Fast service, but the burgers were a bit limp and the apple juice tasted like spa red.

So...what can I say? I've rarely been to such a bad fast food restaurant. So far I've been to this cooking spoon and the one in Emden and the one in Emden is way better than this one. First of all, the ambience and the best thing... the shop itself is nice, you can sit there well. Now the food... the food is very dry compared to the other wooden spoons and also compared to McDonald's etc. Totally dry, unseasoned and just dry like the desert. That doesn't work at all. Burgers were lukewarm almost cold. Now the service. Actually, they only spoke East Frisian (which I don't understand from North Rhine-Westphalia) and then the order was taken incorrectly and served incorrectly. Given this context, you don't feel like changing the food. Really bottom drawer. Better go to another cooking spoon or to McDonald's or Burger King etc. Not recommended!

Absolutely underground, we were there at lunchtime, there was really bad leftover food under all the tables. We ordered almost the same thing at two terminals, but for the other couple it took 20 minutes for the food to arrive and we were already finished, so you can't really call it fast food here. I really wanted to go to Kochlöffel again because we don't have any here anymore, but you really can't go there. The burgers were also very dry. I can only advise against it.

When was the last time I was at Kochlöffel? That was a long time ago and lo and behold, there is one in Leer and a really chic one. The staff were very friendly and it was tasty too. Keep it up!!

You don't have to hide behind the usual fast food temples. Five stars are given because expectations were completely met.

Juice shop, waiting 30 minutes for fast food in an empty shop is ridiculous. In addition, the food is far too overpriced that even other fast food chains with cheaper products come across as gourmet food. Wouldn't eat here.

We also ate here. The fries were cold and old, so that was a reason not to come back

Unfortunately there were no drinks except Capri Sun because the carbonation was gone. Otherwise everything is fine.

A very tasty and relatively cheap alternative to the huge competition. Nice staff and you get your food very quickly. Unfortunately, you now have to order here via the impersonal terminal.

I had to order my 2 cheeseburgers at the Scheis new terminals because you are no longer allowed to take orders at the counter Things are different if you order from outside because it works there And if you're really lucky - like me - then you'll be treated differently by employees. 1 couple took their turn after me and strangely enough they were allowed to order and pay for their 2 burgers straight away. I was put off with the fact that these were the new rules and that the employees couldn't do anything about it. Original quote: “Every employee does it differently” You either stick to your rules consistently, or not at all, if every employee works the way they want.

The oldest burger roaster here in the city. Snack food, good and tasty. Today it was extra good. Apparently there are new employees here (to me). Colleague gives the impression he's slow, but he's just being careful. I haven't eaten so well here for a long time 👌 Everything was great and on point. It tastes twice as delicious.

It was clean and the staff was friendly too. The hamburger was very dry, I won't have it again and the bratwurst wasn't a hit for me either 😅 What I found tiring was that you can only order from the vending machine. That simply took up too much time for me, even though it was actually bought as a time saver...

The food was not good, everything looked tasty in the photos. The cheeseburger had no lettuce, it was crushed, and there were no onions either. Pigeons fly around the restaurant every now and then, so they can eat your french fries or food. The fries were also half burnt. I don't recommend it, unless you go to a kebab shop nearby.

Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Old frying fat. Chicken drumsticks were also inedible. Never again!!!

Awful food. Small portions, looked more like a free sample. Dirty toilets, tables, trays. Beverages were not cold, rather warm. The burger looked like it had been ran over by a bus. Not friendly staff.

Fries are limp. Burgers are weak, taste just as bad as McDoof.

The food didn't taste good at all. The quality left a lot to be desired. We can't recommend it at all.

We had a large portion of fries and a medium portion of sweet potato fries for €5 each including ketchup or mayo. The portions were simply too small for this price. ☹️

Dogs are not welcome!!! Even therapeutic ones are not welcome!!! You will be discredited! Do you still need servants? Machine processing in the store with a dirty display and then you are left with chicken/food with your fingers. Suggestion automatic food production Servants behind a thick wall if still necessary. Ambiance Stainless steel is best cleaned. You don't have to eat here!!! Or even better Just close

Why don't you clean the toilet?

Good fastfood restaurant with reasonable prices. Please note that when it’s busy, the staff doesn’t have time to clean the tables. Also when it’s not that busy at all, the staff also doesn’t seem to have time as well. The French fries are really good. Just like the currywurst. The burgers can be really good by this varies.

The chicken wings are spicy so not necessarily for small children. I thought they were great!!! I thought the fries were delicious. But the seating situation is very cramped.

Leider waren die Burger nicht besonders ansprechend. Weder der Belag, noch die Konsistenz, die Pommes waren matschig und nicht gut gesalzen und die Angestellte hat mir statt 2 Burgern nur einen gegeben, den anderen gab es auf Nachfrage. War alles in allem eher ein Reinfall

Katastrophe. Eine Mitarbeiterin hinter dem Tresen mit 2 augenscheinlichen Schulungsfällen. Die Mitarbeiter schreien sich gegenseitig an. Alle Tische Dreckig von dem Fußboden und der Toilette ganz zu schweigen. Obwohl der Laden fast leer war hat das essen ewig gedauert. Eine Gruppe Jugendlicher hatte weit vor und Pommes und Getränke bestellt und durften etwas 20 Minuten auf die Basics warten. Ein "Mitarbeiter" in Straßenkleidung sitzt im Restaurant und blättert durch Facebook. Irgendwann geht er in die Küche holt einen Besen und fegt etwa 5 Minuten Müll auf dem Fußboden zusammen, lässt diesen liegen und setzt sich wieder um weiterhin Facebook Profile zu betrachten. Die Preise sind auch nicht mehr akzeptabel. Das war wohl der letzte Besuch!

Op zich prima eten. Ik vind de bediening/service altijd wel wat chaotisch.

Essen schmeckt gut außer die Pommes. Da können geschmacklich die Pommes bei Mcces besser mithalten und sind günstiger. Aber sonst schmeckt alles super. Relativ sauberer Laden außer die Toilette. Für ein schnelles essen ist es in Ordnung.

Ich habe definitiv schon besser gegessen, nicht nur das es mir geschmacklich nicht so zugesagt hat, das Personal war heute auch nicht fähig die Bestellung meiner Mutter richtig aufzunehmen, vermutlich mangels Deutschkenntnisse. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle erwähnen das ich nichts gegen Mitbürger aus anderen Ländern habe, sondern das die Sprachkenntnisse für manche Berufe ausreichend sein sollte. Was bei Kochlöffel eine mittlere Portion Pommes 🍟 ist, ist in anderen Imbiss Betrieben eine normale Portion. Wenn ich sonst irgendwo Currywurst Pommes esse bin ich satt, was ich bei Kochlöffel nicht behaupten kann. Bilder von den Pommes Portionen habe ich beigefügt, 2 x eine mittlere und einmal ne kleine Portion, Kassenbon habe ich auch beigefügt so das sich jeder eine eigene Meinung zum Preis Leistungsverhältnis machen.

Haben vor ca vor 20 Minuten am Terminal essen bestellt, kam kein Kasselzettel raus. Die Mitarbeiterin hatte uns zwar die Nummer 274 gesagt aber jetzt wissen sie nichts mehr. Wartezeit ist ja immer dabei aber das sie nicht wissen was jetzt genau mit unserem Essen ist bzw. was wir bestellt haben, geht gar nicht.

Leckere Pommes der Preis ist zwar im Vergleich zu mc Donalds hoch, dafür aber leckerer, dennoch für den Preis zu teuer. Service ist Note 1 Ambiente Note 5

1/2 Hähnchen in der Mittagspause... lecker ...

Es ist meist dreckig dort und der Service ist auch nicht der beste . Das Essen ist so eigentlich ganz gut , eine Freundin und ich haben dort grade bestellt und beim Essen fehlte die Hälfte. Für 21.00€ lohnt sich sowas nicht .

Lekkere patat, mayo en crispy kipnuggets. Was gewoon prima.

Mitarbeiter leider sehr unmotiviert gewesen. Man versteht die nicht wenn dir reden. Man bestellt und wir dabei unterbrochen. Zubereitung dauert ewig. Kinder waren deswegen motzig. Mitarbeiter schauen lieber auf die Uhr im zu schauen wann der Schichtwechsel kommt. Schade eigentlich. Sehr viel Reste Lagen rum. Liegt aber an den Kunden dort.

Schnelle, freundliche Bedienung. Burger war gut, Pommes gingen so. Sauberer Laden.

Ich bin ein Fan schon seit Anfang an. Damals als Kind schon am Familientisch gesessen. Die Pommes sind so lecker gewürzt und kross. Die Krossies sind einfach ultra lecker. Immer wenn wir in Gegend sind wird dort gegessen. Auch die soßen sind super lecker. Die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach angemessen. Leider ist der Aufbau des Ladens länglich und man sitzt oft gegenüber vom Tresen oder neben dem Klo.

Alles im allen ok. Hygiene akzeptabel, essen nicht trocken, Personal freundlich.

Leider ist der Preis für Fastfood etwas zu hoch meines Erachtens nach. Natürlich gibt es die Inflation, aber das manche Produkte einen ganzen Euro teurer geworden sind, kann ich nicht verstehen.. dazu waren die Pommes sehr gering Portioniert worden und dazu sehr klein. Das Essen war aber trotzdem lecker und die Bedienung nett, also gibt es trotzdem eine 4/5

It's a mediocre burger place at best maybe thier Bratwurst was edible but thier veggie burger was quite a disappointment. The People were nice and it's decent ambience.

Echt vies eten . De broodjes hamburgers liggen al een uur te wachten op een klant. Alles onder de stof. En dooie vliegen en spinnewebben op de lampen boven de tafel

Drei Sterne, weil das Essen schnell zubereitet wird und heiß serviert wird. Im Laden bitte mehr auf Sauberkeit achten (Tische regelmäßig abwischen und die kleine Spielecke, die Toilette)! Das Personal ist freundlich!

Nun ja, war schon lecker, aber die Pommes waren lauwarm und die Portionen müssten größer ausfallen. Bedienung freundlich.

Kochlöffel ist ganz okay. Die Nuggets und die Pommes sind lecker, preislich ist es gar nicht mal so viel anders als bei Mc Donalds, zumindest wenn man mit Coupons bestellt, was ich definitiv immer raten würde! Es ist halt eher ein Imbiss als ein Schnellrestaurant. Ich sage mal Ambiente-Mäßig wäre es bei Mc Donalds oder Burger King angenehmer. :D Für den schnellen Hunger bekommt man hier aber trotzdem alles. Immerhin eine Alternative!
