There's always something there somehow. If you go in and order, everything is usually there. But checking is mandatory, just like in MC Drive. Unfortunately we thought yesterday September 10th, 2024 Around 9.30 p.m. oh come on, there's nothing going on here, everything will be there, unfortunately the employee in the drive didn't know how to say good evening/please/thank you and then said you to us as we drove up in our car, as we often do should, when we received our order after a good 5 minutes. Only an MC Rib Maxi and MC Chicken Maxi menu, a milkshake on top, we then went straight on the motorway to Cologne. When we reached our destination and ate, oh how great. A portion of fries is completely missing and everything isn't packaged so well, no refreshment or cleaning cloth, especially useful with the MC Rib. A return journey too far. Really great.😒

Wait, wait, wait! It feels like 1 employee for everything. You have to plan a good 30 minutes for the McDrive! Absolutely ridiculous.

Even though there were p employees, we had to wait 20 minutes for our order. The restaurant was dirty, the clearing carts were overflowing and we had to clean the table first. We don't need it again.

20 minutes for a table order is already steep. The shop was full, but everyone was overwhelmed and some didn't know what the other was doing....

I've been to McDonald's five times now and three times they forgot something in my order! Especially with large orders at McDrive, it almost seems like they leave something out on purpose. At home you only notice it when it's too late. This won't happen again - never again McDonald's RÖSRATH for me!

The shop wasn't clean. And the burger was cold. After complaining I got a new one. These weren't much better either. And yet they've been there again and they can't manage to clear away the rubbish again.

So we pre-ordered the food via the app and picked it up at home at the drive in. Then instead of the shake fries, we just got the normal ones and my son's toy from the happy meal was missing. I'll come by tomorrow at lunchtime to pick up the toy because I can't understand how someone can be so incompetent It can be annoying, it's slow, it's not the first time in the branch.

We got ice cream and they put the topping on the bottom and everything melted and instead of ice cream they gave frozen yogurt, very kake👎🏻

Very slow service even when there is little going on

The fries were pale and mushy. But the worst was that something was broken in the kitchen, so for the 30 minutes we were here there was a loud beeping noise. Really loud. I don't understand how the people here can even work in the kitchen...

Since I stood in the waiting area at the end of the drive-thru for over 20 minutes last time for a Big Mac meal, I now went straight in and ordered a double cheeseburger meal at the terminal. It took over 20 minutes to finish again. -I can hardly believe it myself... How can something like this be? I counted 13 (thirteen!) “employees”. Only the old faces really worked here. One can only hope that they don't get a cent more than the minimum wage, because even that is far too high for this level of performance. The young people just chatted. Some transgender guy actually managed to fill up a bottle of syrup for soft ice cream in those 20 minutes. The older woman only had to point it out to him three times... and of course he messed up half the counter and didn't even clean it and didn't get anything else done. Craziness. If you're so slow with 13 people, then you should make the place better.

It's not the first time that this MC has offered bad service...today I ordered, among other things, a CHRISPY CHIKEN MENU, I received an MC Chicken and my complaint, which was initially objective, was reflected in the fact that the young man at the microphone wasn't there I had noted down the ordered CHRISPY Chicken but an MC Chicken, the employee at the Micro was extremely incompetent, which then caused me to shout at the service desert shop and the boss there, which is definitely not my style. But if I go to a QUICK RESTAURANT and then have to be forced to read the display board again so that my clear order is carried out correctly in the end, then the issue of McDonald's in Rösrath on Brennerstrasse is literally over for me. Oh yes, one star is one star too many but unfortunately you have to click on it.

I really like the branch, which has been newly renovated since July 25th, 2024, everything is bright, open and spacious. Offer like in every Mc.D.

Standing at McDrive for 20 minutes just for two cheeseburgers. Fast food was forgotten at McDrive and when you ask you are ignored

We were there a lot and every time it was worse than before, the staff is a complete catastrophe and the hygiene is like in a public toilet in India and the orders are always always wrong, not one citizen who ordered one. The last time we didn't order at all, we simply paid €20 at the checkout and said surprise us as always. Ordering is pointless, you always get something that you didn't order or would ever order at all.

Employee with glasses (thought he was the boss) Very aggressive, unfriendly and cheeky. The poor employee can imagine how he deals with them when he is like that with guests.

Located on a motorway entrance in a commercial area and has charging facilities for electric vehicles.

The Mc Drive is not like that here. Unfortunately, you always have to expect a long waiting time here.

The absolute catastrophe, I haven't experienced anything like this in a long time. First, the Compulent Employee with Glasses throws 2 underage girls out at 11:50 p.m. because it is already too late for them. The next customers wanted their table cleaned, which led to a discussion. The employee then asked the group to leave the store, but they had already paid for their food, which was simply outrageous. And last but not least, our order came completely cold because the employee had to go smoke after discussing it with the customers. When we found out at home that a burger was missing, I decided to leave this review. And lest you misunderstand me, such incidents happen there all the time. Just crazy.

Just disgusting. Hygiene is given zero attention here. The employee wipes the ice off the cup with her bare finger, who knows where it was before. Then she finds it funny and laughs about it with another employee. Just disgusting.

Fries were undercooked and cold, the curly fries were fine. It looked like no one was really into it, everything looked chaotic and unstructured.

Burgers is fine, dont get the fries. Ill add picture, but in real life they were just white. Like they were prefried half an hour ago and then just served it...

Impossible waiting times. Stood in the drive for 35 minutes without getting to the payment window Impossibly unfriendly and you don't want to eat inside. So disgusting! If you want to make use of your time and money, you can avoid it in a large area!

The worst McDonald's! Unfriendly and annoyed employees, where you can tell from the sound of their voice how little fun they have at work, and you can be prepared for that if you drive through the Mc-drive, you have to pull over to the right and wait at least 5 minutes AND ! that the sauces we ordered were missing. It doesn't work any other way there.

If you come shortly before closing time you only get the leftovers... And that's what it looked like.

Entire order was prepared incorrectly. Wrong burger, forgot fries, ketchup instead of mayo. In total we had to go back into the store 3 times after ordering.

So... the staff was very friendly and also gave me advice on some products. I'm a bit older and was surprised by the new products 😲 The atmosphere is not that cozy. It was very crowded, loud and restless. But it's a Maces. The parking lot is very poorly laid out. To get to a parking lot you have to stand in the queue of vehicles that goes to MC Drive. If it's full and long, you're stuck in the middle, even though you want to park and go to the restaurant. Otherwise, as always, it tasted good

Long waiting times. Something wrong with the order

Everything in the order was handed out incorrectly. Even after we received half of our order as requested, we noticed again that the sauces had all been handed over incorrectly. Service is just very bad. No recommendation!

This store is disgusting and incompetent high 10….. mc rib bread exaggerate sauce cucumber….. big mc Half of the meat is missing. Meat looks like minced meat the supposed boss 😂😂 was more than overwhelmed with only three orders, as always, he forgot all the sauces and several individual orders like that 2 menus Plus the extra burger just wasn’t included…. This branch doesn't work at all, yesterday we got McFlurrys for the second time that were filled to varying degrees, apart from the fact that the cup wasn't even half full anyway. Furthermore, once again the ingredients weren't right. We ordered 2xMC Flurry with chocolate and caramel sauce (which was also on the screen) and then got 1 with chocolate and 1 with caramel. And when we pointed out the error to the employees, we sparked a heated discussion, even though two ingredients were included anyway. In the end we left without our order and recommend everyone to avoid the branch!!!!!!!!!!!

When we asked the service they just said: yes, we'll do it if we have time... Most of the time there were two employees just waiting and talking until the things were finished. Finally a McDonalds that rightly bears its name. With the waiting time before ordering and until it was put together, it took less than 10 minutes. This was very big! In addition to the staff, it is also because, fortunately, there are not yet these modern self-ordering terminals here. Clean, friendly, fast, 5 stars for that!

I come here often and I like to stay here a little longer. The employees are simply super friendly, you can often see them laughing behind the counter and even when things get really busy and there is a lot going on, friendliness and customer orientation are still the priority here. Here the customer is still king, as the saying goes. Table service always works, the food arrives quickly and hot and you always get a friendly smile on top. In addition, it is always clean here and people always look at where tables need to be wiped or cleared away. Absolutely recommend this branch.

April 5, 2024 at 5:40 p.m. Unfriendly female staff at the Mc Drive counter. Chubby, dyed blonde and with tattoos and glasses. I mean, if you're dissatisfied with your job, then gosh, change your job. That's what people can order the least for. Then the food was also packaged incorrectly. I typed it wrong at the end and tried to blame it on me. All the reviews speak for themselves. The branch manager should take good care of his employees.

I think the pictures speak for themselves, 2 half-full Mc Sundays at full price! We only had a half-full Mc Flurry recently! We've had good experiences before, but this really takes the cake. Especially since there really wasn't much going on.

We drove through Mc Drive today, Easter Monday at 4:20 p.m. Who is working in the kitchen today??? Putting the BigMac together can't be that difficult. 4 BigMacs assembled incorrectly and then hardly any salad or sauce on them. The chicken burger was also a disaster, just slapped together. If we hadn't already set off, we would have complained on the spot. The colleague at the order terminal spoke almost no German and was barely understandable. We'll have to look for an alternative to this location or go to another burger shop soon.

So the MC Drive probably doesn't work at all here. Reading a pre-ordered online order from an app is probably too difficult for employees at this branch. In 99% of all cases something is missing. The fries in this branch are also probably only prepared once a day because I have never received remotely warm fries in this branch unless I specifically ordered them without salt. It's simply a disgrace that customers are served dried-out cardboard instead of crispy fries. So remember if you still want to visit this branch, never order without special requests otherwise you'll get the same old ham. Fries without salt and please order a packet of salt instead of fries. This is the only way to get crispy fries. But you should check whether they are not too raw, I've even had that before. And check every order on site and keep the employee on staff so that they learn to put the correct order in the non-transparent bag. Otherwise it is probably not possible to receive your order. So many greetings to the staff. Maybe this isn't the right job...

Unfortunately, I have never eaten in such a bad McDonalds. We've been here before and were totally disappointed, so we thought we'd try it again. That was definitely a mistake! The new cheese sauce arrived... even before I tried it you could see the bottom of the container where it was in, so dipping it in didn't work. My fries were once again cold, almost raw, and of course the rest of my food was cold as always. Unfortunately, since I once worked in a McDonalds myself, I know how to do it properly and this one is just disappointing. Never thank you again

However, if you as a customer have to have a discussion when employees cannot understand you sufficiently and use a different tone, that is absurd. Communication there is often unfriendly and employees sometimes look as if they don't have a mirror when they get up in the morning. It is understandable that we have a lot of stress and often terrible customers. But you should refrain from reflecting this to other customers. In the past, burgers that had already been paid for twice had been forgotten, which unfortunately only became apparent when we got home.

Ich war soeben hier und habe über Drive-In ein Smart Menü und zwei Cheeseburger gekauft. Alles zusammen für 10,37 €. Nachdem ich Fünf Minuten später zuhause ankam war alles kalt. Nichts, außer der Cola, war genießbar und landete sofort im Mülleimer. Ich habe schon Verständnis dafür das man nicht an Neujahr arbeiten möchte, aber dann sollte man es auch nicht tun.

Ich war heute da habe für 70 Euro gekauft und kam nach Hause nach 19 min nach dem ich endlich rauskam und dann fehlten 2 cheeseburger, 3 fruchtquetschis für die Kinder, 1 6er.chicken nuggets und 2 mal Pommes und zu allem Überfluss noch die Spielzeuge und die Fritten waren kalt. SORRY ABER das ist einfach lächerlich bei so einer großen Summe

Die "vergessen" oft Essen, es ist leider zu oft Dreckig und die Tabletabladungsstelle ist oft überfüllt... Die Toiletten machen mir auch ein wenig Angst, vor den Gang wird immer ein Gebet gesprochen, dass Falls ich Aids bekomme, der Tod nicht all zu schmerzhaft sein wird.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schnell und frisch zubereitet. Heute jedoch ohne Bacon bestellt, aber Bacon reste in der Verpackung gefunden. Fragt man sich ob da einfach der Bacon runtergekommen wurde.

Fahre meistens durch den mcdrive und da kann ich nichts negatives sagen. Das Essen war frisch und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Der Stern weniger ist u.a wegen dem kleinen und engen Parkplatz. Wenn eine Schlange vor dem drive in ist kommt keiner mehr vom Parkplatz runter

Sehr schön sauber, Kinder hatten Spaß sowohl drinnen(riesen Spieltisch) als auch draußen (Rutsche). Einer der wenigen McDonalds wo man sich wohlfühlt,essen ist halt fast food;)

Fast Food halt, Preise....kennt jeder...aber schon 2 x zu wenig Ware erhalten, das letze Mal stellte sich heraus, das es den tripple Choc Keks gar nicht mehr gab, die Alternative, schmeckte nicht, das andere Mal haben wir halt drauf gezahlt...ansonsten halt ...für das Geld gibts auch mehr als Pappwaren, aber es geht dennoch halt zügig und die Kinder mögen halt das pappige...

Mc's ist halt Mc's aber hier... Wenn man was bestellt, bitte bitte bitte immer vor Ort kontrollieren. Hier wird immer zu 100000% immer mindestens 1 Sache vergessen. Zusatz: Wer nich nie Cheeseburger mit Majo probiert hat, muss es auf jeden Fall machen. Das ist einfach zu geil.

Schnelle und vollständige Bearbeitung der Bestellung. Es war aber auch nicht sehr gut besucht als wir dort waren. Das Essen war bis auf die Pommes warm und schmeckte sehr gut.

Sind ab und zu schusselig und vergessen gerne bei der Drive In Abholung das ein oder andere.

Ich war in Italien bei McDonald's und das Gebäude war etwas herunter gekommen sonst war alles super
