As expected in a fast food restaurant, everything was good.

With a voucher, fair prices and nice service

Voucher available in the app. But according to the employee, there isn't. The lady sounded very annoyed and listless. If you don't feel like it, just do something else. Stood in the drive-in for a total of almost 30 minutes for nothing

Rating for Burger King: We were September 29th. at the drive in around 2:00 p.m. and had to wait an incredible 38 minutes even though there were only three vehicles in front of us. Service was extremely slow and staff seemed overwhelmed. If it always takes that long here, I can't recommend this location. Totally disappointing!

The cafe is excellent, the food is bomb, but there is one thing, but when you order ketchup on the menu, you have to pour it out, so it would be better if there was a small box for the ketchup.

Average Burger King. Bland burgers, bland fries, lack of sauces and long waiting times, but still better than any McDonald's in northern Germany.

After many years I felt like getting a burger again. Puppy cake. Queue at the drive-in counter for 30 minutes! Prices for a burger almost blew me away Service was unfriendly and annoyed The prices are extremely high! The quality doesn't reflect that If we could have left the queue there we would have done it!

The wait was far too long and the burger wasn't particularly tasty either. The prices are enormous.

About the food: ready super quickly, everything fresh and hot. Very friendly staff. Great hygiene and the toilet was very clean. Schwentinental (very bad) and Kiel (mediocre) can be compared to each other, apart from the very friendly staff.

Had 2 cheeseburgers without pickle or mustard, and 2 additional slices of cheese. The first burger was without extra cheese and the second had pickle and mustard on it and again no cheese after I asked if I could get the one I ordered, and I also came across as unfriendly and very annoyed. Maybe do it right... Then I won't be annoying

There's not much to say about the food at Burger King, I think everyone knows it. It was fresh and hot here. The staff at this branch were very nice and accommodating, but it was noticeable that staffing levels were limited. We were there at prime time after work and the waiting room filled up quickly. The cash register was closed, so you could only order at the terminal. However, if you chose cash payment at the terminal, this was possible. Nobody could find the time to clean up quickly either. There was food that had fallen outside and the return stations were overcrowded. What's nice is that there are now a lot of "Planted" products for vegetarians. The women's toilet was very clean. Both toilet and washbasin.

It's not fast food. More like slow food. We waited forever for our food. The ordering terminal couldn't be scrolled all the way down, so you couldn't select the last three ingredients. They didn't have balsamic dressing either. I was extremely hungry and the food we got after ages was delicious (still Burger King, but very tasty).

You can't order normally at the checkout like in any other restaurant. Computers everywhere and people who are not familiar with technology are excluded.

The food was warm/hot. Order was prepared quickly. Everything OK.

Before and after wacken you just have to expect a rush and every year it comes as a surprise and the staff is unfortunately overwhelmed by the crowd.

Looks like the Coca Cola was served in a dirty glass or someone with a greasy mouth has already drunk it. When I asked for another drink, the manager and employee became aggressive and rude. Even when they served me my regular drink, I was stared at by the staff the entire time I was there. The behavior of the BK employees is embarrassing.

The food was ready quickly, but there weren't very many people either. However, they ended up giving the wrong soda. There were supposed to be 2 without sugar (zero) and one with sugar (regular), where they gave 2 with sugar and a zero. Good thing we don't have diabetes, otherwise it could end badly.

Ordering went quickly and smoothly. The food was fresh and delicious.

A minimum of 2 out of four died of food poisoning after this meal. We threw out 2 medium French fries as they tasted like cardboard.

Good fast service, the food was hot and good

we were there 5 minutes ago, 5 people ordered 5 menus. the food came out when we started to eat then a hair comes out of the food which is half light and half brown. neither of us has moved and we don't have that hair dyed. Took the hair to the checkout to inform him he could not shout at another. after that someone else comes and we explain to both of them that they want the burger back children eat the burger we said nicely that this is for information. as we sit back at the table, they start talking to each other, we see it in their body language, one grabs his hair and shakes the counter, then he shows it to his colleague that we have done such a thing. 1 minute goes by and a lady with a ponytail comes who has the same dyed hair and loose hair again they point at us and the ugly looks. strongly recommend not to stop there, for an unprofessional staff, who work in the kitchen with loose hair.

We have eaten here several times and have always had good experiences. The food is of course fast food and is perfectly fine. We have always found the service to be very attentive and friendly and the cleanliness was also okay. Please keep it up and maybe get even better, then we'll continue to be fans!

Rly you can't even put 5 burgers in a bag without something being forgotten? The forgotten burger was an extra order (Have it your way), which if an employee had thought about it a bit, they would have noticed that something was missing. Every time the burger is cold. They just want to collect money. Quality and service is very poor. We ordered two "cheesy bacon beef", got the food, opened it, it wasn't warm and probably the food an hour or more ago, then I went there and pointed out to the employees what they had done, the whole thing Burgers with tomatoes and... put them in the microwave and bring them back to me. They don't even deserve the single star.

A modern BK branch, a little smaller than the usual average in the interior, but a larger outdoor area. When it's not busy, the order is prepared quite quickly. At least when I visited, the dishes were all hot and not just warm, as is usual in other branches. The staff is friendly and the toilets are clean and also suitable for wheelchair users.

You're really at a loss for words... I thought something had changed at Burger King after Günther Wallraff's reports....🤮 In addition, there were splashes on the wall in the women's toilet that looked extremely like blood splatters 🙈... My conclusion....never again

Unfriendly staff on the intercom! Young woman couldn't even really say hello...I explained to her afterwards how things were going and as a thank you she packed a fake burger. Food was good.

Food was just lukewarm, but no wonder with a 36 minute wait (in a drive inn that's really unbelievable) 4 vehicles in front of me and just 36 minutes... here we've completely missed the topic of fast food and my complaint was made rejected.

Just fast food. You have to order at the terminals, which I personally think is good. The employees had their hands full but were still very friendly and answered any questions. 😏 My wife was with me, so there were questions too. Napkins are given to you with your meal. If you have children with you, it's best to bring your own napkins or wet wipes. 😁 Your hands stay wet in the toilet after washing your hands. There is no option for drying. The small play area was positive. You can play alone or with two people on two monitors. My little one thought it was great. Since the restaurant was busy, it was dirty, but compared to big cities like Frankfurt am Main, it was actually quite clean.

Fast food in the 🍔-King...... would certainly not be wanted if it were different from other branches. Otherwise ++++ gladly again!

It was a clean Burger King with friendly employees.

The food can get more love in the composition. It happens that a lot of misery comes to you as a citizen, the sight can really satisfy hunger.

Subterraneanly slow, burgers cold, fries soggy

Unfortunately, the milkshakes have been tasteless lately! A chocolate milkshake is white in color and tastes slightly like chocolate. When my partner gave me the milkshake, I thought I was only drinking milk. Same with strawberry, too bad.

Let's start with something positive. The plant based cheeseburger was really okay for the price and pleasantly surprised me. The chicken nuggets were also quite ok The cheeseburger was a thing in itself, The onion rings weren't really onion rings, they barely tasted like onion and had no onion texture. Both tasted a little like rubber and plastic... In other words, I've already thrown away BETTER things.

So price performance is met. Better than McDonald's. But when it comes to food, it's a complete disaster. The cheeseburger wasn't really my thing. The cheeseburger meat had a slightly rubbery consistency. Where the plant-based one was a lot better. The Oninon Rings just have onion pulp inside and not whole onion rings. The sweet and sour sauce simply tasted like applesauce. The chocolate milkshake was just a normal vanilla shake. And I really have to say that despite everything, the shake and the chicken uggets were the best of all. The employees were extremely friendly and nice.

Fast food. Normal ambience and offer for it. Ample parking spaces. For me a good alternative to the rip-offs on the motorway.

Every time the burgers are cold and not even the cheese has melted. I think this is the only Burger King that is afraid to run the microwave 20 seconds longer. Nothing has changed for years. Just because the owner wants to save on electricity costs, the taste suffers.

Long-term visitor here, is one of the better branches. Food comes quite quickly and staff have always been very polite over the years. Aside from that, this is one of the few fast food places where salad is actually fresh and cool.

Everything was fine, I would be happy to do it again. The detour from the highway was definitely worth it. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Friendly with average waiting times. Often more lukewarm than warm. However, anyone who comes from a long journey and leaves the A7 NMS will be warmly welcomed and will get what they want.

The first time there again after the renovation. Everything looks great. Burgers very tasty, I really enjoy going there.

Yes it is citizen dirt.. Went there three times and were more than disappointed three times. Yes, we are all not perfect, but a reasonable command of the language is not too much to ask. Order wrong and cold every time.. You don't have to have studied to fry a citizen and keep them warm... well, what can you expect from staff who have to work for minimum wage. People don't support this chain.

A citizen king like he could be found in a TV undercover production. The service was so overwhelmed with orders at lunchtime that we had to wait almost 15 minutes. During this time, three customers complained that something was missing or that special requests were not implemented. When we received our food (without comment and no please) we unfortunately discovered that the fries were cold and the rolls were bone dry. It's a shame, other franchisees can do it better.

Delicious food also vegan. It's just a shame that you have to place an order for these strange things.

Dit zie je niet vaak : hygiëne is hier een troef! Propere zitplaatsen, propere speelhoek,... Bestellen ging vlot via de zuil en ons eten was snel klaar. Vriendelijk personeel en kindvriendelijk.

So schlecht geworden . Jedesmal wird etwas vergessen kennt man auch von MC Donalds es kann ja mal passieren aber immer. Burger wird ohne Gurken bestellt sind trotzdem Gurken drauf. Burger wird ohne sweet Chili Sauce bestellt was ist drauf die sweet Chili Sauce . Würde alles reklamiert und man hat uns gesagt wir sind auch nur Menschen sowas kann passieren . Highlight war ich komme nach Hause weil ich mir noch was einpacken ließ. Will mein Burger aufmachen liegen da Bacon Stripes drinnen. Burger für 5 Euro in den Müll geschmissen!!!! Man sollte mal das ganze Personal auswechseln und mal Leute einstellen die ein wenig Initiligenz besitzen am liebsten 0 Sterne. Würde auch alles Dokumentiert und wird mal der Geschäftsleitung vorgelegt !

Essen war okay, Service gut dafür das 2 Weihnachtstag war, das Lokal selbst ist nicht mein fall aber ganz ok,was ich aber grausam finde ist die Bestellung am Automaten das geht in meinem Augen gar nicht,bin ein Freund altmodischen Bestellen beim Menschen am Tresen

Heute gab es einen netten und sympathischen Service sowie sehr saubere Toiletten. Letztere ist im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen außergewöhnlich sauber.

10. Dezember Drive in angefahren ca 20.30 mit Appetit souveräner und höflicher Verkäufer Essen war heiß. Kann ich empfehlen.

German BK food standards seem lower than elsewhere in Europe

Burger King halt. Man merkt das viele angelernt wurden. Sie wirkten teilweise etwas überfordert. Essen war lauwarm . Aber im Gegenzug zu dem in Kiel in der Eckernförder Str . Hat er vier Sterne verdient .

Die Toiletten waren wirklich sauber. 👍 Der Rest war ganz normal

Sehr guter Burger King! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Essen hat super geschmeckt, ebenso die Pommes. Klare Empfehlung.

Sieht innen wie von außen aus wie jeder andere BK auch. Genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden sowie ein Drive in. Leider sind die Mitarbeiter unhöflich zumindest an dem Tag an dem ich dort war + einer der Automaten hat mir am Ende keinen Kassenbon mit raus gegeben. Zum Glück habe ich nur was zu trinken gekauft sonst wäre es echt blöd gewesen.

Sehr freundliches Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre 😊👍 die Plant based Produkte wurden frisch zubereitet und uns sogar an den Tisch gebracht, weil nicht viel los war. Der plant based whopper war lecker wie immer 👍
