Burger King in Coburg

Newly renovated and very attractively done. I've been coming here for many years. But now it's cozy and modern again.

The saleswoman 077 was very friendly and accommodating, a big compliment.

Even McDonald's is great, it's very tasty and especially cheap. The chicken nugget burger I had was very tasty, especially for the price.

Every time we eat at Burger King in Coburg, the sauces we add to our meal are missing. When we mention this to the staff, they are rude, argue, and even yell at us! The staff there are an absolute disaster and have no respect whatsoever. They're also incredibly unfriendly. Luckily, we only go there rarely, because for the price you pay, it's really annoying to be treated like dirt!

"Hot" blondie, ice-cold on the outside and almost burnt and rock-hard on the inside. You have to admire the skill involved. We didn't even get a Christmas tree ornament 😞

Consumer deception, and then rude on top of it – that's just unacceptable. I specifically bought the meal deal with the Christmas ornament, only to find out they were all sold out. But they advertised it everywhere (even in the store where they were already sold out), and there was no compensation or anything. The long-haired guy they then snatched from behind was the icing on the cake. I'm definitely never going back there.

We went there around 10 p.m. to get something to eat. Unfortunately, as has happened several times before, part of our order was forgotten. Furthermore, the kitchen staff were shouting and yelling very loudly among themselves, making it impossible to relax. When eating, you really need some peace and quiet and a pleasant atmosphere, which unfortunately wasn't the case here.

A lot of money, but not much in the bag. The meat on the burger is a complete disgrace, about 3mm thick, and the buns are sloppy. I will definitely avoid this fast food place in the future. Rip-off to the power of four.

Just a normal citizen's king except for the beautiful pictures of Coburg on the walls. Been there again after a long time. It was disappointingly nice weather and no chairs outside. The burger was cold.

A friend said let's eat there because we were on the Lauterer Höhe. B.K was close by and not busy at lunchtime. Ergo. Does the staff actually know what to do. DOESN'T MATTER . Ordered a double cheeseburger with fries. It's nothing special. But served cold and warmed up. I threw up later. My buddy didn't feel any better either. For me never ever again BK. I'm going to McDonald's again when I have a fast food urge and I don't have any more words to say. KEEP IT UP

If you couldn't give a star then it wouldn't even be worth that one. What happened to me here is unbelievable. You have to let the lady at the counter in the drive call you stupid, the money is shoved into your hand in such a way that you have to be careful not to break your hand and the burger is literally thrown through the window into the car. I don't come anymore, I'd rather go to the competition. Teach your employees kindness and decency...

Offering churros is a cool idea. Baking churros in the same fat as fries is a BAD IDEA. However, that's exactly what they did at Burger King today. The grease had definitely already gotten into a few portions of fries. In my opinion, something like that shouldn't happen in a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, it also fits into the picture I had in general. Unfortunately, the employees were rather unmotivated.

Essen wie immer super eigentlich auch alles rund um perfekt wie sonst immer aber diesmal habe ich 20 Minuten im Drive In warten müssen (es war aber auch viel los) und meine Bestellung wurde mir falsch gegeben, sodass ich nochmal extra reingehen musste.

Unfortunately you received completely different things than what you ordered. Burgers were good, instead of normal nuggets there were chili cheese nuggets and instead of large fries there were only small ones. Please just read carefully what you order. Then you could easily prevent something like this. Too bad, no Burger King for us for now

We were missing ketchup, but before we got any, the receipt was checked very carefully and the lady even came to our table and checked that we didn't have too much ketchup at the table

Best Burger King branch I've visited in a long time. Very modern and clean. Ordering was easy at the terminal and preparation was very quick. With its proximity to the motorway, highly recommended for a short stop.

I'm actually not that critical of fast food chains, but this has nothing to do with BK, it's just not tasty, everything is mushy. Waited forever for the burgers, the bottoms were completely soggy/cold meat. When it comes to the cheeseburger, almost only mustard and also ice cold. Ladies don't speak German well and look very strange. Maybe it's better to invest somewhere else, fancy furnishings aren't everything. Very careless, sorry but that was my last time at Burgerking.

Ordered in the drive-thru, the intercom didn't work, order was placed at the window. Larger orders with many small items. The employee at the counter didn't understand a lot of things, it had to be corrected several times and I was slightly irritated. Despite everything, the employees remained calm and gradually took care of everything. When we received the order there was a (from my point of view) sincere apology for the circumstances and the various cancellations, adjustments etc. were explained again on the receipt, everything was easy to understand. There was a little something missing (wings) but we got them at the counter without any problem, which can happen with this subtle chaos. The burgers weren't thrown together in a hectic or careless way, as you might expect with new changes, everything was a good thing. I will continue to eat here in the future without prejudice.

I've always had problems here. This time again the staff simply didn't book coupons and booked the normal price. When asked about it, you were generously ignored and the employees spoke to each other in a different language and looked at you strangely. Just some drama in there.

Tried again after 10 years. Unfortunately nothing happened during this time. At the drive-in, answers and questions were asked in broken German and so the entire order was incorrect. The end of the story: we had 60 percent of the order in the bag, the other dishes came 10 minutes later, so most of the food was cold again.

Now it's just carelessly slapped together mud. Restaurant and sanitary facilities extremely dirty.

It's just a burger king. It tastes the same in all branches. There is no connection to the staff due to the ordering terminals. The staff only speaks broken German.
