McDonald's in Neumünster

The staff is very unfriendly and treats you very condescendingly. The shop is also very dirty. A look into the kitchen was also very daunting

I went there with my sister and ordered takeout while we waited for the train. The employee at the front served us very politely. Our order took a LONG time so we wanted to sit down for a moment until the order was ready. Suddenly a young employee with blonde hair comes out from behind without saying hello or anything and talks to us so loudly and angrily that we aren't allowed to sit there because he cleaned it earlier (by the way, there were other people sitting there too but he only told us) I thought that was very cheeky, how are we supposed to know that we aren't allowed to sit down? If you're so rude to customers all the time, then it's better to quit because you're apparently in the wrong job.

I ordered 2 M Chicken Classic, 1 cheeseburger, 0.4 cola there around 8:30 p.m. The M Chicken was freshly made and was OK. But the cheeseburger, bun on the edge was already hard and dried out. The meat paddy was already dry and cold, as were the fries. So neither is edible. It wasn't the first time and now it's the last time.

Wow, I haven’t eaten Mac Donald’s for 3 years, I came there and was filled with nostalgia, the food is just super 5 stars, the staff is friendly but there aren’t enough smiles from the staff, otherwise the food is super 🙂 the atmosphere is ordinary, I would like some decor

A joke from a McDonalds, not only is the food terrible, but the ambience of the store is right in the train station. I was there once and was asked for money several times while eating.

0/10!!! Awful experience eating dinner with friends there. The service was meant to and didn’t want to listen my order. The ground was dirty and the tables wasn’t clean at all, few aggressive people treated bad and the service didn’t do anything. Fully not recommended!!!

In terms of food, it was on a good McDonald’s level. The employees sometimes forgot something, but when asked, they give everything straight away without any problems.

Today, July 19, 2024, around 4:50-5:00 p.m., I went to this department to eat ice cream while waiting for the train. It's not the first time I buy ice cream here and I know for sure that a small ice cream without anything costs 1.99 euros. I had to wait three minutes until a young man with short black hair, about 1.80 tall, came out. He didn't say hello. I noticed his rude command last time. I ordered a small empty ice cream and a double cheeseburger. I paid 6.38 for everything. He didn't make me an offer or give me a check. As I ate I realized I had paid too much. I went back to investigate but he was no longer there. A big queue formed there and I made my way to my train. So be careful. This department is deceptive. I ask the department head to be careful that she works with liars. Don't go there anymore

Underground really! Here old chicken nuggets are mixed with freshly fried ones. There was also a cold and a fresh burger. After complaining, they were replaced, but the manager actually found it quite funny and not unpleasant at all. McDonald's freshness standards are deliberately not adhered to. So be sure to check on site what you have received. We will avoid this store in the future!

They don't even have their own toilet, unbelievable, shabby atmosphere.

the employees are very slow and rude I missed the train because of their slowness I waited an extra 20 minutes and as if that was not enough, I was treated rudely I do not recommend you to go there :/

Never again, had 2 chicken burgers with fries and cola, the cola tasted like water and the chicken burger, the bun was dark brown. I've been to different ones and I had no problems with nausea, but at this store. So I'll never go there again. Then in the middle of the store there's a slippery part that you almost trip over with your tablet.

I quickly stopped by between my trains and bought a happy meal. Nuggets plans with mc. When I was sitting on the train I was very excited that they put chicken nuggets in it. So unfortunately they had to end up in the trash. I didn't have the time to go back either. It was really quiet too. However, in my opinion there were only three of the employees, which could of course be a reason for this error. Well the fries were still warm and the service was okay too.

Almost cold fries and hamburgers, kitchen employees reached into my fries, tried them and then grumbled and exchanged them. I drank alcohol at the table next to me and was asked about it by the employee...that was it...I'm not going there with my granddaughter anymore.

According to the seller, she hasn't had time to replace the panels yet.... 🥴 What do you do before the shop opens.. I added my goods. To the overwhelmed, friendly saleswoman... MC is getting worse and more expensive 🤣🤣🤣

Viele Gutscheine/ Coupons sowie auch die Punkte aus der App können nicht gescannt werden / werden nicht akzeptiert. Abends wird ein großer teil der sitzbereiche abgesperrt, sodass nur noch ca. 4 kleine Tische verfügbar sind.

Mega unfreundlich und Inkompetent

Es war 18.00 Uhr und auf einmal sperren die 3/4 des Bereiches ab, weil es sauber gemacht wurde und ließen diesen Bereich zu, obwohl Sie bis 22.00 Uhr auf hatten. Man musste gucken wo man sitzen kann. Noch nie so schlechten Service gehabt.

Falls wir nach irgendwo mit dem Zug fahren sollten, kaufen wir für unseren Kindern Happy Meals. Immer nette Bedienung und sehr kinderfreundlichen Personal.

Die Eismaschine ist dauerhaft Kaputt. Ich habe mir dort mein Essen geholt aber muss sagen das man dort nicht vor ort essen kann ist nicht so gemütlich man hat keinen guten Ausblick / keine Unterhaltung

Wollten uns eigentlich was mitnehmen haben das Anstehen nach 25 min abgebrochen dabei hatten wir nur 3 Gäste vor uns. Aber wenn Bestellung mit und ohne Coupon teilweise 3 Bezahlungen verursacht dauert dies halt mega lang ...und den Zug verpassen wollten wir nicht

Das Sortiment war sehr dezimiert, Personal etwas überfordert da gerade viel los war.

Typisches Fast-food. Mitgenommene Gerichte werden kalt und schmecken dann nicht mehr, insbesondere Mac Ripp.

Halt ein Bahnhof Mäcces. Mittlerweile viel viel viel zu teuer für das, was man bekommt. 2€ für einen Cheeseburger ist schon deftig. Also der Preis, nicht das Ding, was die einem servieren. Am besten die 5 Schritte aus dem Bahnhof gehen und was von den umliegenden Lokalen besorgen.

Also eines muss man denen lasse, meine Bestellung war in 10 sek fertig. Eher gesagt wurde ich damit beschmissen. Naja wie dem auch sei, dass der Burger schon fertig war hat man geschmeckt.Ich frage mich echt wie alt der war, denn grad das untere Brötchen war so hart, dass ich angst um meine Zähne hatte. Allgemein war alles echt trocken und keine ahnung wie man das schafft, aber es hat tatsächlich nach nichts geschmeckt. Dickes aber, denn die Eismaschine ging tatsächlich und man muss sagen, auch wenn man bei Eis nicht viel falsch machen kann, es hat geschmeckt. Im Ende würde ich es aber lassen, denn wenn man es nicht ganz so eilig hat gibt es ganz in der Nähe was besseres, auch vom Preis her, weil McDonalds ist schon ziemlich teuer geworden.

Wilder Veganer Burger, hat zwar nur 2,5€ gekostet dafür mit Senf als Sauce????
