Very expensive and cold food. Online ordering is not possible, you have to order the food on site at the terminal. It doesn't make it any faster either. Cola from the self-service machine. A visit there is not worth the money!

Unfortunately I can't recommend this Burger King at all, the Zweibelrings are old and cold, and unfortunately the rest is too...the team is completely unmotivated. We were passing through and were looking forward to the Burger King. But this isn't a recommendation at all :(

Do the Coca Cola vending machines have self-dispensing drinks (Favs.: Fanta with Peach is quite tasty, Sprite + Peach, or Powerade with Raspberry)

The staff was trying to keep the restaurant clean. They have many drink choices, even with different flavors. There are plenty of tables and parking outside.

Subterranean. I paid for a meal with large fries and a large Coke, and got a maximum of 0.3 liters of Coke and a half-full bag of small fries. You won't see me here again.

Clean and tidy. The Burger King deserves the king.

Superior to other renowned Fast Foods. The burgers are excellent and the new Mystery Burger idea is captivating. 3.9 euros for a sandwich is truly a gift.

We ordered churros with pistachios twice. They aren't even able to supply the pistachio cream, it's just a flop.

The only thing I recommend buying is the Xtra Long chilli cheese, always hot and delicious, the rest always depends on how often the burger was bought, the onions were ancient. (Edited)=bk now gets 1 star because they made the 2 Xtra Long Chili Cheese expensive and removed the 2 for 13.99. I don't eat there anymore

Efficient and fast service. Helpful and smiling staff. It's a notch more expensive than its direct-to-consumer competitor, but the meat actually tastes like meat, unlike the direct-to-consumer competitor.

Customers are knowingly being ripped off here and burgers are being left out on purpose. The whole thing has a system. I will contact consumer protection and inform Burger King. I will no longer accept this scam.

I've been visiting the restaurant here occasionally since day one. Several times I overlooked incorrect or incomplete orders. Today this branch cheated me again and definitely for the last time after almost 20 years. I ordered two menus. In the large menu, instead of two Whoppers, there was only one! And that for 12 euros. I only noticed this when I got home. When I called the number on the receipt, there was only an announcement saying that online orders were not possible here. I also couldn't log in using the feedback on the receipt. Today you cheated on me for the last time. I would love to throw the entire order at your yard. But it would affect the wrong people. The conditions were super friendly, but the service and another incorrect edition were the deciding factor in not eating here anymore, even with the children. Lazy excuses no longer apply. So folks, if you're looking for diarrhea and an offer: pay two, get one, you've come to the right place.

Unfortunately, I have often noticed that food is left out longer than is good. E.g. Ordered the flame wings last, 15 pieces, but they were almost completely cold. They certainly didn't come out of the deep fryer recently, and they were also small and wrinkled, looking more like they had been lying around for a long time. We need to work on quality management here. Too bad for the money.

Unfortunately we weren't that enthusiastic. Something went wrong when ordering for 6 adults and 2 children. The preparation was done by 3 different employees, I guess that was why. We did get a replacement but unfortunately the rest was cold. But we didn't want to complain again. Conclusion: It is best to divide larger orders into individual ones.

Dirty. There is trash everywhere. The tray carts were overflowing so that trays were simply left lying on the tables. No one put it away in 30 minutes! Food usual BK standard. Vegetarian offer much better than at McDonalds!

Visited again after a long break and was not disappointed. Burgers hard and cold, chili cheese nuggets the same, fries were just about edible. And if you go to the specialist staff to clarify that you would like to get fresh goods for your money, you will be insulted. Conclusion . Do it yourself 👍🏻

Air conditioning system is running too hard!

Super big, tastes better than McDonalds. Especially compared to other Burger King's, you can get refills here and have different flavors of drinks.

God, I did it again. Fast food traditional. Coke machine empty... fries OK, burger just OK because the tomatoes were way too cold and the cheese didn't melt at all. No... it never has to be.

Food poisoning ✓ Burgers lie for a very long time ✓ was only there today even though I already got food poisoning... there were a lot of burgers already lying around, I observed it and one long chicken, for example, was just lying there for more than 25 minutes and when I asked how long it had been there There was no answer. Unfortunately, fries, nuggets and the burger had to be swapped. Cold fries. Nuggets were rock hard and very thin. Burger unfortunately forgot the special request. It was freezing cold in the restaurant due to the ventilation, according to the employee it had been changed but it was still cold. The employees solved the complaint in an exemplary manner and were very friendly!!!! But unfortunately it wasn't the first time with the Nuggets. We should get to the bottom of why this is! Otherwise the restaurant was clean and tidy, toilets are always clean too! Thumbs up there!

At 9:45 p.m. you can no longer eat in the restaurant, but only take away. Really closes the shop and it's good.

Everything was perfect, but the air conditioning and ventilation were set very cold. That's no longer necessary at this time of year 😕

You pay almost 30 euros not to be able to eat at home. Danish Chicken menu ordered 2 times plus 1 Danish Chicken extra. All with extra cheese so I paid on top. I don't eat dark meat. So far so good, arrived home and had 3 standard burgers without cheese. Called and was pushed away the whole time. Burger King is abolishing itself. This isn't the first time that's why 1 point.

Went to this branch on October 31st. It was just after 9:30 p.m. The order was placed on the orderman. It already said takeaway only. It took 10 minutes for the order to be ready. When we asked at 9:45 p.m. whether we could still eat here, the answer was: If we manage to be ready by 10 p.m., as we close at 10 p.m. The lights were turned off at 10:03 p.m. The shift leader was also very unfriendly and looked grim the whole time and you could tell he wasn't in the mood. In my opinion, he unfortunately missed his job. From now on we will avoid this bk the food didn't taste good and was almost cold.

Burger King is downsizing, and more and more. Twenty years ago, it was something special, everything had a delicious grilled taste, now they are following the competition, with moderate success, I got 2 big kings that were freshly topped, but cold. And cold nuggets? And it doesn't taste cold at all!

There is absolutely NOTHING that can beat a Whopper. Mega tasty, to lie in. Very friendly staff.

A normal Burger King. Up until now everything has always been fine for me and the waiting time in the drive-in is also normal. But since I'm a McDonald's goer, I rarely go here. 😁

Got my food super quickly. Everything worked out. Unfortunately, churros were very sticky. But otherwise everything else was very tasty.

The employees are extremely rude. The food is OK.

If you order something shortly before closing time, you won't be able to finish eating. We were simply thrown out. Many people were shocked and angry. And that's what we get for our money.

So they gave me the wrong burger today, but the complaint was answered very quickly and I got a new one. Of course I think it's a shame that they probably had to throw away the old burger, but there's nothing you can do about it. Are the hygiene regulations. The worst Burger King I've ever been to. Staff understands very, very little German. No air conditioning, so you save money. It was 36 degrees outside.

Well, a Burger King. Unmotivated employees and standard fast food. Neither great nor bad.

Unfortunately, when you pick it up at the drive-thru, something is often missing or there is something wrong in it - even if the order is small/clear. So it's always best to check everything on site immediately. After all, if there is a complaint, rectification is not a problem.

Drive-thru as always, not the fastest but I'm completely satisfied. I've never received a wrong order and never had to wait too long.

We drove there for half an hour only for the ice cream machine to break again

Paid for 2 cheeseburgers, only received one, unfortunately noticed too late due to the drive thru... to make matters worse, the cheeseburger was cold and dry. Cola had no carbon dioxide and tasted stale. A pity… At least the man at the counter was nice.

Again and again I get the chili cheese fries instead of cheese onion fries. I can't eat spicy food at all. Then I can only eat half of my fries that are without spicy cheese. Once I had spicy cheese with onions. They probably realized halfway through the preparation that I had actually ordered something different. But it was still spicy! Very annoying every time.

CrispyChicken only gets bread without meat. When I complained the next time they didn't even believe me... I often order cola and get the disgusting mezomix. You ask someone for ketchup or mayo and you don't get any of it...

I order the normal ice cream with lion and caramel as it is offered on the touchscreen and it is handed out without caramel sauce. When asked, they complained and said they were wrong. Cashiers should be friendlier. And there should be a smile or a “have a nice day.”

My Bacon King was very tasty here. The bacon was crispy, which it isn't always. TOP UPDATE: I've been to this BK several times now and the quality has even improved. It tastes fresh and everything is always hot... the service and cleanliness here have also improved again.

The employee today treated me disrespectfully and got annoyed because I didn't pick up my food in a second, she didn't tell me what number it was! Otherwise it's pretty nice there.

It's just one of the worst BK restaurants. Burgers are carelessly slapped onto paper, tables are stuck, terminals are stuck, staff seem as if they don't feel like it. But the Flamed Wings are just awesome.

Parking available within walking distance for a fee. Payment possible by card or cash. Staff friendly. Modern design. Depending on the time of day, you can expect a longer waiting time. Toilets in the basement.

It's been a long time since I've been to Burger King because we're still mourning the King Wings... Now, as mentioned, for the first time in a long time we wanted to make a new attempt. What can I say Burger King has developed for the better. The burgers were really very tasty and fresh and the fact that you can refill your drinks for free makes it even more interesting to prefer this fast food chain! In addition, the store was very clean. There was always an employee running around and checking that everything was in order!! Many people can take a lesson from this!! From now on only Burger King!

You order food and are not told that you have to leave at 10 p.m. I was in the middle of eating and they simply turned off the light. The burgers were topped as if someone had done a suplex city on them. The employees became really unfriendly and impolite when I asked if I could finish eating in another 2 minutes. Preferably 0 stars but unfortunately not possible. NEVER AGAIN BABA I SWEAR AGAIN!!!

Were on the drive. Everything was fine. Went pretty quickly. Never had any “problems” with fake burgers!!!

Unfortunately it has nothing to do with fast food. If you're in a hurry you shouldn't come here. There were 15 orders outstanding in the restaurant... an order was completed about every 4 minutes.

Modern eingerichteter, gut gelegener Burger King. Leider waren die Pommes nur lauwarm.

Bei meiner Bestellung hat die Mitarbeiterin verstörend und unwissend gewirkt. Ich weiß warum ich solche Schnell Restaurant sehr meide! Ich kauf die vergammelten Speisen zu Überhöhten Preisen nur wegen mein Patenkind.

Selten zwei unfähige Personen an der Bedienung gesehen wie die. Essen kalt und der ganze Laden ist dreckig. Ob die 2 ihren Namen schreiben können bezweifele ich sehr

Leider nicht zu empfehlen! Wir waren mittlerweile öfters dort. Meistens beim Drive In, und zu 50% hat die Bestellung nicht gepasst. Es fehlten entweder Burger oder waren die falschen Burger. Wir gehen dort nie wieder hin!
