This Burger King is ideally located on the B92 in southern Gera. Taste is subjective, even at fast-food chains, but I've always preferred the burgers at this one, not just because of the beef, but also because of the buns. Service is always quick here in Gera, and the staff has always been friendly.

Best place ever! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 I don't understand all the complaints because the food is always quick and always delicious, warm or even hot, the staff are all nice people, everything is top-notch.

I ordered at around 8:30 p.m. and saw on the app that my order had been sent out (handed over to the courier) after about 10 minutes. I ordered using the Burger King app. The courier had been out for 30 minutes with the order and brought it up to me unpacked. The food arrived cold. It's a disgrace. I paid almost €20 and the service was so disgusting. I also ordered a Bacon King meal with large fries. Honestly, what's the point? They were small fries, and then the burgers looked like shit. Hey guys, are you even trying anymore, or do you just see the money?

One of the worst BürgerKing restaurants I've ever been to. The German employees are unfriendly and can't even say hello... not to mention their unclean appearance. The takeout food was cold, and the bag, of course, came with no napkins. Counting to 6 also seems to have been difficult.

Tables were dirty, the tablet station was completely littered, the wrong bill was given to the citizens, and after a complaint, no compensation was received. Customers waiting for the employees to go and smoke. Kids were disappointed; they're not used to that kind of Burger King. Never again in Gera.

Food was decent, atmosphere and service a bit lacking. Overall a pleasant experience though.

Fresh is something else entirely, and excessive friendliness didn't go over well. Two burgers within 30 seconds, quickly warmed up in the microwave? Sorry, never again.

And screwed up again... waited over 30 minutes for the food because something was forgotten again. The food just sat on the counter until the forgotten item was ready. Of course, it was cold by then. We didn't accept it like that, and the staff yelled at us for being understaffed. Unbelievable.

Well, it's just fast food. The food is of the expected quality. Every five or six years, I let myself be persuaded to go to one of these calorie-recording stations. It reminds me how important good food is. So as not to offend anyone, I'm speaking generally for all fast food chains. To avoid damaging my phone's camera, I refrained from taking photos. In my opinion, the food there is completely overpriced. Two sandwiches at the gas station are a better choice for me, and cheaper too.

I'd love to give it 0 stars... something was missing again, this time one burger wasn't enough... and that was on the premises! The last time we ordered delivery, two things were missing. The same thing happened every time! It was the last time we ate anything from there! I wonder if the staff can't read properly??? Are you still getting ripped off here?

Price and performance do not match

Of course, Burger King is a chain. You can't expect much more there. You get what you order. Even special requests (in my case, extra onions) are accommodated. The staff are friendly and very quick. The food, yeah... It's just a quick burger, but pretty decent. The place looks like it did in the 90s, but it's clean and well-maintained. It just didn't suit my personal taste, but that's subjective. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Lower the prices a bit, and I'll definitely stop by here and there during my lunch break, but 4.49 for a double cheeseburger is just too much. Otherwise, a clear recommendation. It's okay to do it every now and then.

The food isn't the worst, but some of the cashiers are very rude and insensitive. And it's not very nice to see them behaving this way when you're taking an order. There are no ordering terminals, which is especially bad.

I just wanted to get an ice cream in the morning, an ice cream with Smarties, the undertakers were very cheeky to me and didn't even give me the right ice cream, I was given ice cream with chocolate, not that it didn't taste good but I found it very arrogant to just give me something else without saying anything

A very relaxed place to eat. The food isn't bad, and it's not healthy, but it's okay. The service is okay, but the ambiance could definitely be improved. I can't really say if it was worth it, but it's okay, you can go there 😉

I went to Burger King for the first time in a year. But it didn't really blow me away. The restroom smelled a bit like a GDR train station bathroom, and the service was okay but not great.

Restroom, see photo. 🤮🤢 No further comments. Unfortunately, the store looks just like the restroom. Dirty floor. Tables not wiped clean. Lukewarm food. Oh well. No need to go there anymore.

I have to say, I haven't seen such a dirty fast-food restaurant in a long time. The toilets are downright dirty and smell strongly of urine. The food was okay, but none of the surrounding tables were clean. No one bothered to remove leftover food. When we asked if an employee could wipe our table because it was extremely greasy, we were told not to make such a fuss; we could eat somewhere else! Very good customer service, I must say. For my partner and I, this was the last time we spent our money here!

I ordered online and had it delivered. Only one burger was missing (as is standard practice at Burger King Gera...), no big deal. But the manager's unfriendliness was a real thunderstorm! I can't speak for myself! In my opinion, the manager should swap jobs with the restroom attendant!

Simply great! The team at Burger King is always super friendly, quick and accommodating - you really feel welcome. The burgers are perfectly prepared, fresh and really tasty, and the fries? Crispy to the point. The store is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant - you can tell that customer service is still very important here. For me the best Burger King far and wide! Absolute recommendation – 5 stars are almost not enough

Absolutely disappointing, this BK has seen me for the last time. When I place an order, I expect that I will get what I order. Since the control screen for customers at my checkout didn't work and the printout of the receipt was barely legible, it wasn't until I got home that I realized that I had received a "Big King XXL" instead of the clearly articulated "Bacon King". With difficulty, I was able to decipher from the receipt that the employee at the checkout had sold me the wrong burger. I don't understand where the "XXL" appears in the "Bacon King" so that this could be confused. The fake burger had onions and was therefore inedible for me.

I will never visit this Burger King again. We've had several bad experiences. From missing food when ordering to slow delivery times to inedible food. That's why we'll never go back. It's a shame, because the restaurant is better at other locations.

Feedback on the delivery service: Drives badly, cuts when overtaking, drives 70 where there are only 50. I would be happy to pass on the license plate number, location and time.

The shop is becoming more and more dilapidated. Went there today and had to walk over a huge puddle right next to the counter. Something had leaked. No one took it away from the staff. Then I looked back into the kitchen. You can see it from the front. An employee was “cleaning” and it looked like this: she tipped a bucket of dishwashing water onto the floor and then mopped up the mess with a kind of broom. All this while the burgers were being prepared. Nothing is done outside either. The lighting is partly defective etc.pp. This has become a really cool place.

I recently visited Burger King and unfortunately I have to say that my visit was not entirely satisfactory. The service left a lot to be desired, as the staff seemed rather listless and didn't seem really motivated to help the guests. It would have been really nice if you could order from a display to reduce the waiting time and make ordering easier. The food was OK, but the entire experience was marred by poor service. I hope this improves in the future because I like Burger King's burgers!

I haven't eaten such bad food in a long time. I was surprised that the food at the MC drive was ready in a few seconds. The disappointment then followed when we ate it at home. Even my son, who is a fast food fan, didn't eat his burgers. It had all been ready for hours, so it was really old and completely tasteless. I can't recommend this to anyone. The shop was also completely empty, now I know why.

Ordered double cheeseburger and mentioned several times that it should be without mustard and without vegetables. Despite this, this was made with vegetables. When we went back to the counter and asked for a completely new one (1. not touched), the colleague took the Burger Kratz half down and served the vegetables to us again. Service? None! I've been standing in front of the counter for 10 minutes, the restaurant is empty, 1 car in the drive-in, it's 10:10 p.m. There are 6 employees, but placing an order is not possible. The employees chat animatedly and joke around, you are basically ignored and left standing. Customer service is 0!!!!! This isn't the first time you've been left standing like that!! Better to go to McDonald's!

The staff is completely overwhelmed and you can say that. It has to do with the fact that many people are overwhelmed with the German language and don't speak it well and understand it even less. Sometimes they give out something that is wrong and what they ordered. When you try to clarify it, they deny it.

The meat was simply raw. I also ordered ketchup and mayo, of course they weren't even served. The driver never comes up 1 floor and unfortunately I threw away all the food every time. Last order never again, you don't even deserve 1 star

Burger King is slowly giving McDonald's a run for its money. The fries are always very well salted. They always forget it at McDonald's. The hamburgers are not too dry, that's exactly how it should be.

So firstly there was a hair on my burger, secondly I got the wrong burger twice and 3rd they can't apologize for such actions either. (I wanted to go to Mecces before, but thought a Burger King would be better -> was disappointed)
