Burger King in Neumünster

It's worth a visit. We were there because we were on our way home from work (a construction job) and wanted to grab a bite to eat.

Very friendly service and the food was delicious.

I enjoy coming here and am very satisfied. The team is almost always quick and friendly, and the food is consistently delicious. There's plenty of parking, and you can sit comfortably both inside and outside. Yes, sometimes the tables are a bit dirty, or the tray drop-off station is overcrowded. However, this rarely happens and doesn't seem like negligence, but rather simply a case of insufficient staff when it's busy. The employees clearly do their best nonetheless. All in all: a great place, a great team, and everything runs smoothly. I'll definitely be back.

Incompetent staff! You order the King of the Month as a large portion and get a small portion of fries and a burger with only one patty, but you still pay for the large meal. This has happened twice in a row now; what you're doing is fraud!

The food was fresh and hot. The order was also ready very quickly. No complaints.

I just picked up my takeout order, and when I got home, I saw there was no burger. That's not fair, because I paid for it!

Unfortunately, all 4 cheese sauces were cold, the burgers were not so fresh and the fries sauce was forgotten twice and there was not even anything going on... what a pity

We went to the drive-thru on Saturday evening. The staff was very friendly and polite. The food came quickly and tasted good. Everything was fine.

I've never been to such a good Burger Kinh. Our food arrived in 2 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient. Everyone was laughing and having fun. The restaurant was incredibly clean and tidy. The food also tasted amazing and was incredibly tasty. I would never have thought I'd give a Burger Kinh 5 stars. But this one deserves it. I would LOVE to come back. Great.

All in all, a good Burger King. It's clean, orders are processed quickly, and the burgers are tasty. The fries could be a bit crispier for my taste, though.

My new favorite Burger King. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful, and the food and atmosphere were very good for a Burger King. I'll be back next time I'm on the corner.

Clean branch. Very friendly staff! Good food (just like a fast food restaurant). Play tower for children available. If you want to use the restroom, you have to ask at the counter. No waiting forever at the door 😉

I have to say, I received extremely friendly service, something I've never experienced before at Burger King. :-) I felt well looked after, and the food was also okay, although the prices are now in a different ballpark. When it comes to plant-based, Burger King simply beats the other chains. I'd say I'll be back, but I was just passing through. :-)

We were there today, and everything actually went well. The wait times were relatively short, even though it was quite busy. The store is generally clean, but what I find a bit unhygienic is that the kitchen staff don't wear hairnets.

Completely inflated prices, ice cream bowls only half full, you feel like you've been ripped off. When I ask questions, they give rude answers. I'll never go there again.

It was more slow food than fast food, took a really long time, and I barely saw the boys working. My friend's fries were old, and I would have gladly skipped the kid's meltdown over the wrong toy.

Ordering food at the terminals is inconvenient; I ordered the wrong burger. The lady told me it only works at the terminal, not at the cash register. The food was so-so. The atmosphere was so-so. Just Burger King.

I visited a Burger King restaurant again after several years. I thought I'd give the chain another chance. I ordered directly at the counter, and my food was ready within a minute. I tried the cheeseburger and the chili cheeseburger. Neither tasted great. This will be my last visit to Burger King in my life. One star for the cleanliness of the store, and another for the friendly staff.

Waiting 30 minutes at the McDrive for two ice creams. They should hire more staff.

When we arrived, the ordering machines weren't working. But that wasn't a problem; we ordered at the counter. The wait was 15 minutes, even though it was very busy. The burgers were freshly prepared and hot. Unfortunately, the outdoor seating was all wet and unavailable. Nevertheless, we were satisfied.

...it used to be better! Lately, it's characterized by Lufthansa-style politeness, sterile towards the customer, friendly smiles, but when you turn away... It used to be one of the best Burger King restaurants in the region, but has noticeably declined. The product quality meets the group standard. On the plus side, the service is quick.

Very long waiting times at the drive in and at least one item is actually missing from every order. I think the employees there have a lot of "forgotten" chili cheese nuggets...

Bottom drawer, waited almost an hour for the food, and then it was cold. Absolutely unacceptable.

Today was a bad day. Over an hour wait. Tray return was so full that the trash was piling up. Food was cold. Thumbs down, extremely. Especially the staff at the checkout making stupid comments about the customers who rightfully complained.

Very friendly and accommodating. I walked in with my toddler, and before I could even begin looking, I was given the key to the changing room. Otherwise, it's just a standard business center.

I go there often, but unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse. When it's full, all the employees are overwhelmed.

The place was completely overwhelmed and chaotic. Even though all orders are processed via terminals, the man behind the counter just couldn't keep up, and it took a very long time. What shocked us more, however, was the lack of work clothes and headgear among all the kitchen staff. You were constantly worried that your hair would get caught in the fryer. The bottom line was that it tasted as good as ever, but after the wait, I probably would have eaten anything.

Preparation takes a very long time

The food was complete, hot, and delicious. The shop and restrooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly. One point deducted for the outdoor area, as it was very noisy, even on a Sunday, due to street noise.

We were there again after years and we are sure we will never go there again.

What a shame, what a shame, and definitely never again!!! First of all: The employees aren't to blame. Despite the stress, they remain appropriately friendly!!! But it's outrageous how long you have to wait for your food, the incredibly long wait at the partially broken terminals, and with such a small number of employees, not only are you taking over their jobs at the terminals, but you can't even order in person!! It's an absolute disgrace how BK is ripping off its customers here!! Never again!!!

I write reviews far too rarely, but I would definitely like to express myself positively here. I just went there after my late shift to get something warm to eat and had little hope because it was shortly before closing. However, the employee working there conjured up my menu for me within a few minutes and you can even tell that he had "thought about it" - I specifically ordered it to go so that they could finish work too. Fries and burgers were hot, cola was fresh, the fries were a huge portion in a burger box and even with a fork. I also got 2 packets of ketchup instead of one. Many thanks to this lovely and attentive employee! :)

It was quick. Nothing was forgotten, and it's very tidy here. The staff is nice and friendly.

Today I thought to myself, hey, give Burger King another chance. It's been a long time. Maybe things have changed! But no, it's even worse. The burger is cold, the bun is old, inedible, so I threw it away. Just €15 for the bin. How about maybe contacting the health department? Because it can't really be that the burgers are getting soggy and stale, since they're not supposed to sit on the shelf that long!!!! Very worrying! The only thing that was edible and tasty was the cold Coke, but you can't go wrong with that either 😉 PS: The worst thing for me is when employees are fussing with their faces while preparing the fries. Coughing into their hands. Seriously. I'd love to know the bacteria count in this Burger King.

Actually 5 stars, most of the employees are super friendly and happy to help, apart from the Arab/Turkish chef who obviously has huge ego issues and keeps giving me stress looks for no reason to show dominance as if he were in the jungle. I don't understand why such a great shop lets such antisocial people who engage in eye battles with customers into the staff. On top of that, he didn't even process my order completely; a few items were missing. After talking to the friendly employees there, I got a new burger. I hope he gets fired soon, then I'd go back to the shop, unfortunately not before. Nevertheless, I wish the shop all the best and much success.

You always get the wrong items, which you didn't order, instead of the ones you wanted. If you eat here, be sure to check your purchase! When I ordered three burgers, all of them were wrong.

My favorite Burger King! Super nice staff who work here and the shop is kept very clean. The food is super tasty, fresh and even the plant-based alternatives don't taste like Plörre. The “Burger King DE” app gives you several options to make good use of your money using the coupons it gives you For me a clear recommendation to eat there!

The world is becoming more and more the same. As everywhere else, everything is of reliable quality and, as usual, impersonal.

Clean Burger King, food came quickly, employee motivation could be improved.

Unfortunately, once again not all of the products were available. When we eat there it is easy to get the product, but when we pick it up it was annoying. 10 euros tip provided.

The machine we ordered didn't print out any receipts, but the employees didn't want to help us, but we still got our food. The food was good considering it was a Burger King, the burger had enough sauce, the salad was fresh and the chicken breast fillet was crispy.

Food is good as always at burger king .. Unfortunately the tables o m the right side are always dirty and they are not good in maintaining it clean.

The kitchen is a bit slow and they didn't manage to prepare our order well, but they quickly corrected it and brought the ùja. The employees are not very friendly, but the food was tasty.

The burger paddies are not done! Some of the burgers are cold and the staff is a disaster. It's too bad for the ambience, as you could get the juiciest and tastiest burger here a few years ago. It's best to replace the entire staff 😉

My partner and I went to Burger King today and both had a burger. Unfortunately, we both had severe stomach cramps afterwards and later had diarrhea. It was a very unpleasant experience that took away the joy of eating. Really disappointing.

Everything is good so far, if you order fries with sauce you should be able to use a small wooden fork. It's really easy to eat with your fingers. The staff should know on their own that the tables need to be cleaned, you don't have to follow up. Dishes can be prepared quickly at peak times

Voucher available in the app. But according to the employee, there isn't. The lady sounded very annoyed and listless. If you don't feel like it, just do something else. Stood in the drive-in for a total of almost 30 minutes for nothing

Rating for Burger King: We were September 29th. at the drive in around 2:00 p.m. and had to wait an incredible 38 minutes even though there were only three vehicles in front of us. Service was extremely slow and staff seemed overwhelmed. If it always takes that long here, I can't recommend this location. Totally disappointing!

The cafe is excellent, the food is bomb, but there is one thing, but when you order ketchup on the menu, you have to pour it out, so it would be better if there was a small box for the ketchup.

After many years I felt like getting a burger again. Puppy cake. Queue at the drive-in counter for 30 minutes! Prices for a burger almost blew me away Service was unfriendly and annoyed The prices are extremely high! The quality doesn't reflect that If we could have left the queue there we would have done it!

Average Burger King. Bland burgers, bland fries, lack of sauces and long waiting times, but still better than any McDonald's in northern Germany.

About the food: ready super quickly, everything fresh and hot. Very friendly staff. Great hygiene and the toilet was very clean. Schwentinental (very bad) and Kiel (mediocre) can be compared to each other, apart from the very friendly staff.

Had 2 cheeseburgers without pickle or mustard, and 2 additional slices of cheese. The first burger was without extra cheese and the second had pickle and mustard on it and again no cheese after I asked if I could get the one I ordered, and I also came across as unfriendly and very annoyed. Maybe do it right... Then I won't be annoying

There's not much to say about the food at Burger King, I think everyone knows it. It was fresh and hot here. The staff at this branch were very nice and accommodating, but it was noticeable that staffing levels were limited. We were there at prime time after work and the waiting room filled up quickly. The cash register was closed, so you could only order at the terminal. However, if you chose cash payment at the terminal, this was possible. Nobody could find the time to clean up quickly either. There was food that had fallen outside and the return stations were overcrowded. What's nice is that there are now a lot of "Planted" products for vegetarians. The women's toilet was very clean. Both toilet and washbasin.

It's not fast food. More like slow food. We waited forever for our food. The ordering terminal couldn't be scrolled all the way down, so you couldn't select the last three ingredients. They didn't have balsamic dressing either. I was extremely hungry and the food we got after ages was delicious (still Burger King, but very tasty).

You can't order normally at the checkout like in any other restaurant. Computers everywhere and people who are not familiar with technology are excluded.

The food was warm/hot. Order was prepared quickly. Everything OK.
