What can I say, McDonald's is no longer the same as it was when I was a child, somehow everything has changed, everything doesn't taste the same as it used to, nevertheless I will rate the store and the customers in this review, There are actually a lot of employees there who are completely correct, but unfortunately there are also employees there who behave unfriendly and really ruin your fun, who just chatted with their friends instead of taking my order like yesterday, that was very rude at first I had to wait a very long time The other guy (probably team leader) acted like a boss the whole time and talked down to me, just disrespectful, my order was for food in the store, this should normally be delivered by an employee at the table, nothing since I had to pick it up myself which confirms the disrespect, But I will never enter this store, after all, I finance your salary. Better go to Burgerking Neumünster, it's much healthier, tastier and friendlier. I still have to get one thing off my chest, there are almost never Germans in fast food shops with which I have bad experiences, unfortunately it's usually always Arabs/Turks.

16 minutes of waiting time for 2 orders in front of us has nothing to do with a fast food shop. 2 employees for a truck stop are simply not enough; after all, it's not a village affair. Positive, food was ok and there was a portion of free fries.

Food is good. Of course not 5 stars but it's good. You have to be aware that this is a different society than the people who earn more. Who order a rare steak. Pinocchio makes a good meal relative to others here in Neumünster. Fat fries, I beg you. You mean limp fries and that is not possible to deliver. The food doesn't work at all. The cheeseburger, for example, looks like it came out of the microwave and tastes like it too. The beef croquettes are nothing more than inedible mush in breading. We ordered at the counter and were the only ones at first. It should actually be quick, we thought. But it took longer. One assumes that it is at least freshly prepared, but that was not the case. The food was a complete disappointment! 1 star because at least one has to be given, and the nuggets were okay! We visited this store for the first and last time.

Today, July 19, 2024, around 4:50-5:00 p.m., I went to this department to eat ice cream while waiting for the train. It's not the first time I buy ice cream here and I know for sure that a small ice cream without anything costs 1.99 euros. I had to wait three minutes until a young man with short black hair, about 1.80 tall, came out. He didn't say hello. I noticed his rude command last time. I ordered a small empty ice cream and a double cheeseburger. I paid 6.38 for everything. He didn't make me an offer or give me a check. As I ate I realized I had paid too much. I went back to investigate but he was no longer there. A big queue formed there and I made my way to my train. So be careful. This department is deceptive. I ask the department head to be careful that she works with liars. Don't go there anymore
