Kochlöffel in Neumünster

The food doesn't work at all. The cheeseburger, for example, looks like it came out of the microwave and tastes like it too. The beef croquettes are nothing more than inedible mush in breading. We ordered at the counter and were the only ones at first. It should actually be quick, we thought. But it took longer. One assumes that it is at least freshly prepared, but that was not the case. The food was a complete disappointment! 1 star because at least one has to be given, and the nuggets were okay! We visited this store for the first and last time.

Large, modern, clean - the food was of the usual - wooden spoon quality - all in all highly recommended!!

UPDATE 9/28/24 6:30 p.m Today I picked up something to take away after a long time. The poor waitress was all alone there (colleague was probably on a delivery trip), but she tried very hard and got my order relatively quickly. Starburger, but was very dry and a bit hard on the edge. The long chicken thing and the fries were just fine. It used to be better. I tried ordering there today at about 6 p.m. via Lieferando 😉 Very fast delivery 👍 it arrived after about 20 minutes. Delivery person very friendly 👍 Food was still very warm and exactly as ordered 👍 The taste was ok, just typical wooden spoon 😉 Be careful of "currywurst" spicy, I guess level 4-5, it was too spicy for me personally 🙄. Does the invoice have to be on a DIN A4 sheet? You can do it smaller 😉 Waste of paper 👎 🕊️🖖

The very unfriendly service person refused to accept the order “do it at the terminal” and ignored me (by the way, she had nothing to do)

Today I experienced again that a colleague took the orders like this, today the lady at the outside window mobbed me. I should only use the terminals. When I asked her for her name because even the other customers were already looking, the name "Aslan" was called to me across the store and what is your name? To which I said that's not how you talk to customers, and she wanted my name for that. If a statement came up, I would see it. It's a terrible place, they don't make burgers fresh anymore, even if you don't like cucumbers, I have to pull it off.

The food tastes good, I have no complaints at all, I've been a customer for years, but every time something is missing, they always forget to pack something with them. Today there are 2 burgers. I have come to the decision that I will be lost as a customer.

Unfortunately the staff was very unmotivated. Waited a long time for the order.

Hello, in the evening someone tried to sneak in an old half chicken that was so old and dusty even though the grill was completely full of crispy chicken. After repeatedly asking, he gave me a new one. As an addition, I have to say that for 50 cents, 4 cl of sauce is also cheeky and not enough at the front and back.

Preferably no star at all, I ordered on the website to pick up then when I got to the gate I had to wait 10 minutes until the ladies even planned to talk to me at the checkout or respond to me, half of my order was wrong or they had the sauces was missing and in addition it tasted very bad, my girlfriend and I had stomach pains and nausea afterwards!! The service was bad in itself, but the food made things much worse. I'm never coming back!!

Man is supposed to wait 10 minutes but waits 30 minutes for his food in the store

A surprise bag was secured and picked up using the “tgtg” app. However, not everything that was typed into the register ended up in the bag... nothing special in terms of taste. The service was attentive but also seemed very stressed. The rooms seemed clean at first glance.

Hello, I was just at Kochlöffel in Neumünster and the service is absolutely cheeky. My mother wanted to use the toilet there, but the hygiene condition was absolutely unacceptable. My mother asked if someone could please clean the toilet, to which the waitress replied: take one that was served. Hygiene should be a top priority in stores like this and it doesn't.

I never wait 2.5 hours for delivery again, acceptance refused

My girlfriend ate at your place so far so well, she ate fries and nuggets. As soon as she got home she felt sick. 30 minutes later she was sitting on the toilet and had to throw up. Otherwise she had nothing to eat that day and that was all that came back up. How can it be that you aren't even able to sell food that is still good or prepare it in a way that doesn't make you sick to death afterwards? I picked up a burger there 2-3 times and everything was good for me. The burgers were also good (for fast food burgers) but the fact that my girlfriend poisoned herself at your place is really bottomless.

Service is always very nice and friendly. I always go there to eat a Börger when I'm in town. Food always tastes good. Service is always nice. Only the toilets are always dirty.

It was simply dry, the eagle doesn't know how the shop can survive these days... then so little ketchup, half a cup, that's just not possible!!!

The ambience is just like in other burger joints. Service top! If you don't take the electric toy when ordering, it's still always friendly. Tastes better than McDoof or Würgerking. Unfortunately there is no branch in Flensburg, so when I'm in Schleswig I always like...

For €16.70 you got 3 old and burnt half chickens, which was a disgrace for the price. Unfortunately no attention was paid to this when picking it up. And on top of that, a fried drumstick for €3.20... an amazing price for such a tiny item. Hats off to you

Just ordered a menu and 4 burgers. I had to forego the fries from the menu because the employees seemed to be overwhelmed or simply incompetent.

The taste was okay. At that time we got 2 burgers and fries. You shouldn't expect much. It didn't blow you away but it didn't disappoint either. But I don't have to go back.

I bought a chicken today and had it halved. Unpacking at home - surprise. Find errors on the attached image. If you pay €11.80 for a chicken, you would expect both halves to be the same chicken. One was nice and juicy (fresh) and the second was dried out (probably from yesterday). I would have loved to bring it back and ask for money. Doesn't matter. This is how you can lose the customer 👍🏻

Ordered and waited over 2 hours despite calling... It didn't happen once, it happened the second time too... That was the last time

Good afternoon, dear ladies and gentlemen. I was at this facility today. I only gave stars for the delicious food. But... Please make sure that the toilets are clean and that the food is only prepared with special gloves. I understand, it's quicker with bare hands, but hygiene must be maintained

4 ladies behind the counter, I was the only customer at lunchtime. At the terminal I ordered a box that contained four tiny nuggets and a handful of fries. Plus a chicken burger where the meat was half the size of the mini bun. A 0.4 cola completed my menu. I think charging 12.50 EUR for this is really sporty. Unfortunately there were no napkins, but there was a free splinter in the lip from the wooden chip stick... Conclusion: Next time I'll get a kebab or go to McDonald's!

The food is dry and taste really bad. Service was rude and forgot to give me drinks i order and they wanted to argue with my friend. Really don't recommended!

It's a shame that there are more and more terminals to order from. Thank God it's very easy here. With the voucher the price-performance ratio is still okay. The staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I love eating from Kochlöffel, but the fact that the toilets haven't been working for months is absurd and makes me ignore the store in the future on principle.

An absolute disgrace...the toilets have ALL been broken for almost 3 months.... An absurdity for a “restaurant”. We were the only guests in the restaurant and yet something was forgotten when ordering. The fries were inedible and most likely not the first time they had been in the deep fryer. Restaurant was dirty, especially the children's chair. Some furniture is in need of repair.

The bratwurst is only lightly fried, half still white. Unfortunately the fries weren't good at all. Only lukewarm and very wobbly. ... staff reasonably friendly Too bad. Back then I often went there with my neighbor on the way to the FEK.

Dear Kochlöffel Neumünster team, I love visiting your store, especially when I'm in town - it's almost become a tradition for me. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to people with disabilities. I particularly noticed the new employee - she treats people with disabilities very respectfully, brings food to the table and greets everyone with a warm smile. The farewell is even sweetened with a nice saying. My conclusion: In my opinion, Holzlöffel can definitely keep up with the competition. You definitely score points with your friendliness and willingness to help. I still enjoy going to you.

The food and service are ok, but unfortunately the toilets have been closed for weeks and if I have to pee I have to go to the park next door

The store has gone down a lot.... Chickens are being turned dead on the spit... They were so dry! Fries were cold... And there isn't even a toilet, it's supposedly been broken for months and cordoned off with a tape. Sorry, but we were here us for the last time!

The chicken was so hard, the skin wasn't crispy. We got it in the evening and can only assume that it must have taken a long time to shoot even though it was long finished. During our previous visit, we were approached by the employees at the terminal to order even though there was no line at the checkout. While the two employees were talking to each other, we placed our order at the terminal so as not to disturb the conversation

Unfreundlich und schlecht gelaunte Personal immer Mann fühlt sich nicht willkommen an Abends. Haben voll viele sachen aber heißt es bestellt, wird abgeholt etc….. immer das selbe aussagen.

Service völlig überfordert. Pommes in altem Öl frittiert ( einfach eklig ), Mayonnaise sah gar nicht gut aus. 2 mal das gleiche Menü am Terminal bestellt, nur 1 mal bekommen, angesprochen, dauert ein wenig. Als Paar essen gewesen, naja als der erste fertig war, gab es dann das 2. Menü. Daa gesamte Lokal dreckig und die Tische sehr schmierig. Toiletten waren komplett gesperrt. Eigentlich ist dieses Lokal ein Fall für das Gesundheitsamt. Fazit: Niemals wieder!!!

Endlich die Cheeseburger gegessen und genossen! Seit Kochlöffel in Elmshorn geschlossen wurde, war ich nicht mehr bei Kochlöffel.

Hallo ich fahre immer nur wegen den Fleisch Kroketten da hin, aber leider finde ich es sehr unpersönlich an die Terminals zu Bestellen. Alle machen das jetzt so und der Kontakt zum Kunden geht leider komplett verloren. Also ist Kochlöffel mittlerweile genau so wie die anderen Ketten, aber das Essen ist zum Glück noch besser.

Super liebes Personal, alles wurde frisch zubereitet und war richtig heiß. Die besten Pommes überhaupt. Sehr leckerer Veggie Burger (viel besser als bei anderen Fastfood Ketten). Leckere Getränke. Sauberes Restaurant, gerne wieder!

Soweit eigentlich ganz gut,außer jetzt die Bestellung per Computer eingeben und man wird aufgerufen. Nur ich finde das aufrufen der Nummer muss über ein Lautsprecher gehen. Weil man echt nichts versteht wen sie rufen

Als Kunde wird man gerne übersehen, wenn man nicht weiß an welcher Klasse bedient wird.

Hatten hier vor längerem Msl Essen bestellt. Die Lieferzeit betrug fast 2 Stunden. Die Qualität war leider auch nicht gut. Das Essen war kalt und die Pommes labberig. Diesbezüglich haben wir damals auch Kontakt mit Kochlöffel aufgenommen. Hierauf gab es nie eine Reaktion.

Extra hingefahren wegen der Fleisch Kroketten 😊 schade ,dass es die Hawaiburger nicht mehr gibt.nur der Preis... Sauberer Laden,nettes Personal

Mitarbeiter waren bisschen gestresst und haben das den Kunden auch zu spüren bekommen. Essen war trocken und im Laden habe ich mich nicht wohl gefühlt, durch die Mitarbeiter

Heute das erste (und auch das letzte) Mal eine Online Bestellung aufgegeben. Betrag wurde von PayPal abgebucht, Bestätigungsmail habe ich auch erhalten. Nur leider ist die Bestellung nicht im Laden angekommen wie sich bei meinem Telefonat mit der netten Mitarbeiterin herausstellte. Also Bestellung noch einmal telefonisch übermittelt. Mir wurde zugesichert, dass ich die Bestellung nun innerhalb von 20 min erhalte. Der eine Stern geht an die nette Mitarbeiterin. Die Bewertung wurde von mir während der Wartezeit verfasst. Mal schauen, ob das Essen heute noch geliefert wird. Habe das Essen tatsächlich innerhalb der versprochenen 20 min. erhalten. Erhöhe auf 2 Sterne. Aber nur wegen der netten Mitarbeiter.

Essen wurde schnell und Heiß geliefert, allerdings hatte ich bei meinem chicken burger total matschigen und BRAUNEN Salat drauf.. sowas sollte nicht passieren!

Das Essen ist sehr teuer für das, was man bekommt. Die Pommes waren pappig. Die Kroketten waren okay, aber früher besser. Die Bedienung hat erst nicht verstanden und als wir dachten, sie hat es, kam am Ende doch das Falsche. Das Ambiente ist das eines Schnellrestaurants, was es ja auch ist.

Hähnchen Trocken, die Pommes labrich, die Currywurst schmeckt auch nicht. Fazit:Die waren mal besser gewesen und Teuer nie wieder.

Das war mal ganz hipp und die Crossis sind sehr lecker.

Ich kann die Hänchenburger empfehlen. Diese sind besser als bei der Konkurrenz. Es gibt sehr viel Auswahl mit verschiedensten Angeboten. Die Burger mit Rindfleisch kann ich nicht so wirklich empfehlen.

Bin schon seit Jahren Kunde, aber die Pommes gehen gar nicht, sind weich bis matschig,oder halt nur aufgewärmt. knusprig sollten die sein! Bekommt ihr das irgendwann mal vernünftig hin?

Klassische Kochlöffel – Filiale in der Innenstadt. Ich hatte das Pech, dass ich die Servicekraft sprachlich überhaupt nicht verstehen konnte. Dazu wirkte die Dame auch völlig überfordert und fehl am Platze.
