Burger King in Neumünster

Wie unfähig muss man eigentlich sein, um bei einem Bacon King den Bacon, den Käse und die Soße zu vergessen??? Der Name sagt es doch schon, dass da Bacon drauf gehört. Zusätzlich hatte ich nochmal je 1x Bacon und 1x Käse bestellt. Auch die haben es nicht auf den Burger geschafft. Die zusätzlichen Tomaten, Zwiebeln und Gurken hingegen, hat man draufpacken können. Nun stellt euch einen trockenen Burger mit zwei Paddys, Tomaten, Zwiebeln und Gurken vor. Aber keine drei Scheiben Käse, kein 3x oder 4x Bacon und keine Soße. Da muss man doch merken, dass da etwas verkehrt läuft. Jetzt muss man beim Mitnehmen also nicht nur in die Tüte schauen, ob alles drin ist, sondern auch noch jede Box extra öffnen und den Inhalt kontrollieren.

Super nettes Personal! Ansich ist es halt ein BurgerKing -> Essen, Hygiene, Ausstattung entspricht eben dem Standard, wie man es auch bei anderen BurgerKing Filialen gewohnt ist. ABER als ich da war, waren wirklich sehr nette Mitarbeiter vor Ort!☺️ Ich hatte einen extra Wunsch den man nicht am Terminal einstellen konnte und habe eine Mitarbeiterin gefragt, die dann sofort (trotz eigentlich geschlossener normalen Kasse) meine Bestellung aufgenommen hat. Dann ist mir kurz danach meine Pommes leider vom Tablet runter gefallen, die Mitarbeiter war super nett und hat mir gleich geholfen und es für mich weggemacht. Ich habe dann sogar noch eine neue Pommes bekommen! Auch die anderen Mitarbeiter wirkten sehr nett. Einer hat mir später auch noch bei Problemen mit dem Wickelraum geholfen!☺️ Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, wenn ich Mal wieder in Neumünster bin🙂‍↕️🙌🏻

Ich wurde freundlich bedient. Mein kam schnell und frisch. Das Restaurant war sauber.

Ich war heute in dem Burger King in Neumünster und habe einen Becher mit Eis bestellt, den ich freundlicherweise kostenlos bekommen habe. Anschließend habe ich dort Wasser aus einer frisch geöffneten Flasche in den Becher gegossen, um es kalt zu trinken. Als ich zu Hause das Wasser bereits ausgetrunken hatte und nur noch die Eiswürfel im Becher waren, entdeckte ich zwischen den Eisstücken ein Insekt (siehe Fotos). Das hat mich regelrecht angewidert. So etwas darf bei der Ausgabe von Lebensmitteln und Getränken nicht passieren. Hier gehört das Gesundheitsamt informiert!!!!

Es ist ein KFC, direkt rein – bestellen – Essen holen und wieder raus.

Heutiger Besuch, „Hermine“ arbeitet eine neue Mitarbeiterin ein und ist so pöbelnd dabei dass jeder im Laden das mitbekommt und schlechte Stimmung bekommt. Bin fassungslos, schlimmer Aufenthalt. Nur am meckern und korrigieren in einem schlimmen Aufenthalt.

Ich habe heute hier gegessen und dachte, es wäre eine Sauna. Keine der Kühlvorrichtungen funktionierte. Das Personal half jedoch nicht denjenigen, die den Bestellautomaten nicht kannten.😰😰😰😰😰😰😰

Mir schmecken die Burger hier besser als bei der Konkurrenz. Allerdings muss man hier im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern etwas mehr bezahlen. ☺️

Die ältere Frau mit den blonden Haaren ist super unhöflich und hat sich schon beschwert nur weil nach tüchern gefragt wurde weil die tische draußen nass waren. Da will man dann auch nicht wirklich wieder kommen.

Die Bestellung wurde falsch zusammengestellt; Artikel waren vertauscht. Lange Wartezeit für eine einfache Bestellung.

Ich war heute nach längerer Zeit mal wieder bei Burger King und muss sagen, dass ich wirklich zufrieden war. Die Bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und trotz einiger Kunden musste ich nicht lange auf mein Essen warten. Mein Burger war frisch zubereitet, schön heiß und genau so belegt, wie man es erwartet. Die Pommes waren knusprig und nicht zu salzig, was leider nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Besonders positiv ist mir das freundliche Personal aufgefallen. Die Mitarbeiter waren höflich, gut gelaunt und haben einen sehr professionellen Eindruck gemacht. Auch das Restaurant selbst war sauber und ordentlich, sowohl im Gastraum als auch im Bereich der Bestellterminals. Insgesamt hatte ich einen wirklich angenehmen Besuch. Gutes Essen, schneller Service und eine angenehme Atmosphäre – genau so sollte es sein. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann diesen Burger King ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Schöner Burger King. Sauberer Laden und auch saubere Toiletten. Das Essen hat auch gut geschmeckt - wir waren zwar nur auf der Durchreise, aber hier kann man eine gute Pause machen!

Ich habe hier schon sehr oft gegessen und wirklich jedes Mal ein gutes Burger Erlebnis gehabt. Ich kann den Laden empfehlen.

Veggie Burger mit Veggie Bacon bestellt und zwar ein plant based Patty bekommen, aber echten Bacon. Wäre top, wenn man mal ein bisschen nachdenken könnte während man das zubereitet. Hab mich total gefreut, dass es jetzt plant based Bacon gibt - Danke für nichts. Hauptsache der Mist war sauteuer.

Heute um 10:30 hab ich einen Menü bestellt am Terminal könnte ich nur Fanta auswählen nach dem ich bestellt hab hab ich die Frau an der Kasse gesagt das ich nur Fanta auswählen dürfte und gerne stattdessen Cola Zero haben möchte hat sie mir nein gesagt es geht nicht und richtig unsympathisch

Richtig nettes Personal ! Das " Essen " ist für die Qualität einfach zu teuer. 10,99 Euro für einen Doppelwhopper der ziemlich zusammengeklatscht aussah, und auch so schmeckte.

Hatte Mayo statt Barbecue Sauce auf meinem Burger und mussten ewig warten. Hätte lieber nix gegessen

Wlan ging bei mir nicht, dementsprechend ging die App nicht und ich konnte keine Coupons benutzen und nicht zahlen per handy. Essen wurde aber sehr schnell fertig gemacht.

Macht einen sauberen Eindruck. Aber es gibt Tage, da ottert es mich an, wenn mir die Anzahl der Servietten vom Servicepersonal vorgegeben wird.

Sehr gepflegter BK mit netter Atmosphäre und nicht überlaufen.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht mehr. Leider schmeckt alles gleich, auch wenn man die Aktion nimmt bekommt man kalte Soßen das falsche Getränk schalte es war einmal so gut und lecker teuer und schmeckt nicht mehr

I enjoy coming here and am very satisfied. The team is almost always quick and friendly, and the food is consistently delicious. There's plenty of parking, and you can sit comfortably both inside and outside. Yes, sometimes the tables are a bit dirty, or the tray drop-off station is overcrowded. However, this rarely happens and doesn't seem like negligence, but rather simply a case of insufficient staff when it's busy. The employees clearly do their best nonetheless. All in all: a great place, a great team, and everything runs smoothly. I'll definitely be back.

Incompetent staff! You order the King of the Month as a large portion and get a small portion of fries and a burger with only one patty, but you still pay for the large meal. This has happened twice in a row now; what you're doing is fraud!

I've never been to such a good Burger Kinh. Our food arrived in 2 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient. Everyone was laughing and having fun. The restaurant was incredibly clean and tidy. The food also tasted amazing and was incredibly tasty. I would never have thought I'd give a Burger Kinh 5 stars. But this one deserves it. I would LOVE to come back. Great.

All in all, a good Burger King. It's clean, orders are processed quickly, and the burgers are tasty. The fries could be a bit crispier for my taste, though.

Clean branch. Very friendly staff! Good food (just like a fast food restaurant). Play tower for children available. If you want to use the restroom, you have to ask at the counter. No waiting forever at the door 😉

I have to say, I received extremely friendly service, something I've never experienced before at Burger King. :-) I felt well looked after, and the food was also okay, although the prices are now in a different ballpark. When it comes to plant-based, Burger King simply beats the other chains. I'd say I'll be back, but I was just passing through. :-)

We were there today, and everything actually went well. The wait times were relatively short, even though it was quite busy. The store is generally clean, but what I find a bit unhygienic is that the kitchen staff don't wear hairnets.

Completely inflated prices, ice cream bowls only half full, you feel like you've been ripped off. When I ask questions, they give rude answers. I'll never go there again.

It was more slow food than fast food, took a really long time, and I barely saw the boys working. My friend's fries were old, and I would have gladly skipped the kid's meltdown over the wrong toy.

I visited a Burger King restaurant again after several years. I thought I'd give the chain another chance. I ordered directly at the counter, and my food was ready within a minute. I tried the cheeseburger and the chili cheeseburger. Neither tasted great. This will be my last visit to Burger King in my life. One star for the cleanliness of the store, and another for the friendly staff.

When we arrived, the ordering machines weren't working. But that wasn't a problem; we ordered at the counter. The wait was 15 minutes, even though it was very busy. The burgers were freshly prepared and hot. Unfortunately, the outdoor seating was all wet and unavailable. Nevertheless, we were satisfied.

...it used to be better! Lately, it's characterized by Lufthansa-style politeness, sterile towards the customer, friendly smiles, but when you turn away... It used to be one of the best Burger King restaurants in the region, but has noticeably declined. The product quality meets the group standard. On the plus side, the service is quick.

Very long waiting times at the drive in and at least one item is actually missing from every order. I think the employees there have a lot of "forgotten" chili cheese nuggets...

Bottom drawer, waited almost an hour for the food, and then it was cold. Absolutely unacceptable.

Today was a bad day. Over an hour wait. Tray return was so full that the trash was piling up. Food was cold. Thumbs down, extremely. Especially the staff at the checkout making stupid comments about the customers who rightfully complained.

Very friendly and accommodating. I walked in with my toddler, and before I could even begin looking, I was given the key to the changing room. Otherwise, it's just a standard business center.

I go there often, but unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse. When it's full, all the employees are overwhelmed.

The place was completely overwhelmed and chaotic. Even though all orders are processed via terminals, the man behind the counter just couldn't keep up, and it took a very long time. What shocked us more, however, was the lack of work clothes and headgear among all the kitchen staff. You were constantly worried that your hair would get caught in the fryer. The bottom line was that it tasted as good as ever, but after the wait, I probably would have eaten anything.

Preparation takes a very long time

The food was complete, hot, and delicious. The shop and restrooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly. One point deducted for the outdoor area, as it was very noisy, even on a Sunday, due to street noise.

We were there again after years and we are sure we will never go there again.

What a shame, what a shame, and definitely never again!!! First of all: The employees aren't to blame. Despite the stress, they remain appropriately friendly!!! But it's outrageous how long you have to wait for your food, the incredibly long wait at the partially broken terminals, and with such a small number of employees, not only are you taking over their jobs at the terminals, but you can't even order in person!! It's an absolute disgrace how BK is ripping off its customers here!! Never again!!!

I write reviews far too rarely, but I would definitely like to express myself positively here. I just went there after my late shift to get something warm to eat and had little hope because it was shortly before closing. However, the employee working there conjured up my menu for me within a few minutes and you can even tell that he had "thought about it" - I specifically ordered it to go so that they could finish work too. Fries and burgers were hot, cola was fresh, the fries were a huge portion in a burger box and even with a fork. I also got 2 packets of ketchup instead of one. Many thanks to this lovely and attentive employee! :)

Today I thought to myself, hey, give Burger King another chance. It's been a long time. Maybe things have changed! But no, it's even worse. The burger is cold, the bun is old, inedible, so I threw it away. Just €15 for the bin. How about maybe contacting the health department? Because it can't really be that the burgers are getting soggy and stale, since they're not supposed to sit on the shelf that long!!!! Very worrying! The only thing that was edible and tasty was the cold Coke, but you can't go wrong with that either 😉 PS: The worst thing for me is when employees are fussing with their faces while preparing the fries. Coughing into their hands. Seriously. I'd love to know the bacteria count in this Burger King.
