Diese Filiale ist teurer als die meisten anderen.

Ich war einst in diesen Königreich und bin maßlos schockiert. Der Boden ist klebrig, die Technik am Bestellterminal hängt komplett und ist zu nichts zugebrauchen. Bitte etzala alles reparieren dann gibt es mehr Sterne. Meddl off🤘🏻

Ich war Vier Stunden im Mc Donalds gewesen mit Freunden. Mußte paar mal auf die Behinderte Tolette habe mehrere Mitarbeiter angesprochen das die Toiletten Papier leer ist. Aber keine Reaktion ob dich jemand verstanden hat. Bis wir gegangen sind wurde nix aufgefüllt

Es hat mir dort nicht gefallen. Zu viel Eis in den Getränke. Essen war nicht wirklich heiß. Es gab keine Möglichkeit seinen Cappuccino oder anderes Getränk mit einen Stäbchen oder Löffel um zu rühren.

Die Tablettwagen waren übervoll und das Personal war leicht überfordert.

5 Sterne! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ich war total begeistert von diesem McDonald’s. Es war sauber, die Bedienung schnell und alles, was wir bestellt hatten, war heiß und frisch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal – sie kamen sogar vorbei, um zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei, was man nicht immer erlebt. Definitiv der beste McDonald’s, in dem ich seit Langem war. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Mehrmals von der selbe junge Ausländerin bedient, jedesmal das selbe- unfreundlich, vergisst teil von der Bestellung, anstatt Entschuldigung gibt sie genervt die Produkte- Gibt bei drive 3 mcFlurry und ein Getränk, frage nach ein Träger, genervt gibt sie es ,ich sag danke sie dreht sich und geht weg-kein bitte ,kein tschüss kein schönen Tag -in der Land von denen ist es wahrscheinlich normal

Wir essen eigentlich so gut wie nie bei McDonald’s, aber alle 1–2 Monate geben wir dem Wunsch der Kinder nach und bestellen ein Happy Meal. Diesmal per App – in der Hoffnung, Zeit zu sparen. Das Gegenteil war der Fall: Trotz Vorbestellung mussten wir vor Ort noch einmal rund 20 Minuten auf unsere Mitnahme-Bestellung warten. Absolut inakzeptabel. Die Kinder waren nicht dabei, deshalb haben wir die Bestellung erst zuhause ausgepackt – und festgestellt, dass in beiden Happy Meals KEIN Spielzeug enthalten war. Gerade das ist der Hauptgrund, warum Kinder überhaupt ein Happy Meal wollen. Also sind wir nochmal insgesamt 16 km gefahren, um den Fehler zu reklamieren. Vor Ort dann die nächste Enttäuschung: Die gewünschten Figuren seien nicht mehr verfügbar, stattdessen wurden irgendwelche anderen angeboten. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Verständnis, kein Entgegenkommen. Einfach nichts. Für uns bedeutet das: Zeit verschwendet, zusätzliche Fahrtkosten (bei den aktuellen Spritpreisen ein schlechter Witz) und enttäuschte Kinder. Service, Freundlichkeit und Organisation sind hier auf einem absolut unakzeptablen Niveau. Definitiv das letzte Mal.

19.märz 2026 um 1.45 Uhr Cheeseburger war komplett versalzen plus masse an Pfeffer das war das schlimmste was ich gegessen habe das war pure Absicht.....bitte nicht mehr in diesen McDonald's gehen wer weiss zu was die noch fähig sind gerade wenn man Kinder hat!!!!!!!! Ich hoffe das es nur salz und Pfeffer war nicht das da was schlimmes noch drinnen war

Ich würde ja gerne minus sterne geben aber geht leider nicht, samstag es ist niemand im laden wie auch im mc drive.. dennoch wartet man 5 minuten am bestell schalter und weitere 15-20 min auf dem parkplatz bis die endlich mal das essen beibringen... mit schnell hat das nichts mehr zu tun... vonwegen "fast food"

Ehrlich gesagt, war dieser McDonald's schon oft dreckig, und das Essen ist auch nicht immer gut. Die Bestellautomaten funktionieren auch furchtbar; sie wurden nie repariert. Der Kinderspielbereich ist völlig vernachlässigt, und die Toiletten sind oft schmutzig. Da ist viel Verbesserungspotenzial.

Es ist Samstag Abend, der Laden ist voll und ich werde daran erinnert das Fast Food nichts mehr mit schneller Verfügbarkeit zu tun hat. Eine Bestellung über einen Kaffee und ein Mc Chicken Menü war nach 20 Minuten fertig. Das Essen war leider auch nicht besonders warm.

Wie waren die ersten Ausländer die diesen Laden je besucht haben. Die Menschen hier haben sich beim Essen umgedreht und uns angeschaut.

Mann sollte den Betreiber wirklich hinterfragen! Spart wo es nur geht und der komplette laden ist dreckig. Unterntisch liegt oft viel Papier Tische oft nicht geputzt. Service Katastrophe. Unfreundlich MC Drive am Abend die reinste Chaos

Essen war OK, leider wieder mal Eiswürfel in der Cola vergessen und Servietten auch vergessen. Müllablage voll bis oben hin, dass die Tablets mehrfach auf den Boden sind. Personal schaut nur zu und schaukelt Eier, Nichtskönner halt. Drinnen war recht voll, aber keine Coburger gesehen. Also nur fragwürdiges Publikum. Coburg halt. 🤣 Achja Tische und Boden dreckig wie immer. Zum Glück gibt es andere Filialen in der Nähe.

Richtig geil das der hochqualitative Fraß, der wirklich zu kleinen Preisen zur Verfügung steht, nicht mal vollzählig dem Kunden übergeben wird. Die halbe Bestellung fehlt und dadurch die Hälfte auch umsonst bezahlt wurde. Aber selbst Schuld wenn man dem hochqualifizierten Personal vertraut. Hoffe die umsonst gezahlten Euro werden investiert um neue Fachkräfte anzulachen. Bester Laden in Coburg bitte weiter so.

McDonald's ist wirklich gut, mit einem Layout der Lage und des Essens. Aber es gibt Probleme mit Self-Service-Touchpanels. Und manchmal sind die Leute etwas verwirrt, man braucht entweder einen 2. Stock oder einen anderen Punkt in der Stadt. Und insgesamt ist es nicht schlecht.

mit allem respekt ich bin coburger und gehe da all paar jahre mal hin und NIE !! NIEMALS ist die bestellung vollzählig oder korrekt gewesen. man bestellt sachen ohne tomaten und kann sich zu 105% sicher sein das welche drauf sind. mit abstand der mieseste MC den ich kenne.

Chicken nuggets waren sehr gut die Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse war sehr freundlich und als ich im mc Drive war waren die Leute trotz der späten Stunde echt nett

I had the fastest chicken nuggets ever there. I didn't even have a chance to take my jacket off. Ordered at the terminal and delivered to my table.

It was my first time there, and my burger was stacked perfectly. A few days ago, I went back, and my burger was again just thrown into the box. The decor could have been better.

What's the point of philosophizing about the taste at McDonald's? You know what you're getting, and the service is really good. But seriously, isn't it possible to place the cheese slice more or less centrally on the burger? It looks like you're holding a challenge in the kitchen: "Who can fire a cheese slice at a burger from 20 meters away?" Sorry, but for those prices, you'd expect the cheese throwing to work.

If you ask simple questions, the staff will either threaten to call the police or simply ignore you and hang up. The food is simply disgusting compared to cities like Berlin, Munich, etc., and the staff is generally very rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. My recommendation is to drive 50 km further and go to any other fast food restaurant. I hope this kind of staff gets fired immediately and ends up living on the streets. End of review.

Absolutely unfriendly employees. Even ordinary questions are met with disrespectful yelling. Insulting customers is apparently normal there. Simply unfriendly.

Order terminals are quite simple. We tried for 10 minutes and then ordered via the app.

Proof once again. Fries not crispy, burgers almost cold. The new chicken burger recipe is nowhere to be found; one is ultra-spicy, the other is roofing felt. Simply disappointing time and time again. On top of that, they're criminal with deliveries. Deliveries are always incomplete and they don't deliver. All in all, not recommended.

Friendly staff, nice people, good food quality

I'm not a fan of McDonald's here, but there were a few problems. The ordering terminal was broken. Bonus points couldn't be redeemed. The woman at the counter doesn't understand my language, and the restrooms weren't clean when I visited. Fast food restaurants aren't for everyone.

Ordered food from McDrive. When I got home, some of the food was cold and all the sauces were missing. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

These machines are from 1900, it takes just 30 minutes to place an order.

My 7-year-old daughter vomited all night after eating a hamburger and fries with cheese.

Ugh, just plain ugh. €8 for such junk. There's no other way to describe it. The happy meals are cool. The toys are well-designed and cool. The rest is a complete disgrace. Please start adapting to the competition and release a burger that's edible. I don't expect anything more. Anyone who's made it this far is probably still looking for the salad on my burger. The self-service vending machines are unfortunately very slow. Waiting times are often frustrating, and it would be nice if the speed of the machines could be improved. Otherwise, the food is okay.

Never again. There's always something missing from the nuggets, burgers, or fries. Not to mention the various sauces. Today was the last time.

Stopped by for breakfast while passing through... Made some fresh muffins/bacon & eggs to go with delicious croissants - I thought they were great!

The food is up to McDonald's standards and was prepared very quickly. The store is very well maintained and kept amazingly clean. The employees are also very friendly and accommodating :)

It's fascinating that every visitor with a migrant background immediately receives free ice cream, coffee, and small snacks from the migrant staff. But if you, as a local, have a complaint because something completely different from what you ordered ends up in the bag, you get really dirty looks. Furthermore, it is by far the dirtiest and most disgusting branch I have ever seen. The chairs, tables, and floor are filthy and sticky. I skipped the restroom. The staff wipe the sweat from their foreheads with their hands and then touch food without washing their hands. I don't even want to imagine how things are handled after using the restroom. It's only a matter of time before you catch something. The fact that such conditions are apparently legal is the most shocking thing!

Things used to be better. Nowadays, everything is just slapped on and thrown into the package... actually a 2-3 star rating.

Ordered something today, just before the new menu opens. The selection is excellent, service is fast and polite, and the quality is good. Big praise to Mr. Schäfer, who works at the front desk. I actually only wanted one fries, but in the end he made sure I bought more! In a respectful and very humorous way. Give the guys a raise. I recommend it to everyone. Sincerely

Can't really recommend it... The touchscreen on the self-service kiosks has been barely working for a long time. The employees also seem overwhelmed by the situation, as you sometimes have to wait far too long for your food. On top of that, like at other McDonald's locations, the regular prices, apart from the special offers, are beyond exorbitant...

Worst McDonald's in Germany!! Food cold, fries soggy... Coke without ice cubes!! Over 30 minutes wait time and that for fast food... Poor communication!! Save your money and get a kebab instead 😄

There are now burgers without meat. Ordered Big Tasty Bacon. To go, of course. And then no meat on it.

I was there, and the self-service screen is so slow that you forget what you wanted to order. The prices are more expensive than at McDonald's on the highway. I ordered a special Jalpinus and got exactly four slices. No joke. Got it for €0.30.

Unfortunately, I paid in advance via Mastercard. I picked up a portion of the order via MC Drive, but I was promised that it would be credited via Mastercard, but unfortunately, this never happened. I was unable to contact them.

At MC Drive today, private conversations were being conducted over the intercom because someone was on the phone. After two attempts to place an order, I asked the guest worker to talk to me and didn't order anything. Unfortunately, it's not an isolated incident that I constantly receive the wrong item for what I ordered.

The Mc Rib didn't taste quite as good as I'm used to elsewhere. From the table service to the ambiance and cleanliness, everything was good.👍🏼

My visit to this branch was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly, rude, and seemed completely overwhelmed. They responded to a simple question with a rude tone, and when I tried to order an ice cream, they simply replied, "They don't have it." No explanation, no apology; instead, I was fobbed off. The customer service was anything but professional. Incompetent and rude employees unfortunately make a visit here a negative experience. This is not what you would expect from a globally renowned company. Simply rude!!!

Anyway better than Burger King further up in Coburg

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And it keeps getting worse. Today's visit was the highlight. My order arrived after 50 minutes of persistent questioning on my part, after people who arrived much later had already received their food. No apology or compensation from the restaurant. A friend waited a good 20 minutes for a coffee and muffin. She received the muffin frozen. Terminals are slow, and placing the order with a snail would be faster. The employees are mercilessly uncoordinated, shouting at each other in front of customers, no one does what they're supposed to, and during normal rush hour, it resembles a flock of chickens with their heads cut out. The restrooms look like those at Frankfurt train station; one of the two cubicles has been broken for about three or four months, doors have been kicked in, etc. This location only survives because of the car scene in Coburg, as the parking lot is a meeting place. But it's an outrage and a disgrace. The entire staff should attend a training course at the Ebersdorf restaurant on the A73. Everything there runs smoothly and like clockwork.

Some of the staff are unfriendly and incompetent, and above all they hardly understand each other. It's loud, there's screaming. The food takes forever or doesn't show up in the system at all. This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The floor was very dirty, the tables were very dirty and the food was very cold.

We payed for two happy meals with Minecraft toys instead of Minecraft two toys we got minions some kind tablet. Realy disappointed.

Very fast and friendly service at the table. The quality of the various dishes was good. There were two power outlets at the tables with a USB port on the corner. A toilet door was damaged, but this is due to the visitor who destroyed it and not to McDonald's.

The prices have become totally absurd, when McDonald's is now more expensive than a normal restaurant, there are a lot of questions to ask!!! The conclusion is therefore obvious. Only served for breakfast, especially not for other meals, extremely high prices 🤑💶💰

As always, the food was completely cold. The fries and burgers had probably been there for ages, and the order was made incorrectly. It's disappointing how such a large corporation treats its customers, because it's no longer cheap.

Megges is getting old and could urgently need an upgrade. Employees somehow don't understand any language no matter which one you try. Eating takes forever.

Sunday night everything was very dirty

If it were possible I wouldn't give it a star. I've been waiting for my food for 20 minutes

No coupons redeemable, too little stock of goods during promotions. It's embarrassing as a large corporation not to have enough of everything during campaigns.

Waited 40 minutes for an order, at the end the employee didn't close the drink cover well, my chair in the car was now completely wet, last time I was over there.

The burgers were well topped and looked appetizing. Short waiting time and friendly staff.

Had to wait 25 minutes at the drive. It's a shame, we could have just gone to a normal restaurant to eat.

The ordering terminals at McDonald's in Coburg are almost unusable. These react so slowly that the order is lengthened by a factor of 3. This is very contrary to the concept of fast food.

My mother went to McDonald’s with her large group of friends to have a coffee in a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately the service was more than disappointing. Instead of the cappuccino she ordered, she only got a regular coffee. When she pointed this out to the employee, she was simply ignored - the employee turned around and left. A second employee who noticed the situation also did not respond. Since my mother doesn't speak German very well, she didn't say anything else. If I had been there, I certainly wouldn't have left it like that. It seems as if you are not welcome here if you “just” want to have a coffee. It's a shame - customer friendliness looks different!

People. Finally take care of those terminals. Things are so slow that it gets dark outside when you're there for lunch. It's been going on like this forever. Totally annoying!

The MC is not clean the floor sticks and is very dirty

An impudence beyond compare, We ordered 20 happy meals for the children. Apparently this is now a huge problem for McDonalds. We didn't get any meal boxes "we're not allowed to give out that many" The boss is angry and next time we can only order 3. When I offered to talk to the boss myself, all I said was "she doesn't have time" Then they wanted to give us fries instead of salad and we weren't asked, the gentleman decided it. Only the employee who processed our order was absolutely friendly. So conclusion, it is possible to order 20 happy meals on YOUR computers, delivered with happy meal boxes that are included in the price! We paid for a service that we did not receive! As if that wasn't bad enough, we were also denied 20 Capri Suns.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired

Today I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and a chicken burger from you. While waiting, I observed an employee cleaning the countertops with a rag. He then wet the rag again, wrung it out and continued cleaning. When he saw my order, he went to the burger counter and prepared my burger and the nuggets - but without the usual gloves and without washing his hands first. Although I didn't want to put up with this unhygienic practice, I decided not to say anything because I didn't want to create unnecessary conflict or waste food. Service is zero at the mc drive and you have to wait a long time until you are served. Then he doesn't know German and that's the end of it. then you won't get what was ordered. It's been a long time since I've been back to the MC to treat myself to the Big Rösti. At home we discovered that they didn't have the burger in the bag. Once it wasn't checked and then that... how can you do your job so badly? Anyway, it's really expensive, and then you pay for it for free... I'm so mad hey

Your regular McDonald’s. Ordering is quick and easy and there is plenty of parking space. Food is also served quickly. Opening hours are a plus because you can still snack after midnight.

It takes forever to order your food at the ancient terminals. The owner doesn't understand that they belong renewed. I went again. Annoying!!

McDonald's is just the same everywhere. The atmosphere of this branch is a bit old-fashioned, but the staff who deliver to the table are super nice. Everyone should know the rest from the tens of thousands of branches around the world.

GREAT FOOD. LOVE THE FRIES BUT MAYBE A LITTLE MORE SALT...

After waiting for half an hour, we went to the checkout to ask where the food was and then got the answer that it would still take a moment. After 45 minutes and watching that people continued to get their food after us, we went back to the checkout and then got it said with a face that we should give it up again, although we were at least hoping for an apology. Just rude.

I think the chicken nuggets are really good

If the nuggets weren't so delicious... Why do you NEVER manage to deliver everything when you order? Already ordered about 10 times and everything has NEVER been right. Too bad. Some of the employees are really very friendly, hence the 3 stars instead of less.
