McDonald's in Rösrath

A typical McDonald's. Busy, the employees' faces look listless and not very friendly... more so than elsewhere. Two of the four ordering kiosks are out of order due to a lack of receipt paper, and nobody seems to care... a shame. The table with the built-in monitor is half-heartedly cleaned and grimy. I know these guys and girls have a tough job, but they shouldn't let it show. They should either find other roles or give management a nudge. Customer satisfaction isn't the only important thing; the employees are too.

Barely anything going on, but the employees are still hopelessly overwhelmed. Dirty, I got a chicken burger instead of a Big Tasty, and three employees couldn't understand my objection. I waited 20 minutes, and then had to complain. It's louder than at Cologne Central Station; you can hear the shift manager complaining from every corner.

Once again, we discovered in the store that sauce was missing from two ice creams. We complained, and without a word, sauce was sloppily poured on top. Then, at home, we realized that three cheeseburgers were missing. The server was completely annoyed and deliberately shoved the sauces quite firmly into the bags. The more customers ordered, the more the employee shook his head and became increasingly annoyed. His displeasure was evident in his manner. We waited a total of 20 minutes and received cold burgers.

I go there every now and then. Typical Maces. Plenty of space and fast service.

The food was absolutely disgusting. The fries were cooked in old grease, and the Big Mac tasted absolutely nothing like a Big Mac. The famous sauce tasted like it had expired; it wasn't worth the money. Furthermore, three cheeseburgers were forgotten, and a complaint was impossible because no receipt was provided. The restaurant has drastically declined in quality in the last few months.

This is simply the best McDonald's in Germany 😻🫶 Everything is so delicious, everywhere is clean, and it smells wonderful. All the tables are clean, and the staff clears everything away immediately. I'm really pleasantly surprised, because no matter where I've been before, it's always been chaos. But the employees here are simply fantastic. I don't know the name of the employee who served me, but they added a little treat to my meal. It was so unexpected and so nice! I live in Dortmund, but I hope to come here more often to experience this great service 😌

Everything was great! Ordering was quick at the vending machine. Card payment. And they even included table service. You can sit comfortably inside or outside. The tables were clean. Service was fast. The food was good. The restrooms were also clean. Free parking is available right in front. Highly recommended.

Great McDonald's. We were there on a Friday night and it was quiet. The food was ready quickly and cooked perfectly.

It sounds unbelievable, but first you stand at the checkout for 40 minutes. Employees grinned and walked past you. Then when you got to your checkout, they treated you completely rudely. Then you had to wait another hour and a half for the food to arrive. And then it was freezing cold. We had ordered 20-piece nuggets. We counted 6 of the nuggets that were still frozen. NEVER AGAIN

It was pretty dirty, and the tables were pretty dirty, even though it wasn't busy. Someone could easily have just wiped them down. The tablet cart was overflowing, and you could barely find a place for your tablet. There were enough staff on hand to take care of the dining area.

The restaurant is terribly cold, long wait and the restaurant was empty. I ordered a McWrap and it was half empty. If you have the chance, go somewhere else.

We were at the drive-thru and ordered four meals and a Happy Meal. A 10-minute wait, no problem. Of course, we didn't check right away, and since there was no receipt, we couldn't complain. The bottom line was that we were missing a French fry, a burger, and a toy. Annoying, very annoying.

The Rösrath location was only moderately busy last night at 7:30 p.m. We only noticed at home that our order wasn't complete. And to top it all off, the food being thrown into bags in front of the customer is completely unacceptable. And when we asked why we were getting our expensive food slapped into bags, we weren't even bothered. The quality of this chain is continuing to decline. They're focusing on quantity over quality.

The customer service representative couldn't speak (no English, no German) and just pointed at the ordering machine and stood there in a daze.

Nothing was happening (4:00 p.m.) The tables were completely dirty, and when I showed the employee (apparently a holiday worker) the completely dirty damp cloth and pointed out that it needed cleaning, there was no response. The edge trim under the table was missing, and it looked horrible behind it. There were food scraps everywhere on the floor. Some of the food was only lukewarm. What a waste of money I left here. No staff walked around the entire time to ensure hygiene.

Today, I went to the MC in Rösrath with my family for the first time, and it was also the last time. I've never seen such a dirty MC before. Even though there was hardly anything going on, all the tables and benches were dirty, so I had to clean everything before we could sit down. That just shouldn't be allowed to happen. It's totally disgusting.

I went to McDonald's for the first time in 8 years, and it was enough for me for the next 10. The employee was completely confused, didn't know the prices, and didn't even know which payment methods the store accepted. After completing my order, I asked the manager if the employee was new, and they said no. The quality of the food is also different than it was back then, in my opinion, and the prices were the last straw for me.... Good luck in the future!

Visited for a new burger, but MC isn't what it used to be.

Unfortunately, I had some negative experiences at this McDonald's restaurant. Firstly, the staff often mixed up my order, which was frustrating. Secondly, the service left a lot to be desired. Especially at the drive-in counter, I had the feeling that the employee showed little patience. When I asked about the sauces available, he seemed annoyed and sighed. Then, when he asked about my choice of side dish, I asked about the options again, to which he sighed even louder and you could imagine him rolling his eyes. Another downside to this restaurant is that they always ask you to park at the right corner of the drive-thru exit instead of waiting at the serving window. The food is then brought to the car. This seems unnecessary and impractical. All in all, my experience at this McDonald's was not particularly pleasant, due to the frequent errors in ordering, unfriendly service, and unusual waiting practices.

I don't expect 5-star service at McDonald's. But if I go to a fast-food chain's drive-thru, it's because I'm short on time. I don't understand why I have to wait about 5 minutes at the intercom and another 12 minutes at the checkout counter behind another customer (for an order of two cheeseburgers). Unfortunately, you can't just drive away once you're behind another car and another car. Waiting times are common here. I think this was my last visit here...

The MC Flurry is a joke. There's hardly any ice in it. You can fill the cup with less than half. That's unacceptable!

Got two MC Flurrys. The amount of ice cream in both was a bad joke. (The photos are both of one). Yes, that one on the left is really the bottom. I realize the amount of ice cream is subject to enormous fluctuations, but this is ridiculous.

A disastrous wait. I wanted to quickly grab a breakfast burger before Father's Day drinks, and after waiting 12 minutes after ordering, I asked how long it would be. I was told I'd wait about another 5 minutes. So, after ordering, it took 17 minutes for a breakfast burger.

I waited over 25 minutes for two hot pockets and two McFlurrys. The staff were nice and friendly, but the wait was disproportionately long.

Her behavior is completely unacceptable in several respects: She speaks to her employees in a condescending and inappropriate tone - in the presence of customers. Instead of resolving conflicts objectively, it actively contributes to an unpleasant and disrespectful atmosphere. What was particularly outrageous was the incident in which she falsely accused me, the customer, of theft - even though I had properly paid for the product in question. When I asked to have a clarifying conversation with her, she refused direct contact and preferred to avoid responsibility. Such behavior not only contradicts the core values ​​of a customer-centric company, but also damages trust in your brand. As a family with two children, we come here every few weeks. But unfortunately half of the tables and benches were dirty this lunchtime. There wasn't even much going on.

I ordered something from MC Drive and noticed that there were large amounts of garbage under the large trash cans. I'll never go there again.

Ordered online! Unfortunately I had to go through the drive a second time because half of it was forgotten. But I couldn't stop my car and go back and was rudely sent away by the employee. One fries was warm and one was cold. Orders were also like not placed after I ordered. No additional cheese, 2 fish mac was missing, cola was with ice.

Sometimes there are understaffing and then of course mistakes happen during peak times. So far, I personally have had major mistakes twice that I had to complain about. The restaurant management has previously given me compensation, which I have not yet claimed. Generally completely okay. Since I work long hours and don't have the energy to cook late at night and have nothing else open, I'm there every few months.

Breakfast at MC is of course different than in the hotel, but the quality is decent... for system catering. The coffee is good. The guest room is clean. The service is friendly.

Last time I was here it was very cold. I was freezing with my jacket on. The background noise is very loud and unfortunately there are not many options that are available in other McDonald's branches.

Just wanted Fix MCFlurry, two out of three were okay, but one was just a McSundae, quite a disappointment in terms of content. When asked about this, it came out that this size was normal. The disappointment grew. But service was quick 👍

I walked in and was immediately greeted with a friendly hello. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The food also came to our table very quickly. It was freshly prepared. Everything was hot. We even said goodbye as we left. We go there more often now.

The food is typical of McDonald's but there are some sandwiches that cater to the local German taste. The place is clean, air-conditioned and the service is excellent. We are from Brazil and speak English and Spanish but the lady who served us was very attentive and helped us.

This McDonald's offers a good opportunity to grab a bite to eat with children after doing your shopping in the commercial area (where this McDonald's is located). Overall, I think this branch is better than most other McDonald's branches - it's usually not as chaotic as other branches and the food is delivered to you in a friendly manner. I rate it very positively that coffee, cappuccino, etc., according to the information about consumption on site (instead of "to take away"), have so far only been served in porcelain cups and not in paper cups with plastic content. This is better for the environment and for the atmosphere ('coffee culture'). This is what sets this McDonald's apart from other such restaurants. I have also seen that coffee specialties are prepared with the portafilter machine, which definitely makes a difference in taste in a positive sense. In comparison, if I think of the cappuccino from the fully automatic machine at McDonald's in Brühl near Cologne, then it is significantly better here in Rösrath, even very good! The ice cream also tasted creamy and delicious. I'm surprised that at some other McDonald's it often seems more solid and watery to me. Fortunately, this problem doesn't exist here. However, I think that the amount of ice cream and sauce was rather less than usual elsewhere. Something like this should be standardized and not dependent on the employee's mood or time! Overall, a recommendable McDonald's restaurant with good quality. At least I can say that for our visits. The tables could perhaps be cleaned a little more often. Unfortunately, when we were looking for a free table yesterday afternoon, some of the tables weren't the ones we wanted to sit at (crumbs, leftover salad, etc.).

Just don't have any problems with the order. There is no bill and if something is missing you are shouted at. This is how you imagine eating with the children. Half of it is missing and then there are crying children. McDonald's used to be different.

Everything from one order: with the big tasty bacon the bacon was forgotten, with the hamburger royal ts without onion the sticker was on it but there were still onions in it, and the chicken nuggets were completely missing. And I was in the drive in, after some confusion from the employees, who were also honest enough to point out that I hadn't paid yet. Why actually? You don't get what you ordered here anyway!

After visiting there, my seven year old son had food poisoning and vomited.

Food and waiting time were OK. There was no table service, the table number plates were simply put away. The return trolley tray was overfull and there wasn't much going on. Almost all of the tables were still full of leftover food from their predecessors. That doesn't have to be the case.

Kann man nicht essen. Die Stühle kalt, alles kalt. Die Bedienung ist nett, aber das reicht nicht aus. Man bezahlt ja alles und man bezahlt nichts für kalte und zähe Muffins mit kaltem Bacon am Vormittag. Hier wird gespart auf Kosten der Kundschaft. Geht gar nicht.

I've been to McDonald's five times now and three times they forgot something in my order! Especially with large orders at McDrive, it almost seems like they leave something out on purpose. At home you only notice it when it's too late. This won't happen again - never again McDonald's RÖSRATH for me!
