We ordered through Lieferando: The driver was very nice and arrived earlier than stated. The gyro was quite fatty (it's in the fat), but also very tasty. The taxi plate was tasty. The sausage could have been more flavorful. The meat was very tasty and juicy. We will order from here more often. Thanks for the delicious food!

As someone who has eaten at the Olympia Grill 🇬🇷 a few times due to his several years of accommodation in the LWL Clinic in Herten, I would like to share my impressions and thoughts about this cozy restaurant. The name “Olympia” has a deeper meaning that reminds us of the legendary sanctuary of Zeus in Elis in the Peloponnese, where the ancient Olympic Games were once held. 🏆🎖️ These games stood for values ​​such as friendship, solidarity and fair play. Even today, human rights, freedoms and values ​​are of great importance, as the landscape director of the LWL expressly emphasized in his statement on democracy. 📜🤝 However, I wonder whether politicians should encourage a discussion about a possible renaming of the Olympia Grill, because the legends of Greek mythology are often characterized by violence and other attacks. ⚔️ In a world where we want peace, tolerance and equal rights for all, we cannot ignore this aspect. 🌍🌈✌️ I'm not only happy that there are delicious souvlaki at the Olympia Grill, I'm also happy that in a democracy we can discuss 7️⃣5️⃣🌱♥️ about a possible renaming. I quote the landscape director of the LWL here: “Because our past without democracy must not be forgotten. Democracy cannot be taken for granted, we should not forget that. Democracy expects action. Democracy is a stage and not an audience.” By the way, “democracy” comes from the ancient Greek *δημοκρατία*, and democracy is just as delicious as gyros. I had dinner at your place yesterday and all I can say is: Whoever planned these tables has never talked to people. The shape of the table makes any conversation impossible! You either shout across the table or just talk to your immediate neighbor. You feel ignored. We came especially from Hanover so that we could have a nice evening with the people. YOU FAILED THE EVENING... . Absolutely bad construction. Food was okay, but what's the point if you feel like you're in an exam situation at individual workstations? Never again

Foil potatoes were great... but now my girlfriend and I had each ordered a liver plate.... Liver was like shoe soles tough and even tough... inedible... the edge was black and hard...
