This is really cheeky here. The shop here is packed because the two employees are unable to prepare the food. It's a mystery to me how it got a rating of 2.4 stars. But you have to look at it positively, only one ordering terminal works, then not so many orders come in at once, and you can rethink your choice of restaurant while waiting at the ordering terminal. Wir wollten dort zum Abendessen, weil wir in der Nähe waren und großen Hunger hatten. So erschreckend wie der Preis war, war dann leider auch das Essen. Unser Essen war trocken und auch ohne Geschmack. So kannten wir Burger King sonst nicht. Ich war sonst immer mehr von Burger King begeistert als von McDonalds, da die Pommes frisch und mehr Salz besaßen und die Burger saftiger und würziger waren. Auch die Onion-Ringe habe ich gerne bestellt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Moin Folks, hier sehr sauber, sehr guter Service und reichlich Platz. Heute auf dem nach Hausweg flott genutzt und für gut befunden. Flotter Service und saubere Tische und auch das restliche. Hier ist die flotte Verweildauer gut und mit Hundebegleitung gibt es hinten, weiter hinten etwas gute Auslaufzonen, von daher auch noch Praktisch gut.

Die Pommes waren hier schön heiß,aber 50 Cent für Ketchup sind immer noch zu happig, für die kleine Portion. In der Sprite war diesmal kein Eis,was ich für gut befand.Das entscheiden wohl die Angestellten je nach Filiale wohl selber, gefragt wird man nicht. Na dann viel Spaß beim Putzen der Oberflächen von den Bestellautomaten, wenn die Grippesaison beginnt.Die Angestellten haben mein Beileid. Ein Schalter zum öffnen der Türen habe ich nicht entdeckt für Rollstuhlfahrer.Das liegt aber nicht an Burger King,sondern am Betreiber des restlichen Gebäudes.

Slow food vom feinsten, 2 Kunden und über 20 Minuten für zwei Burger. Die Coupons aus der App werden auch vorsichtshalber nicht angenommen um Verwirrung zu vermeiden. Burger waren wie beschrieben. Top Job gerne wieder

Wenn nicht dieses unsägliche bestellen am Terminal wäre, hätte es 5 Sterne gegeben. Preis/Leistung ok für einen Rastplatz. Es war sauber und die Currywurst Pommes lecker. (9 €) Insgesamt wirkte es gepflegt.

Normaler BK, Bedienung war nett.

Sehr freundliches Personal und das Essen war frisch & knusprig zubereitet. Die Sitzplätze waren sauber. Allerdings waren alle Terminals ausgeschaltet (doof für Introvertierte) und der Bildschirm mit den Ordernummern war nicht up to date, sodass das Personal die Order durchrufen musste (doof für Schwerhörige & Introvertierte).

Wenig los im Restaurant, trotzdem über 25 Minuten gewartet. Essen entsprach nur in Grundzügen der Bestellung: Cola ohne statt mit Eis, ein falscher Burger, Diätcola nicht gekennzeichnet. Bestellung nur über Bildschirme. In der Produktion und Ausgabe je 1 Person mit offenkundig wenig Kenntnisse der Produktpalette und ohne Routine.

Alles super 😊👍 und nett freundlich und immer ein Lächeln.

Es werden keine Coupons aus der App genommen. Mitarbeiter sehr langsam und überfordert und kommt vorne alleine nicht hinterher. Die Auswahl an Essen und Trinken war aufs Minimum begrenzt. Einziger plus Punkt, dass das Essen so wie man es kennt geschmeckt hat.

Wurden von einer jungen Dame mit Kappe bedient die eine sehr freundliche Ausstrahlung hat. Essen war schnell fertig. Durch die offene Küche kriegt man einen Einblick darin wie alles zubereitet wird. Sauber geführtes Schnellrestaurant 👍🏼

Wir haben auf dem Rasthof für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch gehalten und waren positiv überrascht. Das Ambiente war sehr nett mit den Sofas. Alles war aufgeräumt und sauber. Eine Fachkraft hat permanent nebenbei zusätzlich gefegt. Der Burgerking hatte zwar ein kleineres Sortiment aber das ist aufgrund des Platzes auch total ok. Die Bedienung war total freundlich und sympathisch. Das Essen war frisch und lecker. Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Lieber den Rasthof Hüttener Berge auslassen und hierher kommen!!

BurgerKing in einer Raststätte. Für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch das perfekte "Restaurant". Speisen (Burger und Pommes) wurden direkt nach Bestellung frisch zubereitet, daher etwas Wartezeit, was bei größerem Kundenaufkommen zu etwas Stau bei nachfolgenden Gästen führen kann. Alles in allem war es aber ein erholsamer Zwischenstopp für uns.

Standard Burger King mit maximal unmotivierten Mitarbeitern. Eine freundliche Begrüßung, eine nette Kommunikation, ein kleines Tschüss....das ist nicht schwer und macht jedem die Reise schöner. Würde mich freuen in 9 Wochen eine Änderung feststellen zu können.

Aufgeräumt und sauber, das Essen wurde BK-üblich schnell rausgegeben. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die zahlreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten in bequemen Sesseln.

Auf dem Weg nach Dresden wollten wir noch eine Kleinigkeit essen. An der Raststätte plötzetal bei Könnern gab es den Hinweis auf einen Burger King. Wir hatten Glück, Denn anders als auf der Homepage ist das Restaurant abends nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet. "Es lohnt sich nicht länger", sagte der freundliche Mann am Tresen. Es war schon nach 20 Uhr, sie wollten mit dem Reinigen beginnen, machte uns aber noch eine Kleinigkeit. Veggieburger hatten sie nicht. Schade. Wir wählten Pommes, Zwiebelringe und Chili Cheese Nuggets. Das Essen war okay. Zahlung mit Kreditkarte möglich.
