The double cheeseburger and chicken burger were honestly cold; they just threw the ingredients in. The cheese wasn't even lukewarm; it didn't even have time to melt a little in the middle. Very disappointing.

I had a kebab-style chicken meal on October 20, 2025. A large breaded chicken piece in the middle, dry and with a hard, dark coating. Then a few kebab pieces around it fell out when I lifted them, along with the cucumber and tomato, because they were much lower than the chicken piece and had no support. Zero flavor. €14 for that. Once, never again. And it has nothing to do with kebab.

Unfortunately a little noisy, but otherwise everything was clean and good. The food was as usual.

Ordered Crispy Chicken with fries and onion rings at BK. The chicken burger was lukewarm, the fries weren't crispy and were also lukewarm, and the onion rings were soggy and inedible and came without any dip. I won't be seeing that BK restaurant again!!!

The order wasn't processed correctly. This has happened to me several times here.

The restaurant is clean, and the food is average compared to other Burger King locations. It's a bit of a shame and inconvenient that you can only order from the vending machine and no longer at the counter. One advantage over other locations is that you can get unlimited refills on your drink here.

Much too crowded, much too loud in the restaurant, staff massively overwhelmed, I wait over 15 minutes for my food, this has nothing to do with "fast food", it calls itself fast food but here it fails because of the "fast" therefore only 2 stars, the food is top

Very friendly staff and amazing food as always!

The only thing I recommend buying is the Xtra Long chili cheese, it's always hot and tasty. The rest depends on how often the burger has been bought. The onions were ancient. Realistically speaking, 3 stars, otherwise the prices have become extreme. I can eat straight away at the restaurant and not have to shovel rubbish into my mouth.

Unfortunately, the crispy chicken didn't taste very good. It was very dry. The large fries were a disgrace... see photo.

The branch is clean and tidy. Service is prompt and good.

Ordering plant-based takeout and then unwrapping the fake burger with bacon, meat, and cheese. A no-go.

It has nothing to do with cooking. You have to earn points with kindness. Don't they realize how bad everything has become here? Don't the stores get monitored? The woman working the drive-thru on September 2 didn't understand anything. Everything was wrong. What annoys me more, though, is the fact that I order large fries and, despite my repeated requests, I get something resembling fries. That was the same last time. But it was a different one. A huge mess. Is that a large portion of fries? I ordered 5 menus and none of them were right. Great! Keep it up? Germany Service 2025!

No matter how many times we went over, we couldn't eat. They were either renovating or they were closed. So, in a city, the Burger King is supposed to be open at least until midnight. Even in a village, it's open later.

The kitchen made a mistake with our order. I thank Madame Kaur for her professionalism and kindness; that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. I didn't find the rest of the staff very friendly.

A good Burger King, but I bought a King Fusion with Smarties, and sorry, but do you want to speed up people's deaths? Who would put what feels like 10 packs of Smarties into an ice cream? I'm not really particular about that, but this was 1/4 ice cream and only Smarties. I wanted a King Fusion, not diabetes.

Actually, no stars! The staff were so rude and the food was cold. Ordered takeaway and half of it was missing! One visit and never again!

Arrived Saturday evening around 9:45 p.m. Placed our order on the ordering system, and when we checked out, we were told that the restaurant closed at 10:00 p.m. 😡😡 Strangely, the online opening hours are listed as 1:00 a.m. What a shame, especially on a Saturday evening.

It's actually quite good. However, people are walking through the drive-thru, between cars, and ordering on foot. Very dangerous.

Unfortunately, the food here is not impressive, the food did not entirely match what we ordered, and the fries were old and warm, not hot, and were broken and burnt, looking like waste from the bottom of the fryer.

I was there yesterday and had mixed impressions. The food was okay – the Whopper had fresh toppings, the meat was well grilled, and the fries were nice and hot and crispy. The taste was really solid, as you'd expect. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired: the wait time was unusually long, even though it was barely busy. Furthermore, the counter wasn't particularly clean, and there were trays left on the tables from previous guests. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but they were rather lackadaisical. The vending machines worked perfectly, but the restrooms weren't in particularly good condition. Overall, it's okay if you get hungry quickly – but with a little more attention to service and cleanliness, it could have been much better.

Actually pretty good but I think McDonald's is better because their chicken nuggets are better.

Typical Burger King. Friendly staff and classicel dinner. I found it really clean and service was fast. Enjoy!

Very expensive and cold food. Online ordering is not possible, you have to order the food on site at the terminal. It doesn't make it any faster either. Cola from the self-service machine. A visit there is not worth the money!

Unfortunately I can't recommend this Burger King at all, the Zweibelrings are old and cold, and unfortunately the rest is too...the team is completely unmotivated. We were passing through and were looking forward to the Burger King. But this isn't a recommendation at all :(

Do the Coca Cola vending machines have self-dispensing drinks (Favs.: Fanta with Peach is quite tasty, Sprite + Peach, or Powerade with Raspberry)

The staff was trying to keep the restaurant clean. They have many drink choices, even with different flavors. There are plenty of tables and parking outside.

Subterranean. I paid for a meal with large fries and a large Coke, and got a maximum of 0.3 liters of Coke and a half-full bag of small fries. You won't see me here again.

Clean and tidy. The Burger King deserves the king.

Superior to other renowned Fast Foods. The burgers are excellent and the new Mystery Burger idea is captivating. 3.9 euros for a sandwich is truly a gift.

We ordered churros with pistachios twice. They aren't even able to supply the pistachio cream, it's just a flop.

Efficient and fast service. Helpful and smiling staff. It's a notch more expensive than its direct-to-consumer competitor, but the meat actually tastes like meat, unlike the direct-to-consumer competitor.

Customers are knowingly being ripped off here and burgers are being left out on purpose. The whole thing has a system. I will contact consumer protection and inform Burger King. I will no longer accept this scam.

I've been visiting the restaurant here occasionally since day one. Several times I overlooked incorrect or incomplete orders. Today this branch cheated me again and definitely for the last time after almost 20 years. I ordered two menus. In the large menu, instead of two Whoppers, there was only one! And that for 12 euros. I only noticed this when I got home. When I called the number on the receipt, there was only an announcement saying that online orders were not possible here. I also couldn't log in using the feedback on the receipt. Today you cheated on me for the last time. I would love to throw the entire order at your yard. But it would affect the wrong people. The conditions were super friendly, but the service and another incorrect edition were the deciding factor in not eating here anymore, even with the children. Lazy excuses no longer apply. So folks, if you're looking for diarrhea and an offer: pay two, get one, you've come to the right place.

Unfortunately, I have often noticed that food is left out longer than is good. E.g. Ordered the flame wings last, 15 pieces, but they were almost completely cold. They certainly didn't come out of the deep fryer recently, and they were also small and wrinkled, looking more like they had been lying around for a long time. We need to work on quality management here. Too bad for the money.

Unfortunately we weren't that enthusiastic. Something went wrong when ordering for 6 adults and 2 children. The preparation was done by 3 different employees, I guess that was why. We did get a replacement but unfortunately the rest was cold. But we didn't want to complain again. Conclusion: It is best to divide larger orders into individual ones.

Dirty. There is trash everywhere. The tray carts were overflowing so that trays were simply left lying on the tables. No one put it away in 30 minutes! Food usual BK standard. Vegetarian offer much better than at McDonalds!

Visited again after a long break and was not disappointed. Burgers hard and cold, chili cheese nuggets the same, fries were just about edible. And if you go to the specialist staff to clarify that you would like to get fresh goods for your money, you will be insulted. Conclusion . Do it yourself 👍🏻

Air conditioning system is running too hard!

Super big, tastes better than McDonalds. Especially compared to other Burger King's, you can get refills here and have different flavors of drinks.

God, I did it again. Fast food traditional. Coke machine empty... fries OK, burger just OK because the tomatoes were way too cold and the cheese didn't melt at all. No... it never has to be.

It takes a long time until it's ready to be picked up

Food poisoning ✓ Burgers lie for a very long time ✓ was only there today even though I already got food poisoning... there were a lot of burgers already lying around, I observed it and one long chicken, for example, was just lying there for more than 25 minutes and when I asked how long it had been there There was no answer. Unfortunately, fries, nuggets and the burger had to be swapped. Cold fries. Nuggets were rock hard and very thin. Burger unfortunately forgot the special request. It was freezing cold in the restaurant due to the ventilation, according to the employee it had been changed but it was still cold. The employees solved the complaint in an exemplary manner and were very friendly!!!! But unfortunately it wasn't the first time with the Nuggets. We should get to the bottom of why this is! Otherwise the restaurant was clean and tidy, toilets are always clean too! Thumbs up there!

At 9:45 p.m. you can no longer eat in the restaurant, but only take away. Really closes the shop and it's good.

You pay almost 30 euros not to be able to eat at home. Danish Chicken menu ordered 2 times plus 1 Danish Chicken extra. All with extra cheese so I paid on top. I don't eat dark meat. So far so good, arrived home and had 3 standard burgers without cheese. Called and was pushed away the whole time. Burger King is abolishing itself. This isn't the first time that's why 1 point.

Went to this branch on October 31st. It was just after 9:30 p.m. The order was placed on the orderman. It already said takeaway only. It took 10 minutes for the order to be ready. When we asked at 9:45 p.m. whether we could still eat here, the answer was: If we manage to be ready by 10 p.m., as we close at 10 p.m. The lights were turned off at 10:03 p.m. The shift leader was also very unfriendly and looked grim the whole time and you could tell he wasn't in the mood. In my opinion, he unfortunately missed his job. From now on we will avoid this bk the food didn't taste good and was almost cold.

Burger King is downsizing, and more and more. Twenty years ago, it was something special, everything had a delicious grilled taste, now they are following the competition, with moderate success, I got 2 big kings that were freshly topped, but cold. And cold nuggets? And it doesn't taste cold at all!

There is absolutely NOTHING that can beat a Whopper. Mega tasty, to lie in. Very friendly staff.

Got my food super quickly. Everything worked out. Unfortunately, churros were very sticky. But otherwise everything else was very tasty.

The employees are extremely rude. The food is OK.

If you order something shortly before closing time, you won't be able to finish eating. We were simply thrown out. Many people were shocked and angry. And that's what we get for our money.

So they gave me the wrong burger today, but the complaint was answered very quickly and I got a new one. Of course I think it's a shame that they probably had to throw away the old burger, but there's nothing you can do about it. Are the hygiene regulations. Well, a Burger King. Unmotivated employees and standard fast food. Neither great nor bad.

Unfortunately, when you pick it up at the drive-thru, something is often missing or there is something wrong in it - even if the order is small/clear. So it's always best to check everything on site immediately. After all, if there is a complaint, rectification is not a problem.
