War eigentlich ein sehr schöner Abend haben dann zum Nachtisch ein Schokoladen Eis bestellt und wurden nicht darüber aufgeklärt das da Nüsse drin sind. Somit endete mein Abend im Krankenhaus wir sprachen die Kellnerin an und bekamen nur die Antwort hätten sie ja wissen müssen sind es ja selber schuld und mir wurde alles in Rechnung gestellt und mein Abend endete im Krankenhaus mit einen allergischen Schock

Four of us had dinner at Purino today. We opted for the 3-course menu in one of the igloos outside. The atmosphere was very nice and cozy. Unfortunately the food was an absolute failure. The main course in particular was an absolute disgrace. The steak was dry, tough and hard to cut. The duck we chose was also too hard and dry. The idea itself was very nice, unfortunately we didn't like the food at all. We won't come back a second time. Too bad!

Waren heute hier im Iglu Essen Ambiente war echt gut, aber! 45€ voll für die Tonne, trotz mehrerem Nachfragen ob uns das Essen schmeckt haben wir uns dazu geäußert, Vorspeise mit dem Foccia Brot war sehr schlecht, hatten Hoffnung auf die Hauptspeise, bestellt hatten wir das Rumpsteak und auch die Ente, beides sau trocken ungenießbar, trocken und Zäh selbst zum anschneiden habe ich soviel Kraft anwenden müssen, wirklich schlecht!!! Nachspeise war okey, kann man sich geben muss aber nicht! Optisch sieht das super aus, das war es aber auch schon! Mehr schein als sein! Unverschämt!

Were here today at the Igloo, the food ambience was really good, but! 45€ full for the bin, despite asking several times whether we liked the food, we decided that the starter with the foccia bread was very bad, we were hoping for the main course, we ordered the rump steak and also the duck, both very dry and inedible , dry and tough, I had to use so much force even to cut it, really bad!!! Dessert was ok, you can give it yourself but you don't have to! Visually it looks great, but that's about it! More appearance than reality! Outrageous!

Es war wieder mal einfach ein schöner Abend bei gemütlicher Atmosphäre und gutem Essen. Ein Tip für den Winter. Der Platz an der Türe hat ordentlich Durchzug. Hier wäre ein temporärer Schutz für den Winter hilfreich.

It was once again just a nice evening with a cozy atmosphere and good food. A tip for the winter. The space at the door has a lot of draft. Temporary protection for the winter would be helpful here.

Es war einfach sehr laut und wir saßen etwas ungünstig, sodass wir ständig die Kellner neben uns vorbei laufen mussten. Das war etwas ungemütlich. Zu zweit mit je einer großen Pizza, Getränk und Brot+Dip war der Tisch viel zu klein. Die Teller standen über und das schneiden der Pizza war etwas umständlich.

The others were happy with the food. I had a pizza with chicken strips and spinach leaves with garlic cream. I think 7 small strips on a large pizza are very lean. The flesh itself could do nothing. The spinach is placed on top raw, which means that the few leaves taste more like weed. The garlic cream, which I was particularly looking forward to, wasn't that great either. I would have been better served if I had gone with a margarita. And drinks were initially taken and then I was only able to order again after about 45 minutes. With 18 people, I think that's a semi-good performance. Toilet is OK Restaurant looks good Nicely located. Price reasonably expensive but OK for the location Maybe I just got the wrong pizza

Very nice restaurant, now with new heated outdoor glass houses. Very stylish. But the parking lot is a disaster. A euro would have to be invested! Don't let this first impression put you off!

Wir waren schon öfters im Purino Hardter Wald und sind immer wieder begeistert. Heute hat sich unser Sohn, anlässlich seines Geburtstages, sein Abendessen dort gewünscht. Tolle Atmosphäre, super netter Service und leckeres Essen. Was will man mehr?! 😊👍🏻

We used to always enjoy going to Purino. Unfortunately, we have now noticed several times that things have decreased significantly. The value for money of the food is very disappointing and the quality of the dishes has deteriorated immensely. Unfortunately, there are also deficiencies in service. Only the ambience stands out positively.

Wir waren mit der Familie im Purino essen. Das Essen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Für mich persönlich war die Portion etwas klein. Daher habe ich mir noch eine Pizza dazu bestellt. Sehr gut wäre es, wenn man für ein paar Euro mehr eine größere Portion bestellen könnte. Sehr gut fand ich auch, dass es für Kinder bis 12 Jahre einen Rabatt gibt. Top Sehr Kinderfreundlich/ Familienfreundlich!!! Das Personal war auch sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Alles im allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt bei euch im Purino. Macht weiter so. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

The restaurant is really good and our service staff was super nice and accommodating, but everything was very restructured and it took quite a long time for both the cards and the food to arrive. In your defense it was very busy. The food itself was very tasty. All in all, the restaurant is highly recommended.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday with you yesterday. We decided on the menu in the Purino Igloo. From the first minute we felt incredibly comfortable. The team is extremely attentive and super friendly. The food (we had duck and steak) was delicious. But the starter and desert also fascinated our taste buds. All in all a great evening with very courteous service and great food. Recommend 100% Thanks Purino🙂

We were present with 8 people. 2 people had to sit at a side table. On old, unupholstered school chairs! It doesn't work at all!

Einfach spitze so wie wir es immer dort erleben. Angefangen vom freundlichen Empfang, trotz des hohen Andrangs und auch der Service so wie das Essen waren spitze. Wir kommen wieder .

Geräuschpegel war wieder viel zu laut . Die Iglus sind eine tolle Idee war aber über OpenTable nicht buchbar obwohl vor Ort frei waren . Qualität des Essens (Ente) war nicht gut, trocken und zäh, es wurde aber sofort was neues angeboten. Bolognese Wagyu dürftig … hätte auch Schwein sein können . Es war kaum Fleisch drin und so klein das man es nicht definieren konnte , die Nudeln sehr al dente an der Grenze von hart. Service wieder top und hier sind auch die Toiletten nutzbar .

Very tasty and most of the dishes are not available anywhere except at Purino. Depending on the weather, sturdy shoes are not a bad idea.

Besonders hervorzuheben war der tolle Service. Der junge Mann war super freundlich und mega auf Zack 👍👍. Essen war wie immer sehr gut, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal, aber mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und lange Wartezeiten gibt es auch nicht. Wir waren überaus zufrieden.

Overall the experience at Purino is very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and you don't have to wait long for service. Depending on the dish, the food is prepared quickly and you have to wait a maximum of 30 minutes (so far for me). The food is very tasty but the pizza is often a bit burnt at the bottom due to the thin dough. Depending on the pizza, you also save a lot on toppings. When I order a pizza with chicken and spinach. Then I expect more than 4 pieces of chicken on the pizza. However, you can't complain about the taste. The atmosphere itself is cozy, especially in winter. However, the volume is very high. Companies often communicate very loudly and forcefully, which unfortunately has a negative impact on the atmosphere. You have to make a real effort if you want to talk to the other person at a normal volume.

Haben den 4. Geburtstag unserer Kleinsten gefeiert und es war rundum schön. Personal super und Location eh toll. Bissl kalt aber gibt schlimmeres. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Unfortunately the quality has lagged behind from the first one. Unfortunately, the quantity of the dish does not match the price. Unfortunately the service didn't work well. The restaurant is very rustically furnished. It's only partially suitable for a romantic evening for two because of the noise, but you'll feel like you're in good hands as a group. The food was very good and more than sufficient.

The ambience was very nice, just very loud and warm in the restaurant. The food and service were good. What was a disgrace was that the path to the restaurant wasn't lit. I also don't understand that it has already been criticized in several statements that the management doesn't seem to care that guests can break their bones! A no go.

The path to the restaurant is still somewhat lit at the parking lot, but if you then walk the path to the restaurant, it is completely without lighting. Sorry, that was the last time we were seen at Purino. It's been steadily getting worse for years. Insanely loud from all corners... you can hardly have a conversation. There's such a background noise... very narrowly spaced tables and unfortunately the food, I had a "pizza", was extremely weak. Dough like air, very little toppings, hardly any cheese and 5 strips of chicken, sauce, tastes like a Dr. Oedtker Frozen pizza and simply everything without taste. I can't remember a time when I was still hungry after eating pizza. I was just annoyed and left the store hungry. Only the hard-working, young staff does a dedicated job. The peace and quiet that followed in the parking lot in the forest was a relief. Sorry, working on the acoustics and especially the food. Because the price/performance ratio doesn't fit, and the quality should be justified!

Zuvorkommendes Personal und leckeres, zeitgemäßes gesundes Essen.

Die Essensbeschreibung hält nicht , was es verspricht. Hausgemachte Pasta mit Curry Kokos , Kokos kaumstens definierbar. Lieblos angerichtet und geschmacklich unterdurchschnittlich. Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Wir hatten 4 unterschiedliche Essen und alle waren sehr lecker und auch die Menge passte sehr gut. Service war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und das Ambiente war trotz gut gefüllten Restaurant gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mit Abstand das beste Purino. Super Location und wirklich sehr nettes Personal. Zudem ist Service sehr gut.

An extremely disappointing experience: - the salads took a long time to be served and were acceptable at the most - the pasta dishes were still not served after 45 minutes - We barely touched the pasta - it was neither well balanced nor well cooked - The toilet was the most disgusting experience in a very long time Definitely on the banned list at 70 euros…

Wir hatten einen leckeren Abend im wirklich stimmig umgebautem Purino in Hardt. Der Restaurantleiter betreibt seinen Job mit viel Herzblut und wir haben uns gefreut, auch bekannte Gesichter im Service wiederzusehen. Essen war sehr lecker, beim Nachtisch musste ich leider berechtigte Kritik üben, aber kein Problem, es wurde direkt nachgebessert. Danke dafür, dann war es richtig gut. Ansonsten finde ich die Getränkepreise etwas hoch, aber da ja alles gut belegt war, ist dies nur mein Empfinden :-), was dem rundum schönen Abend keinen Abbruch tat. Der Service funktionierte sehr gut, obwohl es richtig voll war.

Zu laut, man versteht sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr. Irgendwie hektische Atmosphäre, alles schnell schnell. Man sitzt kaum, was wollt ihr trinken. Man hat kaum die Karte, wisst ihr schon, was ihr essen wollt… das nervt.

Eine gute Empfehlung für typisch italienisches Essen, Nudeln und Pizza

Four of us went to Purino on a Sunday afternoon to have a drink and a bite to eat. We used to love going there, everything was very loving, tasty and the service was great. Unfortunately it's just disappointing now. The food we ordered came at different times - one dish even before the drinks - and we had to ask for cutlery each time, which was then simply slammed onto the table. The coffee we ordered was spilled when it was served so that the entire saucer was wet. The waitress saw this but simply ignored it. Unfortunately, the food and drinks were prepared and presented very carelessly and tastelessly. The olive bread starter was an outrage, the bread was obviously just old. It's really a shame to see how this actually beautiful restaurant is becoming more and more run down and the employees apparently show no interest in good service.

It was a different evening than expected, unfortunately it was very crowded and very loud. The portions of food became very small and you were still hungry after eating. Parking was a major disaster. The toilets lacked soap and were very run down. The service was very helpful but it was just very busy and hardly possible.

Pizza not tasty. Neither does pasta (opinion of the entire group). Service gets 1 star more because our slightly larger group was given a table at short notice. But otherwise ignored even though we signaled to pay at least 4 times. Great atmosphere in the middle of the forest. But don't take away the rest. Positive children's portions are cheaper and children up to 6 eat for free.

Im Großen und Ganzen war ich zufrieden mit dem Besuch. Leider hatte ich den Eindruck, dass für unseren Besuch, trotz Reservierung, kein Tisch vorbereitet war. Das Essen war gut, jedoch fand ich die Menge an Nudeln etwas happig. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat echt einen tollen Job gemacht

Service was hardly available But the worst thing is the lighting in the outside area towards the parking lot. It simply wasn't there. From the terrace to the parking lot it was so my wife fell on the two steps in front of the terrace.

I recently went to Purino in Hardter Wald and unfortunately I have to say that I was disappointed. The portions were absolutely small and weren't really convincing for the price. You have the feeling that you are not getting enough food for the money. In addition, management was not optimal. Service was understaffed and it took a while to place our orders and receive our food. Overall the experience wasn't what I hoped it would be. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Purino in Hardter Wald because both the portion sizes and the service did not meet my expectations.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, ein wenig leiser wäre nicht verkehrt

Die Pasta war bei meiner Begleitung , sowie bei mir leider sehr Fahd und langweilig ( es hat nach fast nichts geschmeckt ) auch das in meinem Gericht enthaltene Fleisch hat keine Gewürze gesehen . Der Service war unaufmerksam ( selbst bei aufmerksam machen wurden wir ignoriert ) . Das Tiramisu war gut , jedoch mussten wir knapp 30 Minuten warten bis wir dieses in Bestellung geben konnten , obwohl wir zu Beginn bereits erwähnt hatten ein Dessert anschließend bestellen zu wollen . Für einen Preis von knapp 50€ kann ich das Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen. An den Gerichten sollte nochmals Gearbeitet werden , es kann nicht sein das dass Essen nach fast nichts schmeckt und der Service nicht einmal sich von sich aus erkundigt .

Zu lange Wartezeiten auf bestellte Getränke (wurden vergessen), viel viel zu laut, Parkplatz schlecht (viele Schlaglöcher), unbeleuteter Weg zum Auto, nichtmal die Treppen beleuchtet. Personal mit der Menge der Gäste überfordert, jedoch freundlich. Bei jedem Schnellrestaurant kann man sich besser unterhalten als bei dieser abartigen Geräuschkulisse. Zu wenig Belag auf der Pizza, hat alles den Charakter nach Massenabfertigung. Wir werden weder wiederkommen, noch die Lokalität weiterempfehlen.

Service and ambience were appealing. The food wasn't a hit, the pizza was somehow strange in terms of the dough (some people seem to like it) my pasta in truffle sauce was bone dry... the bamboo chair outside pulled a few threads and snags on my new pants... The visit was very unsatisfactory!!

We always enjoy coming to this wonderful garden. And it's very nice inside too. The delicious food makes the visit perfect.

Food was very good. The order of starter/main course was not followed. But it was definitely due to the stress and the extremely full restaurant, combined with the heavy rains and the clearing of the terrace.

We've been going there for pizza every now and then for several years. The ambience is really good and beautiful. The Purino is a good place to end the evening after a visit to the playground (Hardterwald). Because children up to the age of 6 eat and drink for free. The dishes (special menu) change regularly. Like everywhere else, prices have also risen. There are several responsibilities, each person has their job. Something that annoyed us was that when the dishes came you first had to ask for cutlery. The drinks for the little guests Bambini are also much smaller and the glasses are only half full. Which means that you have to reorder more often, which is not a problem in itself. But today the service was a bit slow and didn't ask whether the empty glasses should/may be exchanged for full ones. So no great review today. The rocket rocket pizza also had very little rocket... The Amici was fine! But the ice cream from the “Eis Dealer” is great. And recommended. As a suggestion: feel free to ask children whether they want a cake fork or a normal one.

Hallo Der Service war super. Das Ambiente ist auch schön. Leider schmeckt das Essen nicht wirklich herausragend. ... es ist schlichtweg nichts besonderes wofür man wiederkommen würde. Die Preise hierfür finde ich dementsprechend etwas zu hoch. Aber überzeugen Sie sich gerne selber. Die Geschmäcker sind bekanntlich unterschiedlich.

Schnelle und freundliche Bedienung, Gutes Essen und tolles Ambiente

Essen ist super 👍 aber einfach viel zu voll Sitzplatz innen war auch super da viele draußen gesessen haben. Was ich total schlimm finde ist die Hygiene da das Personal Gar nicht mehr nachkommt. Z.B. Theke voll mit Gläsern und Auch die Toiletten unter aller Kanone das ist für mich immer Das a und o sorry aber dann lieber weniger Gäste und es ist in dieser Hinsicht besser. Ich komme seit Jahren und bin wirklich Enttäuscht 😞 wie gesagt es liegt nicht am Essen und auch nicht am Personal. Hier sollte sich die Leitung einmal Gedanken machen !!!! Sorry aber das musste ich mal loswerden.
