We've actually been enthusiastic pizza orderers every week for months. Only recently the experiences we've had have gotten worse and worse. More and more often, the pizza is almost cold when it is delivered, the additional toppings are marginal, the wrong pizza is delivered and the size has reduced from 29 to 27cm. But you pay 29cm! We measured it today because it seemed strange to us recently with the size. We're taking a break there now and will give it another chance later. It's actually a shame, we've always enjoyed ordering there, but for the price you pay + delivery fee, I expect the same quality.

Just ordered for the first time through Lieferando. 2 pizzas and filled rolls. Everything was great, fresh and not greasy. We would be happy to order again. Thank you, we enjoyed it very much. I can't say anything about the ambience.

Really good pizza and the wait wasn't too long either.

On Friday we ordered 2 pizza dishes, a salad and a bottle of cola. The delivery was faster than stated, but unfortunately the salad and the associated sauces were missing and the drink. When we politely pointed this out to the delivery person, he went back to get the missing things. And when he was back, the order was still not complete and we then got the amount paid out because we didn't feel like waiting anymore. But the food was very tasty and was still very hot

The best pizza I've ever had in Germany!!! Bar none!

Would really like to give it a 5/5 because we have been regular customers for years, but the quality has declined significantly in the last few months. From forgotten extra requests to sunken chicken fingers in the Styrofoam packaging. The decisive factor in my decision to never order there again was the moment when I had a rusty nail/pin in my cucumber salad and almost swallowed it. Too bad, too bad...

Customer of this pizzeria since day one. The food is good, BUT the delivery times have been unacceptable for a few months now. Clearly a lot to do, weekend, etc. I realize that you don't get your food in 15 minutes, but 2:30 hours?! It's not OK. If you then get stubby answers on the phone when you ask and are even ADVISED to cancel the order, that sounds a little like too much. Please work on it and I'll be happy to continue ordering from you. Otherwise, sooner or later you will probably lose more than just me as a customer.

My husband just picked up food from them. It tastes very good, the only thing I'm supposed to think about is the missing pizza rolls with the pastas, thank you.

The pizza is excellent. But orders are often forgotten or mixed up and if you point this out you are treated like air. You don't hear an apology. I still keep coming back here because it's simply one of the best pizzerias in the city.

I ordered the food from La Primavera for the first time today and it was simply delicious. Pizza rolls are just awesome and everything was still super warm, and I got my order after 45 minutes, which I think is ideal. I can only recommend

Everything was great. We order 3-4 times a month, even when we have guests. Everyone likes it. The pizza base is super tasty. We pick up because it's only a 3 minute walk. 5 stars for our neighbors

Always top, we order there often and the food is always on point, but today was the first time I had a complaint because a pizza was delivered spicy. Probably accidentally and yes it can happen. I would have easily taken the free pizza with the next order but then one person would have been left without anything for the evening. Replacement came quickly and the pizza was very good, although the delivery driver was disgusting. Want old pizza again? I have no idea, it wouldn't have been a problem, but we had already started it because well... how am I supposed to see if the pizza is spicy. Looked like tuna pizza with Anna's. The delivery driver was of course annoyed because he couldn't or didn't want to take them with him. Then the saying that the pizza shouldn't be eaten if it's wrong, even though I had already said that I couldn't tell if the pizza was spicy. In a very annoyed tone too. Sorry, but what's that supposed to mean? Is that my mistake? Or do you want to take me for a fool? As I said, I've been ordering off and on for about 3 years and have never had any problems. Both on the phone and the delivery drivers were super cool. The food was also really good. I'm just a bit surprised that someone wants to blame the error on the customer somewhere. Because everything else was always right, there are 4 stars. One star deduction for the delivery driver.

For us it was always the best pizzeria, we don't know what happened and are now so disappointed that we decided last week not to order there anymore. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right and the quality has unfortunately deteriorated. Every now and then, we didn't get what we ordered or forgot things. Last week the food wasn't good at all. Maybe I should have called, I've been pointing this out from time to time over the last year. They then tried, but unfortunately that is not the point of the matter. Very unfortunate......

It used to be a top pizzaria. Unfortunately, it has become mass processing, so orders are sent out incorrectly. This has happened to me several times now.

Lovely experience and tasty food! I asked for salami as extra for the salad and they were very accommodating. The butter coming with the bread is delicious. Price quality relation is good. Very kind staff!

Man wird sehr freundlich begrüßt und bedient und die Pizza ist super lecker. Kann die Bewertung von nur 4,0 nicht nachvollziehen. Es ist deutlich besser!!! Wofür übrigens auch spricht, dass sich alle alles andere als gelangweilt haben, weil eine Bestellung nach der anderen reinkam. Ich bestelle sehr gerne wieder!

Vor 4 Monaten hätte ich noch 5 Punkte gegeben. Ich weiß nicht was dort passiert ist, aber, wenn ich bei meinen mehreren Bestellungen in Großbuchstaben schreibe "BITTE SCHNEIDEN ", dann erwarte ich auch das die Pizzen geschnitten werden. Wenn ich schreibe Pizza Margherita mit Knoblauch dann erwarte ich das die Pizza mit Knoblauch geliefert wird (dafür habe ich auch extra zahlen müssen). Außerdem müsste ich dem Fahrer hinterher laufen um nachzufragen wo mein Salat geblieben ist. Und Salat? - ok jetzt wird übertrieben, aber gefüllte halbes Kilogramm Thunfisch dazu 3 dünne Streifen Zwiebel und Dressing? =gekaufte Soße mit ein paar Klecks über den Thunfisch, alles hat leider in dem Mülleimer Platz gefunden. Nicht genießbar. Werde mit sehr großer Wahrscheinlichkeit nicht mehr bestellen.

Super Pizza, freundliches Personal hier kann man echt gute Pizza essen. Einige andere Lokale könnten sich hier echt ein Beispiel dran nehmen

Wir bestellen seit kurzem bei Primavera, das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker, egal ob Pizza, Nudeln, Salat oder die Baguettes. Rein für das Essen würden wir fünf Sterne geben, aber leider war bisher bei allen 4 Bestellung etwas falsch. Entweder war etwas drauf was gar nicht bestellt wurde oder es fehlte etwas. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar sehr kulant (z.B. neues Baguette geliefert), aber es stört schon wenn man zusammen essen möchte. Wir sind jedes Mal hin und her gerissen, ob wir nochmal bestellen. Wir würden uns freuen wenn zukünftig mehr auf die Bestellungen geachtet wird, weil wir dann unsere neue Lieblingspizzeria gefunden haben.

Lieferung nach zwei Stunden, obwohl bei Bestellung eine durchschnittliche Lieferzeit von 45 Minuten angegeben ist. Extra bezahlte Kräuterbutter nicht mitgeliefert, eine Pizza knochenhart, bei der anderen der halbe Belag im Karton verteilt. Ob ich den am Telefon versprochenen Gutschein noch in Anspruch nehme weiss ich nicht... War aber mal meine Lieblings-Pizzeria :(

Pizza war Essbar. Salat mit Dressing Extra bestellt. (Extra nochmal in die Bestellung geschaut) Dem Fahrer das direkt mitgeteilt, das dass Dressing fehlt. Mit einen "Ich weiß nicht" und kei nem Lösungsvorschlag gefahren. War meine letzte Bestellung. Es wurde bei einer damaligen Bestellung schon ein falsches Dressing geliefert.

Habe die Pizza abgeholt, geschmacklich okay, zum satt werden reicht es alle Male.

Sehr leckere Abholpizza gegessen. Frisch sehr gut zubereitet. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Das essen schmeckt sehr gut jedoch bekommen die das nicht hin pünktlich zu liefern die bekommen es selten hin deine bestellung VOLLSTÄNDIG liefern und ich habe letztens was für 35 euro bestellt und keine cola dazubekommen obwohl ab 22 euro bestellwert 1 dabei ist
