Grill doesn't work... If only chicken was possible...Barely 2 minutes later someone else gets beef again??? Very bad service

Portions much smaller than usual, but prices 20-30% higher than usual... 8 euro smart menu? 12-13 eur Mcmenu? In addition, one terminal did not work

One star is still too many! Never seen such unkempt and unfriendly staff at McDonald's as here on September 9, 2024 at 11 a.m. Discussions also among the employees in the kitchen. We didn't order anything!

According to google, it is open until 0:00, but I found the place already closed at 23:30.

The service was surprisingly good. Fast, clean. And will definitely be visited more often.

I ordered via the app: a menu and 1x 20 nuggets using the 1000 points I had collected. When I pressed pay in the app there was an error, so I paid in cash. When the money was debited shortly afterwards, I let them know and the money was given back to me in cash. However, the employee was very rude. When I got my order, the 20 nuggets were missing. At the checkout, this employee said the nuggets were empty. When I asked what we should do now, since 1000 points were still deducted from me in the app even though I didn't get anything, he just shrugged his shoulders and said again that the nuggets were empty. In general it wasn't very clean. The only positive thing was that the food was prepared quickly.

It was okay. • No McPlant Burger. • Vegan nuggets lukewarm. • Milkshake was immediately super liquid. • Highlight: There were NO MORE STRAWS. Consolation: It wasn't needed with such a liquid milkshake.

Fries were a bit too thin but rest stop stop

I recently visited the McDonald's branch and absolutely loved it! As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was struck by the exceptional cleanliness - every area, from the tables to the toilets, was immaculately maintained. However, the highlight of my visit was the staff: they were incredibly friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their faces. I immediately felt welcome and my every wish was practically met. The food came quickly and was as always. Everything was freshly prepared and perfectly tempered. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also very pleasant and inviting, so I was able to enjoy my stay to the fullest. Huge praise to the entire team – everything was really done right here! I would love to come back and can only warmly recommend this branch. Thank you for the great experience!

I ordered at the terminal... 1 chicken burger, 2 cheeseburgers... and a set of mesh potatoes... together for 13.96 euros... I didn't have to wait a minute before the big bag arrived... when accepted gravity caused me to fall extremely downwards... I asked myself what could be so heavy about 3 burgers and some potatoes... but I didn't question this because I was traveling for work and was under time pressure, after all, that was me too The only one who had ordered and it was on the screen and the nice staff looked me in the eyes and handed it to me, I got a 1L bag of mesh potatoes (3 times as much) 1 chicken burger and 3 cheeseburgers.... was very tasty and warm...unfortunately I couldn't take any pictures because I was busy breathing everything away, but after I stapled my lower lip to the fitting, I was able to push everything in...thanks for that..cool action that you have there

McDonald's was OK. The surrounding area and rest area are in absolutely poor condition. Totally dirty

McDonalds workers ignore queue to service machine to make their order. The time to receive a simple order is huge. A lot of positions are sold out. Disaster

The staff speaks "so" German and isn't really friendly, it feels like nothing works in the rest stop, toilets are broken and locked, drink dispensers are broken, you can't order all of the burgers... It's a shame.

No internet, supposedly problems with Telekom. This means that no card payment, no ordering at the terminal is possible and no coupons can be redeemed. You had to pay the full price.

Never seen such listless employees. Such people should be sent to the kitchen but not allowed to serve customers

Very unfriendly staff. After waiting all this time to order and asking normally when it was our turn, we were just shouted at. McDonald’s also has a very limited selection. We then decided not to order anything there!

I ordered in the app. Money was also deducted from my wallet but the order apparently didn't arrive. I was then allowed to pay again in the restaurant, which was an absolute disgrace

Almost all food is sold out. Big Mac was still showing in the app. Ordered and the chicken burger ended up on the plate. If you point out the mistake very politely, you will be shouted at, Big Mac is no longer available, if you don't want chicken, you're out of luck, you'll get your money back.

They refused to serve me at the checkout, supposedly only at the terminal.👎

Worst experiance ever,they didnt have a toilet and i asked twice nicely because it was urgent (i was on my period) they said it doesnt work and when i asked him where does he go and he just looked at me-said nothing! The food was okay but i could not eat because the tables were so dirty and all the trash cans were open so it stank and the bugs were everywhere. Never come here!

A bit inappropriate when you can't order at the normal checkout, when the only terminal is completely full and you can't even redeem the Sanifair voucher.

Incredibly full and digital ordering doesn't speed up. The employees did their best, but the waiting time was just too long for a fast food restaurant.

We ate something for just under €50 and it's not possible to go to the toilet for free. This is an absolute joke and a disgrace. I'm really disappointed and feel like I'm not being taken seriously as a customer. After asking the somewhat friendly man behind the counter several times whether he was serious and kidding me, he said there were cameras everywhere and he couldn't give me anything so that we could go to the toilet for free. You would have to go to the toilet first and then you can apparently use the voucher. No one could explain it to us, and no one in the entire workforce could explain it to us in German. A pity.

The McDonald's in Neu-Isenburg offers the usual McDonald's menu with typical fast food quality. Experiences of cleanliness and service vary, with the location being convenient for quick meals. However, it lacks special features that distinguish it from other branches. A solid choice for quick food, without any special highlights.

Nothing for weak nerves! You wait 30 minutes for a drink.

There was a moldy tomato on my burger. I was offered a new burger, but upon my request the money was refunded without any problem.

Das Essen ist- Na klar- McDo. Service ziemliches Fließband; ohne Hallo und Tschüss. Der Raum ist recht eng und lädt nicht gerade ein. Geht so.

Essen wie immer, gut. Personal unfreundlich, fast unverschämt. Hier kaufen wir nie mehr...

Der Service könnte um einiges besser sein

Nagyon kevés volt a vàlaszték a megszokott McDonald'shez képest.

Ein kleiner AutobahnMC. Kinderspielturm drinnen paar Sitzmöglichkeiten, alles wie bei MC. Trotz relativ wenig Kunden hätte das Personal schneller sein können, aber es hat soweit gepasst

Es ist wie jeder MC Donalds eben an eineer Raststätte.

Typisch Autobahnraststätte....kein besonders einladender Ort. Einiges war ausverkauft...

Still ut's difficult in high times for some people to order at the ordering screen. Time is precious and that could be sometimes very difficult. The ordering in itself could be easier in my opinion...a mix between app and screen is for some people sooooooo time consuming. The food tasted like the food at every store. It's ok. The making of the food was really fast. The tables weren't cleaned and with children around some stuff were all over the places. So because of that I would say it could be cleaner!

Sehr klein und nicht sonderlich schön. Das Personal hätte auch etwas netter sein können. Das Essen war aber heiß und frisch.

Podczas mojej wizyty było czysto. Obsługa była bardzo miła i sprawna. Burger którego zamówiłem nie wyróżniał się smakiem, ale był dobry. W budynku znajduje sie toaleta płatna 1€

عدة اسباب منها وقت انتظار طويل بالنسبة لأوردر صغير نسبي لا يتجاوز اثنين من المشروب وسناكات مع ذلك السعر مرتفع نسبيا ولا يتناسب مع اصحاب الدخل المحدود واخرها رغم ان السعر غالي الى ان الطلب أتى لا يوافق المواصفات وجهة نظري لا أنصح بزيارته

Nicht sehr sauber...überfüllte Mülleimer und Tische nicht abgewischt.

Die erste Bestellung haben wir am Terminal aufgegeben. Das war noch alles ok - MC Donalds halt. Meine Tochter wollte dann aber nochmal einen einzelnen Hamburger haben. Diesen wollten wir direkt am Schalter bestellen, da eine ewige Schlange vor dem Terminal anstand. Wir wurden vom Personal sehr unfreundlich auf das Terminal verwiesen. Eine Bestellung aufgeben war nicht möglich. Wir haben dann nichts mehr gekauft. MC Donalds verkommt auch zur Servicewüste. Im Happymeal hatten wir 3 Fruchtquatsch. Bei zweien davon war der verschluss und dann Mundstück von der Produktion verschmiert. Die Kinder wollten das nicht in den Mund nehmen. Die Fruchtquatsch wurden reklamiert und getauscht, jedoch auch hier wieder sehr unfreundlich von den Mitarbeitern. Ich werde hier nicht mehr herkommen. Ebenso werde ich nun nach mehrmaliger unguter Erfahrung bei MC Donalds die Kinder wann immer ich es hinbekomme nicht mehr zu MC Donalds gehen.

Der wahrscheinlich langsamste und unfreundlichste MC Donalds Service in Deutschland. Das Essen war aber ok. Ich muss die Leute ja auch nicht heiraten und ich bin selbst schuld wenn ich auf einer Autobahnraststätte zu einem McDonald's gehe.

Verder is alles zoals McDonald's.

Ein Hoch auf die McDonald's App 😃 Damit war ich noch relativ schnell. Ich glaube die Preise sind in der App auch was günstiger. Ansonsten war alles in McDonald's Standard Manier.

Dreckiger Sitzbereich, dreckige Küche. Totale Katastrophe. Mitrbeiter ungepflegt, ohne Haarnetz, Motivationslos und kein Plan von der ganzen Materie. War eher en Treffpunkt für verpeilte, die das alles super witzig fanden. Burger waren teilweise kalt und Specials gab es garkeine, weil es keine Pommes gab👍

Man kann nur mit Auto zum McDonald's

Fried food wasn't available. This also meant no vegetarian options were available. The burgers where dry like pieces of cardboard, the mcrib was soggy all the way through

Das Essen Standart McDonalds der Rest ist etwas dreckig- Personal Mängel. Rastplatz sehr dreckig.

Путают заказы, заказывал одно положили другое. Мне это не понравилось, сервис на двоечку.
