Burger King in Reutlingen

Everything was perfect, but the air conditioning and ventilation were set very cold. That's no longer necessary at this time of year 😕

At 9:45 p.m. you can no longer eat in the restaurant, but only take away. Really closes the shop and it's good.

It's not very customer friendly if you don't even bother to update the opening hours on Google.

You pay almost 30 euros not to be able to eat at home. Danish Chicken menu ordered 2 times plus 1 Danish Chicken extra. All with extra cheese so I paid on top. I don't eat dark meat. So far so good, arrived home and had 3 standard burgers without cheese. Called and was pushed away the whole time. Burger King is abolishing itself. This isn't the first time that's why 1 point.

Went to this branch on October 31st. It was just after 9:30 p.m. The order was placed on the orderman. It already said takeaway only. It took 10 minutes for the order to be ready. When we asked at 9:45 p.m. whether we could still eat here, the answer was: If we manage to be ready by 10 p.m., as we close at 10 p.m. The lights were turned off at 10:03 p.m. The shift leader was also very unfriendly and looked grim the whole time and you could tell he wasn't in the mood. In my opinion, he unfortunately missed his job. From now on we will avoid this bk the food didn't taste good and was almost cold.

The only thing I recommend buying is the Xtra Long chilli cheese, always hot and delicious, the rest always depends on how often the burger was bought, the onions were ancient.

As always, everything was great, very clean and everyone was very friendly

At least I get my food here quicker than at McD, even during rush hour.

Burger King is downsizing, and more and more. Twenty years ago, it was something special, everything had a delicious grilled taste, now they are following the competition, with moderate success, I got 2 big kings that were freshly topped, but cold. And cold nuggets? And it doesn't taste cold at all!

There is absolutely NOTHING that can beat a Whopper. Mega tasty, to lie in. Very friendly staff.

A normal Burger King. Up until now everything has always been fine for me and the waiting time in the drive-in is also normal. But since I'm a McDonald's goer, I rarely go here. 😁

So we always go there for quick fast food, the taste is good and everything is in the green range.

Got my food super quickly. Everything worked out. Unfortunately, churros were very sticky. But otherwise everything else was very tasty.

The employees are extremely rude. The food is OK.

If you order something shortly before closing time, you won't be able to finish eating. We were simply thrown out. Many people were shocked and angry. And that's what we get for our money.

Cannot complain, everything as per standard fast food restaurants. Waiting times could be perhaps faster, but overall it's ok. 4 stars

So they gave me the wrong burger today, but the complaint was answered very quickly and I got a new one. Of course I think it's a shame that they probably had to throw away the old burger, but there's nothing you can do about it. Are the hygiene regulations. I didn't want to miss out on my burger, which I had actually ordered, but in principle I have to say that Burger King is now miles ahead of McDonald's in terms of quality. I think the food is really great

Im Gegensatz zu McDonald’s RT sehr sauber und in der Tat knusprige Pommes. Genügend Eis für Getränke und es gibt einen (Papp-)Strohhalm!

The worst Burger King I've ever been to. Staff understands very, very little German. No air conditioning, so you save money. It was 36 degrees outside.

Well, a Burger King. Unmotivated employees and standard fast food. Neither great nor bad.

Unfortunately, when you pick it up at the drive-thru, something is often missing or there is something wrong in it - even if the order is small/clear. So it's always best to check everything on site immediately. After all, if there is a complaint, rectification is not a problem.

25 minute wait at Drive. The employee at the counter turned out to be very unfriendly towards customers

Drive-thru as always, not the fastest but I'm completely satisfied. I've never received a wrong order and never had to wait too long.

We drove there for half an hour only for the ice cream machine to break again

Paid for 2 cheeseburgers, only received one, unfortunately noticed too late due to the drive thru... to make matters worse, the cheeseburger was cold and dry. Cola had no carbon dioxide and tasted stale. A pity… At least the man at the counter was nice.

Again and again I get the chili cheese fries instead of cheese onion fries. I can't eat spicy food at all. Then I can only eat half of my fries that are without spicy cheese. Once I had spicy cheese with onions. They probably realized halfway through the preparation that I had actually ordered something different. But it was still spicy! Very annoying every time.

CrispyChicken only gets bread without meat. When I complained the next time they didn't even believe me... I often order cola and get the disgusting mezomix. You ask someone for ketchup or mayo and you don't get any of it...

I order the normal ice cream with lion and caramel as it is offered on the touchscreen and it is handed out without caramel sauce. When asked, they complained and said they were wrong. Cashiers should be friendlier. And there should be a smile or a “have a nice day.”

My Bacon King was very tasty here. The bacon was crispy, which it isn't always. TOP UPDATE: I've been to this BK several times now and the quality has even improved. It tastes fresh and everything is always hot... the service and cleanliness here have also improved again.

If you order the burger "without onions" due to intolerance, then you should be able to rely on it. And no, dear BK team, it's not possible to scrape the onions off a ready-rimmed burger

Unfortunately, the fries were only lukewarm and not very crispy. Too strong grilled taste on the Whopper. A pity. It was tastier. Price-performance borderline. 2 people approx. 25€ Will be paused for a while.

The employee today treated me disrespectfully and got annoyed because I didn't pick up my food in a second, she didn't tell me what number it was! Otherwise it's pretty nice there.

It's just one of the worst BK restaurants. Burgers are carelessly slapped onto paper, tables are stuck, terminals are stuck, staff seem as if they don't feel like it. But the Flamed Wings are just awesome.

Parking available within walking distance for a fee. Payment possible by card or cash. Staff friendly. Modern design. Depending on the time of day, you can expect a longer waiting time. Toilets in the basement.

Fast food is becoming too expensive everywhere.

It's been a long time since I've been to Burger King because we're still mourning the King Wings... Now, as mentioned, for the first time in a long time we wanted to make a new attempt. What can I say Burger King has developed for the better. The burgers were really very tasty and fresh and the fact that you can refill your drinks for free makes it even more interesting to prefer this fast food chain! In addition, the store was very clean. There was always an employee running around and checking that everything was in order!! Many people can take a lesson from this!! From now on only Burger King!

You order food and are not told that you have to leave at 10 p.m. I was in the middle of eating and they simply turned off the light. The burgers were topped as if someone had done a suplex city on them. The employees became really unfriendly and impolite when I asked if I could finish eating in another 2 minutes. Preferably 0 stars but unfortunately not possible. NEVER AGAIN BABA I SWEAR AGAIN!!!

The employee kicked us out because they were closing. We'll never run a juice shop like that again!!!!!!!

Were on the drive. Everything was fine. Went pretty quickly. Never had any “problems” with fake burgers!!!

The food is delicious but looks very effortless

Unfortunately it has nothing to do with fast food. If you're in a hurry you shouldn't come here. There were 15 orders outstanding in the restaurant... an order was completed about every 4 minutes.

Modern eingerichteter, gut gelegener Burger King. Leider waren die Pommes nur lauwarm.

Bei meiner Bestellung hat die Mitarbeiterin verstörend und unwissend gewirkt. Ich weiß warum ich solche Schnell Restaurant sehr meide! Ich kauf die vergammelten Speisen zu Überhöhten Preisen nur wegen mein Patenkind.

Selten zwei unfähige Personen an der Bedienung gesehen wie die. Essen kalt und der ganze Laden ist dreckig. Ob die 2 ihren Namen schreiben können bezweifele ich sehr

Leider nicht zu empfehlen! Wir waren mittlerweile öfters dort. Meistens beim Drive In, und zu 50% hat die Bestellung nicht gepasst. Es fehlten entweder Burger oder waren die falschen Burger. Wir gehen dort nie wieder hin!

Wir gehen immer in den Drive in. Es muss jede Bestellung im Detail geprüft werden. 2 Mal hat uns schon ein Burger gefehlt und heute war der King nicht wie gewünscht vegetarisch. Einfach nur enttäuschend, wenn der Burger für 6€ dann nicht gegessen werden kann und man hungrig bleibt. Wir werden nicht mehr hingehen, irgendwann macht es keinen Spaß mehr!

Haben 20min auf die Bestellung gewartet.

Das war das letzte mal, das wir in einem Bürger King gegessen haben. Das Essen ist nicht frisch gemacht und kalt. Obwohl es genügend Personal gibt, ist das Lokal ist dreckig, die Tische werden nicht abgewischt, der Boden nicht gekehrt und die Wagen für die Tabletts sind voll.... Zu allem kostet es noch eine Menge Geld ,.... Nie wieder !!!

Ein Cheeseburger hat komplett gefehlt, was bei einer Bestellung mit 4 Sachen schon echt nicht so gut ist. Vegetarische Nuggets bestellt, normale allerdings bekommen(aber mit der vegetarischen Beschriftung auf der Tüte🥲). Das ist schon etwas frech. Leider beides zu spät zum reklamieren bemerkt

War früher deutlich besser. Muss meine Rezension ändern. Das ist einfach nur noch schlecht. Essen kalt und die Hälfte fehlt. Der eine Stern ist für ein Teil des Personal, welches sich wenigstens bemüht nett zu sein.

Der Laden war leider nicht sehr sauber und die Angestellten haben Freunde von mir hinter deren Rücken mit homophoben Slurs beleidigt, absolut nicht geil. Das geht besser😕

Disgusting place to eat, service very unfriendly.

Man bestellt auf Englisch, weil man mit einer englischsprachigen Gruppe unterwegs ist und wird dann von dem Personal mit rassistischen und homophoben Beleidigungen überhäuft, weil das Pack denkt, man kann kein Deutsch. Das ist ein Drecksladen mit dem letzten Abschaum an Personal.

Es gibt Burger, Pommes, verschiedene kalorien- und koffeinreduzierte Getränke im Automaten, für eine bewusste Ernährung. Die spezielle Zubereitung der Speisen ermöglicht die Nahrungsaufnahme ohne Verwendung der Zähne. Großes Plus für rauchende Senioren. Parkplätze und Toiletten sind ebenerdig zu erreichen.

Gehe hier normal sehr gerne essen und war immer zufrieden aber heute war das komplette Essen einfach ungenießbar bin mir sicher es war nicht richtig durch werde jetzt erstmal nicht mehr kommen

Am Service, frische und HEIßE essen kann sie Freudenstadt eine riesen Scheibe abschneiden kann. Es hat einfach alles gepasst.

Das Essen war noch nie frisch Selbst die Getränke ohne Kohlensäure!!!

War am Wochenende mit meiner Familie essen, jeder hatte ein Menü leider waren die Burger alle kalt und bei 2 Burgern war das panierte Hänchen nicht frisch. Schade die Qualität hat sehr stark nachgelassen.

Die Tische im Lokal waren sehr schmutzig, Pommes und andere Reste lagen unter dem Tisch, im ganzen Lokal roch es sehr stark nach altem Frittierfett, hier sollte unbedingt an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden.

Personal und Chef sehr unfreundlich schreien ohne Grund Kunden an obwohl der Fehler bei den Arbeitern lag.Das essen ist ok aber ohne Liebe zubereitet Preise für die Qualität zu teuer.

Wir waren heute Mittagessen um 11 Uhr. die Bedienung war super freundlich die Pommes knusprig und warm und die Tische waren auch sauber. wir sind mega zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder :) Plant based whopper ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Burger ,Pommes warn kalt Bedienung hatte auch einen schlechten Tag und alle Tische im Innenbereich waren schmutzig .

Die Burger aus den Sonderangeboten sind immer gut. İch esse nur diese, weil sie sich dabei am meisten Mühe geben. Ich esse niemals im Restaurant. Das Ambiente ist furchtbar. Da würde mir das Essen im Hals stecken bleiben. Darum benutze ich nur den Drive İn.

Burger King halt. Service scheint sich zu früher etwas gebessert zu haben. Immer noch keine Self Service Terminals, dafür Self Service Getränke Stationen, die auch mit dem vollen Programm.

Im Prinzip wie eine EU- Grenze. Nur das man hier noch essen bekommt. Sonntag Abend sollte man dann doch lieber hungern als hier zu essen. Da beschweren sich Leute weil sie vom Finanzamt nix aufs Konto bekommen das man Bar nicht zahlen kann ist aber auch logisch wenn da steht Kasse geschlossen. Wenn man nicht lesen kann ist es halt vom Nachteil. Wenn die Mitarbeiter dann noch sagen es ist nicht möglich zu zahlen rastet man aus.😂😂 Richtiges Kino…
