Unfortunately not recommended at all. I ordered a Turkish pizza and got a Dürum instead. Unfortunately the pizza I ordered arrived burnt and the meat doesn't taste good at all (it's not crispy)

Poor quality and customer service!! I found a hair on my recently ordered party pizza, which made it impossible to eat. When I contacted the branch, I was not offered a solution or apologized. The employee also explained that he had to consult with the boss, even though he was the boss himself. Because of this experience, I will not order from you again in the future.

For 40 euros a party pizza that consists only of dough. The dough was as thick as a baguette. You have 8 free toppings but you don't see any of them on pizza. I'm so mad because I'm still hungry but you can't eat the pizza. 40 euros thrown in the trash. NEVER AGAIN

Order delivered incorrectly. Quality was subpar and when I complained over the phone there was only a mushy answer and I hung up.

Food is good. Of course not 5 stars but it's good. You have to be aware that this is a different society than the people who earn more. Who order a rare steak. Which, by the way, is not possible in Germany. That's why I find most of the comments here completely stupid and unfortunately many people haven't understood that yet. Pinocchio makes a good meal relative to others here in Neumünster. Fat fries, I beg you. You mean limp fries and that is not possible to deliver. You will never find a delivery service that delivers crispy fries

Just disgusting. Unhygienic from the shop to the drivers. If something is delivered incorrectly, they don't care. One star is way too many. I would give 5 minus stars.

The food is very good, but it always comes very late

Price performance is great. The food arrives quickly and is sometimes so hot that you burn your mouth.

I ordered a pomm doner with tzatziki and a cheeseburger. A pure frozen burger and a small portion of pomm doner arrived 40 minutes late. The fries were totally greasy, the meat wasn't very tasty either and the sauce was anything but tzatziki. It also tasted very bad. I have never been so disappointed when ordering food.

The food is simply great. I have never had any defects here in the past. The pizza, pizza rolls, crouques, kebabs, etc. Everything is always very good. Delivered very quickly (within 20 minutes).

Ordered currywurst fries. I received a completely charred and naked bratwurst without any sauce. A currywurst without curry sauce is just another bratwurst. Can't you at least make a little effort and deliver good food?

The food was ok. I like that you can order the pizza in different sizes (a large one is equivalent to a regular one, I think, since a medium one looked like a children's pizza) Might consider buying pizza here again

Price performance ratio is excellent. Pizza was very tasty, although not outstanding. The selection and pizza creations are very good and interesting. There was also quick delivery.

If I could, I would even like to have the tip back. It's an absolute disgrace to offer something like that as food. How do you get away with a store like that? Hands off!

So eine schlechte Pommes Spezial habe ich noch nicht gegessen .Pommes sehr weich und die Currywurst noch schlechter.Schade.Früher hat es dort geschmeckt. Ich werde da nicht mehr bestellen.

I ordered there this evening and am extremely disappointed with what was delivered to me for the money. It wasn't the first time but definitely the last time today.

I've eaten here many times before. The food is top. Top service and friendly service. You'll be well fed for a reasonable price. To all the haters. Please do not badmouth the store but remain objective. I let everyone have their opinion. But please be fair and decent. Then just go somewhere else.

Wir holen hier regelmäßig abends etwas zu Essen (Selbstabholer). Es dauert nie länger als 20 Minuten und das Essen ist immer super heiß und lecker! Zu unseren Favoriten gehören der Gyros-Teller, die Chicken Crossies, der Chicken Burrito aber auch die Pizza und Pizzabrötchen sind gut. Die drei Soßen sind alle (Curry, Chili & Tzatziki) zu empfehlen.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war durch ein Angebot (Beim Kauf von 3Pizzen ist die 3 kostenlos) in Ordnung. Das Essen insgesamt war nichts besonderes aber okay.

7€ Pizza magherita sehr sehr klein, für eine Person nicht annähernd ausreichend (Größe wie Pibo Pizza von Smileys) geschmacklich nicht Umhauend. Türkische Pizza war geschmacklich einfach nicht mein Ding. Schade

Döner war extrem lecker für einen Lieferservice und die Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Paniertes Schnitzel mit Pilze&Zwiebel, dazu Pommes, Salat und Brot. Sehr saftig und kräftig, aber nicht zu viel gewürzt. Die Pommes waren die Schwachstelle, labrig. Dafür ziehe ich aber keinen Stern ab. Was mir nicht gefällt, auch wenn ich es nachvollziehen kann, sind die Lieferkosten. Die sollten ab einem Bestellwert über 20€ entfallen

Nudepfanne war mal besser fast kein Käse drauf und 1.50 Euro preisausgleich. Warum und wofür steht nicht auf Karte nur 10.euro nichts von 1.50euro also 11.50euro .Bin enttäuscht 😞

Konstant gutes Essen, schneller Service. Der Salat mit Krautsalat ist mal was anderes. Zu empfehlen.

Leider kalte Pommes , und gab keine spezial Soße dazu obwohl bestellt . Dafür zeitgerechte Lieferung . Gibt aber geschmacklich Ausbau nach oben

Wir haben eigentlich immer gerne mal bei pinocchio bestellt. Aber heute war defenitiv das letzte Mal.Wir haben ein Chicken burrito bestellt oder was auch immer das sein sollte, es war ungenießbar. Einfach nur minderwertig. Und dann noch der unverschämte Preis dazu.Total matschig ,Gemüse war alles andere als frisch , der Käse nicht mal verschmolzen. Es war so ungenießbar das man es wirklich nicht essen konnte .Pizza Brötchen mit Käse einfach überteuert. Einziger Plus Punkt der Lieferbote , sehr freundlich & schnelle Lieferung.

Essen war sehr lecker, wir hatten die Partypizza und Maccaroni Döner bestellt. Preis war ok und Lieferung war pünktlich mit einem netten Lieferanten

Die Chicken-Crossis und Nuggets sind das selbe. Schmecken sehr schlecht, weich, wässrig und einfach falsch ! geht für das Geld lieber zur goldenen Möwe! Das lohnt sich mehr... Die Pizzen im Angebot 3 für 2 sind sonst ganz gut, Pizzarötchen sind "okisch", da sind die von dem lächelnem Gesicht besser.

Bestellt Lieferung kam schnell essen soweit lecker aber die pommes waren nicht durch. Beschwerde wurde abgelehnt. Hatte einen Dönnerteller sollte das Fleisch essen und die Pommes überlassen die würden dann abgeholt werden und bei Begutachtung neu geschickt werden. Sry ne entweder kommt ein komplettes Gericht aber nicht ne halbe Stunde später trockene Pommes.
