Neuer MC Donalds, alles noch so schön Neu ja und Blitzeblank aber Service total schlecht, ewig lange Wartezeiten, Personal überfordert, keine Zusammenarbeit - einfach eine Katastrophe. Wollten heute der Filiale Weiterstadt noch eine Zweite Chance geben aber es wurde nicht Besser 👎

We waited about an hour for two cheeseburgers, half of a chicken and two chicken sandwiches. Cheeseburgers were awful.

Zwei sehr nette Mitarbeiter bei meinem Besuch. Der eine, gut gebaute mit Brille sehr zuvorkommend. Genauso der etwas jüngere. Erstklassige Service. Essen könnte vlt ein bisschen besser sein. Aber ich komme gerne wieder. Etwas wärmer könnte es im Laden aber auch sein. Respekt an die Leitung.

A young woman named Linda works there; she chews her chewing gum like a cow. She doesn't know please and thank you. She throws the food in the bag, so I wouldn't even give a dog a bone. Then the order is wrong, that can happen, after she threw the right food in the bag she didn't even say anything. After a few minutes she felt comfortable saying something, again very unfriendly, that's why I said she would have said yes can that it is finished. Very unfriendly, can't scan coupons with the app. The Krone app doesn't work. There is only one app. Unfortunately they don't care and when they look stupid.
