This is not an angry assessment, but rather a well-considered one with some distance.
We came here on a Saturday evening around 1830 with our 3 year old daughter after a walk. Two tables were occupied, one was just free when we arrived. We were greeted unfriendly and told off that we should have made a reservation. The entrance gate actually says: “Make reservations if possible.” But it wasn't possible for us because we couldn't read it until we arrived. There's nothing online about it. In addition, “as possible” does not mean “exclusively”. In a still unfriendly tone, we were informed that generally only four tables were served (one was occupied) and that they didn't have enough food for us because they always prepared everything fresh and couldn't buy anything new for the next day. My question as to whether there was anything that could be done - also in view of the disappointed toddler - was answered with a sharp, customer-oriented "no".
With a little distance you could either accept it and not rate it at all (we didn't eat there). But some things about it are so annoying that I would like to warn against this shop. Firstly, the enormous unfriendliness. The customer is immediately blamed for the situation (you could also politely apologize). Secondly, the fresh preparation argument is all well and good, but others do that too. This shouldn't push a restaurant to its limits if three tables are occupied on a Saturday evening. Then at some point you can give up on catering.
Now the owner will of course answer that everything was completely different (she does this unprofessionally with every negative review), that she wasn't unfriendly at all and that everything was fresh... It doesn't matter at all: our experience as potential customers was catastrophic and given the excellent Pinneberg restaurant landscape, I can only strongly advise against this shop!
Very tasty pizza at top prices. The food arrived warm and before the stated delivery time. The delivery person was very friendly and the entire ordering process via the website was very pleasant.
We arrived at the restaurant around 9:00 p.m. and we were quickly assigned a seat and told us that the kitchen closed at 10:00 p.m....we ordered within 5 minutes...A bottle of water and 2 glasses of white wine...food arrived around 9:40 p.m. and tasted very good...unfortunately there was a mood of excitement in the restaurant so we couldn't enjoy the food in a relaxed manner...around 10:00 p.m. is as we suspect Kitchen staff left... they didn't ask us if we had any dessert... while we were eating it was completely cleaned up... I personally didn't think it was appropriate. They could have waited until we had eaten... I then asked when they were closing... that's why the rating today isn't that good 😉
Super nice service. Even when it's full it's always friendly. Even when it's full, there's good food that comes promptly. Quality has always been excellent
We had reserved, which I would definitely recommend – it was busy even during the week. The service was really outstanding: super attentive, friendly and always with a smile. The food was okay, the pizza could have used a little more seasoning. Still a nice evening, we'd love to come back!
