An impudence beyond compare, We ordered 20 happy meals for the children. Apparently this is now a huge problem for McDonalds. We didn't get any meal boxes "we're not allowed to give out that many" The boss is angry and next time we can only order 3. When I offered to talk to the boss myself, all I said was "she doesn't have time" Then they wanted to give us fries instead of salad and we weren't asked, the gentleman decided it. Only the employee who processed our order was absolutely friendly. So conclusion, it is possible to order 20 happy meals on YOUR computers, delivered with happy meal boxes that are included in the price! We paid for a service that we did not receive! As if that wasn't bad enough, we were also denied 20 Capri Suns.

Your regular McDonald’s. Ordering is quick and easy and there is plenty of parking space. Food is also served quickly. Opening hours are a plus because you can still snack after midnight.

This store is just dubious! When you order and pay at the terminal, you don't get a number, no receipt, simply nothing. When asked, they say they were just unlucky. Only after numerous attempts and more than 15 minutes later did an employee "take pity" on taking the order verbally again, admitting that the order had not even been recorded beforehand and there was no receipt afterwards. The latte macchiato was not a latte macchiatto. It was way too strong and was more like a large espresso. The food was good, but the portions were quite small. I remembered the breakfast menu differently. Bedienung an der Kasse wurde wahrscheinlich erst angelernt. Tische waren nicht sauber und Behälter für Tablett sind übervoll gewesen. Keine Trinkhalme im Spender vorhanden. Und es waren wenige Kunden im McDonalds

Keine Seife, keine Handtücher, kein Putzplan und so sieht es auch leider aus. Vorherige Bewertung: Überall steht Müll rum, der bleibt auch mal länger als 30 Minuten stehen, sodass sich da keiner hinsetzen möchte. Die Mitarbeiter bei kleinen Bestellungen schon überfordert, der Drive In dauert ewig, Eis auch. War schonmal besser (darum zwei Sterne). Stichwort: Bestellterminals, wer braucht die denn?

McDonald's ist toll, alles frisch und schnell zubereitet, wir waren mit den Enkeln dort, die 2 haben sich besser ausgekannt wie die Oma. Hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt, richtig lecker, auch das Eis als Nachspeise war köstlich. Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich, auch wenn diese viel zu tun haben.

Inzwischen hat sich der McDonalds in Coburg wieder stark verbessert. Freundliches Personal. Und die Sauberkeit ist auch ok. Jetzt gehe ich auch wieder zum Essen dort hin.

Mitgebrachte Mehrwegbecher werden nicht mit Kaffee befüllt , sondern eingezogen. Den Kaffee bekommt man dann in einem Einwegbecher, mit der Begründung, man habe keine Mehrwegbecher ! Das Personal hält sich wohl für sehr cool, wenn sich über die Kunden dann noch ausgiebig lustig gemacht wird ! Nachhaltigkeit und Freundlichkeit sehen anders aus. Die verdienen eigentlich Null Sterne !😡

Kurz gesagt, lasst es dort und geht besser num Burger King. Die wollen wenigstens ihre Kunden halten Wegen guten Essen geht man ja eh nicht zum Mc Donald, sondern nur wenn es schnell gehen muss. Aber noch nicht mehr das klappt da. 40 Minuten für etwas zu essen, obwohl zu dieser Schicht !!15!! Mitarbeiter da waren. Erst ewig langes Warten am Terminal. Tischservice funktioniert da eh schon lange nicht mehr. Zuwas wird das aber im Terminal noch angeboten? Dann warten am Schalter. Der komplette Bereich vor dem Thresen, alles voll mit wartenden Kunden. Dann endlich mal sein fast kaltes Essen bekommen, aber man findet essen sauberen Platz. Alles, aber auch wirklich alles, ist dreckig. Boden, Tisch, Stühle, Fenster. Alles. Was ist aus dem Laden nur geworden. Vor ein oder Jahren haben es 5 in einer Schicht locker alles hinbekommen. Kann nur ein unfähigen Chef sein. Dann geht man raus, und vor der Türe dann ein Verkehrschaos weil der Drive auch noch verstopft ist. Echt krass der Laden

Monopoly-Gutscheine werden nicht angenommen, da die Technik mal wieder nicht funktioniert. Die Bestell- und Bezahlsysteme funktionieren schon sein über einen Jahr nicht richtig. Essen wird vergessen einzupacken (Standard). Und als würde das nicht schon reichen, verstehen die meisten Angestellten kein Wort Deutsch und können / oder wollen gar nicht weiterhelfen! Unterirdisch und einfach nur schon beschämend dieser Laden! Unbedingt meiden!

Keine Schilder für Tischservice, Spieleecke ist die traurigste die ich je gesehen habe. Essen war. Touch der Bildschirme ging extrem schlecht. Rutschturm gesperrt, wahrscheinlich schon 10 Jahre lang.

Nach 45 min. Warzezeit war die Bestellung plötzlich weg. Personal überfordert.

Essen war lecker, top Service. Saubere Toiletten.
