Very tasty and authentic Italian pizza

Super delicious pizzas... if we didn't live 800 km away, we would always eat our pizzas there... highly recommended and the service was very attentive and friendly

I was pleasantly surprised to visit this restaurant. The service is top🔥 Friendly greeting and when choosing the alcohol there was even the opportunity to try a little so as not to be mistaken about the taste 🥰. They bring bread and sauce before the dish which was really tasty. The pizza was tasty, but maybe the prices are a little too high. The entire staff, from the wait staff to the chefs, was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also nice. I will definitely go back

Decent pizza, but prepared by people who have never seen a real Italian pizza, nice place, but a few more steps should be taken to be able to pass on a completely positive opinion, postponed until September.

Had a spontaneous meal there with my wife. Service very friendly (all service staff) Food (pizza and ravioli) good. The ambience is “unusual” for an Italian kitchen and there is also a delivery service, making it a bit uneasy. The really only negative thing is that I would have liked to have paid the waiter who served us the whole time.

We ordered through Wolt and the food was great. The portions are great value for money. The ingredients were super fresh and the dishes were all delicious.

For me - hands down the best pizza in Hamburg. Just how it should be, light.. fluffy… crispy crust. Using good. Quality ingredients. Peroni from a tap would be the only suggestion!

In short words: simply TOP!! Food and service can sometimes serve as a benchmark for others

Take in too many orders than they can process and simply cancel your order shortly before delivery. There are plenty of better Italians out there ;)

I had dinner there with three friends last night (my first time there, the other guys have been there several times). My friend told me about the 50cm pizza, which is very convenient for me because I rarely get full from a pizza. The waiters were super nice, the atmosphere is super nice and super modern, open kitchen so you can watch the crafts and all in all very chic. I was very satisfied and so were all of my friends, pizza super crispy, thin base, very tasteful and simply good! Gladly again 🙏🏼

Very friendly and above all fast staff. The food came quickly and the pizzas were very tasty. Crispy edge and thin base in the middle. The atmosphere is cozy. It was crowded, but not too loud.

Our highlight were the arancini that were available to order. A little soft on the inside, but tastes pretty good. The pizzas were ok. The dough was especially good. Topping was ok. The boards as a base were a bit wobbly. But Italian pizza. Why people here ask about pineapples is a mystery to me... We can't really recommend sitting at the door as there is a lot of through traffic from delivery drivers. That makes it quite unsettling.

Good pizza, you sit at high tables, very busy, make sure you reserve in advance, there is a lot of noise in the restaurant. (not for dinner for two😉)

Basically our living room. Best pizza in town, and if you don't like pizza, you won't miss out because of the variety of other dishes. A visit is always worth it!!!

We were looking for a quick and nice lunch and stopped here. The placement and the entire ordering process went very quickly. I shared the pizza with my companion. I was very pleased that this was served accordingly. The standard questions - did it taste good?, do you need anything else or would you like something for dessert? - were also asked in a friendly manner. It's a good place to stop off.

Great restaurant, great terrace to sit on. Pizza, gnocci and minestrone were all first class. We were there with the whole family and felt very comfortable.

I cannot comprehend the good reviews. The pizza is almost tasteless and seems to be done with a cookie cutter. For the price, it does not make sense. The service is nice but is so loud inside that is very annoying to have a normal conversation.

Really nice girls' evening with the live broadcast of the European Football Championship. ⚽️ We had the tagliatelle ai finferli, a ham artichoke pizza and risotto balls. Everything was very tasty and absolutely recommended! :)

Italian American diner with average food. Unfortunately, my high expectations due to the great rating were far exceeded. For a nice Italian dinner, there are definitely more authentic and delicious options in Hamburg.

We ordered pizza for delivery there for the first time through a delivery service. The pizzas were hot and super tasty. The delivery was very fast. Delicious, fresh Italian pizza! There's nothing wrong with that. We will definitely order here again or stop by locally.

The service was very courteous and very personable. My husband had the largest and tastiest pizza in Hamburg and I had a delicious eggplant casserole. We also had a crisp salad with fig dressing. Today we spontaneously decided to try out the Pizzeria Al Volo. We became aware of the restaurant through Instagram and the positive reviews piqued our interest. It was pleasantly empty at lunchtime, so we had plenty of seats to choose from. We were impressed by the ambience and cleanliness. The service was quick and friendly. Our food was served quickly and was generously portioned. We had pasta with scampi and tomatoes, which was very tasty and attractively presented. The staff was extremely accommodating and made our visit even more enjoyable. Conclusion: The Pizzeria Al Volo is absolutely recommended and we will definitely come back. See you soon!

We ordered online through Wolt. The food arrived very warm. To start we had three arancini. The price is completely justified. They were very tasty and large. They tasted a bit buttery, but otherwise great. For pizza we each had a Margherita. This was very large and the price is completely okay. Had a bit of basil on it. The pizza tasted nice and tomatoey and was just the right thickness. Unfortunately the edge was a bit rubbery. The tiramisu was large but a bit very dry. All in all, definitely recommended
