything was easy to understand. There was a little something missing (wings) but we got them at the counter without any problem, which can happen with this subtle chaos. The burgers weren't thrown together in a hectic or careless way, as you might expect with new changes, everything was a good thing. I will continue to eat here in the future without prejudice.

I've always had problems here. This time again the staff simply didn't book coupons and booked the normal price. When asked about it, you were generously ignored and the employees spoke to each other in a different language and looked at you strangely. Just some drama in there.

Tried again after 10 years. Unfortunately nothing happened during this time. At the drive-in, answers and questions were asked in broken German and so the entire order was incorrect. The end of the story: we had 60 percent of the order in the bag, the other dishes came 10 minutes later, so most of the food was cold again.

Now it's just carelessly slapped together mud. Restaurant and sanitary facilities extremely dirty.

It's just a burger king. It tastes the same in all branches. There is no connection to the staff due to the ordering terminals. The staff only speaks broken German.

Apparently we had a bad day today. The salad was sold out, my daughter wanted a Coke but got a Sprite instead. The service was also quite stressed and not prepared for special requests, even though there were less than ten people in the restaurant. To save Burger King, I have to say that the Veggie Big King XXL tastes excellent. 2 years later: again you can take something for the family on Sunday evening (for €33). Unfortunately, the onion rings were missing from one menu (No. 212). When you notice it at home, you ask yourself: Do I get in the car again? Am I going there again? Do I try to explain it to employees even though I have no proof? Or are you just silently annoyed because it happened again :-(

Newly made and actually stylish, it is quite cool here. I actually like the competitor better. The food is ok, unfortunately our whoppers were a little dry. This can be done better. However, the service is always friendly and quick. A thumbs up here. Keep it up! Greeting

Burger King at Niorter Str. 2 in 96450 Coburg offers a solid fast food experience. The menu is, as usual, varied, with classic burgers, fries and drinks. The quality of the food is average but consistent. On my last visit I ordered the King’s Emmentaler from the King’s Selection and it was very good. The burgers were freshly prepared, but unfortunately the fries were not. Fresh fries taste much better. The staff is friendly and helpful, despite the often high number of customers. Wait times can vary but are generally acceptable. The dining area is clean and well maintained, which contributes to a comfortable stay. Overall, a good place for a quick meal if you don't have any particular culinary expectations.

Waited 35 minutes for 3 burgers. To do this, the sweat is wiped off and the burgers are further topped without gloves or hygiene measures. I don't want to know how many of your customers noticed this today. I was no longer hungry and threw my food straight into the trash can. That was the last time Burger King 👎

Everything has been newly made, you can order your food from a vending machine at your leisure, which I personally always think is nice because you can then look at it without stress. I just found the music a bit too loud

I was soon struck by a blow. 6 chicken nuggets, 2 chicken burgers, 2x a handful of fries and a drink €18.30. It's not worth the money. You don't get full. The prices are outrageous. I definitely won't be going to Burger King again. In return I get 2 currywursts and then I'm full.

Modern branch, long wait for food. Received 2 wrong burgers when ordering. 2 parts were completely forgotten. The floor was sticky and there were 2 large pools of drinks scattered around the store. But the staff didn't care much about this.

1 Bonusstern für die HUK Coburg, alles andere ist wirklicher Müll. Burger nicht fertig, Essen kalt, WC unsauber... muss nicht sein.

Das Restaurant ist Neu, sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter im Laden sind nicht gerade sehr gesprächig. Kundenservice ist das A und O , ein bisschen mehr Freude im Gesicht schadet niemandem. Die Burger haben sehr leckere Soßen, nur man sucht sie vergeblich darauf. Die Burger sind sehr trocken. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Bacon Cheese Pommes und der Hot Brownie . Die waren echt sehr lecker 😋. Man kann dort Essen muss aber nicht. Vielleicht sollten sie den Mitarbeitern bessere Löhne bezahlen, damit die Motivation steigt.

2 Chickenburger mit angegammelten , schon etwas am Rand schwarzen Salat mitbekommen. Nein danke .!!!!!!!

Bester Burger King indem ich je wahr : das Personal ist Ungeheuer freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Toiletten sind sauber. Darüber hinaus der allgemeine Burger King Bonus das quasi alle Gerichte plant based verfügbar.

Terminals schön und gut, wenn man das nicht will steht man erst 10 Minuten an der einzigen noch vorhandenen Kasse, Mitarbeiter bedienen einen nur wiederwilllig, Bestellung wird aufs Tablett geklatscht ohne ein "bitte sehr" oder "hier ihre Bestellung "danach wird noch schön gelästert weil man nicht den Terminal nutzt sondern eher auf Menschlichkeit Wert legt!! Ich war das letzte mal dort!!

Bin mega zufrieden mit diesem Restaurant. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Tolles Essen und nettes Team. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und gemütlich. Ich empfehle es gerne weiter.

Prinzipiell echt gutes Konzept, jetzt auch mit den neuen Terminals, aaaber WARUM ZUM TEUFEL kriegen ich NIE meine Chilli Cheese Nuggets!!! Es war jetzt schon das 4te mal das die einfach bei der Bestellung vergessen werden. Egal wann ich hingeh, ob viel oder wenig los ist, ob im Restaurant oder Drive In, die werden immer vergessen. Wenn ihr die Dinger nicht zubereiten möchtet dann streicht sie doch von der Karte und nehmt nicht das Geld von den Kunden um im Endeffekt keine Ware zu liefern. Schande über euch!!! Und ja ich kontrolliere meine Bestellung gleich danach, aber jetzt mal ehrlich, eigentlich sollte man sich drauf verlassen können das selbst bei einer Bestellung von 4 Sachen nichts vergessen werden sollte. Ich bin bitter enttäuscht und trauere erneut um meine Nuggets...

Burger sind eigentlich immer spitze allein schon weil die es im Regelfall schaffen die Burgerteile richtig zu stapeln und nicht komplett verschoben in die Box zu werfen. Looking at you McDonald’s.

Schönes, neu renoviertes Burger King Restaurant mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Die Burger, Pommes, etc. werden immer frisch zubereitet und sind lecker. Leider muss man tagsüber oft mal warten, da zu viele Leute anstehen. Hier könnte man zu Stoßzeiten das Kassenpersonal aufstocken. Ich gehen immer wieder gerne in dieses Burger King Restaurant und hatte bisher noch keine schlechten Erfahrungen.

Ich wiederrufe meine 4 Jahre alte 5 Sterne Bewertung. Katastrophe geworden der Laden. Nach Umbau viel zu hell... Ist ja nett gemeint, aber an 60% der Tische wird man von so retro !Halogen! Lampen geblendet. Service Wüste. Bestellung nur noch über Bildschirme.... Willkommen in der Abschaffung von Personal. Als Kunde wir man direkt bei der Warenabholung als Lügner bezeichnet. Kassenzettel mit 3x Ketchup in der Hand aber nur 2 Stück auf dem Tablet.... Klar ich bin am lügen, das habe ich voll nötig 🫣

Dieses neue system ist einfach geil , alles ist so übersichtlich, hell und bunt atmosphere hat sich 100% verbessert. Essen ist sehr heil weil ich all diese Coupons auslasten kann 😜. Ich würde es jeden empfehlen.

BK in Coburg hat sich massiv gemacht. Bestellterminals die ohne ruckeln und mucken funktionieren. Das gesamte Sortiment zur Auswahl und ein Ambiente in dem man sich richtig wohl fühlt. Die plant based alternativen für Beef sind mittlerweile fast besser als die mit echtem Fleisch und definitiv einen Test wert. Ich lieb die Dinger. Nur die Öffnungszeiten sind für late night drives immer bisschen doof.

Mittlerweile sündhaft Teuer, mit bitteren Beigeschmack im Bezug auf diverse TV Recherchen. Die Bedienung macht in gebrochenem Deutsch den Eindruck " nimm den Semmel und zieh Leine" ... und wie gesagt mittlerweile kratzen wir hier an Preisen wo man fast schon in dem kleinen lokal was gescheites essen kann. Geschmack....alles überwürzt, Unmenge Dressing...Ende... soviel zu meiner Erfahrung und Statement...nun guten Hunger
