Mc Drive! Sorry, I haven't experienced that in my almost 50 years 🤮. Big Tasty Bacon - Bun hasn't been on the grill? Bacon hard! Everything cold! The Mc Rib,..uff, a piece of onion, a piece of cucumber, not enough sauce and also cold! For that money...never again 😉. I'm not going to describe the Hamburger Royal Cheese...you can imagine. When is happening - right now.

This is not about the food or ambience, but solely about the team and every single employee at Mc Donalds Gera. My wife left her wallet with everything there on the bench at McDonald's. Of course, she didn't realize it until an hour later. At first I wasn't able to get in touch with McDonald's by phone. Eventually I managed to do it and lo and behold, the person on the other end of the line knew about the wallet. So I got back in the car and drove 40 km back to Gera. The end of the story... Everything was there, nobody knew who found the wallet and they didn't want a small "tip" for the team. Conclusion: For us the best people in the world at Mc Donalds Gera. The team and the customers anyway.

The restaurant was very busy, there was plenty of parking outside, but inside there was quite a crowd at the ordering terminals. From ordering to service to the table, everything went surprisingly quickly. I had a meal with McRib, fries and coke. Unfortunately, there was so much barbecue sauce in the burger that everything in the cardboard box was already squishy, ​​the bottom part of the bun was completely soaked and fell apart in your hands. Really bad! The fries were okay. If I had had to test the cola blindfolded, I wouldn't have tasted it as such. Very watery! Diluted? So I'm cured of eating fast food like that again for the next few weeks. Unfortunately.

MC Donald is just MC Donald. The shop on Siemensstrasse is an okay restaurant. However, the size of the burgers is a huge money-maker. Small as a biscuit and the patty dry. The fries are limp. The only good thing was the cola.

If you order Planet Base Nuggets you would think you would get them too, unfortunately none, so it would be better to go to the competition...

Was at the drive in today. Ordered breakfast via the app at 10:25 a.m. I was at the counter at 10:29 sharp and the employee said that this was no longer possible because breakfast was only available until 10:30 a.m. Huh, why? After long discussions, I drove on without my breakfast. Unfortunately that wasn't possible because there was a car in front of me. I had to wait a whopping 25 minutes! That's not possible, there is definitely a need for action! There wasn't even an apology. Thanks for nothing!

I recently went to McDonald's in Gera and had a fantastic experience. The branch is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which made my visit very pleasant. The food was fresh and tasty, just as you would expect from McDonald's. I was particularly impressed by the quick service, despite the many customers in the restaurant. My favorite dish, the Big Mac, was cooked perfectly and the fries were crispy and hot. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also inviting and cozy. There is plenty of seating and the area is well organized. The digital ordering terminals are user-friendly and significantly speed up the ordering process. Overall, a great place for a quick and tasty meal. I will definitely be back and recommend this McDonald's location to anyone who is nearby!

Food okay. Service simply goes between your legs if you want to eat in peace. Chairs are pushed back and forth. More cleanliness would be good.

Attention to all drivers: put a parking disc in your car! Here people go through radically - even after 11 p.m. - and charge €25 for 10 minutes in the parking lot without a parking disc. There are no residential buildings in the area, so I cannot imagine residents misusing the parking space. In my opinion this really doesn't speak well for the service and should be reconsidered. The food is great, the staff is nice, I always enjoy eating here.

If you want to get something to eat here, you should think twice. The dishes took ages to prepare, even though there were hardly any customers in the shop. Everything was messed up. The employee who prepared the coffee kept saying that she didn't know which customer owned what and that she didn't care. Soooo. I ordered a package of sour cream sauce today around 7:53 p.m. local time and wanted it delivered to table 24. This was paid for via Paypal. After 20 minutes I still haven't received my sauce. Imagine if I needed the sauce for my nuggets...they would be cold and disgusting after 20 minutes. For this reason I would like to make an official complaint here. For larger orders, you should check that nothing has been forgotten. That just happens every now and then. It's a shame that you can't really get to the store from the city unless you have a car. Maybe a new one will come to the city center :) Food is no different than anywhere else, service stressed but friendly.

Absolute rip-off in the parking lot. €25 for a forgotten parking disc with 35 minutes of parking and €40 for a purchase at McDonald's. We came from another part of the city and were invited to dinner by an acquaintance. The restaurant is 9 km away. There's nothing near the restaurant that would make you want to linger there, so anyone who parks there is obviously eating consciously. We certainly won't be visiting any of their restaurants again. There are many very good restaurants in the city that we'd much rather spend our money on, and then at least it's going to a good place! Never step into a McDonald's store again!

Länger bestehendes Personal ist top und da fehlt eigentlich dann am Ende auch nichts.... Bei den neueren fehlen oft Produkte was sehr ärgerlich ist!!! Man muss mittlerweile immer kontrollieren! Weswegen ich aber auch schreibe..... Führt endlich wieder die Kirschtasche ein..... Die schmeckt wenigstens!!!!
