Disaster! Definitely not recommended! I ordered a small portion of fries, the employee turned it into a large one (4€) as you can see from the picture, the portion of fries was really big, at least it felt like 20 grams (see photo) and the fries tasted like fish, I assume they use the same fries fat for fries and fried fish, which is an absolute no-go, especially for allergy sufferers! The chese citizen is what you can expect for €2.20... Tastes 2 days old and dry. The staff is extremely unfriendly and not interested in the customer. 1 employee works listlessly at the checkout and throws everything into a bag, the other 5 stand in the corner and talk. I would recommend getting something from the nearby bakery or similar shops.

The food was good and cheap. Even a small change to the dishes was possible without any problems. The drinks (wine and beer) were also very reasonably priced. So no rip-off as is often the case today. The service was very nice and attentive. We'll definitely be back

the guy is unbearable. If you don't want to have your mood ruined, don't go there. The kebab sometimes tastes good and sometimes tastes like nothing. I don't understand. no recommendation. Students actually get a 50 cent discount. After showing my ID he still charged 50 cents more. unfortunately not an isolated case either.

Unreliable delivery and poor service – not recommended! My wife and I ordered a complete pizza and a kebab plate. The stated delivery time was 25 minutes, but the food actually only arrived after 1.5 hours - and only after we called again. In addition, the Sprite we ordered (€3.15) was not included. It was added later, but that shouldn't happen with a simple order. What particularly annoys me is that I always specifically state that sauces and salad should be packaged separately because I don't like it when the fries get soggy. But that too was ignored and I was given a completely soggy, cold plate of kebab. When I called and asked if I could at least pick up a new one, I was categorically refused. Conclusion: Poor service, unreliable delivery and no willingness to correct errors. I definitely won't order from here again and can't recommend it to anyone.

I don't understand the negative reviews at all, the store is great, the food is tasty and the employees (especially the blonde lady) are very nice. A tip to the negative reviewers: Talk to the employees if you think something is wrong instead of directly giving them a negative review!

Small but nice branch. Burgers, fries and the Coke were really good.

The branch is really always dirty and I didn't even see that the tables had been wiped down or were clean. The employees are generally always in a bad mood, and lack of planning at the checkout is standard. If you don't feel like doing your job, you can simply change jobs, but honestly, if you don't even understand that hot and cold things don't belong together in the bag, you're not capable of doing a better job. The employees should be properly scrutinized.

Unfortunately not recommended at all. I ordered a Turkish pizza and got a Dürum instead. Unfortunately the pizza I ordered arrived burnt and the meat doesn't taste good at all (it's not crispy)

Terrible, in order to order a meal I have to take a token with the dish I want from the machine [like at the employment office]. What's that supposed to mean? It couldn't be more impersonal.

Ordered again after a long time. Stomach cramps then and again today. According to the driver, the cocktail sauce was empty but they paid for it anyway
