I went to Burger King for the first time in a year. But it didn't really blow me away. The restroom smelled a bit like a GDR train station bathroom, and the service was okay but not great.

Restroom, see photo. 🤮🤢 No further comments. Unfortunately, the store looks just like the restroom. Dirty floor. Tables not wiped clean. Lukewarm food. Oh well. No need to go there anymore.

Food was good, as usual, but something was always missing and the wait was really long.

I have to say, I haven't seen such a dirty fast-food restaurant in a long time. The toilets are downright dirty and smell strongly of urine. The food was okay, but none of the surrounding tables were clean. No one bothered to remove leftover food. When we asked if an employee could wipe our table because it was extremely greasy, we were told not to make such a fuss; we could eat somewhere else! Very good customer service, I must say. For my partner and I, this was the last time we spent our money here!

I ordered online and had it delivered. Only one burger was missing (as is standard practice at Burger King Gera...), no big deal. But the manager's unfriendliness was a real thunderstorm! I can't speak for myself! In my opinion, the manager should swap jobs with the restroom attendant!

I've never seen a restaurant like this before. Hygiene is not standard among the service staff! Very disappointed! That's not standard for BK!

Simply great! The team at Burger King is always super friendly, quick and accommodating - you really feel welcome. The burgers are perfectly prepared, fresh and really tasty, and the fries? Crispy to the point. The store is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant - you can tell that customer service is still very important here. For me the best Burger King far and wide! Absolute recommendation – 5 stars are almost not enough

Absolutely disappointing, this BK has seen me for the last time. When I place an order, I expect that I will get what I order. Since the control screen for customers at my checkout didn't work and the printout of the receipt was barely legible, it wasn't until I got home that I realized that I had received a "Big King XXL" instead of the clearly articulated "Bacon King". With difficulty, I was able to decipher from the receipt that the employee at the checkout had sold me the wrong burger. I don't understand where the "XXL" appears in the "Bacon King" so that this could be confused. The fake burger had onions and was therefore inedible for me.

Lettuce on the burger is already brown and no longer tasty, yuck

I will never visit this Burger King again. We've had several bad experiences. From missing food when ordering to slow delivery times to inedible food. That's why we'll never go back. It's a shame, because the restaurant is better at other locations.

Feedback on the delivery service: Drives badly, cuts when overtaking, drives 70 where there are only 50. I would be happy to pass on the license plate number, location and time.

Unfortunately, there were still tablets with leftovers from the previous one on the tables everywhere. The cleanliness in the restaurant could also be improved.

The shop is becoming more and more dilapidated. Went there today and had to walk over a huge puddle right next to the counter. Something had leaked. No one took it away from the staff. Then I looked back into the kitchen. You can see it from the front. An employee was “cleaning” and it looked like this: she tipped a bucket of dishwashing water onto the floor and then mopped up the mess with a kind of broom. All this while the burgers were being prepared. Nothing is done outside either. The lighting is partly defective etc.pp. This has become a really cool place.

I recently visited Burger King and unfortunately I have to say that my visit was not entirely satisfactory. The service left a lot to be desired, as the staff seemed rather listless and didn't seem really motivated to help the guests. It would have been really nice if you could order from a display to reduce the waiting time and make ordering easier. The food was OK, but the entire experience was marred by poor service. I hope this improves in the future because I like Burger King's burgers!

I haven't eaten such bad food in a long time. I was surprised that the food at the MC drive was ready in a few seconds. The disappointment then followed when we ate it at home. Even my son, who is a fast food fan, didn't eat his burgers. It had all been ready for hours, so it was really old and completely tasteless. I can't recommend this to anyone. The shop was also completely empty, now I know why.

Ordered double cheeseburger and mentioned several times that it should be without mustard and without vegetables. Despite this, this was made with vegetables. When we went back to the counter and asked for a completely new one (1. not touched), the colleague took the Burger Kratz half down and served the vegetables to us again. In the meantime, while we were collecting and preparing food, we obviously didn't think about washing our hands. Awesome €4.29 for a burger that we can't eat now because of allergies. Employees only half listen or not at all. Instead of running to each other with your concerns, people shout across the store. You don't feel welcome here as a guest.

Service? None! I've been standing in front of the counter for 10 minutes, the restaurant is empty, 1 car in the drive-in, it's 10:10 p.m. There are 6 employees, but placing an order is not possible. The employees chat animatedly and joke around, you are basically ignored and left standing. Customer service is 0!!!!! This isn't the first time you've been left standing like that!! Better to go to McDonald's!

The staff is completely overwhelmed and you can say that. It has to do with the fact that many people are overwhelmed with the German language and don't speak it well and understand it even less. Sometimes they give out something that is wrong and what they ordered. When you try to clarify it, they deny it.

The meat was simply raw. I also ordered ketchup and mayo, of course they weren't even served. The driver never comes up 1 floor and unfortunately I threw away all the food every time. Last order never again, you don't even deserve 1 star

Burger King is slowly giving McDonald's a run for its money. The fries are always very well salted. They always forget it at McDonald's. The hamburgers are not too dry, that's exactly how it should be.

Staff is trying hard, but still needs to learn

Bad sauce (was sour), fries and chili cheese nuggets just tasted disgusting.. even if it was in the evening, you could just change the fat.. I don't even want to talk about what the deep fryers and the shop looked like. And that was the THIRD TIME that this happened to me. Never again! 40€ wasted and I couldn't eat anything 🤷🏻‍♀️

So firstly there was a hair on my burger, secondly I got the wrong burger twice and 3rd they can't apologize for such actions either. (I wanted to go to Mecces before, but thought a Burger King would be better -> was disappointed)

Very bad. Was there on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. After what felt like 20 minutes you still hadn't been served and when you asked if you were still being served you were told there were only two of us. A bit pathetic, I would say. My conclusion: McDonald's does it better, sorry, although I like to eat at Burger King, but from now on I won't eat in this branch anymore.

Food is lukewarm, so not freshly prepared... bland and soggy. An absolute emergency solution, or only for those who do not have the gift of cooking at home. The staff is friendly. The food wasn't fresh, nuggets were just soggy. Long waiting times, staff in the background are more concerned with chatting than with customer service. Never again.

The food could be better; You often have the feeling that you are getting the leftovers from the warming counter. You are served relatively quickly, but you often have to stand for at least 5-10 minutes before you even get your food. I somehow miss the 'almost' part of the whole thing. But the biggest problem for me is order: whenever I want to eat something there, I see dirty tables and overflowing trays. You're more likely to lose your hunger than you get it.

The employees are really very friendly and you could tell that they had fun at work. The food took less than 4 minutes and was really hot. As always, it tasted great. Gladly again

I will never enter the store again. After my son and I ate there, we had terrible gastrointestinal problems. After several phone calls, I was at least reimbursed for the so-called food. As I have learned from others, we are not an isolated case. There are hygiene regulations, but nobody seems to care. This is really disgusting, I can't say it any other way.

From 12.00 to 12.43 there were 2 people waiting in front of me and three people had already ordered. Very poor service with only one person at the checkout at the main time. Sorry but shame on you is not the first time in these and last years. Please more staff in the issuing area and fewer people standing outside during breaks smoking and seeing the crowd

In a pinch and with your eyes closed, it's ok. 90% of employees do not include napkins with food ordered at the drive-thru - This should be standard!

Das Essen schmeckt nicht gut , mein Mann hatte Hähnchen Fleisch mit Knorpel , hat die Hälfte wegwerfen müssen , meine Burger waren kalt , dann wurden anstatt 6 Nuggets nur 4 geliefert, ein Burger komplett vergessen wurden , Lieferung 1h .. wir bestellen da nie wieder !!!!

War heute zum Mittagessen da wurde sehr freundlich von einem Mann mit Bart bedient. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber es ging alles sehr schnell Bürger und Pommes haben sehr gut geschmeckt die Pommes waren heißt und kross. Mir wurde ein guten Appetit gewünscht. Komme gerne wieder

Drive in muss man min 10min einplanen habe auch schon fast 20min warten müssen für 4 bürger sowas find ich nicht in Ordnung

Bin immer wieder gern dort und nutze auch den Lieferdienst. Je nachdem wohin geliefert wird dauert es entsprechend. Nach Bieblach-Ost 2h. Zum Essen kann ich nicht viel sagen da ich immer nur den Chili-Cheese Burger bestelle. Was ich sehr schade finde, es gibt die leckere Käsesoße nicht mehr! Die Bedienung ist immer freundlich zu mir und bringt auch behinderten Menschen die Bestellung an den Tisch.

King Fusio Kit Kat is kein Fusion das is einfach nur Eis und ein Löffel zerkleinertes Kit Kat drauf und nich verquirlt also benennt das mal um ansonstn Naja alle recht gemütlich unterwegs und man wartet ein stück auf sein Essen

So wie meine Friten waren hatten siesie auch nicht ins Öl tuen brauche so Blas wie sie waren

Ständig überfordertes Personal, ständig elend lange schlangen. Sauber gemacht wird scheinbar so gut wie nie, geschweige denn Tische abgewischt. Dort zu essen ist mittlerweile so ziemlich unmöglich geworden. War mal deutlich besser und angenehmer. Schade.

Als ich heute Abend mit vier weiteren Leuten ein leichtes Hungergefühl verspürte. Waren wir entschlossen Essen zu bestellen. Nun tippen wir fünf jungen Leute verschiedenste Waren aus der Speisekarte des Unternehmens Burger King, flink in unseren Warenkorb. Die angegebene Lieferzeit betrug 60 min. Als das Burger King Fahrzeug sich nach 30 min bereits in Sichtweite befand, war das Erfreuen groß. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter in jungen Alter übergab uns die bestellte Ware. Rundum war es ein gutes Essen und ein großartiger Service. Könnte gerne so in Zukunft immer umgesetzt werden. Vor dem heutigen Abend haben wir Leute schon häufig negative Erlebnisse mit dem Unternehmen gehabt. Euer Ingo
