A very, very good Burger King, where the staff is very friendly, nice and flexible. The food was fresh, tasty and, if you can say that, lovingly packaged. We'll definitely come back there!

The girl at the checkout did not want to give out a receipt, at first she deceived me, saying that the machine with receipts did not work, and then she said that it was not supposed to. This was very unpleasant, especially since McDonald's has a different policy.

You get sauces for the nuggets that you didn't order and when you tell them there is no other sauce

The food arrived quickly and met expectations. It's a shame McDonald's doesn't take sustainability seriously, especially since the update was three years ago. Otherwise, I would enjoy it much more.

Generell sehr gute Erfahrungen. Natürlich hat man ab und zu unerfahrene, neue Angestellte oder Wartezeiten entsprechend dem momentanen Andrang, aber ansonsten ist das Personal nett und die Bestellungen kommen zügig und vollständig. Wenn schon BK in Kaiserslautern, dann hier.
