Best branch I've ever visited! It is very clean and the staff is super nice and accommodating! I and my friends were a bit taken aback by the fact that the burger had been completely postponed, it looked like it was taken a little too quickly, and a nice older gentleman was there and immediately offered to bring me a new one. Call that perfect customer service! And I come from Berlin so I know things can get very bad, unfortunately! I don't know so much friendliness there! My friends and I were very, very positively surprised! A completely relaxed meal! Thank you again and again! Attention is a good thing! Keep it up dear team!

Just like a McDonald's. So far I have always received everything I ordered. The place was always clean and I always found a parking space. The bins were never overflowing and I never had a stomach ache after a visit. I am very satisfied with the McDonald's in Leer. The food is always prepared quickly.

The burgers were hot and freshly prepared and super tasty. The fries were well salted and tasted very good, not as wobbly as usual. The vanilla milkshake and the Twix McFlurry were also very tasty and even filled to the top. Very, very clean MC's, so it's fun to eat there again :)

I'm really disappointed. I only ordered a double cheeseburger. (Price 3.79€😩) I had to wait 12 minutes. When I got it and ate it it was cold. Not lukewarm. COLD. I'd rather go to the kebab shop around the corner. Really disappointing. I'm glad I didn't get a menu.

I avoid underground reviews unless they are justified. You have to make a lasting impression on me to do that. It's McDonald's and not a four star restaurant - for free. I ordered, paid and just went to the toilet. Bad mistake! How can the women's toilet in a restaurant where hygiene and cleanliness are the top priority smell as pungently of piss as it does in a train station underpass in Berlin Kreuzberg on a Sunday morning. This isn't something that happened overnight. This has sunk deep into the joints. The toilet lids don't fit the pot. I would only expect a smell like that if I expected exactly that smell at 40 degrees on day three in Wacken. This isn't a matter of feeling, it's simply pathetic. Of course you could hire a crime scene cleaner, but that seems to be too expensive. No, that doesn't work at all. It's clear that the staff can't save anything. The urine sits in every pore of the cubicle. Nothing can be justified

The staff at the drive-thru seem to be a bit unmotivated, of course it depends on their shift. Otherwise a typical McDonald's, with very little parking space.

Instead of the 20 McPlant nuggets we got 10 chicken nuggets and 10 chili nuggets. However, the packaging of the plant nuggets was dented. Are you doing this on purpose to encourage vegetarians to eat meat? Unfortunately I have to give my feedback by email because the feedback page doesn't work. Maybe for good reason?! Let's see if you have a better handle on your branch in Westerstede. We wanted to have dinner yesterday and ordered burgers, nuggets and fries. After we started eating nuggets we realized that they were no longer fresh. The smell and taste was like rotten meat. Visited mäcces again today after a long time. Unfortunately the fries and burgers were only lukewarm. The tables were not clean. There was salad under the table. A pity!

Conveniently divided with a MacCaffee, so you don't have to queue if you only come for coffee or tea. Always busy and free mayonnaise. What a difference with the Dutch MacDonalds. Sufficient parking spaces, ample number of toilets available. Neat and clean as it should be.

Glaube das ist jetzt das 10te mal das ich eine falsche Bestellung bekommen habe das nervt mich?

Teuer geworden… Fehleranfällig… Service nahezu wegrationalisiert Trotzdem schnell, sauber und korrekt

Ist halt ein normaler MC Donalds. Teuer, macht nicht wirklich satt, Geschmack ist wie Lotto spielen und den nächsten Tag leidet die Toilette. Ambiente ist für so einen Laden sehr steril gehalten und passt da nicht gut rein, 2x MC Drives die wieder auf eine Spur Leiten und das problem mit dem MC Drive (Stau, falsche Bestellung) ist weiterhin sehr gut vorhanden! Dazu die Öffnungszeiten, dass man um 4 Uhr nachts zu Fuß durchn MC Drive gehen muss, ist auch meiner Meinung nach Quatsch wenn man während einer JUZ Party was in die Futterluke schieben möchte. Aber leider ist MC Donalds bei fast jeden der Endpunkt wenn man unterwegs ist und nicht mehr weiß was man machen möchte 🫶🏻

Service nicht vorhanden drum gebeten einen Strohhalm für ein soft Getränk zu bekommen beim Auto fahren sicherer, sehr unfreundlich verneint die dann fehlte noch eine Pommes also diese Filiale nie wieder .

Leider etwas negatives heute den 14.01.2024 erlebt. Mc Donalds Leer.Mein Sohn 8 Jahre wollte einen Strohhalm haben für seine Cola und bekam zur Antwort das die nur für Milchshake vergeben werden. Hätte den ja auch noch bezahlt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, haben sofort bei unserer Bestellung ( an der Bestelltafel ) geholfen. Wir kannten diese Art noch nicht. Alles völlig problemlos und das Menü war Rückzug an unserem Tisch. Daumen hoch, wir kommen gerne wieder 👌👍😀

Der Lieferdienst fehlt in leer sonst gibt's das über all nur in leer nicht warum nicht

Hatte einen Royal mit Käse bestellt beim Drive und habe Zuhause gemerkt das im Karton ein Cheeseburger drin war, generell kamen mir die Mitarbeiter ziemlich verpeilt rüber .. die Pommes sahen aus als würden die schon drei Tage in der Verpackung liegen .. es fehlte an allem !

McDrive ist hier wirklich Schrott. Unprofessionelle Abfertigung, schlechte Verbindung an den Bestellsäulen. Dann muss man sich auch noch eine Bestellnummer merken, das wird aber einem zuerst nicht gesagt. Was glaubt ihr, woher soll man das wissen?!

Sehr schön modernisierte McDonald’s, Filiale mit freundlichem Ambiente, Spielnischen für die Kinder, sauber und in zügiger Bedienung (hoffe ich)

Es wäre besser einige Aktivitäten für aktive Kinder zu haben, besonders im Winter.

Essen war ok Nicht ganz sauber der Laden und auf den Toiletten roch es.

Die eis Maschine ist dauernd kaputt
